HEADCANONS:

To get to this position of being one of Rotti's henchwomen, in a sort of way like Spartan soldiers, there's a long, grueling training. You have to train for this role from a young age, cut ties with family, take genuine tests on your survival abilities, et cetera. That's why he has so few henchwomen, the aspect of dealing with this training causes few auditions, and the ones that do often don't make it all the way through.

The two guards from the start of the movie like to meet up on Fridays to play pinball and billiards together, and even though they don't speak on the job, have become really close

To become one of the henchwomen, one of the requirements is purchasing a cosmetic surgery to fit the appearance requirements of the job

Friends and I were talkin' about what our characters' halloween costumes would be, and I KNOW Vincent wouldn't settle for less than a perfect performance, and the costumes would have to be perfect as well. I don't think he'd ever be satisfied with someone else's work, and would just end up sewing everything himself. Since he's already good at general handicrafts, I think it fits pretty well for him to be able to sew, lol. This is him making the dress for his and Hal's couples costume of The Phantom of the Opera and Christine.
