Chapter 1

Your Love is My Drug

Nam-gyu x fem! Reader

Warnings: drugs, cursing, and slight pda

Summary: Thanos wants you to join their team, Nam-gyu could care less until he finds out that you’re not how you appear to be…

“Hello, Señorita~”

You turned around, your heart hammering in your chest. Sincerely hoping the person speaking wasn’t talking to you.

A tall man had approached you, his hair a vibrant shade of purple.

‘Fuck’ you thought.

“How are you, sweetheart ?” His face softened giving you a small smile.

You gave him the best smile you could muster given the circumstances.

“I’m fine.” You manage to squeak out. God if your face wasn’t fire engine red right now.

“Dude, c’mon.” A slender man appeared next to him, his eyes slid towards you for a brief moment, with a sigh he continued, “We already have enough females on our team.”

The purple haired man scoffed before looking at him, “We have one.”

“Exactly. One too many.” He glared at you, “She’s too soft anyways I can sense it. Like the Pillsbury Doughboy, you touch his stomach and he laughs.”

His friend blinked his eyes rapidly, “Bro what the fuck are you saying ?”

You smiled, letting out a small giggle.

“See what’d I’d tell you ?”

The purple haired guy rolled his eyes and looked back at you, “Nice to meet you I’m Thanos, the destroyer of worlds, and you Ms. ?”

He stretched out a hand with rainbow colored finger nails, you shook it rather quickly. “I’m y/n…”

Out of the corner of your eye, the greasy haired man was starring at you again, but mainly at your chest.

“-And I’m Nam-gyu.” You thought he was reaching out a hand for you to shake as well but instead his hand made contact with your heart shaped locket.

You froze, his face a near few inches from yours now. Your eyes on his as his finger nails traced the shape of the locket.

“Whatcha got here ?” His voice was low and you hadn’t realized you were holding your breathe until you tried answering him but nothing came out.

Thanos placed a hand on his shoulder and Nam-gyu crept back, smiling sheepishly as the locket slipped through his fingers settling between your breast again.

Still from a bit of shock from someone invading your personal space you couldn’t think of anything to say, mindlessly your fingers opened the clasp to your locket and showed them what’s inside.

For some reason you wanted to show that you weren’t a weakling like Nam-gyu was taking you for and the other part was to lowkey impress them.

They both looked at each other, Nam-gyu practically salivating and Thanos with his eyebrows raised.

Looking back at the locket Thanos replied “I think I’m in love.” While reaching into his jacket and pulling out his own cross shaped locket and popping it open.

You smiled at each other, then you closed your clasp facing Nam-gyu.

“You’re right, I’m waaayy to mellow for you guys-“

Nam-gyu touched your shoulder, giving you a half assed smile, “Oh c’mon I was joking. Girls can take jokes right ?”

Thanos side eyed his friend.

“Please stop touching me.” You monotoned, shrugging off his hand.

Thanos chuckled, “Welcome to the Thanos world my friend.” His deep voice was cheerful and inviting as you guys fist bumped.

You sat next to Semi on Thanos’ bed with Thanos at the edge of the bed in front of you guys. Min-su and Nam-gyu sat on the stairs next to you guys.

Thanos made you guys go around saying what your name was, where you were from, and how old you all were. “Team building exercises” he called them.

“Bro this is laaame.” Nam-gyu complained.

“We need our teamwork tight, if we plan on making it to the end of this.”

“Ughhh.” Nam-gyu rolled his eyes, “This sounds like an AA meeting-“

“You would know.” Semi retorted under her breathe.

Nam-gyu’s eyes narrowed, “What’d you say you lil bitch ?”

Your face grew hot from their little confrontation but Thanos shut it down quickly.

“Nam-gyu.” He warned.

“Dude she started it !”

Semi laughed, “You sound like such a child.”

You could see Thanos rub a hand down his face in frustration.

“Enough. Both of you.” His deep voice turned stern, silencing any retort Nam-gyu was fixing to throw her way.

Just then the speakers went off telling the players the next game would be starting in 10 minutes.

Nam-gyu smiled giving Thanos a knowing look as he opened up his cross.

“Oh god, c’mon Min-su.” Semi said, getting up from the bed grabbing his hand, she turned around suggesting that you could go with them.

“I’m fine.” You replied to her with a shy smile. She returned it giving you a slight bow before they walked off.

“More for us.” Nam-gyu squealed as he greedily took the pill Thanos gave him.

“What is it ?” You asked Thanos.

His eyes lit up with amusement, how could such a shy sweet girl like you do hard core drugs like them ?

“To be honest, I’m not even completely sure myself.” He popped one into his mouth, before quickly swallowing it. “But if I had to compare it to anything, it’s like a mix of adderall with ecstasy.”

You felt your insides bubble with excitement, your drug of choice was cocaine so this was perfect for you.

“Can I try one ?”

The amusement in his eyes was replaced with uncertainty.

You took out a pill from your locket, “I’ll trade you. It’s cocaine, works like a charm, I promise.”

“I don’t know…” Thanos looked concerned.

Nan-gyu tried holding back his laughter, “See even you think she can’t handle it. She’s weak.” He spat.

Thanos punched Nam-gyu in the thigh, “Shut the fuck up.”

“Ahh shit.” Nam-gyu cursed under his breathe rubbing his leg. “Sorry…”

“I don’t think your weak y/n-“

“I know it’s fine.” You were embarrassed as hell and just wanted to change the awkward tension in the room.

Nam-gyu reached over and took a pill from Thanos before settling next to you.

“You little junkie-“ Thanos sat up reaching over to take his pill back.

“Hey ! It’s for y/n, chill out.”

You sharply inhaled, your shoulders practically touching his.

Nam-gyu tilts his head to the side, “Are you sure you can handle this y/n ?”

He’s testing you, that little shit. You can’t back out now, not that you wanted to.

You nodded your head.

His eyebrows shot up for a second, he was challenging you. “Okay say ‘ahhh’.”

God you wanted to slap that goofy ass grin off his face. Instead you inch your face closer to his, laying your hand on top of his thigh for better support, you open your mouth sticking out your tongue blinking up at him innocently waiting for him to feed it to you.

His eyes looked down at your hand placement for a split second as he shifted himself.

You could almost laugh at the way his face immediately changed, clearing his throat he placed the pill on your tongue.

You maintained eye contact with him as you chewed the pill and then swallowed it.

You removed your hand from his leg, and turned your attention back to Thanos who was smirking watching you two.

“Mmm, I love it !” You exclaimed already feeling the effects start to build up in your system. “It taste like cherry.”

“Will the players please line up, the next game is about to start.” The speakers cackled.

The fun was about to began.
