“Moony, how does this suit look?” Sirius asked, doing a little twirl.

“It looks great on you, Pads,” Remus said, smiling softly.

“Thanks, Moonpie,” Sirius grinned, facing the mirror to tie his tie. “You look good too.”

“You’re so sweet, seren. Thank you.”

A beat of silence.

“Moony, are you… alright? You’re a lot less energetic than I expected, especially for a day like this.”

“Oh, I’m… fine, I suppose,” Remus said, waving his concerns off. “I won’t get worse, if that’s what you’re asking.”

“Alright,” Sirius huffed, buttoning his blazer. “I’m still asking you later.”

“Fine with me,” Remus shrugged, stepping behind Sirius and wrapping his arms around his waist.

“Oi, Pads?” James’s voice called from outside the room. “Who’re you talking to?”

Sirius furrowed his brows. “It’s Remus, James. Can you not hear him?”

His next words punched Sirius in the stomach. “Pads, Remus… he’s dead, remember? Today’s his funeral.”

Sirius fell to his knees like a marionette with its strings cut, staring up at the ceiling. “Stop,” he muttered, hoping James would tell him that no, Remus was still alive, and this was all a big prank. “No, that’s not right. He wouldn’t-”

“I’m sorry, Sirius. It was the moon, remember?”

“No,” Sirius said, louder this time- more frantic, too. “It’s not real, James. Tell me it’s not real.”

“I’m so sorry, but he’s gone- but I get it, Pads. I’m here for you. He was one of my best friends, too.”

Sirius looked up at the figure that appeared to be Remus- down to the freckles splattering his nose and the amber flecks in his eyes.

Fake-Remus smiled sadly at him, vanishing in front of his eyes.

He stared numbly at the engagement ring on his finger.

They would’ve gotten married next month.

I still get angry when I think about how I didn't know I had asthma until my 20s because I was taught I was automatically unhealthy so that was just my lot in life. That fat people just couldn't breathe well so I was stuck like that. My friends didn't have asthma growing up and tv only showed severe symptoms of an asthma attack and only through thin people. Fat people always struggled to breathe "because fat"- they never had explanations. Just randomly being unable to get enough air to talk based on how hot and humid it was my punishment.

I only realized it when an asthmatic friend offered me her inhaler during an episode that no this is manageable.

And then I got into fat liberation and realized that even if it was directly caused by my weight that doesn't mean I deserved to suffer. Inhalers exist.

I just can't get over the bullshit they teach us. That suffering is the only way a fat person can exist. And if we don't have people around us to argue otherwise we of course accept it.

reminiscing whatever the hell was this and i'd like to point out a few excerpts (with timestamps) that still haunt me in my sleep:

the way miles gazes deeply into alex's eyes on 0:18 before their silly forehead rubbing......... absolutely platonic!

except for the quick glance at the guitar on 0:19, alex doesn't take his eyes off miles throughout the whole bit. for anything. at all. just watch it

alex being completely mesmerized by miles. and his response is to lick his lips on 0:36.

miles notices alex's undivided attention and of course he has to reward him by sliding his forehead up and down on his on 0:38. fucking insane response

miles gasping at the end of their guitar sex “thing” (on 0:48) and alex giggling in response. they're so intimate it makes me physically ill :)

I'm just on my way home from uni because we have just been released for the summer break at last, and I wanna thank y'all so much for supporting me throughout the creation of this blog. It will always be here hahaha this is a simple form of gratitude and sweet message to my moots especially.

This was the last semester of my second year in my fashion degree, which means that I will most likely return for my final year... scary, but I know that I will make it through, and from the minute I found out about shifting, I know that everything will be okay <3 Now I can enjoy my time off for a while, but I'll get really busy! As I'll be working hard towards my final major project.

This means that I may be on a shifting break to focus on graduating, moving out, perhaps learning to drive? and securing a summer internship (maybe), good paying job, of course, before I start thinking about seriously thinking about permashifting out of this reality permanently.

I simply want the version of myself that I'll eventually leave here to make the best out of her life even if I won't be "here" if you get what I mean, she will post my pre-drafted farewell blog to the community when I have made it but for now I wanna cherish my moments here and become the best version of myself towards my final days here! I hope y'all also understand. have a good day/night wherever you are, I love you all, and as always.

It gets bloody, quickly. Even with preventive spells the skin is so thin compared to other places and barty is sure he's about to fuck it up

Barty could see everything, he could see Evan's organs the way they pulsed, the red, the beauty. He watched as the bone and muscle danced around eachother protecting any vital organs, He carefully cuts and pokes at the tissues and muscle.
