So anyways Sirius buys way, way too many presents for everyone and spends way, way too much money. The worst part is that he’s also really good at gifting, so he buys a shit tonne of really great gifts. Remus buys fewer, very meaningful, very good gifts, but he prefers making memories in place of physical gifts. This isn’t to say he isn’t ecstatic when Sirius wakes him up on Christmas morning, nor is it to say that he doesn’t giggle like a little kid when he sits in a mountain of wrapping paper with his new things.

I have managed to finish the first part of M is for Murder, a Choose Your Own Adventure post prank fanfic where Snape dies and the Marauders have to cover up the murder - or, should I say, the unfortunate manslaughter?!

This has been an INSANE amount of work. Only posting the chapters took me almost 90 minutes 🙃

we do not make enough of the COMEDY it is that james is a fucking deer. like sirius being a dog and peter being a rat are obv tied to their characters but a deer is SO random. and i do not see it in fics enough. take the padfoot tropes and give them to prongs. students baffled because there was a deer walking around the dungeons? remus walking into the dorm and nearly shitting himself because there’s a deer sitting upright in james’ bed. whenever james is in a sticky situation he just goes deer mode and prances away
