uuugh my post-nasal drip has been AWFUL the last two days out of nowhere.. woken up with an annoying sore throat and a lot of back-throat goop that makes me gag a bunch. yesterday i had a persistently dry throat/bit of a cough too which is either because of it orrrrr there's a potential i have covid. i don't think it's likely, but need to check.

it just feels like . being drowned w ur own mucus bcs its all going down from the connection between my nose and throat . its like accidentally inhaling pool water but constantly until i get better. uaa im tired of this i hope tomorow itll all be better

Sometimes it's like. Ok, cool, small town, I can usually get a doctor's appointment same day, real quick and easy

And sometimes it's like well shit, small town, everyone is fucking sick, busy signal 4 times I call, get through and "oh, sorry, the earliest I could get you in is on the 22nd"
