From what I can read online without a paywall block, US medical schools are moving in the direction of requiring or offering courses on climate change. I'm copying this directly from my Duck Duck Go search results:
The number of medical schools in the United States that include climate change in their curriculum has been increasing, with 65% of MD-granting schools requiring or offering courses on the topic in 2022.  A survey by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) found that the percentage of medical schools with climate change in their curriculum increased from 27% in 2019–2020 to 55% in 2021–2022, and then to 65% in 2022.
Excerpt from this EcoWatch story:
A network of universities across Europe has launched an initiative to train medical students on climate change-related illnesses as well as provide education on more sustainable healthcare.
The initiative includes 25 universities that have formed the European Network on Climate & Health Education (ENCHE), which will incorporate climate change education into the existing curriculum. The goal is to better prepare students to treat humans facing health disparities linked to climate change as well as to improve the sustainability of the healthcare system.
“From the spread of infectious diseases to increasingly deadly heatwaves, the health impacts of climate change are becoming ever more dangerous,” Iain McInnes, co-chair of ENCHE and vice principal and Head of College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences at the University of Glasgow, said in a statement. “As educators, it is our responsibility to ensure that the next generation of doctors, health professionals and medical leaders have the skills they need to face these challenges and can provide patients with the best care possible.”
The network will be led by the University of Glasgow and supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), and universities from Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland and the UK will be involved in ENCHE.
Other health organizations, part of the Sustainable Markets Initiative Health Systems Task Force, will provide additional support to ENCHE. The network will serve as a regional hub for the Global Consortium on Climate and Health Education (GCCHE) at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, with GCCHE providing collaboration and expert support for the initiative.
ENCHE has a goal to train 10,000 or more medical students on treating climate change health impacts in the first three years of the program. According to the University of Glasgow, there is not a consistent curriculum in medical schools that teaches on the links between climate change and health impacts.
This training could help save many more lives, as human health becomes increasingly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. According to the WHO, about 99% of humans globally are exposed to air quality below WHO standards, while more than 7 million people die from air pollution-related health impacts. Rising heat is another concern, with heat-related deaths expected to triple by 2050 in a business-as-usual scenario.

Mulling over something right now.
My journey into understanding neurodivergence and my own AuDHD-ness has changed how I doctor, and sometimes I can see this when looking at things like auto text scripts I set up previously.
For example, when it comes to picky eaters, I used to do a lot of education about how to get kids to eat, discussing strategies like gamifying intake of fruits and vegetables, enforcing #-bite rules, and having cutoff times for meals. I also put a lot more weight on having a balanced, whole-food meal. The only thing I discussed that was focused on any underlying reason was involving kids in meal prep, though I didn't necessarily have a reason as to why. And, to be fair, these strategies work for picky, NT toddlers.
Contrast that to today, where I'm asking questions about texture sensitivities and taste preferences. I'm acknowledging that processed foods are more predictable than fresh. I'm discussing meal prep involvement as a means of sensory food play. I'm discussing about how stressful #-bite requirements can be and I'm encouraging having safe foods available and permissable - not as a means of giving in, but to make trying a new food less stressful. I'm also acknowledging that some food is better than no food, as long as we get the basics/macros in as we can always supplement micros with multivitamins.
These are things that weren't taught when I was in medical school or residency. I attended in 2015, just after the DSM changes and the focus then was, and largely still is, eating a "well-rounded", normativized, white, upper-middle class diet. Anything other than that was treated as subpar and is bad medicine, let alone parenting.
You know the other thing? When I started asking, do you know how many of my picky eaters DIDN'T have some kind of sensory basis to their eating patterns? Do you know just how many undiagnosed, unseen neurodivergent kids are out there, masking along, not making waves, with equally ND parents who don't know otherwise?
The number of times I see at least one parent squirm when I start asking the kids, especially older kids, autism symptom questions and autism distinct anxiety questions... Why, if I had a nickel for every time, I would definitely have more than two. It's not a coincidence.

I'm taking a course on lactation right now and boy lemme tell you
I forgot the extent to which my traditional medical education has made me used to "high yield" format content
The amount of useless rambling, non-necessary examples, and weird tangents going on in these lectures is excruciating. I haven't had lectures this...poorly geared...to adult learners in years

Having TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction) is something I wish myself and no one else had to deal with
I have chronic tension headaches that occur nearly every day leaving me with constant level 3-5 pain
I have to reset my joint at minimum 10 times a day, and every single night
I cannot sleep on my stomach or side without joint misalignment
My ears feel constantly full/pressurized
On very bad days the disorder causes vertigo and dizziness
I cannot stretch my mouth fully open without risking pain or misalignment which affects my ability to eat and yawn

College admins/teachers/programs who get away with discriminating against disabled students.
TW
The thing about how I got rejected from the program I had worked so hard to get into, at my previous university, bc the head of the program thought that I was incapable due to disabilities (she didn't know what kind- plus, she didn't like me) really traumatized me.  I mean seriously sent me on a downward spiral and added to my existing PTSD.  Ever since I started at my current college and especially now that I've been accepted into the program, I have been constantly terrified and nervous/anxious that at any time, they might decide I'm not fit.  They might not like me.  They might reject me.  I might not be good enough.  It isn't a logical thing, but a constant fear in the back of my mind.  I am extremely stressed and anxious about starting the program this fall.
I’m now afraid to ask for accommodations or work with the accessibility office AT ALL.  (Though they also say no accommodations for the program itself.)  I’ve used them for prerequisites.
Even the things they're having us do this summer have me seriously nervous and anxious.  I'm also worried that this mental state, which is very distracting, will affect my memory, cognitive function, ability to focus, and homework/grades/performance- because that is something that happens with me.  The ableism allowed in these programs is astonishing.
Do people like that have any idea how damaging their choices and remarks can be?  How much hell they caused for me?  How the hell is ongoing?  It affected my health badly, too.  I gained a lot of weight after that and had a lot of illness/infections.  I was hurting in many ways.  I'm still recovering. I chose this subject/career because I knew I was totally capable of everything that would be required of me... but not necessarily if I'm stressed/anxious to distraction.
(I'm not looking for advice/remedies.  I have psych/therapy help and medication and am aware of/using many alternative techniques.) It also means constant nightmares, which makes me afraid to sleep.  I'm exhausted. This might sound horrible, but I kind of hope someday I will have the opportunity to subtly rub it in her/their face(s).
I've had an inferiority complex my whole life and every trauma has made it progressively worse, until I am afraid I'm acting like a shifty, untrustworthy, sketchy klutz because I'm so nervous that someone will see that I'm not worthy or good enough and I'm trying NOT to act that way, but it's like self-fulfilling. I had a massive panic attack a couple evenings ago that lasted about 2.5 hours and I cried until I was sick. My eyes are still swollen and I still have the migraine and sore throat. My PTSD got triggered badly.

Hey. It’s me again. Just this time I have medical question about pregnancy and might have punched my OBGYN when he got handys. So. I’m 5 months pregnant, is it normal for the baby to be kicking so hard it’s causing cramps?
More of a neurosurgeon than an OBGyn but yeah the baby can hear what you hear, feel most of your emotions and respond to your stress... While everyone experiences pregnancy in different ways... Fetuses can cause a lot of commotion in the uterus... Soothing music, cutting out chaos or high end dopamine stimuli might help you... Taking up more natural sources of dopamine to keep you happy and content is encouraged , such as being close to nature , spending time with loved ones , indulging into music art or forms of craft you like.
I hope you get a new OBGyn and are able to get your required shots and prenatal vitamins as well as your required screening during this time.

Fun fact that nobody warns expectant parents about, there's a version of this for breastfeeding! It's called D-MER and can make you feel like all hope and joy is gone from the world for very specifically the duration of lactation. It can range from 'oh wow what a bummer' to 'maybe I should put the baby down and throw myself out the window'. It's a seperate thing from post-natal depression because it occurs specifically and only in conjunction with milk let-down, and nobody really talks about it.
Pre-menstrual depression is always depicted as like "He He! I had a box of icecream bars and cried while watching the Titanic!" But in reality, it's more like, "I'm standing the edge of an abyss. There is nothing good inside of me, I'm filled with rage and desperation."
It's crazy that being told how to deal with that is never a part of anyone's menstrual sex education.
