राजस्थान में पेपर लीक पिछली सरकार के समय एक गंभीर समस्या बन गया था। पिछले पिछले 10 सालों की बात करें तो आरएएस, एलडीसी, कांस्टेबल सहित कई भर्तियों में या तो पेपर लीक होने के कारण परीक्षा रद्द की गई या फिर सवालों में गफलत के चलते परीक्षाएं निरस्त हो गईं। कुछ वर्षों में राजस्थान में रीट परीक्षा 2022, पटवारी परीक्षा 2023, राजस्थान पुलिस कांस्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा 2023 जैसी 17 सरकारी परीक्षाओं के पेपर एक के बाद एक लीक हुए, जिनसे न सिर्फ शिक्षा प्रणाली कमजोर हुई बल्कि सरकारी सिस्टम से छात्रों का विश्वास भी डगमगाया। पेपर लीक होने से परीक्षा की विश्वसनीयता कम हुई, युवाओं ने परीक्षा के परिणामों पर भरोसा करना बंद कर दिया, उन्हें लगने लगा कि यह निष्पक्ष नहीं हैं। इन त्रास्द हालातों ने कड़ी मेहनत कर प्रतियोगिता की तैयारी करने वाले छात्रों में मानसिक तनाव भर दिया। उनका मनोबल गिरा, उनका खुद से आत्मविश्वास उठ गया। कई महीनों तक पेपर लीक की घटना को लेकर छात्रों ने शहीद स्मारक पर धरना दिया लेकिन पूर्ववर्ती सरकार टाल मटोल वाला रुख अपनाए रही। परन्तु मिस्टर सीएम भजनलाल सर ने सत्ता में आते ही इसे सीरियस मैटर मानते हुए इस पर 5D फोकस के साथ निर्णय लिए और SIT गठित की।

सरकार बनते ही पेपर लीक पर लिए अहम निर्णय

इस बीच, राज्य में पेपर लीक के मामलों ने सियासत को गरमा दिया। बीजेपी लगातार कांग्रेस सरकार को घेरती रही पेपर लीक की जांच एसआईटी को सौंपने की मांग करती रही। उसने छात्रों की मांग उठाने के लिए कई आंदोलन किए, विधानसभा का घेराव किया, यहां तक की बीजेपी के कई कद्दावर नेताओं ने गिरफ्तारियां दी और लाठियां खाईं। मगर कांग्रेस सरकार के सिर जूं तक ना रेंगी। आनन फानन में पेपर लीक पर कानून तो बना दिया गया लेकिन इस अपराध को अंजाम देने वालों जांच कराने में कांग्रेस की गहलोत सरकार का रवैया बेहद लचर रहा। पेपर लीक में अपने मंत्री और सरकारी कर्मचारियों की संलिप्तता की आशंका के चलते कांग्रेस ने मामले पर कड़ा एक्शन लेना ज़रूरी ही नहीं समझा। परन्तु सीएम भजनलाल सर ने पेपर लीक को महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा मानते हुए इसके सम्बन्ध में कड़ी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। शपथ ग्रहण के अगले ही दिन से SIT पर कार्य शुरू हो चुका था।

अपना वादा निभाने की दिशा में बढ़ाए कदम

विधानसभा 2023 के चुनाव बाद जब बीजेपी सत्ता में आई तो उसने छात्रों से किया पेपर लीक रोकने का अपना वादा निभाने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाए। पेपर लीक प्रकरणों के विरुद्ध प्रभावी कदम उनके 5D फोकस मॉडल के प्रमुख कार्यों में से एक है। बीजेपी से मुख्यमंत्री चुने गए भजनलाल शर्मा ने सरकार फार्म होते ही सबसे पहले जो निर्णय राजस्थान की जनता के लिए किये उनमें पेपर लीक रोकने के लिए एसआईटी के गठन का फैसला सबसे ऊपर था। मिस्टर सीएम भजनलाल ने कहा कि ज़रूरत पड़ने पर पेपर लीक की जांच सीबीआई से भी कराई जाएगी। इतना ही नहीं भजन सरकार ने पेपर लीक माफिया पर शिकंजा कसने के साथ ही उनके घरों पर बुलडोजर कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया। इस बेहद गंभीर मामले पर सख्ती दिखाते हुए आजादी के 75 वर्ष बाद पहली बार मोदी सरकार ने सदन में पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन बिल पास कराया। इससे पहले पेपर लीक जैसे अपराध पर कभी देश के भविष्य को नुकसान पहुंचाने वालों को सजा देने के लिए कानून बनाने की किसी ने नहीं सोची थी।

भजन सरकार पेपर लीक को खत्म करने के लिए कितनी गंभीर है इस बात का अंदाज़ा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि सरकार बनने के पहले ही महीने में आयोजित सहायक आचार्य शारीरिक शिक्षक और लाइब्रेरियन की भर्ती परीक्षा बिना पेपर लीक के संपन्न हुईं। इससे पहले भर्ती परीक्षा के सफल आयोजन को लेकर सीएम सर पर खासा दबाव था लेकिन जिस तरह से उन्होंने इतने कम समय में 5D फोकस के साथ सरकारी सिस्टम के पेंच कसे और परीक्षा में लापरवाही के खिलाफ सख्ती दिखाई वह उनका बेहद सराहनीय प्रयास था। परीक्षा के पहले केंद्रों की सुरक्षा से लेकर परीक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार और पेपर लीक करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई कर उन्होंने न सिर्फ युवाओं के सामने बल्कि राजनीतिक दलों के सामने भी अपनी प्रतिबद्धता और निष्पक्ष अप्रोच का लोहा मनवाया।

with all of the excitement regarding a paper kingdom track (witch) being leaked in full i want us to remember that this album was scrapped for a reason.

the early 2010's were a very dark time for all of the members but as far as im aware namely mikey and gerard. as gerard is typically the one writing the music its important to keep in mind that the reason this album was scrapped was because the concept was weighing on gerards already... turbulent mental health. on top of the eating disorder and relapse the paper kingdom was a concept album about parents grieving their late children. some of them were fathers at that point.

it's perfectly okay to be interested in the paper kingdom as it is an interesting topic and concept for an album (and to want mcr5 as long as you don't get rude about it), but keep in mind why this album was scrapped

You know I actually wonder if Mike’s conversation with hopper is about everything that has happened

Final seasons supposed to be like a war right? There’s going to be a lot of death that can’t be prevented. Hawkins won’t be the same after that. Lots of people who were farmers, bankers, teachers, librarians, auto mechanics, store owners, etc. are going to die and those deaths will be felt

Mike is going to see all of that death. Heck he’ll probably come across dead bodies lying on the ground that can’t be picked up unless the person wants to try and lose a hand. There’s going to be trauma added on top of the ones he already has. It’ll be hard for him (and even many of the other characters) to get back to the life they had before the upside down

Then you have Hopper who has been through war before. He has seen the effects of it on people and has experienced it himself. He knows how hard it can be to go back to life after the battles have been finished

Mike must be struggling to get back to that life. Two years have passed and peace still doesn’t feel real. Everyone else can easily go back to the lives they had before the upside down but he can’t. He saw all of the death, destruction and pain it had caused. He can’t pretend and go on like nothing happened

Having Hopper, who has been through both this and actual war, come and comfort Mike and share his own experiences, tell him it’s ok to feel the way he is feeling cause it is hard to go back to peace when you’ve spent years in fear of you and other people you love dying is really good. It would be a great way to close off their character arcs

Mike has always bottled his own feelings up and Hopper has done the same. So having these two talk about what they’ve gone through in such an open manner, is a really great way to show how far they’ve come

Sure, it could be about a death of someone’s close to them both, I wouldn’t put it past them cause even I am a bit suspicious about certain characters dying (and also very worried). But we should also try and have some hope. We haven’t even gotten a trailer for s5 yet, so why assume a character is going to die just based on leaked bts photos of a conversation we haven’t even seen?

But whatever that conversation is about, I think it’s going to be a really good one. Hopper-Mike father-son moments have always been good

Okay but ive been thinkimg about the paper kingdom leak ALOT and it actually starts to feel kinda weird listening to it?? Because the album was scrapped for a reason (with it being too dark and uncomfortable for the members) and we were never meant to hear it because they didnt WANT us to. So i dont think its okay for us to leak this kinda stuff?? I get that the fandom is exited for new stuff surrounding the band, but this just feels wrong. Idk

Hearing the leaked MCR song from Paper Kingdom is so conflicting like on one hand, this shit goes hard, its amazing, its raw and evokes such strong emotions, but on the other, the album was scrapped for a reason, we weren't meant to have this. Its hauntingly beautiful, like a home left desolate and forgotten for centuries. Remnants of an older era remain untouched, a double edged sword. If the remnants are removed, the home loses what made it a home, but if the remnants stay, theres only so long before nature reclaims the land and it decays.
