Dream had a call.

He didn’t hear his name clearly, no. At first it was more like a whisper in the wind, weak and far far away, then it became stronger. Some one was calling him.

Dream has always had many name, he lived tons of lives after all, but one among all was quite different.

He followed the call and became curious to know who was the human who desperately wanted the attentions of the Sandman.

In the huge castle, Dream walked and, step by step, the whisper started to be more and more audible, understandable.

“Stranger”.

Dream simply smiled because he now knew who was calling his name, who created a dream about him.

Hob saw his friend’s face though it all. It never happened before but seeing the stranger again after so many years, decades perhaps, made him happy.

But the stranger came closer and closer, dressed only of a transparent and shiny black cape.

“Hob” said Dream. He seemed amused. “Hob” he did again, now more soft than ever. “Do you… desire me?”.

Hob gasped, looking around and trying to understand where he was. It didn’t matter because, yes, Hob was just waiting for Dream to come closer so he could finally touch him.

“Hob” again. “Do you want to… me?”.

Hob was feeling dizzy like he was drunk but he was sure he was sober before falling asleep that night. “You do” continued Dream, opening his mouth and whisper one last “Come here”.

Hob opened his eyes before touching his stranger’s lips.

loved the little part where Isaac says that a relationship seems nice in theory but it isn't what he actually wants and James goes "so you're aromantic?" and Isaac absolutely lights up with a smile and he says "you know what that is?"

the funny part is that when James said that my face also lit up with a smile and my thoughts were "he knows what it is!!" even while watching fictional characters. the fact that our identity is so unknown and invisible makes this such a universal aro experience.

High Tides

The show was so so bad and violent.

Nothing really made sense.

It was a mixed of Elite, a bad GG with a lots of Big Little Lies nonsense.

At the end, I was sure that Alexander did it.

Always a love triangle, never a threesome.

They killed the show with Jacques' death. What a shame.

Every parents were cheating their spouses or boyfriends, only Margaux and Matti remained faithful.

Charles seems really nice, but we only had two small scenes with him.

Also, Patrick is a psychopath that should be in jail or in a mental institution. And we never learned what Patrick did to Jacques.

And how stupid Daan can be thinking that Louise will dump Alexander for him and getting with Alexander / his friend girlfriend. Why he couldn't be with Anouk? They are nice together.

Pain Hustlers

It was such a good movie about the opioid crisis in the US, especially about the drug called "Fentanyl".

The actors were very good. It was nice to see Andy García again.

The movie is based on the work of journalist and author Evan Hughes, who broke the story of pharmaceutical company Insys and its kickback scheme which incentivized doctors to recommend the fentanyl-based drug Subsys to other prescribers. The Zanna of the movie, and its drug Lorafen, are thinly-veiled analogues of Insys and Subsys.

Three things that didn't make sense : 1. Liza and Pete not having at least fucked once. 2. Liza going to the FBI to denounce her own company (before vest her shares), caring about the deaths (overdoses) knowing that Pete was saying at the beginning of the story that she didn't give a fuck about anyone. 3. Not having enough money for her daughter's operation.

"- The study was false? (Interviewer) - The study was accurate. Out of a test group of 200 patients under clinical observation for two years, there was only one confirmed fentanyl overdose. What they left out was that the drug was administered to opioid tolerant patients by responsable doctors who weren't being paid to crank the doses and addict people. Not only that, the clinical subjects were stage 4 cancer patients. So before abuse became an issue, most of them were dead. For non-terminal patients, they concluded that the risk of overdose and addiction were all incredibly high... because, um, well, pardon me, but no shit, it's fentanyl."
