Rewatched the 'Dinner with the Devil' Caduceus-Trent massacre again and god. it hits harder every time you watch it. It's such a perfect scene. The way Caduceus is the only one to not be outwardly hostile throughout the course of the dinner, helping Eodwulf with his seat and joking with him about the vegetarian food, watching as his friends' insults slide off Trent's back. I imagine him coming into the dinner with a genuinely open mind, ready to finally understand the mind behind his friend's torture and hoping to help him heal, and then getting gradually more disappointed as the dinner goes on. Trent's entire philosophy is built around going to unspeakable measures for the greater good of himself and his proteges, so any insult from Caleb/ Bren or associates will automatically compute to him as jealous rage from people too weak to reap the rewards of his 'program'. But Caduceus' speech, in a very short amount of words, manages not only to imply that he has no real impact on the world, but also that he is worth pity. Ikithon can't brush it off as a meaningless insult because it's not an insult. It's genuine. Someone is giving him advice. Someone considers him stupid enough to not understand the fundamentals of how the world works, and that someone wishes him well. I know this bitch was SEETHING in his fuckass lab

My favorite thing about seeing YouTubers that have never seen cr reacting to the mighty nein animated sneak peek, is when they actually stop to analyze the title card at the end and slowly start to become more and more flabbergasted the longer they look at it. Everytime I hear “WHY AM I ONLY SEEING DICKS?!?!” I’m always like:

Nothing says "Protecting women and girls" like an adult woman cornering a girl whose barely eighteen in a toilet and demanding she expose her breasts to them
In literally any sane society, someone following someone into a toilet and threatening them until they take off their clothes is considered sexual assault but apparently its now fine because we need to "protect women" from the terrible "danger" of trans people taking a shit in the "wrong" bathroom
The next time someone asks me "Why do you hate humanity, Samantha?" I'm just gonna show them this article and hopefully they'll get it
