SIMS 4 OC BUILDS: Hokage Retreat

As of right now, the last house of my current sims builds is the home of the Seventh Hokage himself! Mumma Chika and their triplets: Nori, Kyo and Hiro, all live in this modern home, located on the outskirts of the hidden leaf village for a bit of well deserved privacy. ⌖ if you scroll really fast down or up his gallery, all you’ll actually manage to see is splotches of pink, blonde and silver

⌖ everything ranges from cute candid shots of yanqing (he takes multiple if yanqing’s fallen asleep while on duty), to sneaky pictures of fu xuan as she’s working where he’s in the foreground doing peace signs — the final picture of course being her looking at the camera lense directly to glare up at him

⌖ reaching weekends when he’s slightly a little more free or allows himself a small break to stroll around town, his camera roll is either filled with pictures of food he’s eaten or swords that yanqing may or not definitely ask about that he’s now more inclined to buy as he’s seen them in person (he’s a boy dad who loves spoiling his child, alright?)

⌖ the large majority of his photos unfortunately are work related, only really the recent ones being deleted from his gallery to clear up some space

⌖ however, while his photos are preoccupied with either his two kids or random scrolls with messy and rushed handwriting, each video is of you; jing yuan thinks a picture would belittle your beauty too much.

⌖ he needs something a little more real, a little more active and animated to help him quell the chirping loneliness that creeps up on his heart whenever you’re away from him for a prolonged period of time; if he’s feeling particularly mischievous he might sneak a quick but blurry picture of himself to send to you ♡

⌖shit is BARREN. literally a complete EMPTY VOID. if you snatched his phone somehow you’d assume he just got it despite him not having changed it ever since he received one

⌖ perhaps on the occasion you’ll find a cameo picture from one of the stellaron hunters as his phone is left unoccupied and someone decided to blast his entire gallery with their face (silverwolf specifically just hacks into his phone to keep putting random screenshots he’s never taken in his gallery to make him believe he’s taken them)

⌖ maybe sometimes he’ll screenshot different ways to die or health clinic locations he can avoid when he’s fortunately bleeding out but otherwise? nothing.

⌖ if you’re a massive yapper and love sending him pictures, he won’t go out of his way to download them for later usage (whatever that may be…) but he also won’t go out of his way to delete it if it’s accidentally automatically downloaded on his phone — maybe elios intended for it to be there?

⌖ it’s quite nice having a reminder of his significant other where he doesn’t have to actively listen to their voice… that’s a little exaggerative; but he loves just mapping out the features in your face, it helps him sleep just the slightest bit better with no ailment if he’s able to trace your features like a constellation on his blank, dark wall

DR RATIO 𐚁 真理医生

⌖ call it a form of ocd, but he NEEDS to have a decent ratio (i didn’t even mean for this to be a pun i’m so sorry) of his photos to videos; he doesn’t care if it’s 10:1, 2:1 1:5, he needs something that’s at least somewhat pleasing to the eyes

⌖ ratio immediately deleted anything he doesn’t need or thinks he won’t find use in for at the very least the month (this includes every single cameo shot aventurine or you have taken of yourselves on his phone without his permission, which by the way, he didn’t hesitate to scold you two for)

⌖ maybe if he’s feeling particularly loving (when is he ever?) he’ll allow ONE picture to stay.

⌖ his camera roll is purely filled with test results, written exams, student emails he needs to read over, things concerning the guild or the ipc and secret purchases of ducks he’s made (he’s not ashamed, he just doesn’t want you to know he’s buying ducks that are bigger in size every time so he can fill your shared bathroom)

⌖ realistically, maintaining such a perfect ratio of photos:videos is rather impossible unless you’ve got impeccable timing with things you save and delete so, in order to bypass this, ratio made a photo library to help serve as a base number of sorts

⌖ that photo library is of course a secret and locked haven filled with pictures and videos of you, none of which you can even recall taking. all of them hold at least some sort of significance to the both of you, but the ones that dr ratio loves the most is the ones that are just natural

⌖ the ones that show you being yourself, whether it’s where you’re cuddled up near a blanket reading something with a leg hiked up over the sheets or where you’re sleeping with your mouth wide open because you’re sick and unable to breathe through your nose properly; he loves it all

⌖ she tries to keep it as neat as possible; that means no sneaky pics taken of her by you, accidental blurry shots she’s taken (god forbid, those ones are immediately scrapped and done anew especially if related to an experiment of hers) thought that doesn’t mean she clears it in the regular

⌖ ruan mei actively saves any photo you send her, sometimes she’ll even screenshot the chat itself if she finds herself clutching at her heart as she swoons over a few lines of flirting that apparently you couldn’t hold yourself back from due to how much you missed her

⌖ she’s not someone really sentimental so despite having photos of her little cake-cat hybrids, she rarely ever rechecks them unless the trailblazer sent another report on their status to match

⌖ honestly her memory is impeccable to the point she doesn’t even need screenshot reminders of things like dates and experiments saved (would it even be called machine reductionist to call her a walking computer model at this point?) therefore, anything she saves that’s work or science related probably has more intricacies that she can account for

⌖ her gallery is a little boring otherwise. for someone of her morally grey standards you’d expect at least something worth mentioning, maybe even something dumb like a secret recipe she uses to make the sweetest (anti-truth serum…) pastries but no— nothing.

yet the reason for that is very blatant; not even her beloved has the privilege to witness her mendacity.

AVENTURINE 𐚁 砂金

⌖ it’s a complete and utter mess to say the very least; dr ratio refuses to so much as glance at it whenever he’s near and topaz just gets an ick:

⌖ his photos range from absurd, to sweet to egotistical. things that remind him of you such as random rocks he finds, alcoholic beverages that have the same colour scheme of an outfit you wore the night before, an animal he saw that he swears if reincarnation was real would so be you

⌖ he has a specific library for just solely screenshots based off your chats, most of them including a significant amount of “i love yous” and goodbyes that promised a little something more when you met up next; everything that aventurine utterly cherished and craved

⌖ …and then the rest was either him showing the background of him photobombing others, pictures he took to send to you (or one of the ipc members to piss them off, sometimes even the trailblazer for a cheeky laugh) and on the even more popular occasion, all his extraordinary wins whether it be in poker, pool or uno

⌖ compared to his photos, his videos are slightly more interesting. a near 50/50 split that ranged between him telling dumbass jokes to piss off his coworkers, recordings of the back of dr ratio’s and or topaz’s head just for the future laughs (he likes the reminder that he does actually have friends and they aren’t just deliberate hallucinations born of loneliness).

⌖ but of course, all his “favourited” videos involve you somehow. sometimes it’s just a slip of your name while he’s sneakily recording a meeting, him telling you he misses you or vice versa, other times it’s just when he feels like he has a home. you snuggled up on his chest, hands intertwined together as your breathing nearly synchronises with him…moments where he feels as though he could forget the trademark imprinted onto his neck.

SUNDAY 𐚁 星期日

⌖ now as much as i want to say “oh it’s all you! he has a special folder for you <3” i unfortunately can’t.

⌖ it’s almost most definitely videos of robin’s concerts, solo shows, videos he stolen off of audience members with good seats when he wasn’t available to personally hide in the crowd…a lot of the photos are also the same way; robin’s promotional pictures, screenshots from her recent advertisements and negative hate comments or news stories that he’s going to personally deal with later

⌖ that doesn’t mean he values or priorities you over his sister, absolutely not. you two are the only people in his life who he would unironically take down the skies and survive utter torment for if it meant your voices were the last things he heard as bellowing winds sliced past his eardrums to tune the world out in order to hear his own final breath

⌖ he tries his best not to be sentimental or nostalgic, as he’s been told as he grew up into the bright and maybe just slightly tragic and guilt-infested man he is today, those things in his eyes are an innate weakness of humanity. clinging onto something thats not tangible anymore.

⌖ but he can’t help but hold on to every video you send him. every picture of you smiling, laughing, every text of you saying i love yous, quoting love songs to him or showing him pictures where you jokingly said “that’s us” (did he tilt his head a few times when you kept sending animals to him with that particular correspondent message? perhaps, but it never made him blind to the intentions).

BOOTHILL 𐚁 波提欧

⌖ he truly doesn’t gaf (give a fork) about how messy it is, all the things that are genuinely important are already locked and loaded into his noggin’, there’s no point in being frugal with the space he’s been given on a little cellular device

⌖ you wouldn’t believe it, but he rarely uses it unless it’s for emergencies. there’s plenty of trouble that comes around when you’re a galaxy ranger, which means having a constant tracking device on you like a phone that you update daily is a stupidly bad idea; which is precisely why his photo gallery is a mess

⌖ he quite literally can’t go in and clear it out otherwise it risks giving out sensitive information.

⌖ not applicable to you, that is. in boothill’s eyes, you’re an “emergency”. if you’ve texted him, it’s obvious you want his attention, which potentially means you could be in danger and he has to rush to the rescue like the flamboyant cowboy he is (no he absolutely knows you don’t need help, but there’s always that nagging “what if” factor, you know?)

⌖ he inwardly blesses whoever invented screenshotting because it would be an understatement to say that little as half of his gallery is littered with you. he’s just a bit of a boomer when it comes to technology like this, despite being a whole walking charging port himself ehem, so a lot of the pictures he has saved of you that you sent over whenever he cutely pleaded;

“missing ya, send me a lil’ somethin’ wont you?”

unfortunately are uncropped and framed with the outline of whatever messaging app you’re on.

I decided to make a series of posts dedicated to mental dieting, even if you're not really into manifestation/law of assumption and you're just into your journey to become your best self.

We spend so much of our time on our phones, tablets or computers that it has become our way of life. Most of the daily content we consume and most of the people we interact with every day come from the internet. We basically consume content like we consume food every day.

We talk about digital detoxing and digital decluttering constantly, but sometimes we have to become extreme to live our best life. We have to be mindful about the content we consume since like I mentioned earlier, we consume it like food and if we can be mindful about the food we consume to nourish our body then we can do the same to nourish our minds and hearts. So basically a digital exorcism is what we need to hold ourselves accountable, including myself.

In fact, I am guilty of this and as soon as I'm done with my own post I'll start doing my own digital exorcism as well to be mindful of my own mental diet since I've been neglecting it for the longest time.

∘•···············•∘ʚ ♡ ɞ∘•················•∘

Here is a list of things to do to start your own digital exorcism with things I've come up with and some ideas I've compiled over the months from reading around:

୨୧ Curate your social media experience.

I know that many people cannot quit social media entirely because nowadays some jobs depend on social media presence, plus social media can be a very nice and positive experience!

The internet should be a safespace for you so curating and being mindful of your content should be a high priority.

Delete people/users and social media that either you don't talk anymore or don't bring positive things into your feed or life.

Engage in content that makes you happy or brings positivity into your life, especially topics that you want to learn or improve so your feed gets filled with those things.

Delete any accounts you have that you don't use or represent a part of your life that reminds you of pain (we all had an emo private account to vent somewhere that either needs to be wiped for a new era or just deleted).

Scroll past things that trigger you without guilt since your mental health has to be the most important thing.

Just put your phone down, think about what you need in your life right now to become your best self or make things better for you mentally and practice mindfulness by curating your experience.

୨୧ Declutter & Simplify

This sounds very easy but it also can be very exhausting so I advise you to do it on a day off but include some things like skincare or a nice podcast to do it. You have to prepare yourself for this mentally since going down memory lane while doing this can be emotionally draining.

We already mentioned deleting accounts but deleting phone numbers that we no longer engage with is a form of self care, same goes for deleting messages or chat logs.

Leaving Discord servers that are inactive or you no longer engage with. Why keep something like that if you're no longer using them? Out of nostalgia? Honey, don't do this to yourself.

Delete apps or music (especially sad and depressing music!) that no longer serve you. They are taking up a lot of useful space after all.

And in relation to making space, declutter your photo gallery. This can be a rough one since we tend to hoard pictures and hoarding comes from a place of fear. Sit down, be ready to confront yourself, think carefully about how you want to categorize your photos and Konmari everything. Focus mostly on screenshots, pictures that you feel you don't look good in, repeat pictures and pictures that bring you bad memories.

Clean your emails to make space. Unsubscribe to newsletters that you don't need and remove any alerts. Just clean it.

From there, things should look cleaner and simple. I know that some of us are addicted to the chaos but trust me that even if you may feel some regret at first, you'll thank yourself later. Sometimes, your phone is a reflection of the state of your mind after all.

୨୧ Romanticize your Life!

This is the fun part of the digital exorcism, which is making things easier and prettier!

Redecorate your home page. Put everything in folders and from there you can go crazy! Pretty wallpapers, themes, colors... Anything that your heart desires. You can also apply this to other things, revamp your social media and Pinterest boards for a cleaner and better look.

Go on an account scout mission and follow accounts that align with your thoughts and values of your best self.

Install new apps that bring you joy but also feel purposeful to you. And don't feel guilty about installing things like cute games that can make you pause and relax, just don't abuse screen use!

୨୧ Other Important Things

Don't forget to update apps and back up what's important. I know that cloud backups are important but don't forget to backup things that may be important in an external hard drive.

Set up a ¨Sleep Mode¨ for your phone so you don't feel tempted by notifications at night and have proper sleep. You can also turn off notifications on some platforms to minimize your anxiety.

Set up ¨Digital Detox Hours¨ every day for you. Reconnect with your hobbies, play with your pet, take a nap, journal, do some prep... Just stay away from your phone. And if you don't have any privacy, it's okay. You can take notes and journal in your phone as well, just stay away from social media. Put on music and relax. This should be time for yourself and your feelings after all.

Don't feel bad about doing regular digital decluttering once you're done with the digital exorcism. This is mostly to start again in a clean slate, if the apps you installed for your clean slate are not to your liking, then you can make a small digital declutter and get rid of them later. It's not a bad thing to try new things because it's part of your self-discovery journey.

Some PSO memes I edited and/or redrew earlier this year!

Firstly, the "Do it for Sato" meme, where I tried to fill up all the squares with different pictures of Sato... then VERY QUICKLY ran out of them and had to improvise.

I'm not entirely sure whether the Vivienne, Karen, or Rico pictures are official art or not. The one of Elenor up top isn't, but I can't seem to track down which site it was on (the only thing I remember is that it was in Japanese), but that little red Sato in the center is a t-shirt design that looks to be from -Aye on Redbubble, considering they have other similar designs available.

Then, afterwards, as celebration, I made a Pioneer 2 script captioned version of the "[Sato intensifies]" meme that pops up everywhere, which no joke, led to be making enough goofy small animation edits that I ended up with a cheap 3 month gig helping someone do website graphics.

Then I started editing together a "Pioneer 2 mentioned!" (With a "No Heals, We Die Like Newmen" hoodie) meme out of that K-on pic... then realized the art wasn't going to mesh together at all, traced the edit for lineart, then figured out that, once I had the lines down, I'd been editing enough to not be half bad at texture and painting, which led to this:

A total paintover of the same screenshot as above, which I believe came from this gallery, though there's another large dropbox of excellent high-res screenshots posted on Reddit that I'll link just in case.

Then a variation of this meme provided the pose reference for the FOnewearl, though at this point I was still straight-up tracing the area from the fingers to the shoulders, but on the rest of the outfit I started actually trying to sketch things out myself, which led to the Sato version of the hat I use in-game and the Sato to the side mimicking the same pose, but also the knowledge that I was dangerously close to learning how to make art properly...

But also these were all done in GIMP with a mouse, so this picture took like fifteen fucktrillion years, so I decided to animate it and go feed my mags for a while.

Yep, I’m back at it again with my OFMD art!

(In before anyone says it in the comments, yes, this IS a painting and not a screenshot, for some reason my style has ended up like this and I’m just as astonished as you lot! 🤣

There’s so much that I love about OFMD, the unapologetically queer premise, the humour, the characters - it’s all spectacular, but one thing that this new season has surprised me with is the arc of one of its more controversial characters. Izzy Hands could so easily have been relegated to the classic stock villain archetype, the one you love to hate and cheer for their downfall, but instead they’ve given him the same chance to grow and develop as the rest of the crew, and it’s fascinating to watch. @oneill.con does a phenomenal job and every scene he’s in is electric. I’m so excited to see where things go with Izzy for the rest of the season and beyond, and I’m pretty sure this won’t be the last time I paint our new unicorn. 🥹

I painted this in Clip Studio Paint in about 6/7ish hours today whilst catching up with Critical Role. I’m not entirely sure how I’m able to do them so fast but I’m not complaining! 😂🙈

Ducky’s funeral had been… rough, to say the least. Tears were shed and memories shared that turned crying into laughter. So many people turned up to the service that they couldn’t close the doors, a testament to the man and the life that he lived. 

Afterward, the team and their predecessors, minus a select few, congregated in the bullpen, a second home for them all and the place that brought them together as family. 

“To the Duckman, may his many, many… many stories always be retold.” Tony said with a slight choke to his voice. Decades of memories, threatening to bubble over the surface. 

“To Ducky!”, everyone cried in unison, their drinks raised in hand. 

Groups were sooned formed as people mingled together. Tony, McGee, Jimmy and Jess had broken off from the rest of the team, near the windows facing the Navy yard. 

“So, how are Ziva and Tali?” Jimmy asked, keen to find out how his absent friend was since they had last conversed. 

Tony couldn’t keep from beaming as he answered, “Yeah… good, really good. Ziva was practically homicidal about missing the funeral, but things are so crazy back home.” He couldn’t believe how weird it sounded, calling Paris home. Deep down though, he knew it wasn’t the place. It was Ziva and Tali, wherever they were, that was his home.

Grabbing his phone from his pocket, he opened it and clicked on the gallery to show them the latest photos of his two best girls, then handed the phone over to Jimmy so he could scan through. 

“I heard stories about Ziva, and not just from Jimmy, she’s an absolute legend”, Jess said, the awe seeping through in her voice. 

“Well, that’s my ninja. Poster girl for badass federal agent chicks everywhere”, Tony smiled. 

“Uhhhh… Tony? What’s this?” Jimmy grinned, turning Tony’s phone back to him. 

On the screen, a screenshot of a ring from a DC jewelers stared back at him. 

“I forgot that was on there.” Snatching the phone back, he quickly stuffed it back in his pocket. Looking up, he saw three faces that were entirely too smug. 

McGee was the first to ask the inevitable, a mixture of pride and amusement in his tone. “You gonna pop the question, Tony?” 

“Ugh, I guess the cat’s outta the bag. Although I would’ve preferred to actually ask Ziva first before telling anyone.” Tony couldn’t help the little smile that crossed his face at the thought that Ziva would one day be Mrs. DiNozzo. 

“This is so exciting!” Jimmy was practically vibrating, his elation clearly evident. 

“I actually picked up the ring yesterday, it was my first stop after I left the airport. I was too excited to see it in person, I guess.” McGee swore he could see a hint of pink begin to flush over Tony’s features.

“That is too cute,” Jess practically swooned, “do you have it with you?” 

“I do, as a matter of fact. Didn’t wanna let this bad boy out of my sight.” He reached into his inside breast pocket, pulling out the velvet red box. 

“I’m not surprised, I saw how much it cost on that screenshot, Tony.” McGee replied. 

“Yeah, well true love is expensive, McMiser.” Tony said, without missing a beat.

Jess took the box from Tony’s outstretched hand, the anticipation building as she opened it like it contained explosive material. Finally opening it with a click, Jess gasped, “Oh my God! It’s beautiful!” Turning toward the bullpen, she practically bellowed “Kasie! You gotta come see this!” 

Naturally, this also garnered the attention of Nick and Parker, all three of them making their way over to the group. 

Before even getting to them, Kasie stopped in her tracks, staring at the ring, which Jess just so happened to be holding. “You’re gonna have to calm me down before I freak out thinking this is what it looks like.” 

“Kasie, Tony is going to propose to Ziva,” Jess said smoothly, handing the ring back to Tony, while Jimmy cleared his throat. 

Nick was the first to break the awkwardness. “Congrats bro, that’s awesome! We definitely needed some good news around here after everything that’s happened,” he smiled, patting Tony on the back, whistling when he caught sight of the ring. “That’s an impressive rock!” 

“Well, she’s an impressive lady.” Tony stared at the ring, a smile on his face. 

“And don’t we all know it!” Nick smiled, vivid memories of her having him in a chokehold springing to the surface. 

“What about Parker?” Kasie interjected. 

“Oh, you’d be surprised,” Parker said, “you two are quite the legends in federal law enforcement circles. The two agents who went all the way on an undercover mission? Sounds like a story I wanna hear from the horse’s mouth!” 

“Please, don’t put me through that again. I had to see it with my own eyes the first time! And I still don't know if you did it or not!” McGee closed his eyes, trying to erase the images flashing in his brain. 

“You never will, McPrude,” Tony smiled, patting his shoulder. “The only thing I will say is this time I won’t ever want a divorce.”

The ears. Lily is a fennec fox and fennec foxes have big ears, but baby fennec foxes especially are 90% ears, so the same is true for baby Lily.

Generally, I based Lily's fur colors off of real fennec foxes. Their tails are surprisingly dark!

Have you ever seen fennec fox teeth? They're tiny and razor-sharp. I settled for giving Lily only the canines, in true cute anime fashion. Still, those things cause serious ouchies. You do not wanna be bitten by them.

Funny story about that necklace: I simply didn't like that there was so much dead space in kid Lily's collarbone area, so I decided to add a necklace, but I didn't know what kind of necklace. So, I looked through my gallery and found screenshots from the garden of Kaya's mansion. One of those screenshots showed the pond with the gigantic lily pads - and water lilies! A pun? Perfect! Thus, Lily got a water lily necklace, and I will turn this into a plot point in a future fic because I have something very sweet for it in mind <3

The necklace was originally meant to resemble rose gold, but I'm not sure if I want it to be actual rose gold yet since that would be expensive. We'll see...

Ah yes, the dress. The bane of my existence. I found it on Pinterest and decided that Lily just HAD to wear it. And so, I spent hours drawing and coloring it :) - But I think it turned out really cute!

Lily is a ballerina, in case you didn't know, so she gets the typical tights, leg warmers and shoes. She would actually be in the correct age range to be starting to dance en pointe! Also, her being a ballerina just makes sense to me? She needs a little hobby and ballet just seemed perfect. One day, I'll write some cute scenes of her asking Sanji to help her train...

No shoes on baby Lily both because I did NOT wanna draw those again and also because a five year old should NOT be dancing en pointe. Their poor baby toes and legs and... entire bodies, really. So, she's barefoot like a true kindergartener on permanent summer vacation

Sorry it’s taken me this long to answer, but I had to get over how stupid my honest answer actually sounds...

I stopped using screenshots for my actual stories a while ago, because I realized I prefer to write without the hassle of having to illustrate it. But, back when I used to use screenshots, I built almost everything myself. My only exception was a few pre-made lots that I edited to my liking. I don't remember the last time I downloaded a lot from the Gallery, but I do remember downloading a few things way back at the beginning and thinking 'nope, I don't like this. It's not at all what I need/want' and then just learning how to build my own stuff to suit my likes/needs instead. Honestly, I like to do as much as I can by myself. Even if it's not great, at least I can say it's mine.

For my gameplay posts, it's the same. Any lot you see in any of my gameplay posts will either be something I've built myself or it'll be an edited pre-made lot. Sometimes I do demolish whatever is on a pre-made lot so I can build there, simply because I like the location.

I've never really understood using other people's save files. I don't find the idea of using an entire save file created by someone else all that attractive. I think it'd stress me out, if I'm being perfectly honest.

I just had an idea for a Feysand au.

Rhys and Feyre both went to art school and were rivals/Feyre hated him because one day after the first week or so, Feyre came into class and saw that Rhys had a small tattoo on his arm that looked similar to a sketch she had done a few days ago. She's so mad that she throws her shoe at him and accuses him of stealing her work. Rhys just shrugs it off and says he didn't steal her work, he was just inspired by it.

Years go by, and they've graduated. Feyre runs an art studio and is slowly making a name for herself. Rhys became a successful tattoo artist.

One day, they randomly run into each other, and the old rivalry sparks up again. Feyre announces that her work is about to be featured in a gallery show, and Rhys tells her that really popular celebrities have started booking appointments with him. They end up making a bet over who can become more famous in a certain amount of time. If Feyre wins, Rhys has to publicly admit that he stole her design all those years ago, and if Rhys wins, he gets to give Feyre a tattoo.

The deadline for their bet ends up being on the same night as the art show, and Feyre's confident she'll win, but then only a handful of people come because like, a block away, Rhys has two or three celebrities in his shop at once. So, basically, everyone in town is crowded around there.

Feyre's heartbroken and closes the show hours earlier than planned. Hours later, after a few glasses of wine, she marches down to Rhys's shop, planning on screaming at him for ruining the most important night of her life and maybe breaking the shop window or something but when she gets there, it's empty, dark and locked up. Feyre realizes it's midnight, and she just completely breaks down.

Rhys realized he had forgotten something at the shop, so he comes around the corner and just sees Feyre, on the ground just sobbing. He asks if she's alright, and she tells him to go to hell. He invites her inside because it's freezing and begrudgingly, she accepts. He makes her tea and asks why she was lurking in front of his shop so late. She explains he ruined her show, and Rhys is super confused because, "Feyre, your show is tomorrow night." She stubbornly tells him he's wrong. It was tonight, and it was a failure because of him.

Rhys pulls up an announcement of the show on his phone and shows her, and Feyre realizes that the wrong date had been put on it.

Rhys asks if she really thought he'd steal such an important night from her like that, and Feyre reminds him that he stole her work back in school.

Frustrated, Rhys rolls up the sleeve of his shirt and shows her the tattoo while also pulling up a screenshot of her own sketch. He points out the differences, and Feyre, now looking at the work side by side, realizes that, while Rhys was definitely inspired by her sketch, he had altered it to be uniquely his and hadn't actually stolen it.

"I told you back then, remember? I didn't steal your work, I was inspired by it. You inspire me."

He pulls out a portfolio full of sketches inspired by her own work, and he tells her that, apart from his own tattoo, he's never tattooed any of these designs. He's never even shown them to anyone else before.

Feyre: You have an entire portfolio of work you've never used. Why?

Rhys: I almost dropped out of school. I felt like I wasn't talented enough and was just wasting time and money like my father said I was, but then one day, I looked over, and there you were sketching. It was beautiful, you were beautiful and for the first time in a very long time I felt hope that I would succeed. So, after months of staring at blank paper, I finally drew something, and the end result was this. (He gestures to his tattoo) You're the reason I kept going Feyre, the reason I stayed with art and now have this shop. And now, whenever I start to doubt myself, I look at your work and feel inspired again. You're my salvation, Feyre. "

Feyre is stunned and starts crying. Rhys wipes her tears away, and they start kissing.

The next night, the gallery show is a huge success. Several celebrities come and purchase paintings, and a few of them introduce themselves to Feyre. Telling her that Rhys has been telling them about her work and how she's his muse for months now. Feyre goes to shake hands several times but, at the last minute, has to awkwardly switch from her left to her right because her left hand is currently wrapped up in plastic. Healing from the fresh tattoo Rhys gave her earlier that day after they spent the rest of the night together in Rhysand's apartment. It's a large piece, covering the tips of her fingers all the way up to her elbow, full of dark swirls. They designed it together.

In case it isn't obvious, I used the party wear to try and make their vigilante suits. It didn't go well.

Also when I make a sim I tend to go "and this is your color now" and then every outfit has that color in some way, so all of his outfits have yellow. Also there's no downloadable content cuz I'm on Playstation. However I did use every pack in the game to make them (-life and death cuz this was a few months ago)

hi, i was wondering if you had any thoughts about the majority used danganronpa wiki on Fandom and if there's any quality of life improvements or features you would enjoy if they were added, along with any other opinions you have on this extremely niche topic

Ohhhh you've come to the right place, anon, I have some *thoughts* on the fandom wiki

I frequently use the wiki for looking at trivia, finding character sprites for art references, finding CGs, checking details, and for game tips for making my way through trials and ftes. So basically, I'm there A Lot. There's some things I like and other things that frustrate me.

I like the layout for the walkthrough of the trials. I enjoy the use of character head sprites in the FTE walkthroughs. I appreciate that execution video thumbnails contain a spoiler warning. I think the sprite/cg/art pages are fairly easy to find and navigate.

However FANDOM as a wiki website in general is just not the best. On mobile the page is just swarmed with ads that take up more than half of my screen. Not to mention, aren't there certain character pages that are locked from being edited? This is a big deal because I know Kokichi's page has blatantly false information about DICE that cannot be changed, and it frustrates me because it makes me doubt the veracity of the rest of the info on the wiki. Also, the lack of citations has a similar effect.

I also dislike the sheer length of the biography section on the wiki page. It's basically a summary of the entire game's plot on EVERY PAGE. It takes forever to scroll past, and I just don't understand why its so long. Not to mention, there's a reoccurring issue that google will pull spoilers from the wiki as the opening description:

This is not what it looks like right now- this screenshot is a bit old- but the fact that this happened at all is BAD. And Kaito's page currently appears similar to me on google search. Not sure how much this is a google problem vs a wiki problem, but I thought it was worth bringing up.

Another minor nitpick I have is the order of the sprites in the sprite gallery. Having them appear by order of appearance in game is a bit of a nuts thing to request, but having the obviously late game spoilerly sprites at the end feels like it would be a better idea??? Like, these are Maki's first 6 sprites, why are her crying ones up here???

Another thing that I would find extremely useful, though I don't know how realistic or even legal it would be, would be a complete searchable transcript of the games. Currently theres a quotes section on each of the character's wiki pages (which makes me wonder, who picked those?) but recently I needed to find a quote said by Celeste about Taka, and I knew what it was and who said it and in what chapter, but not WHEN. Being able to command+F search for in a document rather than scrubbing through a commentary free playthrough would be so nice, And it would make citing the wiki easier! I do understand that this is a pretty stupidly hard and tedious task though, so this last thing might just be a dream

If anyone else has any thoughts on the wiki Id love to hear it in the replies!!

AAIC: The Gallery - Documentation

This is the 10th post in the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection Countdown: 71 days left until release!

Today's topic: the Documentation!

I find documentation a bit of a weird name for it but this is the part of the gallery where you can see character design sheets, sketches and other illustrations. Both the TGAA Chronicles and the AJ Trilogy had such a section so it's especially nice to have the trend continue for this collection as well. It's divided into two parts, "Design Specs" for the sketches and design sheets and "Special Exhibits" for the other illustrations.

The design sheets seem to be a combination of the Investigations artbook and complete guide. I can't say for sure because you can't see the details and I have neither book in my possession, just judging from scans I've seen. I'm really happy to see all the design sketches but they seem to have skipped the drawings of the characters' animations and the commentary on the sketches. The former is somewhat understandable since you can easily look at all of the animations proper in the character compendium but I would be pretty sad about the latter. I always love reading the thoughts behind character designs and the characters themselves. I'm trying to get the companion books for the Investigations games anyway but they're still only available in Japanese so I can't read the text. I don't want to complain too much before I've actually confirmed this as it's entirely possible that they just don't want to focus on the text in these screenshots. We'll see.

The other illustrations seem to be special artworks of various types, like covers, promotional material or limited edition illustrations. I can even spot the comic for the Limited Edition of Investigations 1 in the corner! (I wonder if they'll translate it...) I know and love all of these amazing artworks so it's going to be great to have them in such high resolution in one place!

As for other things I noticed there seems to be a consistent disc icon in the corner of every screen in the gallery that was there in the character compendium as well. It could be a shortcut to the music collection part but why only to that and none of the others? Maybe it's a way to pick the music that plays in the gallery? That'd be cool!
