oooooh this is a fun one!!! i think it's a bizarre combination of repeated white-blonde eyebrow bleachings in his quest to be beautiful, possibly a brow lift as part of his repeated plastic surgeries, and thick white makeup sitting on top 👀

to me his brows look rather fixed in place and his face is quite pulled back near the forehead, which makes sense for a brow lift...initially i thought he'd had his skin bleached too, but in this scene you can see the 'caked-on' appearance of the makeup and a more neutral peach tone underneath (which i think streaks off a touch when he cries??). you can see the 'weight' of his brows under that makeup, but whether that's actual eyebrow hair or plumped-out flesh due to plastic surgery is anyone's guess 🤔

in summary: i think Dale does still have 'normal' eyebrows, but he bleaches them along with his hair. he's had an oddly-done brow lift and covers it all with makeup...which is aided by the fact that he's older, and his hair has probably gone grey. naturally i imagine Dale was a rough, sandy-blond when he was younger, but dark at the roots 😉

What do we think is up with Dale’s eyebrows? I can’t tell if they’re straight up nonexistent/shaved off or if they’re just so blonde that they’re hard to see. Is he a shaved eyebrow girly??? I still think he’s beautiful but just what’s going on there where are his brows lol
