The fight before the storm Daybreak is constantly exhausted. Seemingly never getting a break, even at night. Plagued by migraines and endless lists of tasks she’s become less tolerant of Wish’s outbursts. And even less careful with her words. Day has long since grown out of feeling connected to the Sun. As far as she’s concerned it is a 2.192x1027 ton burden that she has to manage. Wish sees the moon as an extension of herself. It’s her contribution, her gift to the ponies of CanterGale. She’s understandably distraught to learn that the night is something many ponies fear. Day’s words are the last few nails in the coffin.

It’s finally done! Sorry for posting this on love day of all days, I promise it wasn’t on purpose🫶🏼 I wanted to say firstly: thank you for 30k holy moly ? ! I’ve gotten so many sweet comments and messages and they all mean the world 2 me. I’m so happy that I can share my stuff like this and it’s all thanks 2 y’all💜 we’ll take a little break from the sad stuff after this but I’ll be doing Wish’s banishment soon!

I'm so happy that I finally was able to do some interiors for MLP~

These are from My Little Pony: Classics Reimagined — THE ODYSSEY ~ There were several stories in here told by other ponies to Pinkie Odysseus and they're each illustrated by different artists!

I did the story of Celestia and Luna as Helios and Phaethon, told by Persephone Fluttershy, which was an honor!

CW death/loss Finally answering the question of what happened to MacApple. To be a pony used to huge magical encounters then having a loved one die to an incredibly incidental event is hard to process. MacApple didn’t go out in a blaze of glory, dying to forward some larger cause, they simply died. And life on Sweet Apple Acres went on.

This one is a bit darker but I’ve had the layout for this in mind drafts since last year. It feels nice to have it finished. Please don’t b too mad at me yall knew this was coming🫶🏼
