So I just read all 914 pages of Fool’s Fate in one day. I don’t think I’ve ever read that much in one day ever. These books are so good holy snickerdoodles I love the politics and the amazing worldbuilding (robin writes matriarchies and different societal structures SO GOOD) and the realistic characters and Fitz’s unreliable narration and also the gay ass ‘friendship’ between him and the fool (fitz ‘no homo but also my bond with you is deeper than my love for anyone else including my other half bonded wolf and my wife and also sex’ farseer)

So uh. Yeah. Excuse me while I go cry in the corner. Again.

I once made a comment asking why Mayberry wanted Martha dead. Obviously it’s for fucking her husband but did she know Martha would end up in Hell? She wasn’t aware she and her whole family were cannibals but fucking other people’s husbands does get you to hell.

There is not a single human in existence that can convince me that Hugo and Eugene don’t end up becoming brothers.

They hate each other at first, which is understandable because Eugene is Eugene and Hugo keeps antagonizing him (and Gene isn’t over the piano incident yet.)

But after awhile, and maybe after one life changing and life threatening adventure where they bond, Eugene adopts him as a second little brother.

They still hate eachother, but it’s a playful hatred.

Hugo still antagonizes him though, but it is not nearly as malicious and Eugene no longer wants to strangle him or put him in the stocks and throw moldy tomatoes at him.

it was! I dunno if you watched tango and Jimmy for double life, but the played into the canary thing.

in tangos last episode, he died like 10 minutes in and the next 10 minutes of his video is a black empty screen. The last few seconds text says "You're still here? It's over. Go home. Go." (technically it's a reference to a movie but, still)
