I just sneezed the most times in a row I’ve ever sneezed in my life I STG Halfway through I was wondering if I was going to sneeze myself to death and was having some new-to-medical-science sneezing seizure

#it was at least 40 sneezes #it was astonishing #painful #I think it triggered a migraine #and I’m gonna throw up.#what weven was that #that was so scary #you don’t think of sneezing as scary until it happens 40 times in a row and you’re suddenly like #could this kill me? is this fatal? has anyone died of this?#because it’s simply not stopping #and you start to feel hypoxic because you can’t get a ful breath in between each sneeze #I’m literally seeing double rn.

I'm a chronic migraine Jason Todd truther. Except he doesn't know they're migraines. Poor guy will be layed up on his couch for days wondering what wizard he pissed off cuz light hurts, sounds hurt, he thinks he's gonna throw up, his vision doesn't work right, and also there's an invisible rail spike driving itself into his skull. Then his thinks it's a Pit side affect or some other weird thing.

But no. It's just migraines

Oh my God, y'all, the 2024 booster is so much worse than the last couple. No where near as bad as the first series, and I would 100% do it again, I just would have scheduled it before a day off work if I had known.

Cleaned two of the bathrooms yesterday.

Woke up real sick and headachy today. After two weeks of no headache!

This is now a pattern because this is the third time I've woken up with a headache after cleaning, so something in that is triggering a migraine.

My therapist thinks it's stress, which may be true.

I think it's whatever the scent is in the toilet bowl cleaner.

So that's. something.

#musings #bandit #i also think there was something in the hormel? homel? microwave meals that was triggering them too #i think that's why i haven't had one in two weeks when i had gotten to the point of about one a week #i stopped eating those #and started eating the ben's street food stuff #i was testing those out and liked them and stuck with them #and the migraines STOPPED #until now i guess #so #normally i don't call them migraines on day one #but i'm already nauseous #and general body ick #meh

My doctor has been pretty cool and worth the hour/20$ Uber to get to her because she's always listened to me and explained the why of things, but I guess I didn't realize I had never worn a critical role shirt to see her (I usually pick out a cr shirt specifically for doctor visits ever since the spider bite. A comfort thing, I guess I decided to leave it behind) and she walked in and the first thing she said was "love your shirt" and I just. Yeah she was already great but that was such a neat little "!!!" on my end.

#Her son loves it and they all went through the m9 together during the pandemic and then kept up with it #Knowing a fraction of how hard a doctor's hours are - that's pretty incredible #Mundane adventures #Her son is also autistic and gets scent triggered migraines so like #There's a lot of good overlap there #The more I think about it the more certain I am that I've definitely worn my m9 hoodie to a visit #But a little cr emblem on the clavicle is very different from a tshirt with a giant stenciled die that says CRITICAL ROLE in big letters

guys be proud of me i fought off a migraine last night at my school’s football game and didn’t panic about it and had a great time 💪💪

#and also we won #so that’s a bonus hehehehehehe #i get really bad ocular migraines and i have since i was a kis #they’re mostly caused by anxiety and panicking when i notice the symptoms makes it that much worse #but i tried my best to just ignore it and keep going on like normal so i wouldn’t trigger it #AND IT WORKED AND I DID IT #i used to get them almost daily as a kid but now i only get them once every couples months #i think this is a testament to how overworked and stressed i am tho

If you use curse words or other "inappropriate" words in your tiktoks and use a different word in your captions, you're discriminating against disabled people. By this I mean things like people captioning "motherfucker" as "motherfluffer" instead of like "motherf*cker" or something.

If someone can't hear the tiktok, and the captions aren't accurate, then the viewer has no way to know what's actually being said in the video. If you sensor the word instead of full on replacing it, then at least people can know what's actually being said.

Disabled people deserve access to the exact same content in a form that's accessible to them, whenever possible. Captions should be as accurate as possible, and if the platform you're on doesn't let you do that, that's an issue.

#saying disabled folks on purpose because I want to keep the scope broad #but im thinking of deaf and hard of hearing folks #folks with auditory processing issues and sensory processing issues in general #people who get migraines where noise is a trigger or can make things worse #and people who for whatever reason can't or prefer not to listen to audio
