Sure, Dean. You just couldn't help yourself. It sounds like he wanted to embarrass Jerry to me. They supposedly waited to come in on a laugh but as Dean said, "No laughs". Was that a punch in the gut to Jerry, Dean? Dean just proved over and over he could not forget Jerry. And it wasn't because he hated him.......

Moments before the storm of emotions
Dean Martin and jerry Lewis- Eddie Fisher Show ( Sept 30 1958 ) ...
The song “return to Me” was released in the first month of 1958. This interview took place in the ninth month, and Jerry entered the hospital in the tenth month. At the same time, Dean began attacking Jerry in the newspapers (which continued throughout the sixties). Something happened behind the scenes of this interview. Dean left an offer in In last moments, Jerry volunteered to fill his place, and this meant canceling other things from Jerry's schedule, which could not possibly be empty... To his surprise, Dean comes out from behind his curtain, and Jerry seems angry and shocked for a moment, and then the real clowning begins. Dean wanted things to go back to the way they were. (Their relationship is incomprehensible) Jerry wanted limits for his safety and Dean did not accept that. I bet there was a quarrel between them.

The night The Rat Pack humiliated Eddie Fischer
I found a 1961 Photoplay Magazine article about the unfortunate, HUGE episode, of the Rat Pack interrupting Eddie Fisher's performance at Cocoanut Grove in 1961. On this occasion there was also a very brief reunion of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis witnessed as you know from a video. I'm just sharing some screeshots and the link to the full article which is quite long. The highlights in my opinion are: The Rat Pack entering making silence around them. They were powerful and they knew it. Sinatra referred to as "The Leader", Dean Martin "The Admiral" and the other three ONLY "LOYAL FOLLOWERS". In practice whoever wrote the article the Rat Pack consisted only of Sinatra and Martin. NO ONE but Jerry and George Jessel defend Eddie Fisher. Not even Milton Berle has the courage to say anything. EVERYONE WAS AFRAID OF SINATRA AND DEAN MARTIN. Everyone EXCEPT Jerry who most of all should have kept quiet. Instead he actually stands up, AND NOTICE HE WAS SITTING BEHIND DEAN SO CLOSE TO HIM, and tries to defend Eddie while also getting the approving applause from the audience.
OUTSIDER. Either he was totally crazy to challenge Sinatra (who loved Jerry but we all know how cruel he could get when he felt humiliated in some way and Sinatra could represent together with Sammy one of the points of contact with Dean) or there is something very strange.. . He was one of the very few WHO DIDN'T FEAR THE RAT PACK WHICH WAS VERY POWERFUL AT THAT TIME, more powerful than Jerry himself (who was alone).

There are more. I’ve tagged my 30. Some of course had more impact than others. Some were even before I was born. For example I was about to add #marvin gaye. As I’ve grown older and learn more about the lives of these people who were all beacons in some capacity I can’t help but be moved by their loss.
My answer is yes for Heath Ledger. I was obsessed with him when he died and it broke my little pre-teen heart 💔

You have to marvel at the wretchedness of the White Sox
There are certainly a host of disappointing teams in MLB this year. More so than usual it feels like, with the Mets, Padres, Cardinals face down in a muck they never considered being in back in the spring. You can throw the Mariners on there if you’re feeling truly dispirited and want to take it out on someone, given the promise they did show last season. Yet all of those teams are still, at…

Just something I noticed. Jerry wore the "twin watch" throughout the making of "The Geisha Boy". Dean also wore the "twin watch" throughout the making of "Some Came Running". Both movies were released in December of 1958. I know The Geisha Boy was filmed between June-August, 1958. Not sure about Some Came Running but surely it was in that time frame. Were Dean and Jerry "seeing" each other during that time. It just seemed like they were showing they were "together" by wearing the watches. And on December 23, Dean interrupted Jerry on The Eddie Fisher Show. The mysteries of M&L are endless.

Review: Left Behind: Rise of the Anti-Christ
"Left Behind: Rise of the Anti-Christ is to date the most complete and best of Left Behind movies that have been released to date." Read the Left Behind: Rise of the Anti-Christ review here #LeftBehind #Review #KevinSorbo @101FilmsUK
Left Behind: Rise of the Anti-Christ trailer Back in 1995, writers Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins wrote Left Behind. It was a start of an original 12 book series that spanned 9 years. There was later a series of 3 prequel books and 1 follow on novel (Kingdom Come). It became the jumping off point for a series of fast paced Christian fiction novels that went on to become worldwide best sellers…
