A/N: i did a few Changes from the request but i hope you like it. This is my Personal experience. Doesn't have to be like that for someone else.

Warnings: Reader has Autism and ADHD. Talk about Foster care, drugs and bullying.

Summary: you Play for Chelsea with Lucy and she becomes very protective of you. Realizing you and her are similiar in certain behaviors. When you go on a national break with the Matildas Sam has to call Lucy for advice.

You are 15 years old. So really Young. But still very talented. You even made it onto the Chelsea Senior Team and just got your first call Up for Matildas Camp.

It wasn't long until Lucy became protective of you and you moved in with her. Given that you didn't have any parents. Growing up in the system. She was fostering you and planned to adopt you. You were quite thankful that Lucy had a fostering license and wanted to be your Mom. Ona was also being supportive. Not sure about adopting you with Lucy ,but she was being like a cool aunt at the Moment which was fine with you. She was living in Barcelona still. Which is why she wasn't sure this would work. But a move to England was coming up this Summer so that's when she would make a decision.

Currently you were trying to get ready for bed. But your mind wouldn't let you rest. Especially not cause you weren't done with listening to your favorite song three times before brushing your teeth. But you were really frustrated right now, given the fact that you were late with your schedule. You had a routine you like to keep up with. It wasn't always possible when you had Game days and stuff but you enjoyed when things go as planned. That's why you plan in the first place. You and Lucy had hit Traffic,which meant you weren't able to walk Narla on time. That was upsetting you.

This also made Lucy think that you had alot of traits and behaviors that were similiar to hers. Feeling most free on the pitch cause that was your Element and football was your Life.

"y/n, it's late, you have online classes in the morning. Are you getting ready for bed right now?" Lucy asked from downstairs.

"soon..." You just replied, sighing softly because you didn't like being interrupted while listening to your favorite song. You became more and more frustrated with the day. Lucy made a mental note to talk to you about getting tested for adhd and Autism before national camp was starting and you would be away from home next week. By the stressed out tone in your voice Lucy knew not to talk to you more at this very moment. She was aware that you had to focus on something right now. So she didn't mess up your routine. It was a learning process for her as well.

It was almost midnight when you finally managed to get into bed. And took you another hour and fifty minutes to fall asleep.

The next morning you were up at 4:35am. Taking a quick shower. Having coffee and then turning on your favorite Anime. You still had like 3 hours left before online classes and 7 hours left before Football practice.

Around 5:30 am you heard Lucy wake up. She got ready for the day as well. Joining you on the couch after a quick shower.

"morning kiddo!" Lucy stated. Smiling softly at you. You lean your head against her shoulder.

"morning Lucy." You replied with a small smile.

"how did you sleep?" She asked, even though she was awake as well most of the night so she had heard you walking around in your room.

"we both know i didn't really sleep much and was up most of the night. Cause i heard you being up as well." You answered. Lucy chuckled a bit, but also looked more and more sure that she was on the right track with thinking you might be autistic and have adhd.

"okay, valid Point!" Lucy admitted.

"you look like you want to discuss something." You stated.

"busted. I do want to talk to you about something really important!" Lucy let you know.

"Go ahead!" You replied and offered her a small smile.

"i came to realize that you have alot in Common with me. And i am not just talking about how you Play football." Lucy explained. You just nodded your head softly.

"can you hurry this up, please? My anxiety is through the roof right now!" You admitted. Biting down on your bottom lip. Letting out a small sigh. "Sorry." You added on.

"it's okay. I think you might be autistic or have adhd as well, maybe even both." She explained.

"so i should get tested? I have thought about this as well If i am honest!" You said.

"this Is exactly what i wanted to talk to you about. I can make you an appointment. Hopefully figure this out before you go to national camp." Lucy stated.

You agreed and she made an appointment for you while you had online classes. Later that day you had practice before a game against Manchester City tomorrow night. Before that Game you would be able to go get tested for adhd and Autism. Something you were nervous about but you also wanted to know.

At the appointment you had to answer questions about what you would do in certain situations, talked about Rituals and things like that. The appointment took around three hours. Such a long time. Which did clash with your Rituals before a game. But it also confirmed that you indeed had both. Just like Lucy.

Lucy made a mental note to talk to Sam about it, since you would be going to Matildas Camp with her. And she wanted her to know about it. Maybe even be able to help you with your routine.

The final Game before your national break was on. You were starting. Together with Lucy & Sam. It was the second half of the Game. It was 0-0 right now but not for long. You were around 20 meters away from the Goal but saw the keeper was out of the Goal, so you used the opportunity and just kicked the ball, hard but with precision. And it went into the back of the net. 1-0 in Minute 87. Your Team celebrating you. Thankfully you managed to keep that score on your side and the Game ended.

Half an hour later after celebrating with the Fans, taking pictures and giving away your shirt you were back in the changing room now. You were about to take a shower when Lucy pulled you aside to let you know she will tell Sam about your diagnosis so she can keep an eye on you for her in Australia.

You arrived at Camp Yesterday. Three days ago there were some comments on the Internet that somehow knew about your diagnosis. You had no idea how the word got out but it did. Alot of people showing their support but then there were comments like:

'always knew something was wrong with her'

'so that's why she is so weird during interviews'

'she doesn't belong on the pitch'

'probably why she grew up in the system.'

'what a freak.'

During a water break at practice you look at your phone seeing more comments like that. You drop your water bottle and ran away.

"y/n!" Steph yelled after you. Kyra and Sam tried to run after you. But you were too fast.

"someone call Lucy!" Caitlin yelled out.

"i will call her." Sam stated and walked back to her bag and pulled out her phone. Kyra checking social media, because it was obviously something on your Phone that had upset you. Thanks to Google she had found what she was looking for. Showing it to Sam who was dealing Lucys number.

"that's bad." Sam said and frowned softly.

"it really is." Everyone agreed.

"Sam? What's wrong?" Lucy asked right away. Having a bad feeling.

"uh, we lost your Kid!" Sam stated.

"you did what?!what the hell happened?!" Lucy yelled into the Phone so Sam had to hold it away from her ear.

"technically she ran away. And we think we know why. Kyra found pretty nasty comments about Y/n being diagnosed and the newest ones are talking about she being yours and Chelseas charity Project! Among other nasty comments like her parents probably giving her away cause they knew about her having Autism and ADHD." Sam explained. This was of course not true. Your birth parents both were drug addicts. To the start of your Life was really rough.

"that's not okay and not true at all. She is my kid. No matter what. Those people are cruel and hateful." Lucy answered. She was angry with the people who were mean to you.

"we all know this and so does y/n. She is probably just shocked or overwhelmed." Sam admitted. "Kyra tried calling her but she won't pick up." She added.

"is there a lake nearby? She likes to sit there when she is overwhelmed." Lucy explained.

"there is! I will see If i can find her and talk to her. Gonna let you know what's going on soon!" Sam said.

"yes please." Lucy stated.

Sam went to look for you with the help of Mini and Steph. Turned out Lucy was right. You indeed sat at the nearby lake.

"y/n, hey..." Sam said softly, sitting down next to you. Mini did the same so you sat in the middle of them.

"hey...sorry for running away." You answered.

"it's okay. We saw the comments. Kyra found them." Mini explained.

"oh." Was all you said.

"they aren't true, though." Sam told you. You looked away for a bit. Trying to collect your thoughts before you spoke up again. Saying that you deep down knew about them not being true but you often struggled with being in your head alot.

Mini and Sam walked to the Hotel with you and you called Lucy.

"kiddo, hey. Glad to see you." Lucy said softly.

"glad to see you too. I heard you knew what happened." You stated.

"i did. Those comments are a lie. You are my daughter no matter what. Not a charity Project. I Love you, Kid." She told you.

"i Love you too,Mom." You answered. This was the first time you called her that. You noticed her tearing up.

"No i got something in my eye!" She stated and smiled gently. You talked for almost an hour before you had to get back with the team. Cause tomorrow you would start in your first game. But you also looked forward to getting back to England and see Lucy again.

Okay okay that shatterproof modern au is so much fun I'm gonna mark down what everyone does here because I didn't want to let the authors notes get too long and I couldn't include every detail in the fic itself—

Time and Malon run Lon Lon Ranch, which is mostly a cattle ranch with some horses. They're working on getting everything set up to do some fostering (for humans, to be clear) in the future. The ranch is a successful business and exports mostly milk products to local stores, though they also have an orchard and do apples and pumpkins in the fall! Lullaby is a local politician, think state-level congress.

Hyrule lives on the ranch while going to school to become a physician. He's not related to them, but he is related to Malon's cousin's friend or something like that. He isn't allowed to help with the dishes due to Incidents in the past. He likes taking walks around the ranch and talking to the cows while he studies. He spends a lot of time with Legend, whose family is actually sponsoring Hyrule in school. Dawn is in a lot of his classes, and Aurora is her sister in a business program. The three or four of them hang out at the university a lot.

Wild also lives on the ranch, not currently going to school. He works there, and also does a lot of volunteering at the local food bank. He's learned to cook a lot of authentic food from all around the world from rubbing shoulders with people there. He doesn't talk a lot about his past, but Time and Malon know that Wild's parents sucked and that he's pretty much no-contact with them. He's rebuilding his savings after draining it all (plus more) on medical bills for his heart condition. He's pretty happy where he is, and looks forward to the day when Time and Malon get a foster kid or two. Flora's a childhood friend, doing a second PhD of her own right now.

Twilight works at the ranch with the animals, and takes a shift at a vet office every so often. He helps Hyrule study, since he finished out his degree in veterinary science a while ago. He's torn between getting a more serious veterinary job, going into medical research, and staying at the ranch full-time. He's accidentally made some really good connections in Midna and Dusk, who are both in high society (though Midna doesn't always act like it!)

Four is Twilight's younger brother (Twi was adopted as a young kid, so he remembers Four being a baby), and the two of them rent out a wheelchair-accessible apartment. Their hometown is a few hours away, but they always find time to go for important holidays. Four works at a garage in town and ends up servicing a lot of heavy machinery. He wants to get into doing some more craftsman-type work, but is having a hard time finding a place to experiment with it. He's working on saving up for some art/sculpture classes at a university, but has been really distracted with his job recently. He met Dot and Shadow through a trauma survivor's group, and right now they all go out for lunch every so often.

Warriors actually has a hard time with jobs and such. His steadiest gig right now is helping out at a large local martial arts studio, where he helps to train and spar against the advanced students. He wouldn't mind helping out the kids, but the fact that most of them don't know sign language is a barrier. He's drifted around several office jobs, but he's really just not one to sit down and do one thing all day. He keeps advancing at the summer camp they all go to, however, and that takes up more and more of his time, so he's not really all that worried about getting a more "normal" job. Impa runs the martial arts studio and Artemis is one of the head instructors, and he's good friends with both of them.

Wind is Warriors's younger brother, and the two of them live in the same apartment building as Twilight and Four. He's doing the college thing, at the same location as Hyrule, but Wind prefers online classes. He's part of the swim team, though, and likes going out to the lake when he can. (Tetra is another member of the swim team!) Wind has changed his major like six times, and works part-time at a smoothie shop. He likes playing video games.

Legend has also done a ridiculous variety of things, but right now he works at a very fancy restaurant doing mixed drinks, and actually managed to find a competition for it that he won some awards for. In conversation, he'll often reference other jobs or roles he's had but nobody knows the whole list. (He's referenced delivery driving, movie sets, an engineering firm, an insurance broker, a high-end jewelry store, a cruise ship, and several other things.) He comes from a rather wealthy family but his parents passed and he doesn't have a lot of contact with extended family. He writes out money to a lot of people under the guise of various organizations his family technically owns, and that includes helping Hyrule through medical school. Fable is his sister and way more involved in high society stuff, but she forces him to come to some of it sometimes.

Sky lives with his girlfriend in an apartment in the city. He spends most of his time doing translation work for the government, things like driver's license forms and ballot instructions (he works well with several different written languages). He does interpreting too when he needs to, and has another small job on the side at a natural history museum leading sign language tours.

And all of them go to camp! Sky and Warriors are both assistant directors, Time drives the supply truck, Wind does the sailing and swimming instruction, Hyrule the first aid guy, and most of the rest of them are part-time or full-time counselors during the summer. It's fun. :)

Chapter one: Changes

The idea is that their is a bigger age gap between Martin and Chris (About 9 or so years apart) and Martin as legal Guardianship after Chris at a young age after they parent passed away (Think Lilo and Nani) I hope you like the first Chapter

Chris remembers that day well, he couldn’t forget if he tried. He remembers the teacher writing on the board talking about fractions. He remembers how bored he was because he knew this all and could do this in his sleep if he wanted. He remembers the teacher’s phone suddenly ringing causing everyone around him to jumping in surprise. But the part he remembers the most is the expression on his teachers face when she turned to Chris in terror like someone had died…

And it turned out someone did die.

The rest is just moments of him and his older brother coming back from Uni early (he was supposed to be back that summer break to hang out) them crying and holding each other. The fighting and shouting matches between Martin and their other relatives over him. The sudden change of moving to a super small one bedroom apartment with his brother. The meals going from warm and comforting to salty and small. 

But the worst change was Martin and himself. He could remember when his brother would read to him the animal picture books and would show him how a pather would leap into the air to catch its prey. It was so much fun being the wild cat’s hunting down its prey and how he would tackle his bro in their little make believe game. 

Now Martin would come home exhausted only to head over to the only expensive thing they owned, the laptop and work on his online studies. Chris now walked to and from school all on his own, coming to an empty apartment instead of the big house that felt like home then here, sitting on the floor and starting his homework on the tiny coffee table next to the second hand couch they owned. When he finished doing the little chorus he had and eating his dinner (if Martin remembered to make it). 

Then there was Lauren. At first Chris didn’t know who she was but he did know she was always coming to the apartment and she asked a lot of the same questions over and over again. She was sickly sweet around him but very short with Martin. Maybe they were dating? He had seen shows where the girlfriends were always mad at their boyfriends for some reason he couldn’t understand. But when he overheard some of his classmates talking about a CSP and what that meant with a quick bit of research, he finally knew who Lauren really was.

And that now he really didn’t like Lauren.

This life became the new normal for Chris. When he reached the ripe old age of 12 was when the fights happened. Chris couldn’t understand why he was so angry. I mean he could but more specifically he didn’t know why he was mad at Martin. It was like the littlest corny joke that came out of the older blonde's mouth was like it was directed at him like it was his fault or something.

By the time he became 14 was when his life changed again when Martin got an email from someone with an opportunity that would change both of their lives forever.

Aviva looked at the message over and over. Yes? Yes. Yes!! She did it! She got the grant for their research. She couldn’t believe it she couldn’t wait to tell Martin… oh, wait Martin. She felt her excitement turn cold in an instant.

Martin wouldn’t be able to go because of his younger brother. No, she couldn’t do this without him. It was their research, it was their project. If it wasn’t for him she wouldn’t have gotten the idea for doing this in the first place. 

It was her first day at uni. She was confident that she would excel in the classes. That wasn’t her problem, it was the fact that she didn’t think she would make any friends. After what happened in space camp she didn’t she ever would again. Zach had shattered her faith in people after the utter betrayal of stealing her technology for himself. Now he owned his own company selling the bots that she originally made. Though their ai was a little off before she could fit their code to learn how to interpret turn of phrase instead of taking them literally which made her happy a little. but , still she was at rock bottom again and needed a new angle and new hook to start inventing something that could help … someone, something? 

She hated this so much. She knew better than to put her eggs in one basket but she did anyway and look where it got her. In a classroom of over nine hundred students learning things she learned years ago. 

“Psst? Hey,”

She heard a voice coming from behind her. Turning to see a guy in a blue sweatshirt looking at her.

“Yes, can I help you?” She asked deadpan.

“I know this is gonna sound really cliche but I forgot my pen and was wondering…” Before he even finished his sentence she had produced a pen out of almost thin air handing it to him. 

“Oh my gosh you’re a lifesaver. Thank you.”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever.” She exasperated turning back around.

“I’m Martin” and a hand stretched out from the left of her face caused her to wip back around.

“huh? Aviva.” She said unsure of how to interact in this situation. She now gave the guy a better look at him. He was all smiles and started talking about something she wasn’t really paying attention. It was a bad habit she was trying to break. What she did catch was he wanted to be a Zoologist to travel around the world with his little brother when he grows a bit (if he wanted to cause he was only 8 right now). Highschool Claire was definitely the hot jock that everyone wanted but no one could get. She would spend a lot of her time studying or she was at lacrosse/hockey practice so outside of those and pack activities there wasn't much seeing her. Because of her dedication she became captain of both teams her senior year.

Highschool Beth was an absolute party animal of a jock. Her grades were ok but she only put in what was required for her to pass by. When she wasn't also at lacrosse practice she could be found either at some house party or in the theater costume department. To most people's surprise she only had one short relationship (despite her being a known flirt) that was broken off shortly after her mom died.

Highschool Knight was awful at school and only passed thanks to Evie's genorouse tutoring. They ran track and took a break during the winter. They tried their best to stay under the radar especially after Claire and Beth graduated. But no matter how much they kept to themselves they were still always found sitting off to the side during Evie's cheer practices waiting for her to finish

Highschool Seer was the type of person who was never at class but still somehow managed to get straight A's. Because of frequent migraines and other magic related issues they were regularly absent. When they were present however you would commonly find them in the schools art classrooms sketching and painting, they were commonly described by their teachers as an "Artistic Visionary"

Highschool Ranger was apart of a lot of clubs especially ones that involved a lot of fundraising. Not only were they in student government, but they were also in the school nature appreciation club and on the yearbook committee. They loved organizing bake sales and would spend their summers at a local summer camp alongside their friend Isaiah.

Highschool Evie was not only a cheerleader but also participated heavily in her high schools tutoring program. She was a little shy as a freshman which earned her some unwanted attention but was surprised when one day the bullying just stopped. It almost seemed like the bullies were afraid of her for some reason. She never did find out why but Knight also seemed to redirect the conversation if it was ever brought up.

Highschool Rose was always very quiet and well read. She tended to keep to herself and always had her nose in some kind of literature. She was a "pleasure to have in class" according to her teachers and fell in love with english and writing based courses. When she wasn't at school she spent a lot of her time working or studying.

Highschool Abigail was the type of student that was taken to a seperate room to take tests because she had a difficult time focusing but she had great grades and loved to learn. She did morning announcements for her school and tried to establish a cryptid club (but it never became official). She didn't have many in school friends and was unfortunately picked on throughout most of highschool but in her senior year she found a great online community and started her podcast.

Highschool Bud was an average student but they were the type of person to be "friends" with everyone. They didn't have any close friends but they always had a place to sit at lunch and people to talk to just no one to really know them beyond basic friendship. They did also have a great relationship with their english teacher and would often spend their lunch or free period's in said teacher's classroom

Highschool Chloe was the kind popular girl that everyone wanted to be friends with who also had great grades. She was on her schools swim and debate teams and always ready to help when one of her friends needed someone. She graduated salutatorian and is still to this day a little peeved about coming in second

Highschool Dewdrop was an incredible swimmer on their schools team but they unfortunately had to drop the sport their senior year due to their chronic pain becoming harder to deal with. Think of the games you enjoy, video or tabletop or otherwise, or your hobbies that you love. Think of your summer camp experiences, your one night stands, your college explorations. Think of your home, your safe spaces, your local park or mall or cafe. Think of your favorite travel hesitations, concerts and conventions and national parks and route 66 and museums. I just love doing aerobics, I found my passion for it 2 years ago. And I can honestly say found something that makes me feel like I belong. My friend Xavier also makes me feel like I belong. You can say that Xavier is one of my best friends. But I want to be more than friends with Xavier.

I am standing outside the aerobics studio after my lesson smoking in the parking lot. I only smoke cigarettes on occasion.

Soon I heard the door to the studio open, and I see my friends walking outside, with a dark haired girl. And they all walk up to me, i keep smoking until my cigarette is finished. I suddenly am only focus on Xavier beautiful eyes, I am lost in them.

Yes I have feelings for Xavier, I want to be more them friends with him. I have known him since we were both 15. And I just want to kiss his gorgeous lips with a burning passion.

“ Brooke this is our other friend y/n.” Montana said as she introduced me to this dark haired girl.

“ Nice to meet you Brooke.” I said as I wave at her. She seemed like an interesting person. And Brooke then gave me a smile and a wave.

“ So how long have you all known y/n?” Brooke asked my friends. So they all started to tell the stories of how they meet me. As my cigarette is finished I put it out on and stepped on it. I was getting ready to go to my car. As I see most of my friends and Brooke walking away and leaving the parking lot. As I am standing in the parking lot with my friends, my eyes are only focused on y/n. My heart is beating out of my chest every time I see her. But I don’t even know if she feels the same way. I enjoy being friends with y/n, but I also want to be her boyfriend.

I can’t deny that during aerobics classes I at times have been checking out y/n. All I want is to kiss her lips with a passion that we both contend to. As I see y/n about to leave to her car I just have to ask her something.

So I take my moment to tap on her shoulder, now we’re face to face. Maybe I can actually say the words that I really want to say.

At the camp

We’re at the camp site, and it is very peaceful at the moment. And tomorrow the children are coming, this is going to be a great time.

After a tour of the camp and also learning all the rules, we held with what was needed. My eyes soon land on my girlfriend, that is helping carry the boxes to the kitchen. Still can’t believe we ended up together. And she makes me feel like no one has ever made me feel.

I can feel a spark when we’re together, and when we kiss it is like everything stops. I can’t imagine my life without y/n.

After everyone is done helping for the day we are just chilling out. Me and y/n decide yo go be alone, and just have some us time.

I am in the cabin I share with Brooke and Montana. Were just having friendly conversations and getting to know each other more. Well mostly Brooke getting to know me and Montana more, also we get to know Brooke more. I can see a friendship coming between me and Brooke.

This summer is going to me a great one. And I can’t wait to see what adventures we have in store.

Since the young age of four years old, I have looked up to my mother and dreamed of filling her shoes of being an elementary school teacher, which is why I believe that being an educator of the environment would be a very interesting and providing opportunity. This job would entail a variety of smaller jobs and tasks within itself. Some may include formulating and delivering a wide variety of different educational programs, classes and outdoor learning opportunities surrounding the topic of nature and sustainability to large groups of students either in schools, summer camps, or community groups. I would aim to create videos and online content for the public to access if they are not able to physically attend but still wish to learn more about the natural world, and to offer training courses for those hoping to also become an environmental educator.

Last summer at my cottage. People who chose to do the online courses I would offer could learn from the comfort of a location including their cottage!

This job would provide me with the opportunity to educate others which I have always wanted to do at the same time as spending ample time focusing and taking care of nature- one of my favourite “locations”. This could take place at an outdoor education centre, community centre, or in school classrooms, depending on the members who have signed up. I can vividly remember our class visiting for class trips growing up, whether it was ziplining, tapping trees for sap, learning about how to make maple syrup, learning about different types of leaves and plants, but more importantly, steps we can take to save our planet and make it a more environmentally friendly place, cutting back on the harsh emissions that are speeding up global warming and climate change. A variety of skills would be required in order to thrive in this position. Some include excellent communication skills, a high level of knowledge about the environment or maybe even environmental science, initiative to create and present these classes, responsibility and organization to keep dates, names, topics and information orderly, creativity to cultivate and brainstorm the learning materials, problem-solving skills, teamwork or collaboration, and most importantly, a strong passion for the environment itself. It is crucial to ensure you select a profession that you are passionate about and enjoy doing as if you do not, it will make for a long lifetime of doing a job you despise and speaking from experience, it is harder to learn from someone who is not passionate and caring about the information they are teaching, as they do not truly care about what they are providing. I use my mother as an example every time- a school teacher who loves her job is passionate about it and has never complained. She finds ways to look forward to working by making her job interesting and fun for herself. She has a love for children and helping others as do I, which is why I hope to only be a portion of my mother when I am older. Since I am passionate about the environment and teaching others, I feel that being an environmental educator would be a profession I would thrive in. In this week’s unit, we learned about the different types of learners- auditory, visual, and tactile. I believe the environment and being within nature, where these courses would be offered, provides an opportunity for all kinds of learners. Auditory learners can listen to the breeze, the crunch of the leaves, and the sound of birds chirping. Visual learners could see all that nature has to offer while also following instructions that instructors would be offering, and lastly- tactile learners could learn by doing the activities themselves and seeing and experiencing all that is being done. We learned of the importance of considering who we are as an interpreter, who our audience is, and how we can make these experiences meaningful for all involved. While preparing the content for these courses, I would take all of these important factors into consideration.

Since Eras ended yesterday, I'd like to share some of my key Taylor/Eras related memories.

First coming across Taylor and her music when I was like 7 or 8 years old when I watched the movie Letters To Juliet with my mom, which had Love Story on the soundtrack, which resulted in me watching the music video, and then downloading the song and other Taylor songs I could find like Our Song, You Belong With Me, Fearless and Mine on the mp3 player I had at the time

Having Red the song, Begin Again and 22 on repeat in like 4th grade

Listening to 1989 on my old iPhone 4 during my downtime when I was 11 at summer camp

Listening to The Outside religiously when I was like 14-16 and had no friends in high school

Listening to Lover the song on repeat and including on all my ship playlists when I was like 16.

Listening to Folklore and being like, "Okay, which songs fit better with each of my fave characters/ships" and relating to This Is Me Trying since I wasn't doing well academically in the pandemic during the online school system.

Feeling seen by Tolerate It since I associated it with my dad... (no comment)

Going through a friendship breakup in December 2020 and associating Back To December and Breathe with it

Relating to This Is Me Trying even more in 2022 since my parents forced me to go to business school, because I hasn't gotten into law school, and since I didn't care for business and had only applied as a plan B, I was failing every class and going to uni everyday was literally killing inside, to the point where I dropped out. Also, Speak Now was getting played every day that year, especially Never Grow Up since I found myself hating being like 19 and wanting to go back to being a kid, when I felt as if I knew what I was doing and where I was going in life. Additionally, I was quietly hoping that Taylor would go on tour soon and that'd she tour here so that I'd get to see her live.
