the thing about Commander Cody that makes me so absolutely insane is not just how shockingly kind he is- it’s the fact that he’s so kind and tender even though he was never afforded that growing up.

like, none of the clones were, obviously, but Cody even as an Imperial does nothing but talk in gentle tones to citizens and reassured them that he’s only trying to help and does every single thing he POSSIBLY can to avoid bloodshed.

My favorite accepted as canon idea is that Scully is a better shot then Mulder. Can you imagine this tiny, new to the field, baby agent walking into the shooting range with her perfectionist tendencies and sig saucer spending hours there determined to improve her accuracy. You know girl went all out after she was first assigned to Mulder to prove that she was going to be an equal shot or better. She is competitive AF, I will fight you on this. Can you imagine Mulder’s reaction the first time they went to the shooting range together? And trust me, they did. He was completely turned on by her calm focus and marksmanship. It became a little unspoken competition between them.
