I've been working on this for so long (and it's been on my mind a bit longer than that), and honestly this is the closet of finishing it I can be. So, what better time to post it now that book 3 it's about to be wide released
And especially thanks to @zhoras-bitch for letting me borrow one of her edits of Kade, you can find it here X. When I did this I wanted Kade with the gang and like hell he was going to be wearing that potato's sac.
I hope you like it.

I got desperate for Jay content and ended up reading the damijon fics with Jay, and like they clearly want Jay to be the bad guy. But they somehow write him as being even cooler than in canon! A lot of fics have him riding a motorbike(love how damijon shippers and not have just decided he's a motorbike guy), he's the leader of The Revolutionaries now apparently, and most of these fics have Jon cheating on Jay physically, emotionally, or both ways so now I'm just mad at Jon.
Like, slay King, if Jon can't appreciate all that it's his loss. I am having an fun time if i just focus on the Jay of it all like who is this rizz-filled man who is apparently a threat to the Justice League???????? Actual Jay stans make him a bit of a loser

It's snake weighing day this morning! Keep reading to see all the babies!
Tumblr media
A little context on these cuties.
They were found abandoned in an apartment, and we're pretty confident they were a breeding setup. Because they're adopted, we don't know all of their morphs, so if you recognize any please let us know!
First up is Cali.
Yes. She is a spider morph. If you're unfamiliar with them, they are (as far as we're concerned) an unethical morph because they are prone (by which I mean I have never heard of one without) to a nervous system condition known as wobbles. This can present in varying degrees of severity, and is often very stressful for the animal. If you want to get a ball python, and the breeder you're looking at offers spider morphs, please do not support them.
That being said, we're monitoring her closely to see how severe her wobble is, as she has already shown that she has one. She is a beautiful snake and if her quality of life isn't too bad, we'll be keeping her around, but if she's unable to live well we have already made the decision to not let her suffer.
At this time, she is not showing severe symptoms, and I'm hoping she will be able to spend many years with us.
Tumblr media
She weighed in at 1242g and is roughly 47 inches long.
Next is Ato! She weighed in at 778g and is roughly 33 inches long. She's our shortest!
Tumblr media
After her, we have Hym! Our only new male, he weighs 1498g and is roughly 48 inches long. A big guy!
Tumblr media
After Hym is Terp! She weighed in at 1126g and is about 40 inches long. Terp has a bump on her snoot that the vet believes is akin to a callus, but we're going to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't grow.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pom is next! She's our littlest, but not shortest!, weighing in at 621g and measuring around 40 inches.
Tumblr media
And last but not least is Nia! Our biggest new addition, she weighs a nice 1530g and is around 48 inches in length! She had the biggest poo I've ever seen this morning and was scooty because of it, so she was a little hard to measure and she may or may not be longer than 48.
Tumblr media
Nia has a stubby little tail, and we're hoping she's just ~like that~, but we're gonna make sure we keep an eye out for potential stuck shed issues because of it.
Tumblr media
We're pretty confident Nia is a high melanin morph, but we could be wrong!
Tumblr media
So them's the girls (and Hym)!!
We'd love to hear your thoughts on their morphs! We're going to do some research ourselves too, but I think it'd be fun to see what others think :)

Previous: Chapter Two
Tumblr media
The evening was unfolding with a certain effortless elegance as the makeup product release party continued to draw in a mix of beauty industry insiders, influencers, and celebrities.
Held in a luxurious penthouse space, the atmosphere was a vibrant mix of laughter, clinking glasses, and the thumping bass of upbeat music that filled the room. Yami, dressed in a sleek metallic silver dress that shimmered in the soft lighting, stood near one of the long white tables filled with beautifully arranged makeup products—eyeshadows, lipsticks, highlighters, all in an array of striking hues. She was the center of attention without even trying.
Her presence at the event was a reflection of where her career had been heading: upward. Aside from being a top WWE wrestler. She was also a well-known personality in the beauty world, Yami had become one of the go-to influencers in the scene, effortlessly blending beauty with business. Her red lips and sharply defined eyes made her look both fashionable and fierce.
Beside her stood Jacob, her boyfriend. Although he wasn’t as immersed in the beauty world as she was, his calm demeanor and steady presence provided a balance that made Yami feel more grounded. He wore a black blazer and a crisp white shirt, looking good but slightly out of place in the glossy, influencer-heavy crowd. His eyes were constantly darting toward Yami, checking in on her while also trying to engage in conversations with others.
Her friends, including Jacob’s cousins—Zilla, Jonathan, and Jonathan’s wife, Trinity—had also arrived. They had all been invited by Jacob, who knew they’d enjoy the event, especially Trinity, whose passion for makeup was well-known. Trinity, a beauty enthusiast, was completely in her element, admiring the new product launches with the excitement of a kid in a candy store. She had also brought along Pamela, Bianca, and Montez, making the party feel even more lively.
The vibe was light and carefree. People laughed, exchanged stories, and took selfies with the display products, posing for pictures that would surely flood their social media feeds later. The night was meant to be about celebrating beauty, connecting with others in the industry, and simply having a good time. But there was an undercurrent of tension running just below the surface for Yami. She had been trying to enjoy herself, but something was nagging at her, a feeling that something was about to shift.
It was then that Erica, an old mutual friend, approached. Erica was known for her energy and her ability to stir up gossip, but tonight, there was something different in her demeanor. She walked toward Yami, her expression tight, her usual bubbly nature replaced with something more cautious.
"Yami," Erica said quietly, as she drew near, "We need to talk."
Yami’s stomach tightened. She had no idea what was coming, but the seriousness in Erica’s tone immediately piqued her concern. "What is it?" Yami asked, her voice already laced with curiosity and growing unease.
Erica hesitated for a moment, looking over her shoulder as though checking for anyone who might overhear. The air between them felt charged as she finally spoke, her voice dropping to a near whisper. "I saw Crystal earlier. Apparently, she has been talking to your ex-manager. The one who stole from you—the one you’ve been battling in court for months. She actually brought him here with her."
Yami’s breath caught in her chest. Her ex-manager, a man who had once been a close ally, had been one of the darkest parts of her career. He’d stolen a significant amount of money from her, money that was meant for a major project, and the fallout had been brutal—both emotionally and financially. Yami had been fighting a legal battle for months, trying to get back what was rightfully hers. The thought of Crystal, a longtime friend, meeting with this man made Yami’s stomach churn.
"Crystal? Crystal was with him?" Yami asked, her voice edged with disbelief.
Erica nodded, her face set in an expression of discomfort. "Yeah, I saw them talking over by the bar. When I asked her about it, she acted like it was no big deal. Didn’t even seem fazed. She didn’t seem to care that he screwed you over."
The sting of betrayal hit hard, and Yami’s blood began to simmer. Crystal, someone she had trusted, someone she had considered a friend, meeting with the very man who had caused her so much pain? It felt like a slap in the face.
Without saying another word, Yami’s gaze shifted across the room to where Crystal was standing with a group of people, laughing and chatting. Yami’s pulse quickened. The calm veneer she had been holding onto was beginning to crack, and an unfamiliar sense of urgency swept over her. She had to confront this. It couldn’t wait.
“I need to talk to her,” Yami said, her voice flat, and controlled, but there was no mistaking the fury beneath.
Erica nodded quickly, stepping back. "Just... be careful, Yami. She didn’t seem to care much when I spoke to her."
But Yami wasn’t listening anymore. Her focus was locked on Crystal, and nothing was going to stop her from finding out why. The closer she got to the bar, the more her anger built, and the tighter her grip on her emotions became. She was walking into a conversation that could either mend a friendship or end it forever.
When she finally reached Crystal, she wasn’t ready for the placid expression that greeted her. Crystal, her eyes wide with surprise, gave a forced smile. "Yami!" she said, her voice casual, but there was something nervous lurking behind her eyes. "Hey!"
Yami couldn’t help the sharpness in her voice. "I need to ask you something," she said, cutting straight to the point.
Crystal raised an eyebrow, sensing that this wasn’t just a casual question. "What’s up?"
Yami’s words came out like a controlled storm. "Why didn’t you tell me you met up with my ex-manager? You know, the one who stole from me. The one I’m in a legal battle with. Why didn’t you say anything?"
Crystal blinked in surprise, her eyes flicking to the side for a moment. She seemed genuinely confused. "What are you talking about? I don’t know what you’re trying to say," she responded, her voice laced with incredulity. "Nothing happened, Yami. It was just a meeting."
Yami’s blood ran cold. "A meeting? With the man who stole from me? You didn’t think I should know about that? After everything that’s happened?" Her voice was beginning to rise, the anger bubbling beneath the surface. "You didn’t think I’d care?"
Crystal’s posture stiffened. She glanced around, trying to gauge the situation, but Yami wasn’t backing down. The room seemed to fade into the background as their conversation became a battleground.
"Look, it wasn’t a big deal," Crystal said, her voice defensive now. "I didn’t think it was anything I needed to tell you about. He didn’t do anything to me. It’s not like we’re best friends now, okay?"
Yami’s eyes narrowed. The casualness with which Crystal dismissed the meeting—her lack of concern for how Yami might feel—was enough to set Yami’s nerves alight. "You think I wouldn’t care? You think it’s no big deal that you’re hanging out with the man who nearly ruined my career?" Yami’s voice grew louder, now fully on edge. "You didn’t even think to mention it to me?"
Crystal scoffed, her arms folding across her chest. "Why should I? You’re always acting like everything’s about you, Yami. Maybe you’re the one with the problem. You’re the one who can’t move on from the past."
Yami felt a chill run through her. The words hit harder than anything Crystal had said before. "That’s a fake-ass move, Crystal. Don’t act like you didn’t know this would hurt me. You knew exactly what you were doing."
Crystal’s face twisted with a sneer. "I’m not the one who can’t let go. Maybe it’s time you stopped playing the victim."
Yami’s heart pounded in her chest. The betrayal was so raw, that it burned. The words seemed to swirl around her, pushing her to the edge. She didn’t even think twice before she raised her hand and slapped Crystal across the face.
The sound of the slap echoed in the air, loud and unforgiving. The room seemed to freeze for a moment as Crystal staggered back, her hand flying to her cheek in disbelief. But before Yami could even register what had happened, Crystal lunged at her, hands flying toward her hair.
The tension in the air snapped.
Yami wasn’t one to back down. She sidestepped Crystal’s attack, shoving her away with a swift, practiced motion. But before the confrontation could settle, Eliza, Crystal’s sister, came charging in, her fists swinging toward Yami. Now, Yami was facing two opponents.
Jacob and Zilla rushed to intervene, but the chaos of the moment was too much to contain. Yami’s anger was pure and unfiltered, and she fought back with everything she had, using all her strength and speed. Crystal and Eliza struggled to land a blow on her, but Yami’s reflexes were sharp. Within moments, she had thrown both of them to the ground, her fists landing with precision as she dealt with them swiftly.
Breathing heavily, Yami stood over them, the adrenaline still pumping through her veins. Her chest rose and fell with the force of her anger, but there was an odd sense of clarity in the aftermath. She turned and walked away, her eyes scanning the crowd before she made her exit from the confrontation.
Jacob and Zilla reached her, their expressions a mixture of disbelief and concern.
"So this is what they were talking about when they said you got a bad temper?" Zilla asked, his voice a mix of amusement and astonishment.
Yami shrugged, her composure returning. "I wasn’t trying to start anything," she said coolly. "But I wasn’t going to let her disrespect me like that."
Bianca, who had watched the entire altercation from a distance, walked over crossed her arms, and shook her head. "Girl, I thought you were working on your anger," she said with a grin.
Yami gave a small, wry smile. "I am," she said. "But sometimes, people just need to be put in their place."
“Yami, go get a refund because whatever you learned from anger management ain’t working for you,” Montez said, shaking his head.
Pamela, still wide-eyed from the chaos, leaned in closer to Yami, her voice low and incredulous. "Girl, you really went off. I thought for sure one of them was gonna pull out a knife or something."
Yami chuckled dryly, brushing a strand of hair from her face, her heart still pounding. "I wish one of them bitches would pull out a knife on me," she said nonchalantly.
Jacob, who had stood at a distance during the entire altercation, his expression a mixture of concern and disbelief, finally stepped forward. He reached out and gently placed a hand on Yami’s arm, his voice softer but still laced with some concern. "You’re alright?" he asked, his brown eyes searching her face for any sign of distress.
Yami gave him a small nod, though her thoughts were still swirling. "I’m fine," she said, trying to sound calmer than she felt. "It’s just… been a lot lately." She glanced back over her shoulder toward Crystal and Eliza, who were now being helped up by a couple of partygoers, their faces still flushed with the aftermath of the fight. The two women glared at Yami, but she didn’t let it phase her. Let them stare. Let them seethe. It was over.
"And I’m done with it," she added, her voice growing steadier, more resolute. "Done with all the fakeness, the lies, the betrayals. It’s exhausting."
Trinity clicked her tongue, the corner of her lips curling up in a smile. "I don’t blame you. You did what you had to do, but girl—"
"Yeah, you definitely did what you had to do," Bianca interrupted, cutting Trinity off. "But you’re really gonna tell me you’re working on your anger? After that?" Bianca raised her brows, clearly trying to lighten the mood.
Yami rolled her eyes but couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at her lips. "I am, Bianca. It just, you know, doesn’t always work when people push you to the edge."
Zilla snorted, his voice low and playful. "Yeah, Yami, I think someone just learned a valuable lesson about not pushing you too far. But seriously, don’t let them think they can walk all over you, okay? You handled it."
"I handled it," Yami repeated, nodding with more conviction than she felt. "But it’s not just about them. It’s about me." She paused, the weight of the night sinking in. "I’ve been dealing with this legal stuff with my ex-manager, and then Crystal goes and makes it worse by acting like nothing’s wrong. Like it doesn’t matter. It matters, and I won’t let people treat me like I don’t matter."
Her voice softened toward the end, but there was still fire in it, a fierce determination that had always been part of her DNA. Yami had learned long ago that her kindness had limits. When people crossed those lines, she wasn’t afraid to defend herself.
Jacob squeezed her arm reassuringly. "You’re right," he said, his tone supportive.
Yami smiled, wiping her palms down the front of her dress as if trying to shake off the aftereffects of the chaos.
Jonathan, still processing the event, let out a low whistle. "Well, this is one hell of a party story. I mean, who gets into a fight at a makeup launch?"
Yami snorted. "Apparently me. I’m the drama now." She was almost laughing at the absurdity of it all, but the weight of the situation still lingered beneath the humor. Her confrontation with Crystal had pulled her out of a fun night and into an emotional battle that wasn’t just about physical fights—it was about her trust, her boundaries, and her past.
The party, once so full of carefree laughter and mingling, had a shadow now. Yami could feel the eyes of others on her—some sympathetic, others whispering behind their hands. It wasn’t that she cared what they thought; it was just the reality of being in a space where everyone was so quick to judge, so quick to comment. She was used to being under a microscope, but sometimes, the constant attention weighed on her.
Jacob leaned in and kissed her on the cheek, a small, reassuring gesture. "You good now?" he asked again, his voice low and comforting.
Yami closed her eyes for a second, savoring the closeness of the moment. "I’m good," she said, her voice quieter this time, the rawness in it now giving way to calm. She was tired, exhausted even, but the clarity she had felt earlier, the sharpness of knowing exactly where she stood, remained.
As the night wore on, the party shifted back into its original rhythm, people finding new conversations and new distractions, but the earlier tension remained in the air. Yami wasn’t sure where things stood with Crystal anymore, but one thing was clear: Yami was not someone to be messed with.
"Let’s get out of here," Yami said, her voice firm as she turned toward her friends. "I’ve had enough of this."
Trinity and Bianca exchanged a look, but they nodded, ready to follow her lead. Jacob, ever the calm presence, wrapped his arm around her shoulders as they made their way toward the exit.
Yami glanced back one last time at the crowd, her eyes scanning for any sign of Crystal or anyone else who might try to stir things up. There was a part of her that wondered if this was the end of her friendship with Crystal, but at that moment, she didn’t care.
The elevator ride down felt oddly peaceful, the soft hum of the building’s machinery a far cry from the chaos of moments before. Jacob pressed a kiss to her temple, a small, unspoken promise of support.
"You good?" he asked again, this time with a little more tenderness.
Yami gave him a soft smile, resting her head against his shoulder. "Yeah," she said, her voice steady now. "I’m good. I just needed to make sure I was still me."

Putting my cards down now: If Nicole Maines's new book is Secret Six, I am predicting Jay is Mockingbird.
For those who don't know (you should read secret six, btw):
Tumblr media
Nicole's notes from a few months ago indicating Jay is going after people involved in selling out Gamorra + him generally being the only guy on this team with both the intelligence (lol) and the resources to do this are what make me call this right away. We know Jay has experience working anonymously and he also has the motivation to put together a strike team at this current time. Also, dude has no qualms working with shady people for the betterment of society- His found family are the fucking Revolutionaries.
Worth noting with the exception of Catman (so far, we dont know for sure, Thomas gets up to some shady shit!) that everyone on this team has also wronged him in some way or another. There's Jon's White Guy Moment in Super Son, Nia... just her everything, and Black Alice and Deadshot were working for Waller at the time of Gamorra's second collapse.
It is also worth noting that Mockingbird, while often held by villains, is not inherently a villainous title. Its far more grey than that- as most of the stuff with Secret Six often is.
