thank you for applying to be a pilot with Equestria Airlines. Your cutiemark is clearly a crashed airplane that is on fire. i have shown it to several people here at the office, and all of them rejected your interpretation of it as a “flaming pile of broken dishes” or “a weird duck smoking a cigarette”. all surveyed correctly identified it as a crashed plane on fire.

it goes without saying that those with an affinity and/or destiny for crashing plane(s) are not fit to be pilots for this airline. i must urge you to peruse a different career. given your cutiemark, i find your impressive list of qualifications and relevant experience disturbing.
