I wanted to learn how to write stories and draw so I could eventually join the Miraculous fandom. This fandom inspired me to draw and write so I will forever love it no matter how bad things get. I remember the days of old, and I miss them a lot.

I might not be a big fan of how the show went but gosh darn it I love this show no matter what. I started this path in highschool and now I’m in college and I still love this show and our fandom.

I’m sorry if I don’t interact that much, I never had access to social media till college and I’m still getting out of my shell and interacting with people.

I love all this fandom and I do miss how welcoming it was back in the old days.

i really miss how the ml fandom was back when s1 was airing bc everyone was just so excited about the show and the fandom actually interacted with each other a lot (reblogging art/fic, commenting, sending asks, etc.) bc currently it's kind of like.... a ghost town, if that makes sense

i know the fandom has kind of died off in the last two seasons due to people having differing opinions about the show and i get it. everyone's entitled to feel how they feel about it and i wouldn't want someone to keep watching something they don't enjoy. and i know the fandom is especially dead rn bc of the hiatus. but even though i still love the fandom currently & all my wonderful mutuals who I've made over the years i still cant help but feel nostalgic for the way it used to be

YES! not only could the writers give him a special ability to purify akumas, they could even create scenarios where chat noir is the only one to be able to break akumatized objects, or being the only one to destroy objects/anomalies created by the akuma, etc etc! theres so many ways to make chat noir more important. all chat noir brings to the table rn is his fighting ability, which was only his civilian skills enhanced. i hope as the seasons go on, he gets more than his cataclysm, because with the theme of destruction theres so many options!

i know this has definitely been said in the miraculous fandom before but ladybug and chat noirs powers are definitely unbalanced, even though they have the most powerful miraculous, the black cat just seems like any other

ladybug gets a lucky charm, miraculous ladybug, and purify akumas

while chat noir just gets a cataclysm?

i propose that chat noir gets to purify akumas, like "destroying" the evil out of the butterflies, it makes the most sense

and this wouldnt even change much because if he sacrifices himself to an akuma miraculous ladybug will just make him appear again and he can purify the akuma then

im just saying it works better and is more balanced, and makes his miraculous more "powerful" in its own way

Of course, the natural conclusion is the crippling anxiety is instead a Ladybug thing.

I think it would've been really funny if, instead of Marinette being charmed by the umbrella scene, she thought it was all an act and vowed to be Adrien's archenemy or something. It basically plays out like her vendetta against Lila, except Adrien isn't lying at all and also he fell for her the minute she decided to cuss him out. <3 hehe
