RULES OF BEING OTHERKIN #1

Being authentic and true to yourself is the only way you are 'supposed to be/act like' (insert entity). If anyone else disagrees it only tells you about them.

#going to start a small 'series' where I document stuff I learn that is otherkin specific. This is for myself as well as anyone who might #be struggling with things I used to/am working on(otherkin specific). hopefully this will reduce any mental pitfalls other otherkin may #fall into as they explore their identity and help out someone.#this 'rule' took a LONG time to fully understand and grasp. for the longest time I would consciously or subconsciously #think I was less Loki if I did or was something 'Loki would never do. until i realized I do exactly and experience exactly what Loki does #and experiences because...Im literally Loki. (talking about incarnations here). I'm just imagining young Loki being a mischievous child, but generally managing to talk himself out of trouble because of his silver tongue, and because his mischief was adorable and innocent. (Not to mention funny and entertaining.)

Thor attends the funerals of the guards who were killed in the Weapons Vault. As he does so, he thinks of the brother he grew up with, and he wonders at what moment the mischief turned into something darker and more dangerous.

#he remembers that long ago it had been loki's idea to set the chickens free to save them from being slaughtered #but now that boy had coldly set two guards to be murdered #he tries to remember what loki's face had looked like in the vault as they had looked upon the dead guards together #had loki's face shown any signs of remorse or uneasiness #but of course he couldn't remember #because he never looked at loki's face in the vault #loki #thor

I keep imagining the Avengers bursting into the citadel at the end of time in a righteous fury because they assume that Loki is up to no good, only to find him and Mobius making banana pancakes for "breakfast" and slow-dancing around their kitchen to Kokomo by the Beach Boys.

PSA: user ravenanddoe uses AI in their fanworks without disclosing it

They have recently even gone as far as to open an etsy shop where they claim their work to be 100% handmade without any involvement of AI, which is simply not true.

Some proof:

In the past they disclosed their usage of "AI elements" in their posts, but after i started calling them out for not doing it any longer on their new works, they deleted their old images.

Some of these old images (where the AI involvement was even more apparent):

If you want to use AI to generate your fan content, fine. What is not fine is deceiving and scamming others who believe they are supporting an actual artist.
