Lost 18.3 Pounds in November
I know I wasn't suppose to update on my weight just yet, but I am just too exited to say nothing. Started on 1 November and my newest weigh-in was this morning 3 December.
I lost 8.3 kg (18.3 lbs) in 32 days.
December goal: My first goal is to weigh 50.0 kg after Christmas (currently 50.5 kg, but will work for 49 kg to allow me to gain a bit back at Christmas parties)
January goal: My second goal is 47/48 kg (underweight BMI)
March goal: My Third goal is 44 kg (dubble digits in lbs)

I never buy sweets, desserts, or any food I know I might binge on—even fruits, chips, crackers, or cheese. I stick to buying just veggies and meat to make sure I stay on track and avoid slipping up. That’s why holidays are so challenging. I’ve received chocolates and cookies as gifts, and while I plan to regift them since I won’t eat them, just having them in the house makes it harder. It’s like my mind knows they’re there, and even when I wake up at night, I find myself thinking about the Lindt chocolate boxes or the cookies in the freezer. I’m determined to keep going because the regret of not sticking to the plan feels far worse than the discipline of restricting myself. I’ve got this—I’m pushing myself at the gym, my body aches, but I need to stay focused. Eyes on the prize!
