Well, school was… Interesting yesterday. My period 1 teacher was actually better, but also not really. It's confusing. Instead of correcting me constantly or being super nitpicky, he just ignored me. Spoke to me briefly, if at all. I wonder if this is him being passive aggressive. Or maybe he simply doesn't know how to engage with me now that he knows his previous strategy of constantly correcting me wasn't working.

And don't get me wrong, I prefer the cold shoulder to constant condescension. But it's still really weird, and it threw me off pretty much all period. And knowing how unpredictable he is, who knows if this'll still be true tomorrow? By tomorrow, he could be back to himself again, or he could still be giving me the cold shoulder. Anything is possible with him. He's so confusing and unpredictable, I swear.

just got back from seeing Barbie in the cinema (which is the 2nd time in 5 years I've been to the movies and the first new film of the two) and it was really good! Even though I already saw other people say they didn't expect it to hit so deep and thus adjusting my expectations, I was still surprised by it. The movie made me almost cry like 4 or 5 times (I'm pretty sure if I had been alone I would have definitely cried) but it also made me laugh! There were some small bits that were a little too wonky for me sometimes to suspend my disbelief, but overall I really liked it, and the casting was phenomenal the whole way through. And it was really pretty!
