after my Tim Edits Reality post, I haven't been able to stop thinking about Frankie (the dog) and though he remembers just editing her into his life, what he edits is more like the space-time continuum, so his parents remember getting her for him. And I haven't been able to stop thinking of like

Little kid Tim, trying to get his parents to stay longer: mom, I'm so lonely...!

Janet: oh sweetheart, I know. But we have work, you know that.

Tim: but I'm all alone in this big house... It's so lonely and scary...

Janet: you're right, Tim. I'm sorry about that, sweetheart. I'll see what I can do.

Tim thinks his mom is going to try and stay. That same night she arrives with a Border Collie puppy.

Janet: look, Tim. So you won't be so lonely while your father and I are away. You can train her, and you can play together. Just make sure you take care of you both and clean after her, ok?

Tim, torn between sad his mom isn't staying and happy he now has a puppy: ok, mama. Thank you.

Now I love Frankie, and I love giving the batfam an animal companion. So far, through my fics, it's as follows:

You talk about dad jason a few times. What about some angst?

There are a lot of ways to make dad jason todd angsty.

One way I discussed with my friend is that while catatonic, Ras stole his dna and made a test tube baby with Talia. They use this child to force Jason into accepting missions and doing things he doesn't want to, which is how he gets into actually killing people.

I don't think Talia would approve of this at all. The lost days Jaytalia is weird as hell, so this is where the seeds of doubt in her father will be planted. She'll spoil her daughter in a way she never did with Damian, and she'll be protective of Jason since he had no part in this, either, and he's being blackmailed with her.

Jason, with the motivation to kill Bruce, had so much potential Talia seriously considered him as the next Demon's head. Compound that with the dedication to save his daughter? That man is a different type of beast. He's terrifying.

Given that he can't do the whole red hood thing, he's forced to stay with the All Caste, further improving his skills, while also giving Ras access to the well of sins (i don't remember the name exactly, but Ras was associated with the untitled in one issue, so I want to play into that), and gives Jason a way to nullify the pits. Also, it helps calm him down and remove any outer distractions.

The Al Ghuls have accidentally perfected what David Cain tried to do. I think Cain would see what's happening and try to interfere. How could this zombified street rat be a better weapon than his daughter while still being very literate? It doesn't make sense!

My friend, god bless her therapist he doesn't get paid enough, suggested that Cain kills Jason's daughter, because without the motivation, how will he get better? Jason ends up going on a rampage, which ends in the death of Cain and Ras. She loves Demon's Head Jason, so she'd make him restructure the league, but I'd make it so he gives it to Talia and just. Retires. Doesn't do anything else. What's the point?

He goes back to Gotham, and other than major threats, he doesn't do much. The bats are obviously intrigued, but it goes nowhere. He's too good at avoidance.

Jason's Parental Diary

Somehow, the generational curse is taking a toll on Jason's back.

Guess what? He's a dad now. With five fucking children who were bunch of racoons. Just like him and his siblings, apparently (Bruce's words). Feral, wild, and angry.

He doesn't understand how Bruce could like just ignore these children who were ruining every parent's morning. Jason is flabbergasted. He is most likely will appreciate his dads more than anything even when he sort of have a personal beef with Harvey Dent.

It just uncanny, man. Him? The current Crime Boss (lie)? Parenting children while spitting his anger to some diary because his therapist said so? Well, that's unexpected.

Jason's life is basically drained by these bunch of feral animals called; his children.

"This is so miserable. Alexa, wrote; I hate my children on my diary, please."

Bruce? He's very much amused. He really love having grandchildren, but it seems like Jason didn't enjoy it. He looks like when Harvey first meet Dick Grayson in McD. Dick is manipulating Harvey into buying him a Happy Meals.

Oh, and by the way every story will be in Jason's perspective since it was his diary.

As Bruce grows older into his 50's or 60's the paparazzi and people crowding him becomes less and he thinks that people have finally decided that Bruce is too old to be attractive or mainstream and he's actually super fine with it and makes jokes( more like sarcastic remarks) about it. But in reality they've grown more freaky cause instead of looking wrinkly and a sappy old man the level of cunt he serves grows everyday,he doesn't look like a snack he looks like a buffet, 13 year olds are using his pics as the cover pages of their mafia wattpad stories, he looks majestic, absolute dilf, we don't talk about the amount of tags he's birthed just by ageing on ao3, and hes still an absolute UNIT, the reason he's not heard about it yet cause the batkids are blocking the shit OUT with all of their will and strength cause it doesn't matter if all of them are full grown adults they're still all like-THATSMYDADGETAWAYFROMHIMHEDOESN'THAVETIMEFORYOUHESBUSYBEINGOURDAD

Jayrose secret child au. Thoughts?

I think any Jayrose child would be a secret child, ngl. They want to hide the fact that Slade has a grandson now, since they know he'll try something, and they don't trust the bats enough not to leak the information, so they keep it hidden from them. Over time, they forget about it completely.

Raising a child and making it seem like nothing has changed is pretty impossible, so I feel like they'd tell some people, namely Eddie, who's close to both of them, and the outlaws, since their kid would 1) be super protected and 2) have a friend in Lian and M'ari. I think they'd also enjoy spending time with Biz

I feel like as the child gets older, Jayrose inch closer to retirement, since they can't tell their child what they do, in fear of the kid either freaking out, accidentally outing them, or being interested.

The main thing is that Jason kinda moves from Gotham, only visiting once every couple months to tighten up his crew. I don't think the bats would notice at first, or if they do, they might be glad Jason isn't causing as much trouble as before

i love the trope of Bruce's kids being yoinked by different parent figures in their lives, and the kids knowing full well and using it to their advantage when they've got any problems with him.

Tim, pissed at Bruce: That's it, I'm staying with Shiva for the week. Cass is now my official sister 2/3 of the way.
