I would love to. That was the plan when we were discussing (at the) end of '93 and beginning of '94. We had a connection. We had a call. Sometimes, more than one call every week. We were talking about the present, about the future, and we were talking about what happened in the past but not a lot. For sure if we had a drink, I would have a lot of questions, a lot of discussions we could have. It was really different. It was a different personality after our last podium together in '93 in Adelaide. And there was a lot of things I wanted to ask, I wanted to know, because he's a very mysterious person also, you know? And he did not want to be a friend when we were racing because he told me that he had a fear—that if we were friends, he would lose some part of motivation. I hate it when pagans say they hate "Epic: The Musical" and any other adaptation of mythology because they consider it blasphemous/offensive. I understand that they can be considered as such because they are written and produced mainly by non-pagans but in some cases we have to be objective, some are real works of art and, more importantly, we must not forget that in ancient Greece (when the citizens of the poleis were obliged to practice religion) staging myths was the order of the day. So no, it's not offensive and no, it's not blasphemous, maybe you may not like them for your own personal taste but if you go against certain readjustments just to be alternative you're not cool and you're not respecting the Gods better than others do. I'm the first one that doesn't like a lot of retelling, especially when it comes to books, but frankly we should remember that the Gods are not the same entities as the myths. The only purpose of myths is to reflect the behaviors of man and teach what is right and what is not (according to the customs of ancient Greece of course). I understand that some representations do not reflect the way we perceive the Gods but unfortunately (or fortunately) we can't do anything about it. If, for example, you don't like Hera is rapresented in "Blood Of Zeus", don't watch it but you can't say that, if another pagan likes it, then they're doing something wrong. According to this reasoning we should erase all Greek and Roman mythology because "x deity would never do such a thing!!!" You're right, they wouldn't, but the person who wrote x myth needed to teach a certain behavior and the person who wrote x readjustments maybe wanted to talk about a certain topic and using greek myths seemed to them the best way to do that. I'm not saying it's respectful, I'm not saying it's okay for non-pagans to use our religion to do their comforts, but I'm saying we shouldn't start judging what other pagans hear/read/watch. I hate "the song of Achilles" but because I can't stand mythologically accurate Achilles and that book it's mythological accurate, if there's a pagan who follows the cult of heroes and worships Him and reads that book and likes it, I'm certainly not going to insult that person. I'm a devotee of Apollo, and I personally love Rick Riordan's trilogy about Him, and if someone came to tell me that I don't have to like it because the God doesn't like it, I would honestly tell them to shut the fuck up.

So I will be taking no comments and no critiques but

I watched the latest episode of Helluva and I noticed something fasinating.

So Fizz's nickname is 'Froggie' which honestly correlates with the fact that biblically the animal associated with greed is a Frog; because of it's ability to live on both land and water making it flexible (and greedy in the eyes of others rather than settling for just one environment.)

Meanwhile we look at Mammon in his final stage 3rd Form Boss mode

He is a Spider. (which tbh I thought he was a grub at first, cause a money grubber. get it?) Which makes sense given how Spiders work.

They cast out a large web to catch as much as they can with as little effort as possible. (much like a sleezy manager) They are viewed as manipulators, making things work for them.

But what I think is fun is that-

Frogs and Spiders have a real-world symbiosis.

Tarantulas will keep small frogs as PETS to protect their nest and eggs from other invading bugs.

Which I feel like reflects on Mammon and Fizz's relationship not as a father figure/manager and son/talent-but as an owner and their pet.

I think the scene with Jinx and Vi in the bunker would have been better if Jinx had broke down at the sight of Silco's jacket. For self indulgent reasons? Yes, but also for three other valid reasons.

Silco was a huge part of Jinx's life, and we only got to see her grieve and mourn him twice. Her breaking down when encountering yet another reminder of him would be accurate to what the season has already established and would progress this part of her story.

Silco has told Jinx the story of Vander's betrayal countless of times throughout her life, to the point where she was detached from the notion and didn't truly realize the severity of their rift. But the image of his jacket nestled within Vander's would make their relationship so much more real to her and would have caused a moment of reflection for her.

This scene was the perfect moment to get the sisters to talk about the two men that raised each of them respectively, since we've never seen them talk about any of them before in a meaningful way. From Vi's perspective, Silco captured Jinx as child because Vi was unable to protect her and brainwashed her into being a delusional psychopath. We know that this couldn't be further from the truth. We know that the relationship between those two was one of love and care, one between a father and a daughter. But Vi doesn't know that because she and Jinx never talk about it. Silco means so much to Jinx, how can Vi possibly understand her sister if she doesn't understand her relationship with Silco? We see in this scene that Vi still harbors resentment and bitterness towards Silco, this was literally the perfect opportunity to address her feelings towards him. To me, you can't reconcile the relationship between the sisters if you don't reconcile Vi's perception of Silco. She's always going to hate him, but that doesn't mean she was to be willingly ignorant about him. Like, in this scene, Vi is still completely oblivious to Vander's betrayal. She has no idea he's the reason for Silco's scar and change in personality- only Jinx knows that. This was the perfect opportunity for Jinx to share that knowledge. If Vi understood that Jinx loved Silco and that love was reciprocated, it would make her question her own beliefs, which could lead to development for her character. It could teach her to not think so black and white. Seeing Jinx weep for Silco would also make Vi realize that her sister is still human, still capable of vulnerability and solely capable of harm and violence. This was the perfect opportunity to have an open and honest dialogue between the sisters and have them actually unpack their baggage.
