dinner- rice and a carrot (215 calories)
Okay so I finished the first day of my february diet. This day wasnt hard for me becouse I got food poisoning yesterday and didnt have apetite (also my parents didnt make me eat too much becouse of that). I havent done my workout and only did 6700 steps so I will try to make sure to do better tommorow even though I still feel sick.

Just because you don’t see anyone talk about it doesn’t mean that everybody is “better” at Ana than you. You are not a failure just because you overate, because you ate more than you were supposed to, or because you are having a tough time.
This is a mental disorder and just like with any other disorder, there will be ups and downs. That doesn’t mean you’ll never reach your goals. Your mistakes should allow you to figure out what your triggers are and how to do better next time. Everybody has bad days and you are not alone

♡february rules♡
Okay so I really let myself go during january and binged a lot and gained a lot of weight :(( i am at my hw again after losing around 8 kg so I am here again, i hope I will do better this time.
Diet rules:
0-2 meals, <1000 kcal
no sugar, low carb
no proccesed food
2.5 l of water
Workout rules:
pilates everyday in the afternoon (10-25 minutes)
quick morning stretch/yoga (around 5-10 min) everyday
10k steps
+ every morning i will give myself an extra daily dieting challange that will help me loose w quicker
