Genießen Sie dieses einfache Sommer-Hummus-Rezept als leichten Snack oder als Beilage zu Ihren Lieblingsgerichten. Es ist erfrischend und voller Geschmack!
Ingredients: 1 Dose Kichererbsen 400 g, abgetropft und gesplt. 2 Knoblauchzehen, geschlt. 3 EL Olivenl. 2 EL Zitronensaft. 1 TL Kreuzkmmel. Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack. 2 EL frische Petersilie, gehackt. 1 EL Sesampaste Tahini. 1 TL Paprika optional. 1 TL Olivenl zur Dekoration.
Instructions: Die abgetropften und gesplten Kichererbsen in einen Mixer geben. Die geschlten Knoblauchzehen, Olivenl, Zitronensaft, Kreuzkmmel, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufgen. Alles gut mixen, bis eine glatte Paste entsteht. Gegebenenfalls etwas Wasser hinzufgen, um die gewnschte Konsistenz zu erreichen. Die gehackte Petersilie und Sesampaste hinzufgen und erneut mixen, bis alles gut vermengt ist. Das Hummus in eine Servierschssel geben und mit Paprika bestreuen optional. Einen kleinen Tropfen Olivenl auf die Oberflche geben, um es zu verschnern. Das Sommer-Hummus ist fertig! Mit frischem Gemse oder Pita-Brot servieren.

This Paleo Shrimp Salad is a light and refreshing dish that's perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. It's packed with fresh ingredients and a zesty lemon-garlic dressing for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 cups mixed greens. 1/2 cucumber, sliced. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Add salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried basil, dried oregano, and paprika to the shrimp to season them. One tablespoon of olive oil should be heated on medium-high heat in a skillet. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until opaque and pink. Take off the heat and place aside. Mix the mixed greens, cucumber slices, diced red bell pepper, red onion slices thinly sliced, and cherry tomatoes in a large salad bowl. To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil the remaining 1 tablespoon, and a small pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss in the cooked shrimp, then top with the salad dressing. Gently toss everything together to evenly distribute the dressing over the salad. If desired, top with fresh herbs and serve right away. Savour your salad of paleo shrimp!

These seafood salad stuffed pasta shells make for a delightful and refreshing appetizer or light meal. Filled with a creamy mixture of shrimp, crab, and crunchy vegetables, they offer a burst of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients: 12 large pasta shells. 200g cooked shrimp, chopped. 200g cooked crab meat, flaked. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 celery stalk, finely chopped. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves, for serving optional. Lemon wedges, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, flaked crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, red onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood salad mixture, packing it gently. Arrange stuffed shells on a serving platter lined with lettuce leaves, if using. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve chilled and enjoy!

These flavor-filled, light, and refreshing vegan summer rolls with braised tofu are sure to please. The tofu is pan-fried until crispy after being marinated in a savory-sweet sauce. These rolls, when paired with crisp vegetables and aromatic herbs, are the ideal light lunch or appetizer for any kind of gathering.
Ingredients: 200g firm tofu, pressed and sliced into strips. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp grated ginger. Rice paper wrappers. Assorted veggies carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, lettuce, etc.. Fresh herbs mint, cilantro, basil. Peanut sauce for dipping.
Instructions: To make a marinade, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Make sure the tofu strips are well coated before adding them to the marinade. Give it a minimum of half an hour to marinade. Cook the marinated tofu strips in a pan over medium heat for about 45 minutes on each side, or until browned. Make rice paper wrappers as directed on the package. Top each wrapper with a few tofu strips and a variety of vegetables and herbs. Tightly roll up the wrappers, tucking in the edges as you roll. Present the spring rolls alongside peanut sauce for a dip.
