It is useful to understand that judicial review will cover a full-fledged examination when a dispute resolution service is needed for enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. As underlined in our article on 2024 Case Analysis of Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Turkey, the judgment by Istanbul Appellate Court 14th Chamber on 17 September 2020 [E. 2018/2196, K.2020/917], the below-mentioned criteria must be controlled by a judicial review for enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Turkey:
· The fact that the arbitration rules are applicable to any dispute between parties must be accepted in accordance with the contract between parties,
· The final award must be given by the arbitrator after review and fair trial within the framework of the representation of all parties,
· The dispute must be suitable for arbitration in terms of Turkish law,
· The evaluation of these defense claims was included in the final award,
· The addressee company was present at every stage of the proceedings at the Arbitration Center,
· The defense arguments must be taken properly during the arbitration proceedings,
What is the meaning of dispute resolution service in Turkey?
It is not hard to maintain that the most commonly used method for dispute settlement is litigation in Turkey. Huge backlog before court rooms has already establishes this argument. Increasing number for civil and administrative litigation has been a matter of concern over the years in Turkey. Dispute resolution through arbitration agreements and|or dispute resolution arbitration is newly improving in Turkey. There is much work needs to be done for alternative dispute resolution methods. Building dispute resolution owing to the alternative ways such as consumer dispute resolution may be found very workable and reasonable solution to all parties of a dispute.

Pay attention to that. I'm the kind of person that doesn't ordinarily mind budging on price but I have a pretty specific model in mind for how that goes.
I was selling something for like $120. I was prepared to get anywhere from $100 to $120.
So pro forma when the buyer said $100 I said would you be willing to do $110. If they said no, $100 is the best I can do I would've taken it. But they just went 100% radio silent and that was that.
Nbd, it was a graphics card I later was able to give away to someone who needed it a lot more and who I knew personally would benefit.
Anyway to generalize this a bit more, primary among all is keep your flexibility. Assume the seller is going through the same negotiating two-step dance as you are, as you work through the ritual of hitting on the perfect middle ground price you both are happy with.
you said you had a script for negotiating for secondhand things. What is it?
For me, for these kinds of small person-to-person sales, the goal is to get a good deal but also leave the seller feeling like they didn't get hosed, like they talked me into a deal. So there's strategic reasons for this script, but it's also honest. I'm not going to lie to the seller, and I'm not going to be rude.
I mostly use this on Marketplace. If someone lists something as a firm price, I'm not going to ask them to reduce it; if it's been listed for a long time I may ask if they're still firm on price, and if the answer is yes, I respect that. If it's something awesome and it's a good price, I don't bother with this. Otherwise, here's how it usually goes.
Availability: Still for sale?
Inquiry: I have a question about _____. (Size, color, function, etc. Not a question already answered in the description.)
Gratitude: Thank you for answering the question, that makes things clearer for me. This, and the inquiry, are about building rapport and investment in the conversation. They've put a little time into talking and they don't want it to be wasted.
Reservation: I have a concern about why this may not work for me. (Indicating you're on the fence on the sale, and they should move their price point to hook you.) This can be concerns about matching with other things you have, functionality, whatever.
Opening Offer: Your ideal, too-good-to-be-true price. For me this is often about a third below the listed price.
Answer: The seller either counters with another number, agrees to your opening offer, or says they're firm on the listed price.
Counter or Close: If they're firm on price, take it or leave it. If they countered, you can make another offer (typically somewhere around the halfway point between your two numbers) or accept the number they gave. You can continue making offers as long as you want but for most people it'll be offer-counter-final offer.
Say thank you. Arrange payment and pickup.
