I'm gonna do a 30 day challenge to help me lose weight:
Day 0: my Stats
Sw: 241 lbs/108.8 kg
Cw: 230 lbs/104.3 kg
Gw 1: 200 lbs/90 kg
Challenge Track:
Day 1: ✅️ LW: 228.6lbs/103.6kg
Day 2: ✅️ LW: 228.0lbs/103kg
Day 3: ✅️ didn't weight myself today.
Comeback season plan:
1. GET CLOSER TO GOD. It's rather difficult to feel how I feel, and to also be a practicing Catholic. Because it adds emotional and religious layers to my life and well. I should be doing a lot better to not disappoint myself and the previous progress. But that's a topic for another moment. GOD FIRST.
2. GET REAL ABOUT MY INTERMITTENT FASTING. My Doctor even recommended me to follow it and to stick to it. So it's not a bad thing for me to do. It's genuinely something I HAVE to do to get myself together and reach My health goals and ultimately get what I want in life. That said I DID IT BEFORE AND I CAN DO IT AGAIN.
3. WORKING OUT IS NOT A PUNISHMENT BUT A REWARD AND A BLESSING. Getting the strongest most resilient body I've had in YEARS (I am 27. Have been obese my entire life. Been an athlete most of my life as well) and having seen what not keeping yourself mobile did to my siblings recovery time after her accident. I WILL keep doing it to keep myself healthy, keeping in mind that I'm also human and I want to look a certain way. I can reach that, and well, I'm going for it.
4. STICK TO A LOWER CALORIE DIET EVEN WHEN I AM LIFTING WEIGHTS. Realistically I don't need 2,000cals considering the amount of training I do and it was not working for me before. So why would it now? Also, if I skip workouts I am not recalculating how much I need to eat. So I eat at a Surplus without even needing it. So be so fr. I am eating too much and It's holding me back. Time to do it right and calculate it right.
5. SUPPLEMENT ACCORDINGLY. This one is self explanatory.
