health these last six months has been. got my ear fixed finally > surgery caused insane infection that lasted like 2 months because the original hospital gave me the wrong meds > got my bi-annual hormone clinic blood tests while I was still recovering > liver levels show up all fucked up > gp says I'm either obese, an alcoholic, or it's my T > I remind them abt the insane infection > they run more tests > liver is fine except copper levels are sus > I convince myself it's wilsons > me and my partner figure out wait no it can't be wilsons that's too Much copper > doctor phonecall today where they go "so like it's Probably not wilsons but here's why it might be. so we're forwarding you to another department" > :)

If you’re non-lacto vegetarian (like me) and also an idiot (like me) who forgets to eat for 2/3rds of the day (like me) top tip, don’t stop taking vitamins just ‘cause then spend 6 months wondering why you feel so fatigued all the time
#obligatory multivitamins are supplements not replacements but I just simply am bad at meal planning so I think the supplementation is needed#planning in 100% of ur nutrients a day when u don’t eat meat and dairy is a challenge and taking multivits is a cheat code I keep forgetting#I started remembering to take a multivitamin every day a week ago and I actually have energy to be awake after work. insane

How to feel pretty again <3
1. wear some makeup when you have the motivation to, makeup is not mandatory ofc, but for me it makes me feel nicer.
2. plan a nice outfit to wear, to do nothing in. i like to put an outfit on and just wander around in it, or put a tiktok up.
3. have a nice bath with lots of salts and a bath bomb! feeling clean is lovely.
4. following on- an everything shower! use a good loofah and get to scrubbing! i like to wash my hair, and while im doing a hair mask do everything body related- shaving, body wash, body scrub, body butter- then wash my hair out
5. draw on yourself! give some fake tattoos!
6. curl your hair, or straighten it. doing my hair makes me feel better.
7. change your sheets and change your clothes. a little goes a long way.
8. take some multivits and put some more care into your internal body, happy body happy mind.

ok i lied i love to update u guys. heres updates and general tips and goals for the next fast ❤️
said id wait till thursday but at my core im a little silly guy who loves to lie and tell untruths!! so heres the fasting tea abt wrapping up that last 90 hour fast and starting this one
first off, the refeeding and weight gain update from the two days of eating "normally" : weight update this morning, from my last weigh in on monday, i gained about 1/3 of a pound (i lost just over 10 pounds so really good return) so really happy with that honestly. refeeding is such a huge and often overlooked aspect to fasting, and if its handled wrong it can often negate all ur hard work.
when i refeed i focus on PLAIN low calorie foods. if you end a fast with curry to be perfectly honest ur gonna shit urself to death and have a fucking miserable time lmao. my go to is a PLAIN UNSEASONED steamed veggie dish (usually steamed broc and corn, broc bc low calorie and corn bc i am a corn GIRLIE), and often with miso soup to go with it. unseasoned foods help with the upset tummy after ending a fast, and get ur body used to actually processing glucose again. and miso soup is just a nice low calorie simple food to add some fun into that meal. pls dear god do not eat sweet foods / high salt / high seasoned in general / or heavy meat or sauced dishes as a fast breaking meal. if youve fasted for more than a 4 days im not joking you can literally end up dying from that so just be responsible shawtie damn. (look up refeeding syndrome im not a doctor so im not gonna give u the lowdown)
things to focus on during the fast to help prevent rapid weight gain: drink ur god damn liquids. i dont care if ur getting water in thru diet soda or tea or fizzy water or even coffee. that is water, that is a pro and do not listen to ppl who say that water "doesnt count". when you restrict liquids during a fast you will obvi lose more weight in the short term, but during refeeding if u start drinking normally again (as i really hope u are lmao) you will gain this water weight rapidly. u turned ur body into a desert for a few days, and best believe the second u have more liquid ur body is gonna hang on to that for dear life. its better for u and less stressful in the long run to just keep up ur liquid intake during fasts trust me.
and then this is my go to routine for every fast:
every day i take these suppliments: high strength collagen, iron, zinc, a womens multivit, and the unsung hero of fasting? FIBER TABLETS. bro i can fast for over a week and still not be constipated bc im on my SIGMA FIBER GRINDSET
and then my daily intake: at least a liter of water every day with the "Endura brand low carb sugar free electrolyte drink" (in lemon lime flavor) (i put 2 scoops aka 2 serves per liter of water) the taste is super mid but honestly drinking that every day on my last fast made things such a breeze. literally like no headaches, no cramps, minimal dizziness, and my sleep was mostly uneffected.
then i also have either a can or two of coke zero. yes i know it has 1.1 calories and diet coke would be technically more appropriate for a fast, but i hate diet coke and u will not catch my ass drinking it
and then a cup or two of green tea with a 0 calorie sweetener. no recommendations on the sugar bc honestly i swap between brands depending on whats avail at my grocery store that week lmao.
all this liquid and high variety keeps me kinda full, and provides fun taste enrichment so i dont literally go monkey insane drinking plain water for a week. cool if u can do that but ur literally a psycho and not to be trusted frankly
so current goal is at least lunch time saturday. i have plans to do lunch w my friend but honestly if im not rly hungry then and i wanna keep the fast going im just gonna cancel that lunch or even push it to dinner to just get a few more hours in!
as usual, expect weight updates every morning. the starting situation is: 87kg exactly ( 191.8 pounds) , 20% of my weight loss goal achieved. see yall tmro for the update!

Winter plan
2 weeks steak and eggs bit of cheese
Poached or fried is you do a higher workload
Intermittent
Day on and off
M and S frozen bone broth ginger termic pepper and some miso
(it's just really handy)
Some butter in that is absolutely delicious
Off day
Steak and either asparagus/broccoli/collared greens or beet sour
Leafy salad greens
Or super green beetroot extract
Lean steak trimmed with the trimmed melted for glaze or butter
Oily fish can be substituted though then adjust back
Miso and tuna soup is nice if steak is getting a bit much though keep in oil
Liver garlic and shallots with beveete sour cream though tenderloin is so much better
{sweat shallots with garlic in butter
Sear the pre salted bevette on all sides in pan though loin in so much better
Place in oven with some oil .5cm coat in oil cook at 170⁰ for half time then turn and finish till pink take out and rest
Should have some from steaks trim
Fry liver till pink in shallots pan then rest to side add pepper with added clove of garlic paste in pan
Take pan off heat allow to cool a bit add spoon of sour cream and stir with shallot mix plate and enjoy}
Use spice not sauce {except that one}
Small portions two hand fulls
Xylitol sweetener best just a bit on your tounge for craving and a herb tea
Walk after on meal
Black coffee or herb tea
Multivit
wheatgrass
nootropics 7mushroom
omg³⁶⁹
You can also get beetroot extract

They also do no carb meat protein but you need some lipids so ollyoil with super greens/broccoli/nootropics omg³⁶⁹ mix lactose free milk
For those that train train on feed days
For anyone that is lifting heavy the insulin spike from carbohydrates is very beneficial for muscle growth and recovery. So a different recommendation would be advised.
Then
When the Keytones start to work the stored fats in your body which should include cholesterol should be used as energy rather than the insulin spike of carbs/sugars which is the fat storage mechanism. To wit you feel naturally less hungry. Then eat when your hungry
It would take a few months to level into ketonic homeostasis if you already have high cholesterol levels then favour towards fish or shake. If your body has no energy taken in then it will find it from stored sources.
However as long as out meals are sensible and the 48 hours after are managed you body will become ketogenic quicker each time. Your training your metabolism.
When you really take some time with this around 6 months you won't need to eat and eat when hungry 2 or 3 times a week.

It's comes in around 10000cals a month but not heavy lifting
