*slides in* werewolves eh? Well seeing how you've done the Clarke family would you mind doing the Milton family? You can either make Mary a werewolf or not I don't mind, the image of the other two protecting her like guard dogs is amazing, not the mention the lore aspects it could imply. But also puppy werewolf🥹🤲 I just love the Miltons a normal amount and werewolves are my love language lol

That image of Mary being watched over by her siblings spoke to me so no werewolf pup this time, unlike the rest of the wolves I liked the idea of Tabitha(left) and David(right) mirroring each other although I did put in the effort to differentiate between them with subtle differences in fur texture and eye shape(tabi's eyes bigger and David's fur wavier)

And of course Mary(centre lol) is as cute as a button(her face is so darn tiny on my phone when I was drawing her so she needs a close up because even though she is human a lot of effort went into her appearance)

Beyond the protection angle I wanted to show the Milton siblings bound together as its one robe tethering all of them and it's also giving "parent birds see their new egg for the first time" at any rate I'm going to need you to imagine that Mary is standing on a big rock given the scale of them all

I will again say that I've gotten more werewolf asks and less time than anticipated as something came up a little after, this isn't to say people should stop sending them so much as to be mindful of the time I may take to do them 😊

May I present, my attempt at illustrating the last four pages of Tevinter Nights. 😁 (Also, the first time I'm posting art on here!)

As the whole thing was quite literally too long to post on tumblr, I uploaded the full version on a customized site made for reading webcomics (via ComicFury). On a personal note though, I can't believe I actually finished it... As it had been a *very* long time since I drew (and finished) anything, let alone a 31 page comic and reading Tevinter Nights again finally sparked my motivation (and the courage to post it lol). So I want to thank Patrick Weekes for helping me overcome this massive art block and over two decades of Case Closed mangas for inspiring me how to draw an overly dramatic "exposing the imposter" moment. 😂 I tried my best to be as faithful to the book as possible and it took me forever, so... hope you like it! :D

Decided to spend waaaay too much time on @tricoufamily's Duo Challenge instead of writing. This was an awesome challenge and now I want to make a couple of scenes with these sims! 😆

[more info below!]

The Plot:

Half-siblings Dillon and Addy have spent their entire lives in competition with each other. The children of infamous crime leader, Leigh Caldwell, they've devoted themselves to earning her favor, and becoming criminals worthy of the Caldwell name (although they constantly fight over how to go about any mission they share).

#my art #artists on tumblr #the legend of korra #original characters #I have not figured out a tag system yet so for now this is all they’re getting #their names are liba and abyan and I’m very much obsessed :)#they’re the children of two of our other newest OCs. Himman and Summiya #the latter of whom just happens to be Zaheer’s older sister #but he ran away from home years before these two were born so he most likely isn’t even aware of their existence #I mean. I’m sure he suspects his sisters had children. but that’s the extent of what he knows #anyway #quite a few headcanons came to mind as I was drawing so I’m gonna type them out while I can still function #(haven’t slept for two nights in a row. I’m starting to doubt whether I’m actually alive or not)#Liba is older by about a year but once they grow up a little it’s barely noticeable and people assume they’re twins #over time they stop bothering to correct them because really. they’re so close they might as well be #they were both burn with port wine stain birthmarks on their faces. much to their mother’s dismay #she has a whole perfectionism complex and needed her children to reflect that to maintain the family image #thus they were taught how to hide the marks early on. but the powder makes them constantly sneeze #liba is very self conscious about it bc of what her mother put in her head. Abyan less so bc while he’s expected to be perfect #his future doesn’t depend on his looks. he always tries to comfort his sister whenever she spirals too deep. no matter that she’s older #when no one is around to hear he calls her Lili <3 it annoyed her at first so she dubbed him Yanyan in retaliation #but over time they both grew to love the nicknames and now use them unironically #they’re the ultimate partners in crime. their goal? gaining as much freedom from their mother as possible #and sooner or later they will manage to do so permanently. which will make Summiya fall apart. but that is currently Kat’s domain #speaking of. hi Kat. I know you’ve already seen this in pencil but look! I coloured them!!#the birthmarks were both kinda annoying and rather fun to do. maybe I’ll change them later. I was too tired to look at refs so I improvised #and there’s no detail in clothing since again. 0 energy whatsoever. but once I refine their full body designs I shall go all out #that reminds me I need to go collect my new sketchbook. might do it on the way home from the store #okay I’m getting distracted. is this my very unsubtle way of trying to influence Kat to write that Summiya fic?#maybe. maybe not. you can’t prove anything 😁

Making memes instead of crying because I went to Ghazan’s school of coping with depression

(Context, because apparently not everyone is aware of the intricacies of the multiverse of madness @katkastrofa and I created together:

In my main fic verse, SotRL, Bolin will end up really close friends with Midori, Mingzan’s daughter, to the point that they begin considering each other siblings. Ghazan’s rather fond of the kid, who treats him as literally the coolest man in existence and begs to learn lavabending from him, and Bolin REALLY needs a positive father figure in his life, and Midori is already his sister, so… one thing leads to another, Ghazan is Bolin’s dad now. And Ming-Hua is a lot more neutral on Bolin but she sees how much her partner and daughter like having him around, so eventually warms up too. She’s not the most maternal with him, probably calls him ‘son boy’ the way people on here do with kittens [because that is HILARIOUS to me. fucking sue me if you don’t like it], but she likes him well enough. Of course, this all raises the question of Mako, who happens to be… not on the best of terms with this family, Ming-Hua in particular, especially after Book 3…)

#P’Li is a bit warmer (I’ll see myself out) with him bc he’s the last link she has to her mother. but Ming-Hua is unswayable 😂#oh yeah mako and bolin are P’Li’s nephews. Naoki was her cousin. another fun trivia tidbit #idk I suddenly remembered this meme at about 6 a.m. thought of this and laughed uncontrollably for a good 10 minutes #and knew I had to make it. of course then my day got offset by a huge crying fit because I got emotional over some tiny thing. again #this stress is gonna kill me one day #and as I was recovering from yet another onslaught of tears I suddenly thought of this again #and made it to distract myself #so… yeah #target audience of ONE no one else will understand the sheer hilarity #hi Kat <3 #tumblr is gonna nerf the quality of this so badly I can already tell. oh well. nothing I can do #I can. however. talk about how unfairly attractive ming-hua is in that picture #look I may be aroace now but my love for ming-hua is eternal thank you very much 😁#Kat and Nia and their multiverse of madness

Kaihil from Beyblade. I shipped them when I didn't know the meaning of shipping 😅 Beyblade V-force was streaming on toonami those days. Back then, I liked seeing Hiromi with both Kai and Tyson 😂. Then years passed. In my gap year, I re-watched both Digimon and Beyblade. And my love for kaihil reignited all over again. It only grew stronger when I was browsing ffn and deviant art all night 😍

Ulquihime from bleach. Funny story about them; I wouldn't have shipped them if it weren't for coming across gorgeous art of them by rboz. Wanting to know more about them, I started watching and reading bleach. So imagine my shock and misery when I came to know what happens in the end 😭🥲 but oh well, such is life and Kubo 😒. Still got the wonderful fandom where I can muse about them 😍❤️

Emily in Paris (S2). You have every right to judge me 🥲 but I just wanted to see what the hype was all about. And even though the show is patsy and Emily is starting to infuriate me (like girl you like Gabriel!!! Why the hell are you insistent in getting him back with his ex?! 😭), I can see why people like it. It's overall light-hearted and funny at some scenes.

Other than that, I am binge watching on friends sitcom along with my sister. Also I am watching the local urdu TV drama as well ' Mujhay pyaar hua tha'.

initially !!! i wanted everyone to disappear as soon as they turned 20 to emphasize the cusp of something ( in this case adulthood and a kind of theft of it ) and then most of their "prime" years with for romance so when they re emerged in their 30s they would be completely changed / new people but i wanted the ages to match with dates for year of the rabbit and the ages were a little wonky when some of them were supposed to be pretty popular before the disappearance so 24 works especially considering there's 24 years ( I think💀💀💀 ) between aoi and then the newcomers in saturn ( madchen and the prince are smack dab in the middle bc there's always an out of place cast member ) currently most of them are two years shy of another cusp of something ( aoi are almost 50 mad and the prince are almost 40 and then the younger two are almost 30 if i did the math right the oldest two are ending on an 8 two years shy of the coming up age when the story starts whereas the younger two are smack dab in the middle like a crossroad it could go either way ) which is either going to be a new loop or a breaking of the current one -> the cusp of adulthood is the same as the cusp of perfection an almost attainable something that they never really get to reach bc they aren't the actual what they're supposed to be or what for romance / their parents wanted them to be but they could be an almost

Man. People are exhausting!!

We ate cake and all that, and then everyone had to leave basically all at once lol. My friend and her new boyfriend stayed for an hour after that, that was nice. It gets way too loud when there's too many people 😬

I'm 33 now 🥳🥳

#There were only 🤔 12 people including me and my husband #But even that feels like too much 😩#Like I had fun and all but there was basically someone coming or going at all times and everyone was in a rush #That's the one thing that annoys me about having my birthday right before Christmas - everyone is busy because they need to get things #done before Christmas #or they need to travel #or they have work Christmas parties on that day #But anyway. Maybe I should just do something else next year or have a party after Christmas idk #I'm so tired #But!! It was nice seeing my friends. And meeting my friend's boyfriend! Chris was sitting at the kitchen table, sipping idly on a capri sun and scrolling away on his phone. He was blissfully unaware of his surroundings, he didn’t even hear the sound of your footsteps approaching.

Chris looks up when he hears your voice.

“Hey guys, can you watch my boyfriend for me, please? I’ll be back quick, I promise, I just need to go and grab something.

Chris watches you say, smiling at your phone camera, propping it up against the vase of tulips. He looks up at you confused, but you just place a kiss in his hair and smile once more at the camera before leaving the kitchen.

“Uhm,” Chris mumbles out, looking confusedly at the camera.

His confusion only lasts a moment though before he starts speaking. “So I was up late last night, and I stumbled upon this video about analog horror and liminal spaces and the backrooms and such. And then I found this one guys youtube channel and I’ve been binging his videos since like three am. Dude, the backrooms are fucking freaky. You lean over his shoulder. “Hey, I’m back, thanks for watching him guys. I hope he wasn’t too much trouble.”

Chris looks up at you offended by this statement, but you just smile down at him, and place a hand in his hair, reaching with the other to end your recording.

Nia was, apparently, blatantly lying and did not realise until this exact moment that Gardemarines, Charge!, a four episode movie series from 1987, does, in fact, make them yell incoherently and brainrot like crazy
