Calahan Skogman will never get to be in a scene with the rest of the Crows cast. We won’t get a scene onscreen with all six Crows. We won’t get the Ice Court Heist. We won’t get Inej’s backstory on screen. Amita won’t get to see her hard work finished, none of them will. We won’t get to see Wylan’s backstory on screen. We won’t get more of Inej and Nina’s friendship or Kaz and Jespers or Matthias interacting with the rest of the Crows.

These dedicated, phenomenal actors have been robbed. We’ve been robbed.

stop saying "Kaz would be jealous and possessive over Inej if he thought she and Tolya liked each other" no he wouldn't! Kaz isn't like that! He defends Inej's freedom, autonomy, and desires at every single turn in the books. He spends the entire duology pining over her and yet gives her every single chance he possibly can to walk out of his life forever if she wants. It's the foundational cornerstone of their entire relationship! It's why they work in the first place!

literally the only Crow who does petty jealousy is Wylan and that's that on that, folks

what i love about inej convincing nina to join the crows is that she does so by saying kaz can break matthias out of hellgate. nina is a heartrender. she proves multiple times throughout the show that she can easily tell when people are lying. and she also proves that she has no mercy for people who lie about being able to get matthias out of hellgate (ex. pekka). but she goes with inej to see kaz. why?

because inej wasn’t lying.

inej truly believes that kaz is smart enough to break someone out of the highest security prison in ketterdam, even though he clearly (as of s&b season 2) does not think that he could. we love some good kanej mutual simping.

and if we do get a six of crows spin off…inej, oh honey, just you wait until you see what your man can do.

love how realistic Ravka ends up after a war. I mean, it did win, but it's not exactly a happy ending in most stories. In other words, Ravka is still broke and still faces numerous problems regarding Grisha, Fjerdans, parem and a terrible monk.

amita’s audible intake of breath before jesper hugs her. amita suman cares so fucking much about inej and her trauma, and because the writers (the fuckers) have not yet touched on her backstory, her acting portrays it so subtly. she is a fucking incredible actress. amita is subtly showing her trauma because it’s reminiscent of “it’s not easy for me either. her voice, low and steady, the voice that had once led him back from hell. even now, a boy will smile at me in the street, or jesper will put his arm around my waist, and i feel like i’m going to vanish.”

I can't explain how much it upsets me that we don't know what the intended plotline for Inej's brother was in the show, since he wasn't in the books. Like were we going to meet him in season 3? In the spin off? Is he still alive? Is she going to save him? There were so many ways it could go; what if she hunts slavers for months without find him and starts to give up hope only for an offhand mention or some kind of lead to get her to him? What if he's Grisha and gets brought in for the parem plot line? What is she finds him after so long only to have him taken away again? Or what if they one day sail and hunt slavers together? It makes me so sad that there's practically endless possibilities and we don't know what the plan was
