Incredible Images Show A Jaguar Killing a Caiman
Wildlife photography isn’t just an art, it’s an exercise in patience and timing, as well. Photographer Ian Ford proved that when he captured some incredible moments of a jaguar delivering a fatal bite to a large caiman on the banks of the São Lourenço River tributary in Brazil. The South American Pantanal wetland has the highest density of jaguars anywhere in the world. These cats are the largest…

Run-on Review
Just read A Field Guide to Earthlings by Ian Ford after finding it on an autism reading list, this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to tear pages out of a book (derogatory), I found the first two sections (up to page 68) helpful at illuminating basal misunderstandings I personally have had, then it starts going downhill, culminating (or "nadir-ing") in really gross interpretations of sexual consent (the foreshadowed pages I want to burn), there were signs throughout that the author leans vaguely conservative but I should have taken a reference to Freudian psychology as a concrete red flag, I've now read a lot of mixed reviews from other autistics, and an anecdotal peer review from my NT partner suggests that any universally true interpretation fall away after the first couple of sections, so I could tentatively recommend reading the first 68 pages either through a free online pdf or from your library, I highly do not recommend doing what I did and buying a damn copy, idk to me a book that provokes its own destruction isn't really worth paying for

Ford Via, 1989, by Ghia. A concept which proposed what a sports car might look like in the year 2000, designed by Ian Callum. The Via had advanced features for the time, including fibre-optic headlights which were a first for the motor industry. It used a turbocharged V8 engine connected to an all wheel drive drivetrain

The way Ian helps the Doctor up, and then gently lays his hand on the Doctor's hand in comfort when they literally hated each other a few episodes ago. I love them so much.

Just finished Lost for the 9000th time and sobbed just as hard as I did the first time (I also watched the last like 6 episodes back to back and that was NOT a good idea). It really is the most perfect, beautiful show ever made. Goddamn. I am in shambles but still absolutely in awe of how incredible that was (even though, like I said, I’ve seen it more times than I can count). Greatest show of all time, no contest.

Carole Ann Ford: Did you say you’d leave if they didn’t write up your part?
William Russell: No, that’s what you said
Carole Ann Ford: Didn’t make any difference though did it?
William Russell: No
