Fairly Oddparents tickle HC's

(Headcannons of Cosmo, Wanda, Timmy, Peri (formerly poof), Irep (Formerly Foop), Hazel Wells, and Dev Dimmadome) Writer's note: THIS TOOK 2 WEEKS IN MY DRAFTS TO WRITE! Hope you all like these silly tickle headcannons. If you don't like them, Idc I'm still having this up. I went HAM with Cosmo

Cosmo: 65% Lee, 35% Ler

Cosmo's such a playful fairy! His tickles are mainly to play, or cheer someone up! Having been a fairy godparent for up to 300 years at minimum, Cosmo knows cues like when to stop, when someone is able to be cheered up via tickles, etc. He's a master at teasing, and WILL use it to his advantage. He does use the classics you know the ones, but he also makes up brilliant teases. He's an amazing tickler, and does play the 'Can I guess where you're ticklish?' game. A couple scribbles here, some pokes there, the whole shebang. He also gives his lee wiggle room unless it's PERFECTLY CLEAR they don't mind being pinned. Cosmo CANNOT take what he dishes out, he squirms, squeals, kicks, his wings flap crazily, he is MEGA ticklish and a silly mess. Cosmo and Wanda have done tickle fights but Wanda always wins. The same tickle fights have happened with Hazel, Timmy and Peri at different times, but Cosmo was too good a ler for the trio to stop. Cosmo's worst spots are his sides, neck, and underarms. As for aftercare, he’ll snuggle up with them or plop them on the couch with a blanket if they’re tired, but he’ll also do cuddles! During said cuddles, back rubs and playing with your hair. Nuff said

Wanda: 50/50

Wanda's a good ler but is usually gentle, opposite of Cosmo who tries to wreck everyone he tickles. She usually just lightly scribbles across a spot, gently teasing and cooing. The people she tickles the most are Peri and Cosmo. But if you wreck her, she's gonna wreck you just as badly. As a lee, she's most ticklish on her ribs. She'll giggle helplessly, but that's it. I'll add more if I get more ideas.

Timmy Turner: 80% lee, 20% ler

Poor Timmy has no ler skills. He's almost always is the tickled and never the tickler. He's VERY ticklish in many common spots, and always just laughs his lil head off, and has the BEST giggles. If he ever tickled someone successfully, it was dumb luck or a huge amount of stealth. Other than that, he's mostly a lee. He squeals and begs, it's adorbs

Peri (Formerly Poof): 55% Lee, 45% Ler

He's a really embarassed lee and it's adorable. Cosmo and Wanda occasionally tickled him when he was a baby, and it was precious. As an adult, he's not tickled as much, but when he is, it's either Cosmo or Wanda tickling him in front of Hazel or Dev, and embarassing him in the process. As a ler, he's mindful of boundaries more than a normal ler would. He pays CLOSE attention to cues and responses and may have a safe word so he doesn't go too far. He hasn't had much experience with humans and doesn't wanna come off as anything negative. He's most ticklish on his belly. He's a squealer. You can NOT convince me otherwise.

Irep (Formerly Foop): 95% ler, 5% lee

This guy refuses to be tickled. He's always the tickler. As a wittle baby, he was a huge lee much to his disapproval. Anti Cosmo and Anti Wanda didn't tickle much, but it was adorable when they did He's very ticklish, but was never caught later in life. As a ler, he's RUTHLESS! He will wreck you until you tap out. If you ever tickle him, expect him to threaten you while kicking and squirming helplessly on the floor. His worst spots are his underarms and sides

Hazel: 50/50

One heck of a good ler. Her main Lee is Dev, and they get into the silliest tickle fights you've seen. She usually wins. She can be either gentle or ruthless, depending on what someone's comfortable with. Definitely stole some of Cosmo's teases to use for her lees. As a lee, she's squealy, giggly, squirmy, AND kicky. She'll squirm tooth and nail to do anything to make the tickles more bearable. She's ticklish in the most common places, but mostly the spaces between her ribs

Dev: Complete lee.

He's a touch starved 10 year old that has never been tickled and never experienced tickling. That is, until he met HAZEL. He will fight tooth and nail to get away from a Ler, especially if the Ler is merciless. He may use his rocket boots or drones to help him get away. THE LEE-EST LEE TO EVER LEE! Ticklish everywhere, has no ler skills, can NOT fight a tickle fight to save his life, it's silly and kinda sad too. Can only ler if someone like Peri, Hazel or Cosmo are helping him

tickletober day 9- "wake up!"

word count: 858 words

i was Not expecting to write a FOP fic skjjfhdjsk, but last night i watched the first half of a new wish and i think it was incredibly adorable and surprisingly funny sjdhfgdhj. i love hazel w all my heart and i adore her relationship w cosmo and wanda. specifically i wanted to write abt wanda and hazel bc of that shot in the first episode when hazel is running for the door and wanda stands in front of it to try to catch her- it just gave such parent vibes. i think wanda can have Girlmom rights, as a treat <3

Wanda appeared in Hazel's room with a yawn. Boy, she'd forgotten how early ten year olds had to wake up to go to school. Cosmo had kept snoring right through Hazel's alarm, as did the godchild herself, and with both of Hazel's parents working early this morning, Wanda knew it was up to her to help Hazel start her day.

Wanda took a moment to snap into her human form before reaching out to shake Hazel's arm.

"Come on, squirt," she murmured. "Time to wake up!"

Nothing. Hazel slept like the dead, her arms tucked against her chest as she slept on her stomach, drooling on her satin pillowcase. Wanda moved down to perch on the edge of the bed.

"Sweetie..." she sang lightly, rubbing her palm against Hazel's back. "Don't you want to see your friends today? Tell Dev some of those new knock-knock jokes you learned?"

Still there was no response other than her godchild's snuffling breaths. Wanda frowned. Timmy used to be like this, too-- staying in bed as long as possible, until he missed the bus and had to be magicked to school. But she knew that would stress Hazel out, and she didn't want her to panic.

She switched from rubbing Hazel's back to scratching her nails up and down her spine. This is what worked with Peri when he was little; back scratches helped him slowly wake up, talking softly with whatever parent was with him until he was ready to pop out of bed, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Somehow it seemed to have the opposite effect on Hazel, and her snores seemed to get even louder somehow.

Wanda furrowed her brow in thought. What else could she do to wake her up? She was thinking so hard about it that she almost didn't notice Wanda shuffling beneath her.

"Mom?" Hazel said, a smile playing at her lips before her eyes peeked open. They widened upon seeing Wanda instead of her mom.

"Wanda? Why're ya human?" she asked, voice heavy with sleep.

"Because the last time I woke you up as a fairy, you thought I was a big bee and tried to swat me," Wanda teased. Hazel smiled again, sheepish, but it only took a couple seconds before her eyes drifted shut again.

"Oh, no you don't!" Wanda said. "It's school time, squirt. Up and at 'em."

"Mmmmm... no," Hazel replied, making no move to slide out from under the covers.

"Yes!" Wanda replied, still idly scratching her back. "No more sleeping, you have to--"

Her hand drifted to Hazel's side, and the girl let out a soft giggle.

The answer popped into Wanda's head like it'd been wished into existence, and she smiled.

"Alright. Have it your way." And with that, she skittered all five nails on the back of Hazel's ribs.

Even through her pajamas, the effect was immediate. Hazel gasped awake with a squeal, nearly pushing herself off the bed.

"Wanda!" she squeaked, wiggling side to side. "Wha-- whahahat?"

"Oh, there you are, sleepyhead!" Wanda said cheerfully. "I was wondering when you were going to wake up."

Despite her giggles, Hazel shook her head. "Nohohoho, don't wannahaha!"

"You don't wanna what?" Wanda asked. She reached around with her other hand to flitter against Hazel's other side, launching a new round of giggles. The girl was probably still sleep-addled, Wanda thought, given how she couldn't figure out what to do or how to escape. "Don't wanna wake up? Don't wanna go to school? Don't wanna be tickled?"

"Yehehes-- nohoho-- I don't knohohow!" Hazel squealed. She rolled to one side, trying to protect herself from Wanda's nails, only to laugh even harder as Wanda switched to clamping her hands to her sides and squeezing rapidly.

"Aw, tickle tickle tickle, sweetie!" she cooed. "Coochie coochie coochie coo!"

Hazel's eyes were as bright as her laughter, and she finally managed to shoot a hand out and snatch one of Wanda's wrists.

"I wish you-- hehehehe-- I wish--!"

Before she could finish her sentence, Wanda pulled her hands back.

"You don't have to wish for that, squirt," she said. "I'm done, I promise."

Hazel's giggles continued for a few seconds longer. She wiggled around, trying to shake off the stray tickles.

"Did I sleep through my alarm again?" She asked. Wanda gave her a patented Mom Look, and Hazel smiled sheepishly. "Sorry."

"Aw, don't sweat it, kiddo." Wanda patted her arm. "Just wanted to have a little fun to help wake you up."

"It worked," Hazel agreed. She sat up, yawning and stretching her arms above her head, before crawling over to sit next to Wanda on the edge of her bed. She leaned against her side, and Wanda wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Good morning, Hazel," Wanda said softly, giving her a gentle squeeze.

"Good morning, Wanda."

"Good morning, Cosmo!"

Both Hazel and Wanda looked up as Cosmo poofed into existence, yawning and stretching just like Hazel had moments before. He looked at them-- Hazel still in her pajamas, Wanda in her human form-- and blinked. "What'd I miss?"

Wanda and Hazel looked at each other, and burst into laughter.

Who’s laughing now

Hazel, Winn, Jasmine and Dev were all hanging out after school. They went to their designated hang out spot in the park, where no one was around.

Hazel was chatting to Winn and Jasmine about rocks, completely oblivious to the scheming happening just a few feet from them.

You see, on Saturday, Hazel had used a wish to tickle Dev. After the hangout was over, Dev announced war. And he planned to follow through.

He waited until there was an uproar in volume, then turned to his fairy.

“Peri, ya ready?”

“Mm-hmm! Just say the magic words!”

“I wish that Hazel was being tickled by magic right now!” Dev grinned evilly. This was gonna be fun to watch.

“Huhuh! Wahahait whahat ihis thahahat?!” Hazel’s laughter burst forward, breathy and quick.

“Hazel? What’s going on?” Winn asked.

“I-Ihi duhunnoho! Sohomethihings tihicklihing mehehe!”

Dev took this opportunity to reveal his scheme.

“That would be me. With a little help, of course.” He pointed at Peri.

As Hazel wheezed on the ground, Dev continued his monologue. “I think it’s about time I got my revenge, don’t ya think? I mean,I did declare war after all.”

“Oho yohohou ahare soho gohoing dohown!” Hazel tried to fight back and attack Dev, but he and his godparent had planned for this, and He was scooped up of the ground before she could get to him.

“Oho no! There’s no getting out of this one, Hillside! You thought you were sooooo smart, but look who’s laughing now!”

Hazel giggled out a question. “Lihike ihin thehe contehext ohof tihihicklihing? Lihike ihim lahaughing becahahause ohof it? Ohor lihike yohoure lahaughing cahause yohou gohot mehe?”

Dev just shrugged, “Both! It’s a play on words.”

At the nonchalant comment Winn giggled slightly. They loved a good pun.

After a minute or so, Hazels laughter became long strings of wheezes, being silent sometimes.

At this point Dev almost cancelled the wish but thought he would ask first. “Are you okay?” He seemed slightly concerned.

As much as she could through her laughter, Hazel muttered out a yes, making Dev sigh in relief.

“Good. That’s means I can continue to enact my revenge! Muahahaha!” He did an over-the-top evil laugh to accentuate the point.

At this, the kids turned into a sort of super hero game.

“Oh no, Hazel! We have to save her!” Jasmine giggled out, pretending to be concerned or distraught.

“We will stop you, villain! You won’t get away with this!”

“I’d like to see you try!” With a touch of magic, the park transformed into an evil lair, with Hazel trapped up on the top floor, still giggling away.

“Your friend is captured! And unless you give into my demands, she will be tickled forever! Muahahhaaha!!” Dev really leaned into the Villain role, having a lot of fun playing the part.

“We will stop you! Chaaaarge!!” Winn cried out playfully, starting to chase Dev.

Using his Au-pairs, Dev evaded them, he whispered to Peri who was flying next to him.

“Can we make a trap in the next room for me to lure them into?”

Peri nodded and smiled mischievously. “Sure, kid!”

Dev then flew into the aforementioned room, making sure to be well above the ground. As soon as Jasmine and Winn stepped in the room, the trap triggered, making them hang upside down.

“I have a victim to attend to, and I can’t have you two meddling in my plans! So you two have fun in here- good luck muahahahahaha!!”

Then Dev flew up to the large room with glass walls, where Hazel was sitting and squirming around as magic continued to buzz around her tickle spots.

“Alright, Haywire! If you want this to stop, all you have to do is give into my demands!”

“Nehehever!” Hazel put on a defiant hero role for a moment, before hesitating. “Wahahait whahat exahactlyhy ahahare yohour demahahands?”

Dev silences for a moment (he hadn’t thought of that) and then spoke with a hefty bravado, “I want you to admit that you will lose this war! Muahahahhaha!!”

“Nehehever! Yohohou wohohont gehet ahanythihing ohouta mehe!”

From below, Winn and Jasmine called up, still playing into the roles they were given. “Don’t do it Hazel! You can handle it!”

“Yeah! If you lose who knows what the villain will do to the world!”

Dev laughed ‘evilly’ again. “YES! for I am the infamous Villain known as Dev the Devil, and I am here to cause nothing but chaos! Muahhaha!!”

Peri raised an eyebrow. “Dev the Devil? Really?”

“I was coming up with something on the spot!”

He turned back to Hazel.

She was laughing pretty hard. She didn’t know that magic could tickle this much. And now matter how she moved or squirmed it didn’t change anything.

And while she did enjoy being tickled, at some point she was gonna run out of stamina and she knew it.

“Well? Anything to say to me~?”

“Okahay! Ihi lohost!”

At a glance from Dev, Peri made a small lightning strike and thunder clap for dramatic effect. “YESSS! I WIN! MUAHAHA!”

“Release the girl and her friends. I have what I want.”

The scene faded back into the park, with all four of the kids sitting on the picnic blanket right where they were before the whole mess. Hazel was still letting out leftover giggles.

After everyone settled down, Hazel gave Dev a mischievous look.

“You may have one the battle, Dev, but I will win the war!”

“We’ll see about that!”

And then they all erupted into laughter once more.

I think more fics should include lil bits of southern accent coming from characters from the south.

Will, Leo, Hazel and Annabeth all start talking to eachother and suddenly you're hearing four different southern accents coming out

I mean already talked about the big three boys and them all having a partner from the south. But add Frank in there who's not even from the US and they all just starring like :0

Will and Leo with different Texas accents,Leo's probably with the added hispanic accent mixed in

Annabeth' Virginia accent hardly noticed cause she left there when she was pretty young, only to come out with certain words

Hazel's having a New Orleans accent is *slept* on y'all.

Which, also means on the Argo II anytime they were discussing and accents might've go thicker as they spoke faster you had the other four just starring like "mhm-yep-"

But like you also had a new yorker and a Canadian there as well as a guy that was raised by wolves so- accents must've been interesting on that ship XD

(Also-southern Lee Fletcher hc, mainly cause I'm shocked none of the children of Apollo we have a birth place for so far are from around Nashville. Come on, it's literally Music City. )
