Chick Hicks x Reader || Excerpt

Plot: After winning the piston cup (or ‘winning the piston cup’), Chick comes home completely hammered and despite you being pissed at him you take care of him.

Warnings: Drunkenness plus a love-hate relationship on your end. Also you brush his teeth, which I don't know- could be something. Some people could find it gross as a concept but its really not that detailed I promise XD

“Baby, come on, listen. About the race, I- ahhhhhhhhhh- “You stop him from finishing what was destined to be an incredibly incendiary excuse for what he did today by guiding his mouth open with your thumb on his chin and the rest of your fingers tucked neatly underneath- and shoving the toothbrush in there, scrubbing his alcohol-stale teeth. Afterall you’re the one who has to kiss him good night- Even if he is abominable, obnoxious, disgusting, sleazy, desperate, arrogant, bitter-

You take a deep breath and calm yourself. Just being in this bathroom with him right now feels stifling. It was never a secret that Chick was any of those things, you even like some of them, but the tragedy he almost caused today truly is something else. You are so mad at him. You want to rip his moustache off his top lip.

… or at least just tell him you will and make him believe it. Make him a little scared of you.

That’s the least this bastard deserves right now.

But instead, you just continue to brush his teeth. You focus on the task; Brushing the plaque and the sickly sweet smell of all the celebratory drinks he had out of his mouth. It’s almost calming, and in the light of your little modest bathroom (Without his jacket, covered in cheap sponsors and the same poisonous colour of his Shyster Cremlin.), you can almost forget that this is Chick Hicks- Jealous, Desperate, 25-year-long runner-up to the King and 2006’s Piston Cup Champion in name only. You can pretend this is just Chick, your overconfident, middle-aged boyfriend. Almost.

While you’re brushing his teeth he even relaxes, though he was huffy at first. Soon enough his head was almost lolling along with your strokes he was so at ease. You have trouble looking at this man, with his fluffy ruffled hair and his plain white t-shirt that all men just look so good in, and connecting him to those horrible words you heard him say just before sending Strip’s car flying. I am not coming in behind you again old man.  

Taking a deep, stuttering breath, you finish up and clean the brush- chucking it in the toothbrush cup and leaving the bathroom while he spits. Before he follows you. “Hey, hey, hey! Wait, baby, I- ow.“ He runs his shoulder directly into the doorframe trying to follow you’re fast retreating form, his vision still a blurry mess due to the drink and also, he took out his fricken contacts. It doesn’t stop the man for long though, he just waits for the world to stop spinning- then pushes forward after you to the bedroom. “W- wait hold up! I wanna talk! Don’t you- don’t you wanna talk to me?? You always wanna talk… “

Rolling your eyes, you tuck your hair behind your ears and sit down on the edge of the bed. He sounds so pathetic. “Yeah and you never do.” You just say, unzipping your boots and setting them tiredly at the foot of the bed by your feet. Chick drops down on the mattress beside you so heavily it makes you bounce. Fucks sake-

“Awww, c’mon, new day new me! Right?? Heh.” When you just take out your phone and check your notifications instead of responding to that piece of rubbish, and you both see the billions of notifications about Chick’s stunt and Strip’s health and Lightning’s good deed - him gazing guiltily over your shoulder, -, Chick closes his mouth firmly. Like oh, that’s pretty bad yeah…

After a few moments of just staring at it all, you sigh and drop your phone in your lap. Done with it. “… why’d you do it?... “You ask, quietly, turning to look at him. His lips are pulled into an awkward frown under the moustache and for a moment you that think he’s actually not going to reply. That he’s going to leave you on ‘read’, in an actual conversation, and you’re going to make the bastard sleep on the deck- when he shifts and digs his tongue into his cheek.

“… I- I just had to win… “He shrugs, like I don’t know what to tell you. That’s it. I had to beat him.

Taking a deep breath, this time smooth, you run a hand through your hair and get up off the bed. What did you expect from him? An actual explanation? A deep-dive into his feelings? You’d need the jaws of life to make him think abstractly about his own attitude. That’s Chick for you. You love him, somehow, but you hate him a lot too. “You’re on the couch tonight.”

He gives a huff, like nothing major at all happened today and he’s just a bad husband putting up with his strict wife. “… right… saw that comin’… “

You wake up an hour later than you should since you have been informed about your 2-man mission by the Mr. Buzz Lightyear. The same Buzz that takes up only a selection of your bed, and is as stiff as a board in his sleep as you carefully move about, trying not to wake him up. Your body silently shuffling around your own room to get a bit ready for morning. Never once making the Ranger in your bed move or waking him up, but you do, however, wake up Sox.

“Ranger, it is not time for your briefing.” The orange cat quietly states to you. His dim, green optics looking up at you from the nightstand he perched himself to rest on. “You should be getting your sleep in.”

You freeze at his words, holding your breath before you look towards the robotic cat. Your eyes scanning over Buzz in your bed, carefully watching to see if he moved or not before looking over to Sox. Softly exhaling when you take note that Buzz seemed to be in a deep sleep, all that ‘not-sleeping’ stuff catching up to him.

“Figured I need to prep myself before it.” You respond, gently whispering at the cat. Your shoulders softly shrugging at Soxs’ statement. Your form relaxing a little when everything seemed to go your way right now. No one was waking up because of you.

“Ah, that makes sense.” Sox hums, almost sounding like a robotic purr. His head looking at Buzz as he scans him; his paws in front of him readjusting before he becomes a loaf. His head looking back at you before he speaks again. “Well, I hope that your briefing will go well, Ranger.”

“I hope so too.” You whisper, nodding at the cat, and take that as your cue to move around once more to ready yourself before leaving your room. The door of your room sliding open as the corridor lights nearly blind you. Your eyes rapidly blinking so you can get used to them while you walk out of your room, making sure to restrict some access. Only leaving yourself, Sox and Buzz to be able to get in or out of your room unless a higher rank wanted to get in there.

Walking down the corridor. You take in the morning as much as possible, liking the silence and the nostalgic feel it gives you. Also, there were less crowds, can’t forget about the less crowds. There was just something about it that made it much more enjoyable when you get up alone sometimes. To be able to get the morning peace all by yourself before the day starts.

Taking a turn down into a different selection of the hallway. You nearly bump into another Space Ranger, her from stepping back a little in surprise as you take a step back as well. Her body almost bumping into a big potted plant behind her. Both of you definitely not expecting to see another Ranger up and about this time of day. Usually, everyone was catching up on their z’s, resting after their missions.

“Well, I didn’t expect you to be up at this time.” The young woman says, putting her hands on her hips as you raise a brow at her. Your eyes looking her up and down in slight suspicion at her words. Taking in that she was still in the more relaxing clothing like some sweatpants and branded shirt of the space rangers. So it was clear she didn’t have to be up at this time, but yet, here she was.

“Uh… good morning to you too Izzy?” You greet her a little awkwardly, not sure how to respond to what she gave you. You were just up and about, trying to get ready and prepped up before visiting Commander Burnsides office for the mission review. Not… whatever she may be suspecting you off. You can see it in how she looks you up and down with her golden brown eyes, like she knows something you don’t.

“You and Buzz a thing?” She asks bluntly, but her tone is giddy. Her eyes amused as she tries not to bounce in her spot.

“What?”

“What?!”

You almost jump at the sound of the robot voice as it huffs and puffs in your mind. Clearly, not expecting the voice to return as you had almost thought it was just a bad dream. Yet, you push on. Curious on why this Ranger would think such a thing and choose to ignore anything more that robotic voice might interrupt you with.

“You know, like…” The woman pauses and tries to gesture at you so you have a better chance of getting what she’s saying. Which you do understand, it’s just the question was bold, unexpected and well… can be rather inappropriate as well.

“No, we are not together if that is what you're inquiring about.” You answer her, looking her up and down once more. Wanting to make sure she got the facts right. You didn’t want any false rumors going around now.

“…You sure?” She asks, extending the word ‘sure’ a bit with a slight pitch in her tone. Wanting her own curiosity’s straight. “I saw him walk into your room and never leave…”

“Ah.” You click your tongue at that. Now knowing where she got her suspicions from. “I offered him my room to sleep in. He looked way too tired to even attempt to go back to his own room. He looked sleep deprived, most likely was.”

“Oh… nothing more?” She pushes a bit, wiggling her eyebrows just a tiny bit as if there was something going on between you and Buzz. She could honestly be a pain in the butt sometimes.

“No, nothing more.” You deny with a tired sigh and a shake of your head for more effect. You hope she won’t say anything about that, but knowing youngsters… they like to talk, and they like to talk a lot. So in hopes to quiet her mind a bit you ask her a question in return. “Why? You think me and him would be a great match or something?”

“Well, I mean…” She pauses with a grin, rubbing the back of her head. “You both seem very compatible on the field. You guys work together fluently. I haven’t seen a time when you guys failed when you two are paired.”

You stand there for a second, taking in her words before slightly nodding. You do remember the times when you were paired up with Buzz and set some mission records up because you two would have done them so quickly and efficiently. It came as a surprise to almost everyone on the base as both of you liked to go solo most of the time. “Loners” some others would say.

“Is that all?” You push her back. Wondering if there was much more to it. You know sometimes she likes to play Cupid, but she never really had the guts to try such a thing on you until now, until she had some sort of evidence.

“No, that is all. What are you up to?” She asks, changing the topic. Finding your suddenness to be up in the early morning a more interesting topic to talk about. Her eyes looking at you more curiously.

You hum at her before gesturing at her to follow you. Realizing that you don’t have any time now to talk to her while just standing in the hallway, but you can while walking with her towards Commanders Burnsides office. “I have a mission to do soon.”

“Mission? Is it solo?” She questions, following you by your side. Putting her hands back at her sides too. “Squaded?”

“I was hoping it was solo, but I hear that is not the case.” You hum, looking forward to watch where you are going. “I believe I’m being paired up with a cadet.”

“A cadet?” She says, sounding rather puzzled. Looking in front of her for a moment. “You are at a higher rank than that, are you training them perhaps?”

“I’m unsure.” You hum, turning down another hallway with her still following right beside you. Commander Burnside's office just a few more corridors down.

“You are not that great with new rangers, just like Buzz.” She laughs a little at that, shaking her head then grimacing. Realizing she may have said something offending to you. “Not that I mean to offend you! It’s just well… the truth.”

“No offense.” You shake your head with a light grin. Waving your hand to dismiss her. You know you don’t do well with cadets yourself. “I know I don’t.”

She sighs in relief at that. Her body relaxing a little. Her eyes looking around her for a moment as she realizes you have made your way to the Commander's office. “Well… I hope whatever Burnside is thinking… the mission will come out at a big A+. Don’t want one of our best to fail because of a simple mistake of mispairing.”

You look at her for a moment. Considering her words as they almost feel… familiar to you. Something… like what her grandmother would say: Alisha Hawthorne.

Of course, you haven’t met her as you haven’t been born yet, but you have definitely seen and heard that old Commander around in historical buildings and even in Buzz logs. She was talked highly of, appreciated and loved from the generations of T’Kani Prime. She became the light and hope of this planet and for everyone aboard the Turnip. Gave them a new meaning rather than being in despair of being on this alien planet.

Perhaps… Izzy is to be just like her grandmother? To rise more in her ranks to be Commander just like her grandmother? You can see her potential…

“I do not fail my missions.” You say blandly but confidently, and yet you never have. Your missions were always a clean success. No matter how long they took to complete, you always find yourself coming back with a clean record of the mission and ready for a new one to be assigned to you.

“Which makes you the best.” Izzy smiles with a nod. Backing off a little bit, leaving your side. “Now, I wouldn’t want to intrude in your mission briefing. I’ll hear how it goes when you arrive back.”

You nod at her in return. Watching as she turns around to walk down the hallway properly instead of walking backwards. Her hands folded behind her back before she disappears down a different hallway.

Shaking your head when she does go around the bend of the hallway. You turn attention to the door in front of you. Looking at the metal of it and the name tag on it “Commander Burnside” before giving it two knocks.

“Come in.”

The door opens with the given permission, letting you inside of his rather… basic office. The room had the basic, dark wooden bookshelves behind him full of old books and the thick office desk in front of him. His form sitting in the middle and professionally on his leather office chair. His brown eyes watching you carefully as you walk in and stand behind two leather lounge chairs in front of his desk.

“Ranger.” He greets, nodding his head a bit to you in respect. His body moving a bit forward to lean his arms on his desk. The leather of his chair giving a light squeak. “Heard about your upcoming mission?”

You nod once at the Commander, straightening up a bit in his presence. Standing a bit taller. Knowing your required etiquette in front of a higher rank than you. “Yes, sir.”

The Commander nods. Thinking for a second before speaking once more. “Good, do you know what it is about?”

“No, sir.” You state, shaking your head. “I have been only informed of the two man mission. That I won’t be alone on this particular mission.”

Burnside hums at that, leaning back in his chair. Looking at you almost expectantly before informing you of your mission. “Yes, you have been set on a two man mission, with a cadet no less. So this mission is not up to your rank level but rather of the Cadet Wilsons. I want you to watch him while you’ll be up in the outer atmosphere to make sure the signals up there are in top condition. If not? It is your mission to repair every single last one of them until coming back down onto T’Kani Prime, is that understood?”

“Yes, sir. Your orders are loud and clear, sir.” You say automatically, nodding at your commander. His commanding tone leaving no choice to object. Yet you ask if you could question him anyways. “May I ask ‘why,’ sir?”

The Commander lifts his eyebrows at that and hums. Thinking through your words with a bit of suspicion before he sighs. “I know it is usual for you to go solo, but this cadet needs some more training and perhaps more discipline. I was thinking you would be the best option.”

“Is this cadet proving to be… troublesome?” You ask again, tilting your head a little bit for more emphasis. Folding your hands behind your back.

“He is a cocky one, I’ll give him that.” Commander Burnside responds, nodding. “I just need to make sure he can still follow orders without killing himself because his ego gotten too big.”

You nod at that. Knowing why you were sent with a cadet now. You’re still not pleased with it, but a part of you wants to know just how much this proclaimed cadet could take before he would snap, because usually it’s always the cocky ones that spill everything to the enemies first.

“I see that you are thinking about it.” The Commander hum, nodding again. Turning in his chair a bit. “You are dismissed then. This mission shall be simple enough.”

“Yes, sir.” You nod at him again in respect. Taking a step back before turning you back on him and taking your leave. The door opening up automatically when you go close to it.

Taking a few steps out. You hear the door of his office close as you make your way down the hallway. Your form nearbing bumping into another as you round the corner, again.

“Hey! Watch where—” A male voice comes out, ready to chew you out but stops mid sentence. Recognizing your rank and stature. Your eyes narrowing up at the man, observing him: Short, fuzzy and dirty blond hair with green eyes. Lean figure and snappy, cocky attitude and a name tag embedded with “Wilson.”

Ah, so this was the cadet you were going to work with? He definitely was living up to his descriptions already. His cockiness already showing.

“R-Ranger!” The boy stutters, saluting you quickly. His form straighting up.

“Cadet.” You simply greet, raising a brow up at his actions. Was he eager to please the higher up to rise up the ranks? Or was he just an obedient one? That definitely can’t be it.

“I hope my mission will go well with you!” He states, putting himself at ease without being told to do so. Possibly forgetting that he needed to be dismissed from saluting a higher power. “I hope I won’t disappoint you!”

You stay quiet for a second at that. Not knowing how to respond at that as again, you didn’t work with other rangers much or cadets no less. “I don’t think you will.”

“I won’t!” He protests even if he doesn't need to. Looking a little offended by your simple words but covers it up quickly. “I will take down the enemies with succession like the Zyclops!”

You raise your eyebrow up at that, mentally question this ever… eager cadet. Zyclops’s were rather formidable enemies of Star Command. It was kinda weird there were still more out there occasionally finding this planet as everyone thought they had shut down after Buzz blew up Zurgs spaceship.

“That big purple robot can get it too!” The cadet continues, confident and getting himself excited, mocking the purple robot you have been hallucinating about. It was kinda amusing. ““I’m the almighty Zurg and I shall destroy you and your disgusting planet!””

“I do not act like that.” You hear the robot in your mind speak suddenly, making this whole situation a bit more amusing than it was just seconds before. A twitch of a grin showing on your face before it disappears. “Insolent pest…”

“Well… for the sake of the mission.” You start, making the boy pause in his mockery. “Let’s make sure we don’t jinx ourselves. We want a smooth, calm mission. I know the thrill of combat maybe… fun, but that is not the way of the Ranger.”

Again, the cadet doesn't seem to like your words of logic as you can tell he was twisting his tongue inside of his mouth to shut himself up. Trying not to say anything stupid before he nods. “I understand.”

“Right, well…” You say but pause. Looking at the cadet over again. Making sure you weren’t missing anything beside his obvious dislike of being bossed. “You are dismissed. Don’t think too hard about the mission.”

“Understood.” He says again, a bit quieter this time, and you take that as your que to leave. You actually had some things to do before getting ready for the mission itself like find more about this Zurg, and perhaps… there was more than one of the purple robots. That, and you were curious about your… hallucinations of the purple robot.

Humming quietly to yourself as you leave the cadet alone in the hallway. You make your way to the archives this time. Going in and out of the buildings to get to it. Seeing a few people getting snatched by the planets vines with a yelp on your way there.

Entering the building with hiss from the automatic door, you notice that at first glance it was a local library. Though, for knowing better. You know there was to be some archives about or at least some personal stories that some people put out when Zurg attacked. So, you are sure you could get at least some information here that you are searching for.

Starting with walking around, you do see a little selection of personal stories from the attack, but you are wanting something more. Something that explains the ‘why,’ the ‘what’ and the ‘who’ of the enemy. You wanted to learn about your enemy, your hallucinations. Perhaps you should get some books on that… medical subject as well…

After a bit of wandering. Going up and down some steps, trying to look for the correct thing. You eventually come across a book (not an archive) about the big, purple robot. Your fingers gently brushing over the covers as you read the title. “Verity of Zurg”

“Getting interested in me now, darling?” The robotic voice comes back with an almost teasing-like laugh, but it also sounded like it had an undertone of… evil in it. “Oh, how precious of you.”

You can only hum at the robot inside of your head and flip the page of the book to try and start learning of this hunk of metal that haunts you when you are awake and sleeping. You’re really not sure why as you have never in your life seen this metal being before, but you know you can’t let these… hallucinations of him continue. You quite like being able to sleep peacefully and do your own job undisturbed.

“If you wanted to know about me you could have just asked.” The robot scoffs in your head and you have an inkling, a feeling that he shook his head, somehow. “I could have provided you with much more accurate and grueling descriptions these… pests have.”

You continue to ignore him within your mind. You sure as hell are not going to trust his words with that one. Especially, when learning and knowing that he is a villain after all. That is almost like a death wish; a trap.

“Oh, please.” Zurg scoffs again. You can tell he’s slightly amused by your thoughts. “I’m not much for exposing my own secrets, but to have someone destroy my image? Now that’s true villainy against me.”

Once more, you continue to ignore the robot. You do take his words in, but you just don’t respond to them. You know not better to. You know better not to connect with the past, future or present enemies.

The robot of your mind seems to give a gleeful cackle at that. Something that makes you tense up in your spot and send a shiver down your spine. “Oh, whether you like it or not. You will know of me darling. Just like everyone else. You will know of me, it is your luck just as it is mine.”

You briefly wonder what he meant by that as you suddenly look off to your side to a reflective window. Soft rain running outside of the glass panel, but for you… you can see him in it. Staring down at you with them glowing, crimson visors again. His massive, metal, purple form just standing there at full height in the window. How in the hell was he doing this to you? Did you have some connection with this robot that seemingly died?

“…You’re just going to continue to ignore my telepathic presence within your mind, are you not?”

‘Yep, yep you are.’ You think to yourself, turning back to the book in your hands. This metal being does not exist, and the metal being staring you down in the reflection of the window can’t help but give you another echoing cackle. Amused by your ignorance; your boldness to ignore him.

Hello everyone! I would like to start this blog with a pinned post detailing the most basic information about how things will be run:

I write because I like writing. Not for fame, or money, or a fan base. That means I write what I feel comfortable with.

I write mostly headcanons and little blurbs and imagines! I am also fine with fics, but I have a messy everyday schedule and so the time it takes me to make them varies.

I will list the fandoms I write for at the end of the post, so everyone can see a proper list. If anyone ends up enjoying my writings and takes on characters, they can feel free to suggest new things to watch so I may broaden said list!

This is a safe space. I work with X readers, and it means different personality types are welcome, and it also obviously means that all kinds of people are welcome too. That means that people who usually lack representation in media (ex: LGBTQ+, black people, different religions, etc) are welcome here. I've seen a ton of blogs where readers ask for a certain body type or hair type and yet they're kept in mind for the first few lines of the fic only for the author to default back to white beauty canons again during the fic. I will try my best to make sure I do not fall into these patterns. I will also be grateful if anybody can give me any specific details when it comes to different hairstyles and/or different religions, but rest assured I will try my best to make the most extensive research on any possible topic you request.

Please make sure to correct me if I make a mistake. I do not mean go into anon and send hate, but PLEASE, if you've noticed that I have taken a certain character, or reader, and something doesn't make sense (ex: someone running their hands through especially thick hair) make sure to point it out to me so I can correct it and keep it in mind for the future.

It is worth mentioning that things like Sonic, Animal Crossing, any Disney Movie involving animals as the main characters, etc, will be represented with these characters as human as long as it is a romantic X reader. At most, I will be comfortable writing a Mobian/Moebian etc reader within the Sonic Universe. I am comfortable with writing for characters like Venom, etc, with a human reader, but not much else. Apologies and I leave it written here so you can feel free to request other authors!

A friend of mine introduced me to this series called SpainRP. I am unsure if anyone will know about it since it is in Spanish (I apologize for any grammar mistakes on that one and I will have my friend look over it!) but if anyone wishes to make a request for it I'd be happy to comply, and otherwise I'll ask my friend for help completing the request as their knowledge of both the series and language is greater than mine.

- I will leave most works as 'x reader' with a very neutral reader. That is to say I will try not to mention any complexion , language, religion, etc. That way as many people as possible can feel included. This being said, I will try not to leave the reader bland enough that it comes off boring.

- Neurodivergent and disabled reader

TRIGGER WARNING: YANDERE AND NSFW THEMES.

- I *will* write Yandere characters BUT I am very particular about them. If you ask for 'What do you think these characters will be like as a yandere', I am fine with giving my opinion. If however you request an X Reader, please understand that for my own comfort I will NOT write any yandere except for those who apply to the kind of yandere- shown on the visual novel 14DWY. This is; someone who would NOT hurt the person they hold feelings for be that romantic or platonic. I am fine with writing dark stuff, gory stuff, the yandere hurting others for trying to hurt reader, etc. But due to certain things I've dealt with AND in the interest of victims of abuse, I will NOT write abusive characters. AT MOST you will get manipulation/gaslighting, and that's already shaky ground depending on how it is worked out.

- I WILL write any background you need for a reader who's looking for comfort in a character after the loss of a relative, escaping a toxic environment or an abusive relationship. That is a COMPLETELY different notion and it can be handled with respect and as delicately as needed. Sometimes we need our comfort characters to listen to our trauma and give us a hug. That is alright.

- I WILL write aged up characters, but only in certain instances. I will write for MHA students being aged up, because it falls under those crushes we had when we were teenagers, and we never got over, and yet you aged and they did not. Understandable! I will however not write for outright children (14 and under) being aged up, I'm sorry.

- I WILL write NSFW stuff. I am fine with BDSM as far as things like bondage, choking, hair pulling and the likes. Name calling and light degradation fall under the category that can be comfortable to write if the character does not think less of the reader as a human outside of the act nor during it for being outright sexual. No piss kink nor the like, and I cannot write vore well. Think the more generic vanilla kinks, and if you have any doubts, feel free to simply send an ask, anon or not!

- I WILL write angst, and fluff, and romance, and NSFW of 'porn without plot', etc. It is alright. There's a mood for each occasion. I am however not big on angst, so the request may feel awkward to write right away if the mood isn't right, and so, may take a bit longer. Have patience. I will ALWAYS warn when I will NOT write a request!

- I WILL write things containing children characters as long as it remains strictly platonic. I WILL NOT WRITE X CHILDREN ROMANTICALLY.

Captain Hook

He notices your mood swings and morning sickness and is concerned about it until Smee drops the bomb

He’s terrified because he doesn’t have a good history with children but deep, deep, deep down his happy, it just takes a while for him to get it out

While you’re pregnant, he puts Smee as your attendant to make sure you have everything you need, assigning two more when you’re are in the final three months 

He brings you gifts and showers you with affection throughout because he loves you

Per your request, he gets the necessary items for the baby such as blankets, a crib, toys all that jazz a baby needs

When the baby is born, he falls in love with you even more and loves your newborn baby. He protects that baby with his life against anyone and everything! 

Now he wonders if he can’t step up to the role of a father

Claude Frollo

Church gossip, he hears women talking about you and would have lashed out at them but he confronts you about first 

He’s not the best father figure and he knows it, so during your pregnancy, he ignores you and drones out your talks of your future family because he has turmoil inside of him

He basically locks you up in your home because he wants to make sure nothing happens to you or the baby...and because he has prejudice against gypsies (there’s another word for these people I forgot what it was) and believes they’d attempt to kill you 

After the baby is born, he sighs a breath of relief because the baby is normal *coughjerkcough*

Frollo leaves you to take care of the baby but will help out with whatever you ask because you ask him (more like demand him)

Clayton

You tell him the minute you figure it out because you two have been trying for a while now

Oh he is ecstatic! He picks you up and spins you around, smothering you in kisses

He takes care of you during your pregnancy, always by your side unless he needs to attend to business

Clayton already had plans to teach his child hunting and surviving skills, doesn’t matter the gender of the baby, Clayton could care less about the gender. You remind him he’s gonna have to wait a few years for the baby to grow

He’s there when the baby is born to help you through the process, and he’ll never admit it but he was nervous to hold the baby for the first time

Your baby is the smallest and softest thing he has ever held in his life!

Dr. Facilier

I feel like Facilier’s friends on the other side and his shadow figure it out first even before you do

He gives a hearty chuckle at the news but he doesn't let you see the worry on his face

He decides your baby is gonna live a better life than his but still have voodoo and black magic in the back pocket. So Facilier works long hours to get money to provide for the baby and the future, and you of course

Facilier is wary of leaving you all alone with his friends on the other side, even more when the baby is born because of the screw-up deals he’s made with them so he gets his hands on protection talismans of good magic to protect you both

He’s not the most patient man but he has to be for the baby, and every time he looks at your baby he remembers he did something good

Hades

The Fates drop lots of indirect and direct hints, it’s amusing but also ‘get out of my business’

His fire simmers down to a spark before it engulfs his entire being, both in thrill and shock, and confronts you which is a surprise to you too because you didn’t know

Because he is the Lord of the Underworld he can’t exactly stop working so he likes to have you by his side but he knows you need rest. So when he’s away from you for a long time he gets pissy and has a hard time controlling his anger which does in the poor work he is doing

He’s got enemies and any of them can be plotting to take you and his baby out so that adds to his pissy attitude. So he locks you up during and after your pregnancy without consulting you first

At a young age (read: a few weeks) Hades starts teaching the baby how to handle their powers and defensive and offensive techniques

Pain and Panic basically become the kid’s punching bag

Randall - I was gonna do Jafar but I thought Randall would be cute for this 😁

You tell him because you’re a bit nervous and want to know his reaction. He’s shocked, neither a good shock nor a bad shock, just shocked. 

But you know his good with kids, or at least with familial kids because he loves his nephew, and you tell him he’ll be a good father

He gets a bit overprotective of you during your pregnancy, not letting anyone near you whether they are strangers or friends

Since he is a lizard monster and lizards have eggs, two eggs come out of you. Both of you take the job of keeping them warm and cozy until they hatch. You catch Randall rubbing his hands round the eggs and humming

He tries so hard to not cry when the eggs hatch but one or two tears escape. He’s gonna love them and spoil them just as much as he did with his nephew who comes by every once in a while

Randall is exceptionally proud when both of his children have the ability to become invisible

Most Caring Disney Villains towards a Virgin Reader:

These would be the most actively caring of the bunch, if reader decided they wanted this villain to have sex with them- I have not included those who are perfectly content with keeping things this way (Hook and the Queen of Hearts fit in that category).

Dr Facilier, Horned King (He cant be scaring off or breaking his chosen mate, okay? No. Unacceptable), SILVER!!, I know I wasn't including Pixar villains last time but- Lotso, Shan Yu, Stupid, Ursula and Wheezy.

Yeah... slim pickings, I know. But they're villains, remember! 😅 Keep in mind though, that this doesn't mean that all the rest would be mean per say- no. Some of them find it cute that you're a virgin and will be gentle, but are more teasing then caring (Slim, Mal, Shere Khan, etc). Then there are villains that will be annoyed with having to go slow at all but will be, simply because you're there S/O and they love you (Not because you're a virgin. Because you're you. These are like, the Evil Queen, Jafar and Hades, etc). And then there are some who are just like... regular level nice to you during you First Time, because if they weren't then they would be scum. The ones listed above are the ones who's hearts are just a liiiittle bigger then the rest when it comes to this particular topic. Look, what can I say? People are complex XD Fictional villains considerably less so, sure... but still complicated, yep 😅

Intimidated Type B (Concerned they are gonna be out-done): Clayton, Gov. Ratcliffe, Prince Hans, Turbo/King Candy, and Ursula (She's just... a lil nervous XD She'll wanna do it with you as soon as possible, so she'll just know who's better already- after that, she's happy XD She just doesn't like the uncertainty).

Uhhh, okay... but its still not happening: Judge Doom (He's just like, insisting he's soo... busy... but really he just hasn't got the *human* equipment XDD He didn't think it would be necessary!! Have you seen this disguise?? yes i have, sir, and you have made a miscalculation. just admit it), Psycho Weasel (Like, thats great!... but still no thanks), and the Queen of Hearts.

Iffy about it but changes their minds immediately after the first time because ooooh that was good: Gaston (He was almost with Frollo but like- if you can suck a dick then let me tell you, he is not about to complain- ) and Jafar (Wants to be the experienced one, but after the first time with you he's like... alright =_= you win this time).

When the Moon Hits Your Eye

Marcus Moreno x fem!reader

Warnings: None! Just some super duper happy fluff and family shenanigans.

Summary: The Moreno family decides to shake up the dinner routine.

A/N: Another super fun request from my beloved @lovelypastel2532. I hope you enjoy, sweetness, and the same goes for all you fine readers out there! I hope this makes you crave a good, greasy pizza 😋

The kid watches “Ratatouille” once and suddenly she’s all about cooking. Half the time the kitchen looks like a war zone, as if the Heroics have just waged war against a horde of villains made of flour, sugar, butter, and eggs.

You and Marcus are all for allowing Missy to express her creativity through culinary practices, but when she begins clamoring for use of the oven she gets a hard “no” from both of you.

That’s how the three of you end up tackling the challenge that is a homemade pizza pie. To give Missy the experience of making something special for her family while also ensuring that the your home isn’t reduced to a pile of ash.

Marcus blasts a little Dean Martin to give the endeavor the perfect Italian ambiance while you and Missy begin making the dough.

When the moon hits your eye
Like a big pizza pie, that's amore.

“What does he mean about the world shining because of too much wine,” Missy inquires. “Does wine make everything all sparkly? I wanna see!”

“Not until you’re twenty one,” you warn playfully.

“Not even when she’s twenty one,” Marcus amends.

The dough is formed and rolled flat, then comes time for an acrobatic flair, which Marcus claims is his specialty. He gives the flat, soft disc a couple of light twirls with his skillful hands before tossing it skyward. It spins once, twice, three times, expanding and inflating like a jellyfish on a current before abruptly dropping back to earth.

You and Missy burst into a fit of laughter when the doughy disc lands on Marcus’s head with a damp smack.

“Is it still safe to eat if dad’s worn it as a hat?” Missy guffaws.

“Five second rule,” Marcus declares, extricating himself from the sticky mess and flopping it onto the pan.

You remove the sauce from its simmer and instruct Missy on how to ladle and spread it evenly on the dough. Then you and Marcus stand back and watch as she delicately sprinkles her creation with carefully selected seasonings for some added flavor: a dash of oregano, a pinch of paprika, a smidge of basil, and a rather generous sprinkling of garlic powder.

“Well, our breath will keep the vampires at bay for weeks,” Marcus mutters in your ear. You shush him with a playful swat to his hip as you stifle your own laugh.

“And now for the pizza resistance,” Missy cheers dramatically.

“I think you mean ‘pièce de résistance’, kiddo,” Marcus corrects.

“Right, I knew that.”

You step forward with a block of frozen mozzarella and a grater and get to work.

“Tell me when, Missy.”

The shredded cheese drifts down like a snowfall and blankets the sauce covered circle in a thick layer of dairy goodness.

“Seriously, Missy, say when.”

“I know the drill.”

“Missy, my arm is getting tired.”

“Ugh, fine. ‘When’. Quitter.”

Marcus slices the pepperoni—not with his katana like Missy had begged him to—and arranges them strategically on top before sliding the pie into the oven to bake.

Now all that’s left to do is play the waiting game, which Missy tires of very quickly. While she scampers off to the living room to select the main feature for movie night, you and Marcus take advantage of the rare moment of alone time. He spins you around the kitchen and sways you in his arms as Dino croons.

How lucky can one guy be?

I kissed her and she kissed me.

Like the fella once said,

"Ain't that a kick in the head?"

“Our daughter is quite the little chef, isn’t she,” you inquire as Marcus lowers you into a dip. “She gets that from Pixar.”

“No, she gets that from her very talented mother,” Marcus corrects you, doing exactly as the song instructed and pulling you back up to his waiting lips.

“Ugh, gross. Could you two please not get all lovey dovey or kiss this close to dinner time? I’m going to lose my appetite,” Missy proclaims returning to check the status of the pizza.

“Hmm, let me think about that,” Marcus considers, pretending to give it some real thought before leaning into you once again. “Nope.”

You’re so caught up in the kiss and Missy’s chorus of disgusted sounds that the three of you almost fail to hear the timer ding, alerting you to the pizza’s readiness.

“Excellent pizza,” you say around a mouthful of melty cheese and pepperoni. “My compliments to the chef.”

Missy turns to you and Marcus and offers you a well executed “chef’s kiss”.

“And to you, my lovely assistants.”

Snuggled up tightly, you and Marcus observe from the couch as Missy studies the tv intently, entranced as she watches (the soon-to-be) princess Tiana whip up a batch of her man catchin’ beignets. You both start to ponder how much it’s going to cost to send the kid to culinary school.

“Dad, can we try making beignets next?”

“We don’t have a deep frier, Missy.”

“How about gumbo?”

“Doable.”

Another lazy morning found you wrapped up your favorite person in the world. Legs intertwined underneath the heavy comforter, head resting on the arm of your dearest, back to his chest. You took a deep breath and snuggled into him, not wanting to relinquish the feeling of his warm sleeping form behind you. His breath grazed its way onto your neck, causing you to sigh softly and open your eyes a bit to greet the beautiful light making its way through the decorative curtains and into your bed. After a few more moments, you decided to finally turn away from the opposing wall, and towards the boy that had captured your heart many a years ago.  

Oh you And I Safe from the world Though the world will try 

Slowly, you prop yourself up on one arm, careful not to wake him up. You smile softly, seeing how he glowed in the morning sunlight. You gingerly reached out to caress his cheek, and gave him the tenderest of kisses upon his forehead. The world outside your home was a dangerous one, wrought with everything from general thugs to villains trying to take over the world. Your husband was strong and fought them off almost everyday, but that didn’t stop you from worrying, but it was because of those moments, you got to appreciate his days off and the time you got to spend with him so much more. After a few more minutes of admiration for the sleeping Red Riot infront of you, you finally got up to make both of you breakfast.

You yawned as you pulled out everything you needed to make pancakes. Sometime passes, and the smell of the cooking pancakes finally drags a sleepy Eijiro out of your shared room. A mumble of a sweet goodmorning escapes his lips as he hugs you from behind burring his face in your neck. You giggle and offer a goodmorning in return. You can’t help but smile as he starts to hum and sway you both softly. This continues until breakfast for the both of you is finished, and the pancakes are stacked upon two plates decorated with your favorite toppings.

You both sit across from eachother at the diningroom table. A conversation begins and doesn’t end, and its filled with the most loving of smiles and the most genuine of laughs. The man infront of you is more than enough for you, and his presence lets you see only the good in world. Breakfast finds its end sooner than you would’ve hoped, but you both still have an entire day ahead of you together. Just you and Eijiro. No villains, no bosses, no Red Riot needing to save the day once again.. Just you, your husband, and the little secret in which you’re waiting to make known.

You get up to clean after breakfast, and he sits you back down saying that since you put all the effort into making it, you should at least allow him to clean up. You shake your head and call out that you’re going to set up a movie in the livingroom for you both to watch, smiling as you hear him laugh and say okay from the kitchen. You take a few moments to browse the growing movie collection before finally settling on the first Toy Story movie. You place it in the dvd player and turn everything on before briefly disappearing into the bedroom to grab a blanket just incase you get cold.

Once settled onto the couch, Eijiro takes a moment to chuckle over your choice of movie, before wrapping you into him once again, zoning into the movie (which then turned into movies with time). In a blink of an eye the day of pixar and giggles had passed with brief breaks to grab lunch and snacks and go to the bathroom. Finally, you end up ordering a pizza delivery, not wanting to spend much more time away from both the movie and him in order to cook a full dinner, and your husband was more than okay with that.

Just was you both were shutting everything down and getting ready for bed, he randomly asks a small but startling questions. “How would you feel about starting a family?” You pause for a moment before walking over to him and taking his face in your hands, smiling softly and responding with “How would you feel if I told you we already had?”
