Martin Kratt is canonically a good artist according to the Wild Kratts Wiki so how about..
Boyfriend!Martin owning a sketchbook that he keeps in his backpack and treats it like a prized possession
What’s in it you may be asking?
Well..
Boyfriend!Martin who always has that book with him in his free time, nose buried in it as he scribbles away
Each page has a drawing of different animals with facts written on the side or all around the sketch. He uses highlighters, colour pencils, pens and markers to make each page look vibrant and fun.
On some pages tho in between those pages of animal drawings are drawings of you, his lover. They’re the cutest drawings of you either smiling or just doing random things.
Boyfriend!Martin who learns little facts about you and writes it around the drawings just like how he scribbles down animal facts around those sketches
He’s always scribbling hearts around the drawing of you while having this loving look in his eyes and soft smile on his lips
He’s a bit embarrassed about the drawings cause he doesn’t want you to think he’s weird for drawing you in there but one day you find the book while he’s out on an adventure with Chris.
You open it and start flipping through the pages, they’re all really impressive drawings. Everything was great until you landed on the first drawing of you.
Your eyes would slightly widen as you stare at the perfectly drawn image of you, it was you smiling while holding a pastry in your palms.
He really paid attention to every little detail about you huh? The shape of your lips, your jawline structure, the distance between your eyes..everything.
You kept flipping through only to find more and more, it’s like each time he draws you it gets better and better.
Boyfriend!Martin who walks back into the tortuga to find you flipping through his beloved sketchbook. He’d quickly get embarrassed and go to you, asking as politely as possible for the book back.
He’s so embarrassed and worried that you’d think he was some creep for drawing you like that in his book, some looked like he drew while you weren’t looking too.
“I can explain-“
“You draw me?..”
“…yeah, I’m sorry if that’s weir-“
“I love it.”
Boyfriend!Martin who gets giddy as you praise him for the drawings, the biggest and most precious smile on his face as his eyes sparkle
“I’m glad you like them!”
I got too lazy to finish this pardon me also I didn’t proofread it either, that’s crazy

I'm opening up art trades/requests
So I'm really bored And I want to do even more art but sometimes I just don't know what to draw I mean I know I'm drawing a few pieces right now but I'm scared I'm going to get into that artist block soon and I rather not get to that So I am going to open up request again and art trades as well So if you're interested in training art with me I recommend you comment so I can DM you or DM me but if you are just wanting to request artwork just send me an ask with your OC If interested because I want to keep my art skills sharp it's great practice for me and I feel like it would be fun to do art for others and for the art trades it's fun to receive art And also give art as well So if anybody's interested just message me for a trade and send an ask for a request
For Requests : I just wanted to add that there's a few rules when it comes to requesting art I will not draw multiple characters one it takes me very long and two for me that's like a commission piece for me so I will only draw one character no background, basic, line art, coloring, shading, and highlight, I also won't draw anything that's offensive or overly complicated also I am mostly drawing Welcome home OC's/characters because I am in my element when I draw puppets I just wanted to put this here (but I might draw some other fandoms too Please don't try to overcomplicate things) You can also request accessories or a different outfit for your character if you want since that's simple for me
For art trades: we'll have a lot more detail can have a background ect. I might treat the slightly like a commission piece even though it's not, because we are both trading each other's art And also no multiple characters unless we both agree that we will both be doing multiples for the trade
(also here's a random thing from the comic I'm working on here's my very stupid illustration lmao One day this comic will be but right now I don't want to work on it And this is only the first part of it 9 more to go)
#art#welcome home oc#welcome home#puppet oc#artists on tumblr#welcome home arg#i want to improve on my art#oc art#art trade#art request#welcome home ocs only#welcome home oc's only#please i need the practice lmao#Please only send welcome home ocs

goodbye campfire fest!!
this has been so so much fun- i'm so happy i got to be able to be a part of this wonderful event with so many talented artists and writers- it's been so beautiful seeing everyone's interpretations and writing and i've loved seeing everyone come together to create something unique. being so excited to open tumblr everyday and see what people's contributions are has been the highlight of my days this week, and it's so cool to me that i can be a part of this for the first event, and even though it was a teensy bit stressful, i'm so glad i've been able to hit all the prompts.
i can't wait to see what people might post during late submissions!! gonna keep checking every day to see. I've found many new talented artists and writers I had never seen before through this event, you all are seriously so nice and have been so sweet to me and to each other, this event has made me so happy.
I can't wait to see more from all of you. happy fest and much love!

some more doodles(base game and eote spoilers) + random sappy rambling (positive vent?) below cut
some other random doodles from this weekend <3
yes I gave prisoner ears. I'm sorry I'm too much of a furry for this fandom aha
on a serious note, this fandom and this game have been my favorite thing about this year so far. Seriously, I was actually having a really tough couple months around the start of this year. I was dealing with a really really toxic friend in November and December and I was struggling to get over them. I was having a hard time letting go of my hurt and of the memory of them and our friendship- I was hurt and angry and I missed how great it was in the beginning. It was really tough for me, I didn't have any way to distract myself and I didn't have a way to let out my feelings. I felt stuck and trapped with a horrible memory and I didn't have the motivation to let it go. Then comes along this silly little game, that I remembered trying to play forever ago. I decided that I should probably try to play it again, and god it was the best decision I've ever made. This game, it has brought me so so much joy. I finally felt like I was able to let go and learn to move on and just enjoy the good memories while still remembering that they're in the past and while I can't change what happened, I can look forward to the future and hope. this game helped me cope with the grief, it helped me learn how to take care of myself and recover. It affected me so much in many ways, I will never ever forget it. This community has also brought me so much happiness, I've met so many wonderful and kind people, and I've became friends with some really cool people(one person in particular has been especially swaggers, you know who you are you weirdo /affectionate /plat). campfire fest has been great and I'm glad I got to be a part of it!! When I was thinking of what to draw for today, all I could think of was the immense amount of support I've received and given, and seen being passed around. So I figured it should be something to express that love!! Much love, and goodbye to campfire fest!! Can't wait to do this again next year <333

January Creator of the Month: Jerzwriter
Each month, CFWC highlights one of our talented fanfic writers or artists, and this month’s creator of the month is CFWC's own @jerzwriter. The writer is selected at random. More info can be found on the navigation page.
Quick Links:
Tumblr Blog Complete Masterlist
How do you want to be known on Tumblr?
Elsa
More below...
1- When did you start playing Choices? What was the first book you played?
It was sometime in 2017, and the first book I ever played was The Royal Romance, Book 1.
2- When and why did you join Choices fandom?
I joined a couple Facebook groups in 2019. I just wanted to discuss stories with others who were interested, as no one in my real life reads Choices. I didn't even know I was entering a fandom. lol I started reading fanfic on Tumblr the following year, but I found Tumblr intimidating, so I was mostly a silent reader. I didn’t start writing and contributing until May 2021, mostly because Open Heart was ending and I was in denial. 🙂
3- How did you pick your blog name?
It’s pretty boring, actually. I’m from NJ, and I write. I wanted it to be JerZwriter, so people would know it is Jer-ZEE-Writer, but that wasn’t doable, so it’s Jerzwriter, and most think it is Jerz-Writer. Oh, well!
4- Pull up the first and last posts in your archive, and tell us about them!
My first post was the first chapter of my Ethan x Casey x Tobias love triangle, Delaying the Inevitable (OH). It was my very first fanfic and I really didn't think I'd write anything beyond that. I was so green back then, not only to fanfic but to the fandom as well. I’m really glad that I was naive because I don’t think I would have had the courage to post it if I had, but I’m glad that I did.
My last post was Falling for You, a little drabble I wrote for Tobias x Casey (OH), and it featured a commission by the talented artist @weetlebeetle. It was a light, fun piece that took place early in Tobias and Casey's relationship, and it shows Tobias at his absolute simpiest. Lol
5- Do you write fanfiction, create fan art, or are you one of those really gifted people who do both?
Oh, how I wish I could draw, but I can't. So, I’m strictly a writer. I may try giving drawing a go again, but I don't expect much to come of it. lol
6- How long have you been creating for Choices and for any other fandoms?
Choices was the first fandom I ever wrote for, and I started in May of 2021. So, just over two and a half years. I have written a little bit for some other fandoms since that time, but I primarily write for Choices.
7- What is your favorite Choices book, and what is your favorite Choices book to create for?
Tough question. I write for Open Heart, Crimes of Passion, and Wake the Dead, and they are three of my favorite stories. I also loved Desire & Decorum, but I never wrote for it. Though, I’m planning a re-read, and you never know. 🙂
8- Share your first Choices fanfic or fan art that you posted with us. Do you still like it, or would you change it if you were creating it today?
It was the first chapter of Delaying the Inevitable. I was so green when I started that series that I’m sure there are things I would change, but I’m still very proud of it. That series will always have a special place in my heart. I’d like to revisit it one day to “clean it up”, it could use some condensing. But I would never change the storyline.
9- What is your favorite piece of fiction or art that you created?
This is such an unfair question. lol The Delaying the Inevitable Series definitely comes to mind, but I’m also very proud of my Eli Sipes prequel stories, A Mother’s Journal, Coming Up Blank, and The End of the World. But Tobias and Casey are my favorite pairing, and I simply love the world I created for them. And while my headcanon for them is my favorite, I cannot pick just one fic for them, and I'm not going to! lol But, I've also written a bunch of AUs for them, and Friends* is one of my favorites.
10- Do you have a fic/art that you didn’t expect to be well received, but it was? What about one you expected to do well but found it could use a little more love?
Yes, to both! The fandom is much smaller today, but back when we were more active, I learned you couldn't predict how a fic would be received. There are too many to name, but I will say whenever my smut does well (and quite a few of them have), I’m always astounded. lol
11- If you could write only angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why?
This is such a difficult question because I believe the best stories incorporate a little of each, and, as a writer, exploring all three helps spur creativity. Also, my absolute favorite is angst with a happy ending, so there is definitely some fluff in there (and I'm never mad at a little smut being thrown in!) But if I were forced to choose, it would probably be angst. I think that's where I am strongest, and I just love raw emotion. I think that’s where character development really occurs. I have not written as much angst recently, and I miss it. Perhaps I need a change in 2024.
12 - Do you ever recognize yourself in any of your MCs or in your writing?
There are definitely parts of me in my MCs and OCs, but I do my best to prevent them from becoming self-inserts. I'm not as cool as any of them, that's for sure! lol That said, I do find inspiration for my fics in real life, so there is bound to be a little crossover. When using real-life inspiration, I try to change details so that the fiction is not a carbon copy of the real-life event. Normally, by the time I'm done, they're hardly recognizable.
13 - What element of writing/art do you struggle with most? Where do you feel you are strongest?
I struggle most with setting a scene. Dialogue is my strong suit, and that just flows for me. It flows so much that sometimes I forget to describe what's going on around the conversation. I think this is particularly easy to do in fanfiction because so much of the "world" has already been provided for us, so I recognize this more when I'm writing original works.
The other thing I struggle with? Brevity. I know I can go on, and on, and on. lol I've gotten much better at this, but there is still room for improvement.
14 - Do you have any neglected work you really want to finish?
(Elsa leaves the room, quietly crawls under her desk, and hides…) YES!!! Far, far too many, and no matter how much I share those posts that say, "You don't have to finish! If you're not feeling it, move on!" I don't believe it! lol I really want to make wrapping them up a priority in 2024. But I also know writing - particularly good writing - cannot be forced. So, it's a goal, but I'll only do it if I feel it’s right.
15 - If someone you know in real life (who isn’t involved in fandoms) asked to see your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you show them first?
It would depend on who asked. I’m not ashamed of writing fanfic at all, but if I believed the person would be judgemental, I wouldn't be willing to share. A few of my friends have read select pieces of my fanfic, and I’ve always received positive feedback from them. I wouldn’t be opposed to sharing more. What I'd share would depend greatly on the person asking.
16 - Are there any writers (published authors and/or fanfic writers) who influenced your writing or art? Are there any artists that influence you?
There are many published writers that I admire, but I don’t think they've influenced my writing here. Within the fandom, there are many writers who have inspired me in different ways. There is no way I can ever name them all. But I'd like to give a shout-out to some.
@jamespotterthefirst and @bex-la-get were among the first writers I read when I joined Tumblr. I found their passion for both canon and the worlds they created inspiring, especially as Open Heart was nearing its end and all of us addicts needed our fill. Reading their works helped keep the story alive for me and so many others, and it inspired me to try my hand at it as well. To my shock, they were both so encouraging and supportive of me when I arrived, and I'm forever grateful. Back then, I thought they were rockstars - and they are! But now, they're also friends. I wasn't familiar with @alwaysmychoices from the start, but when I came across their work, I was just blown away. Weekend with Dr. Ramsey will live rent-free in my head forever, and that headcanon about Charlie calling Ethan the night before she marries someone else. (I faint.) Ohhh, the delicious angst! The way she made me feel what Charlie felt was just mind-boggling, and it encouraged me to really dig into my character's emotions and bring them to life in a more meaningful way.
Early on, I read @utterlyinevitable, and the thing that impressed me the most was how Dom was willing to "write stories that “went "go there.” They tackled issues that others wouldn't touch. In their world, everything wasn’t perfect, including the characters themselves. I admired that vision and, frankly, bravery, and it definitely encouraged me to write what I wanted to and not what I felt was expected of me.
More recently, @mydemonsdrivealimo inspired me to explore parts of my MCs that I have not delved into in the past. In particular, Casey's bisexuality. It can be challenging to represent a bisexual character when they are in a straight-presenting relationship, and you risk alienating readers no matter what you do (looking at all readers here.) So it becomes easier to be lazy and ignore it. But that's a disservice to the character as much as it's a disservice to people living similar situations in real life... like I have many times. Through MJ's writing and our conversations, they've helped me become more aware and do a better job in this regard, and I'm not even sure if they know this - it may totally be news to them lol - but I'm eternally grateful. Now, I feel my girl Casey is free, and OMG, how I love our characters playing together in HC now!
Then there are @lilyoffandoms and @storyofmychoices, who bring joy to all that they touch. Who knew when Lily created a little drabble putting our characters in a new world together, it would end up being one of the brightest fandom spots of 2023? Who knew that so much more would stem from that one work? Seriously, it's been one of the highlights of my fandom experience this year, and it's helped me to find inspiration at times when I felt like it was lost. Thank you both - I am so lucky to have you both here!
There are so many more I could mention, but I'd still forget people and feel horrible, so I want to take the chance to thank every writer in the fandom for sharing their gifts with us. Each of you is an inspiration in your own way; each of you can give someone an idea, and you have no idea where that spark will lead. So, never stop sharing!
17- Which one of your stories would you most like to see as a movie/series?
Delaying the Inevitable, Friends*, All in the Past, and the WIP What’s Forever For. I also think some of my Ethan x Tobias works would have made for a good sitcom, and how I wish my Tobias x Casey friendship with Bryce x Jensen would be an epic sitcom. The world needs it! lol (Jensen belongs to @mydemonsdrivealimo.)
19- Do you write original fiction or create non-fandom art?
I do. Mostly shorter stories that will never see the light of day, but also some more substantive works... which will also never see the light of day! lol I wrote a novel-length political thriller some time ago. It would need a ton of work to bring it up to 2024, as the political landscape has changed so much. I also have two original WIPs I've been writing. One is an angsty story about a friendship that's loosely based on a childhood friend I lost to cancer a few years ago. The other is a polyamorous romance about two best friends who fall for the same person. It's really a beautiful, emotional story. If I like the end result, maybe I'll let it see the light of day... maybe. lol
20- What other hobbies do you have?
I enjoy theater, and I'm lucky enough to live in the best part of the world to partake in that. I go to a lot of Broadway, Off-Broadway, and local theater productions. I also love going to concerts - they’re like group therapy! Trust me, I got more out of seeing Noah Kahan and Hozier in 2023 than I did from the entirety of sessions with my therapist - and I loved my therapist. lol
Prior to 2020, I did a fair amount of traveling, and I hope to start doing a little more this year. But I have to admit, since the lockdown, I’ve become more of a homebody, and I like it, so we’ll see how that goes!
I used to be very involved with activism and advocacy for women’s, lgbtq+, and mental health issues. I still am, but in a different capacity than I was in the past. These issues require people fighting for them, and doing so has always been a huge part of who I am, but it can be draining, and burnout is real. I really reached the end of my rope. So, nowadays, I work as a volunteer for a couple local organizations that really mean a lot to me. I'm not involved in grassroots efforts or taking trips to talk to legislators as often, but I'm helping people on a smaller scale, and that still goes a long, long way.
22: BONUS - tell us anything you’d like (if you want to).
As most of you know, I’m one of the mods here at CFWC, so it was a little weird when my the wheel landed on my name. But, honestly, it’s happened before, and I've just spun again, even though I am eligible. But this time around, I decided to do it. This fandom really means a lot to me, and I wanted to share a little more about myself and my crazy pixelated people.
I'm truly grateful to everyone in the fandom who does their part to make this a place that many, like me, still see as a place they want to be. We're smaller, it's imperfect, it has plenty of problems, but I am choosing to focus on the good... because there is much more of that than there is bad. So, thank you to each of you... and I hope we all have a wonderful 2024! xo
PS... My header... I know Tobias wasn't technically an LI... which was truly criminal. So, that's what fandom is for, fixing what canon effed up. lol My favorite canon LI is Trystan Thorne (COP). I tried adding their picture to the header alongside Tobias, but it looked terrible, so here I am. :)
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I can't wait to highlight more of you in 2024! :)

A good way to find out whether a piece of art is AI is to search for logical errors. Human artists add everything with a purpose even if they might lack the skill for it, but AI doesn't understand what it's doing since it's only copying what it sees (note: you can see a similar effect when people trace art, but don't understand what it is they're tracing)
An artist might make a logical error or two just because art has many details that you need to keep track of over the course of a few days, but most of the picture has consistency. A major point is to search for as many inconsistencies as possible because they all add up to prove that the art is AI
But enough of that, allow me to give you a visual example using this AI picture of Hatsune Miku:
As with all AI art, it looks fine at a glance which is why you have to look deeper to find your proof
Starting out with the most well known sign of AI use: the hands
The first hand is a mangled mess, while the second one has an extra long finger that turns into hair. This alone can prove that the art is AI (though do be cautious, artists sometimes miscount fingers in their art! If there are more or less than 5 fingers but they all look real, look for other signs in the art before accusing of AI)
Another thing to keep in mind is that AI is terrible at continuation. That is to say, if there is something intersecting where an object goes, it will not understand that the object behind it is the same one. An example in this picture would be the pigtail that's separated by the arm:
Note how thin the pigtail is at the top, but the bottom comes out much thicker as if she grew extra hair. This effect is much more obvious in other pictures so you may call this nitpicking, but the point is to show you methods & what to look for
Another example would be the legs and the skirt:
The leg is coming from in front of the skirt??
One more way to easily tell AI apart is the eyes, as the eyes can be heavily stylized, but AI has troubles keeping them looking consistent with each other:
Miku's left eye is noticeably lighter and more blue (no, it's not the shading when her entire face is supposedly under the same shadow), the edge of the iris is misshapen, there are many random shapes in the eyes. The pupil is probably supposed to be the big lighter circle in the middle
Miku's right eye has less shapes in it and the pupil seems to be a tiny light dot in the middle?
The highlights in the eyes are also done differently and inconsistently. Usually even if the eyes are drawn quite different, the highlights are what makes them come together, even in anime where the focus is on animation & not so much consistency
These are the main inconsistencies to look out for in any art, but even that might not be enough at times, especially if a person is drawing over AI art to try and fix mistakes. Unfortunately, I have seen it before and it is something to look out for, so let's quickly point out any other logical mistakes in this Hatsune Miku picture so you have a better understanding of what to look out for:
The shape of this object is square, but there's a weird angle at the top
2. The pink hood is not attached to anything on one side. Additionally, her hair blends into the hoodie string
3. Bottom hair strand isn't attached to the rest of the hair (the hair is coming from the top right, yet it ends there. Unless a hair strand did a 180 turn behind Miku, it has no purpose looking like that)
4. The pink hoodie has a single button hole in the middle of one side, and one at the bottom of the other side. This is also odd considering it's supposed to be a hoodie, which doesn't usually have buttons. Additionally, I'm sure the text of the shirt is messed up and is unreadable in any language
5. Inconsistent hoodie colors, the left side has a white bottom while the right side has a pink edge. Also it splits into two on the right side for some reason. Also also, the left side has something that looks like a messed up pocket with pink rocks attached to it, which doesn't make sense when the bottom of the hoodie has a different type of pocket.
6. The background. Note the railing starts right above the yellow on the left side, in the middle of the bridge. But then suddenly is at the far edge of the bridge on the right side with the white road between the two
Lastly for good measure, take a look at the whole picture again and look at how inconsistent the shading is:
The lighting can be split into two parts, where the light comes from the top of the character & where the light comes from the right side
Light comes from the top:
Top of the hair
Raised arm
Top of the hoodie & shirt
Skirt
Light comes from the right side:
Pigtails
Bottom of the jacket
Fluffy collar
Face
You can't justify it by saying "it's coming from the top right" because that's not how the shading would work in that situation. If it was, the lowered arm wouldn't have such a bright light since the light wouldn't be able to reach it. Note that the raised arm also doesn't cast a shadow over the chest
A lot of these things are something you understand through experience in art, so it's okay if you struggle to see what I described here. After all, I'm here to help so that I can use my artistic experience to better identify AI art as well as help you learn the signs of it

Okay, so, here is my PriMagi debut story!!
I arrived at Prism Stone Tokyo more or less straight off the plane, a full day of travel and less than three hours sleep, a complete disaster lugging a big suitcase behind me. It was literally my first stop when I got off the train from Narita (well, after the conbini for a pizza bun).
Upon seeing someone on the PriMagi machine, I decided to get in line for PriPara instead. I hoped the PriMagi machine might be free by the time I was done and I was right! Yes! I really didn't want anyone lined up behind me while I was fumbling through it.
.........
As soon as I put the coins in a new person immediately lined up behind me (godammit).
It was basically an exact repeat of what happened to me during my PriPara debut!!! (Someone breathing down my neck as I clearly have noooo idea what I am doing. I mean... Took almost the full countdown to realize ITS A F*ING TOUCH SCREEN. Uuughgh.)
Also, first version Luna has pink highlights (as seen in the video) because I didn't know how to change it then.
Still, although embarrassing (I didn't even know how to scan the cards....) I guess it was kinda cool to debut at Tokyo Station Prism Stone! (Also reminiscent of my PriChan debut, which was at Prism Stone Nagoya.)
So after this, I checked into my hotel, showered and all that, and went out to find an arcade with more machines so I could work things out. And I did! A Taito station with like six or eight machines AND a recorder!!?! So I sat down, put in my money and realized.... I left my profile card back at the hotel....
So, I decided I would just play one game with Auru and then move on. But then this came out of the machine.
Naturally I wanted my character to wear it immediately.
I thought about just making another one but... in the end, I decided no. NO. You are not abandonding initial PriMagi Luna! She debuted at Tokyo Station Prism Stone!
So, I went all the way back to the hotel, all the way back to the arcade, fixed my highlights, learned how to scan cards...
And slowly began to work out the other mechanics of the game.
I also learned that this game gives out URs like candy haha ha... (maybe because it's ending?)
So, first impressions.
I definitely don't like that it costs 200 yen. (All the previous games cost 100.)
But, after playing it's kinda understandable?
I mean just LOOK at these cards. These are actual printed cards from the machine!? How does that work. It's like... ma... magic... (you got me there).
PriMagi also feels like a more umm immersive experience than the previous games? It's LONG. There are a lot of scenes you can skip past, but if you actually watch all of them I feel like it takes at least twice as long as an average game of PriPara.
The rhythm game is kinda random and doesn't flow nearly as well as the previous games. Touch this, now touch that, now touch this. Also, I keep forgetting to select the harder difficulty and the easier one is super boring. Also, I can't figure out the PriMagi equivalent of Cyalume Change (like I mean the button mashing)... my PriPara/PriChan technique hurts my knuckles on the diamond buttons, and my Idol Land technique on the screen is no good either.
And shopping for coords right in the middle of the song? Yeah. HATE IT. I can't imagine ever getting used to that. Even my friend who knows nothing about Pretty Series who was watching over my shoulder was like WTF it's forcing you to pay more? And I was like..... not exactly forcing me...... but............
But.
But the colors, the sounds, the characters. It's all very intoxicating and just designed to draw you in... for some reason 100 yen coins just keep falling out of my pockets... and into this game....

tips on how to draw cogs?
truth be told, I haven't drawn many cogs (mainly just one or two), but I will try to answer this as generally as I can!
This is a long post so I'll post this under the cut.
my biggest tip, as well as for anything, is to break down the shapes. If you try to look at everything at once it becomes really easy to overwhelm yourself. Examples will be drawn sketchy, but hopefully the point gets across.
Our first test subject is mouthpiece which I've never actually drawn before [marketable plushies post doesnt count]. as you can see, I tried to break down a lot of the shapes into much more simpler ones. A lot of cogs seem to share some very obvious shapes, probably because a lot of them are object-related (normal cogs included- first that comes to mind are pencil pushers).
You can do this with really ANY character. Here's our second test subject DOPA for another example.
now these are mainly references from the pictures themselves, which are great as a starting point. my other big tip is just to practice. you don't have to do big full pieces every day, but even just little doodles will help you. i think its very rare for anyone do to super good their first time and this goes with anything, even if you're a highly skilled artist.
you've probably also noticed but I've left out details in my examples, such as the little dots on mouthpiece's eye borders. If you feel that adding all the small details would overcrowd your drawing or just not help it, then I think it's fine to leave them out (of course there are always exceptions to this but as a general rule, its ok).
along with removing details, i think adding details also cannot hurt [to an extent]. if there's something you think would look nice then add it. who cares its your drawing have fun. As an example I'll use prethinker. I always add the little line in the middle, which his model doesn't have. But this is also based off of the 1.3 promotional art as well. Another example could be that when I draw misty, I add a line that connects their eyebrows to their eye. idk just feels more robotic to me and i like it
and again as you notice, my drawings are not model accurate. your style is most likely not going to be exactly like the game and that's completely fine. adjust to your liking, interpret as you will. enjoy the process of creation.
And finally, I'll add my little tip for metal coloring. One thing about metal is that usually the lightest highlight is next to the darkest shadow
The gif goes as base -> shadow 1 -> shadow 2 -> highlight 1 -> highlight 2 -> cleanup + extra
I like to add a few light marks to indicate scratches. although if you wanted more depth, you'd take the darkest shadow and lightest highlight and put them together like this
often the metallic parts are not the focus of my works so I leave it without. As for the random black marks on the lineart, that just also gives it more depth.
And finally, look at other peoples art. Look at the way they draw and pick out bits and pieces of what you like and try to interpret that in your own style.
ok I think that's all. Hopefully this helped!
#clemask#long post#sorry#these are kind of vague overall art tips rather than specific ones but i think its because a lot of my processes follow the same general ar#tips that i follow#but yeah my general rule is just to practice and observe. there will be things that you change and thats fine#sorry if you wanted a specific cog. if you did you can resend an ask and specify but either way i hope this helps you! or anyone else

hii!! i was wondering if I could ask what is your usual colouring process? how much time one fully coloured piece and doodle take! I adore your ocs so much they inspire me to draw more myself:3 they feel so alive!
hi anon! thank you vey much, i'm very happy to hear that you feel inspired!
i wrote up a little something for your questions under the cut:
so, first of all, the way i color things ranges from drawing to drawing, especially if i feel like playing around in the process. sometimes i decide to try something out (palette, filter, technique, brush etc) and if i really like how it looks i may recolor the entire drawing lol. point is, there's a lot of sidetracks to my process (especially now, since i'm trying to get used to a different art program than the one i used previously) but the very basics of it are as follows:
1. i sketch and line whatever it is that i want to draw (this might take a while depending on whether i have a solid idea right away or not; in the latter case i might do some thumbnails first to figure out how i want the drawing to look. you can't really see here, but when i line things i usually draw on the same layer as the sketch, and after i'm done i adjust the brightness/contrast settings of the layer to get rid of the sketch underneath. it might seem like i'm just making my life harder this way, especially since this method only works if you sketch with a lighter color (or make it lighter in settings before starting lineart) and your lineart is drawn with a solid opaque brush (which is how i always draw), but it helps me to not get caught up on trying to make the lineart precisely follow the sketch. it also makes changing things on the go much easier, since i only have to erase on one layer.
2. after i'm done lining, i underpaint with a solid color (usually the skin color, but sometimes something random), then block the alpha channel and color over it with flats;
3. i don't color everything at once, instead going piece by piece, which helps to keep the drawing balanced color and contrast wise. i pick a desired area with magic wand and then go about rendering it properly (which usually involves adding some value variance with an airbrush and then laying down shadows/highlights/etc). you can't see this here either, because for some reason i forgot to do it this once, but i also usually lower the opacity of the lineart layer halfway when i color. it helps me concentrate on colors and how they look together better;
4. when i'm satisfied with color, i recolor the lineart to be whatever color i think fits the piece better and change lineart layer settings to either multiply, color burn, or linear burn. after that i just play around with filters, add decorative details, and clean everything up. it's also worth noting that sometimes i starts trying out filters/effects directly while coloring because i want to explore some alternative colors or palettes; i also have a tendency to pick very pale & unsaturated colors so messing around with HSB (hue/saturation/brightness) & depth/contrast settings while coloring helps a lot.
5. cropping it & there you go!
this one took me 1,2 hours. depending on how complex the drawing is it might take me much longer (especially if im working on a commission) so i'd say my average time drawing is somewhere between 2-6 hours. if a drawing takes longer than that i break it apart into several days of work. don't draw for too long! it's bad for your health.
as for sketches, as i mentioned previously, it all depends on whether i know what i want to draw or not, and if i do, i usually just go straight at it:
this one took me 20 minutes. on average, a doodle can take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes, more if i want to make it look fancy, but at that point it enters the vast limbo between sketch and finished piece.
that's it! sorry the gif quality is really bad, it's the best i could do. here's a video of the same stuff, hopefully in somewhat better resolution
#character: kotya#character: shurik#setting: robot#artist: cbge#askbox#had to cut out footage of me playing with filters bc it was flashing rly bad

Tutorial Dog
Hello Everyone.
So I've gotten a few questions about how I make the little animals so I thought I'd do a little process post.
Well the first step really is deciding an animal and a palette. For the animal I try to switch it up and not choose the same species back to back, and then I look for a reference. Usually I want a clear full body image to refer to. Next I pick the palette, which for the most part is random. Other than avoiding the same general colours as the previous animal, I use https://lospec.com/palette-list which has a nice selection of user submitted palettes that you can limit by number of colours. My only rule when selecting a palette was that it could not contain pure black, only off black if it was present.
For the animal I've selected an Italian greyhound, which we'll refer to as Tutorial Dog.
For the palette I've chosen: Yana's Modernized Pokemon SGB.
I've numbered the palette to explain better. Next part of the process is making decisions about colours. For me, limited palettes make this step easier since I have fewer decisions to make. Generally 4 colour palettes contain a black, white, and two mid tones. The black and white colours are already decided as colour 1 and colour 4 in the palette, so the big decision is deciding which of the two mid tones is the dominant colour, this colour will cover the most area and be added last. Usually I'll decide this based on if the animal is predominately white toned or black toned. For Tutorial Dog I've decided black toned so the colours will be added in 1,4,3,2 order.
First things first, I do an outline of the general shape of the animal and I'll also use another colour to put the general position of the eyes. The eyes are the most important feature and you'll see me adjust them a few times throughout.
Next we add the shadow. These are the darkest areas and they provide the most detail. It's very easy to muddle the image here so I try to avoid laying down large dark areas. Note that I also place all pixels individually, and use a semi-random placement as patterns or dithering can make areas look too flat. This is also why the little animals are little, the canvas size is 128X128 pixels. This means on average a little animal takes around 4-6 hours to draw, depending on the detail; so drawing 1 a day is very achievable even on work days.
The light is added next using the same semi-random placement, it's best to add the light tone sparingly, using it only to highlight bright areas, as our non-dominant colour with fill out those areas later.
Now the non-dominant colour, this is the point where I usually have a small panic, as the image will always look awkward at this point. This is also the time where if I've made the wrong decision on which colour should be dominant I'll be able to tell. Lucky for me, that only occurred one time while I was drawing the little animals. You can also see here that I've made adjustments to the eyes but they still look a bit wrong.
Now for my favourite part, adding the dominant colour. This is the point where the whole image comes together. I'll usually use the fill tool here. You can also see I've made some adjustments to the nose with the shadow colour, as the detail was unclear.
Now we make final touches, this is the point where really I spend a bunch of time zooming in and out to see if the image looks right; fixing the eyes to make them more clear, reducing some of the shadow colour on the back legs to make it less harsh, and adding more shadow to the ears to give more detail.
I'll give the animal a 1 pixel wide outline in pure black to help them pop out from the background. The backgrounds use the same palette, but the colours are tinted with a small amount of white so they won't interfere with the animal itself. Then the colours are faded together with dithering. Finally I add my signature and we are done.
Here's a little bonus animation of the process.
If anyone has questions or would like to suggest an animal for future drawings, please send me an ask.
Also any future tutorial or process posts will be found under the tutorial dog tag.
Thank you.
-Vin

Postmortem: #CrushedVN Edition
Okie doke y'all! It's been some time so I guess we're good to dissect this project!
(I almost didn't bother with writing this up, but at the end of the day I do the dev diaries and the random--game development related--posts for me to look back on and prove I'm learning. Getting better. Not regressing. So. Might as well move forward!)
Background/Inspiration
It's like if you took my late 2022 brain and threw it into a blender!! Most of these are self-explanatory (Boys Love media I adore with emphasis on early to late teen experiences.) Let me draw your attention to The Edge Of Seventeen: not sure how many times I've rewatched, but it makes me tear up every single time. Main character Nadine is awkward AF, still hasn't come to terms with the death of her father years prior, isn't on the best terms with her mom or her older brother, and even ends up on rocky terms with her best friend too!! Anyway, that feeling of being young, and a little angry and a little sad and not feeling quite right on the inside but eventually reaching a place where things fiiiiiinally start to work out...it's just a sliver of what I wanted to capture and infuse into Crushed.
Listen y'all, I just pulled and pulled and pulled from real life experiences. I was inspired by authors Julian Winters, Leah Johnson, and Jay Coles' works (all Young Adult authors LOL! Fitting since I seem to be creating things for the teens at this juncture in my life). This all provided the base for Corey and his inner world. Also, I've been wanting to create a bookworm character...no time like the present right???
As for deciding to specifically create a boys' love visual novel of all things?? First, y'all must understand that I fought the original idea and anything related to it. This was coming off the heels of me suddenly seeing (another) wave of players throwing fits about indie games forcing you to play as a femme character. First off, no one is forcing you to do anything. Secondly, we are still at a point in video games where the majority of characters you play as are male. Forgive some of us for wanting a little variety 😑Thirdly, for those looking for games where there's even more inclusivity (choosing pronouns, playing as nonbinary/trans, and etc) I really wish that players would seek out those games that ARE being made and support them so the developers don't lose steam and drop their projects. It's so disheartening to make something that's meant to be consumed and BOOM, silence.
Anyway, all of that to say that as a developer herself who's tired of watching girls' media be regulated as Less Than, made fun of, and just overall disrespected, I wasn't interested in making any games that didn't center a female character. But back to my main point!!!
I had Heartstopper, the webtoon, infecting my brain. I was so not immune to falling in love with Nick and Charlie like everybody else. But then I was hit for the 34573847th time that I was engaging with white queer media. And I knew that if Nick and Charlie were Black Brits, they wouldn't be getting half the attention they are now. Even less if the boys were girls and we had a sapphic relationship on our hands. (But that sapphic story from Hummingbird Games is still brewing, and Corey and Jacob's story was ready first.)
Also....the biphobia is real. It's insidious. I could write a whole book about how the straights and the gays need to get their shit together. I could then write a sequel about how the Black community can be some of the worst offenders when it comes to our Bi Fam and say some of the most ignorant and devastating things. But I had limited time on my hands and decided to write a short VN instead. Once I let Corey just be, exist as the person he is, everything fell into place.
Things That Went Right...
I took a very niche, very Specific To Me, very nestled in the space between my heart and my brain and wrote a script just so I could be a part of a game jam specifically highlighting and supporting the work of Black game developers.
And I submitted the bitch on time.
I'm always down for anxiety rep!!! As a fellow anxiety haver, I say the more visibility the better!!! At the same time, it's not a one size fits all, and there were some things I dealt with that I'd never seen depicted and I figured I might as well be true to my experiences. Maybe someone would take solace in Corey the way I've taken solace in other characters for reflecting my lived experiences.
I tried new things I was scared of or didn't have time for with HSD or didn't feel confident enough to sit and learn previously: partial voice acting (and holding auditions to incorporate more), a text message system (which wasn't my own but part of learning to code for me means being able to take what others have done and replicate and/or use it myself), and implementing music and sound effects with intention. I've done it with film, but games are a close cousin in a lot of ways. A LOT of ways. I should remember that.
I still didn't do too well in the marketing department but for this game, it didn't feel like a failure. I also didn't really try. Oops. I've got to do better. I went into Crushed knowing it wouldn't have half the audience HSD does, and yet the feedback I've received for Crushed has made me want to break down into tears of relief.
I launched the game around 10 something at night my time and proceeded to be sick with anxiety for about 3 days. For three whole days I legit felt like I was going to die. And then I wanted to laugh because didn't I just make a game to express a version of the human condition?
Things That Were Different...
HSD showed off my skills when it comes to intensive planning and sticking mostly to that plan. Crushed was a jam entry that became more extensive over time and found me flying off the seat of my pants.
I also had less (aha, zero???) budget this time around. Because again. Jam entry. It wasn't supposed to be a Big Affair. But now that it's over and out to you guys, I'm not mad. You could say that it all worked out.
If I Could Go Back, I Would...
For one, I would have smacked the voice in my head that said "let's add more voice acting now". I love the feature, but there's no reason why I couldn't have done auditions after release. I was impatient and restless waiting for art assets, and my idleness led me to take on more things just to not feel useless. I Have Learned My Lesson, thanks.
I Had The Pleasure of Learning...
There will always be an obstacle in the way of game development. (And sometimes your body will be your own worst enemy, yuck.)
I don't know who my audience is (yet) for HBG but I'm always a part of it. And that's not a bad thing. If I hadn't felt so strongly about Crushed or even HSD, neither project would have happened because I would have given up a long time ago.
To the Future...
Empasis on future, but the world of Crushed isn't exhausted. It lives in the bigger universe of HSD:JY but took on a life of its own. So it's no surprise that Corey and his friends became even more precious to me. Not that I know when I'll be able to work on it, but right after finishing and publishing the demo, I outlined a rough draft for a kinetic novel sequel told through Jacob's POV. In my head, Corey's story was always half of a whole, and busting out Jacob's outline so quickly confirmed that.
(What I didn't anticipate was how loved Oke and Keegan would be, or that there would be a want for their story outside of myself??? Between us and this postmortem, I hope to sort out their deal and get the satisfaction of seeing another type of love story/dynamic I can't get enough of and share it!)
Closing Thoughts
The comments I've gotten concerning Crushed and noting the appreciation for its slice-of-life/grounded-ness is reassuring! Maybe I'll branch out to other genres, but realism will be something I always come back to. Also, making Crushed wasn't too traumatic soooooo that means I'm still making games LOL! Can't get rid of me yet!

I didn't think it was possible for an adaptation to break my fandom heart, however
I just finished season 3 of the Witcher on Netflix
and I cannot yet put into words how disheartened I feel about it except to say 1) bigger in scale doesn't always mean better in quality and 2) I feel like 90% of the commentary in "the making of season 3" is hype.
In my opinion, a majority of the dialogue in this season is painful no matter how hard the actors try to deliver them sincerely and the people who are trying to upsell how faithful it is to the books are clearly omitting much context of the books. I do not feel like reliving the dialogue to site a litany of grievance, but "you'd be dead already" was beaten to death, as was "never lost, always found." The scripting pen was a lot more clever in the days of death and destiny circa season 1. Not just clever, but cutting, sassy even in the midst of purposeful crudeness, artful, and complex. It didn't need to spell things out for you and could let you stumble into unraveling meaning whereas this season clocked you over the head. And it wasn't just the actual lines on the page, but the timing of their delivery — for example the monologues in combat — that makes a bad situation go from rough to rags. Cahir ("my life is yours" speech) and Vilgefortz ("the hardest part was holding back") have some of the worst offending instances. That, and when they threw in a "he's having a heart attack" medical drama one liner in the midst of battle on the Isle of Thanedd, I wanted to 🤦 smack a skull.
The set dressing, when it's not overwhelming —the outlandishness of Redania, back to back with the bombastic excesses of mages on the Isle hardly gives you a moment to discern the differences, it seems homogeneously over the top — makes be sad (footnote: random bowls of apples in hallways of an academy where people can conjure magical meals at will is just sort of silly in a very 90s movie, castle interior stereotype way). I don't think that one set or scenic shot caught my eye in a memorable way, and considering we saw Shaerrawedd this season that's a shame. Yarpen's tiny house is one of my few exceptions of well designed spaces. We also could have used more contrast in design by seeing life/ stylistic choices within the empire — given that the story from here on goes into the war trenches —and so it is disappointing that the few shots we get of Nilfgaard center around an underwhelming Emyhr as opposed to culture, mentality, and actual sense of the opposition and the scale of them.
Also, there were a few props that made me want to shut off my television in terms of quality on camera. Example: the first time we see Milva draw her bow. That poor, ridiculous bow that is neither a good example from text or a nod to any archers.
The fights do not all have their own distinct style as the commentary suggests, and the ones that do have distinguishable flare are filled with artful camera work for the sake of itself; as opposed to adding to the fight it was often distracting. There were also excessive cuts at various camera angles that were superfluous, as evidenced in the walk up leading to Geralt vs Vilgefortz. Two fight sequences were a joy to watch: the Rats escape and one of the opening sequences where Geralt confronts the bounty hunters and we see him walk away through the eyes of the man that he just beheaded as the skull hits the ground. It was an interesting stylistic choice with memorable impact. Nothing that hits like Blaviken combat, but a highlight.
The monster design (the flesh monster and others) makes me miserable, the rendering of which take me out of the fights built around them. Gone are the days of the Stryga and the Bruxa.
Not concluding the the first or the second act of season 3 with the siege of Aretuza and the destruction of Tor Lara was a mistake of timing. Following the battle, the subsequent desert scenes (and Brokilon to some extent) dragged on. Even weird, trippy cameos couldn't save them. Freya/Ciri has some decent beats of progressive desperation descending into madness leading up to finding "little horse" and confronting the demons of her psyche, but the cutting and the placement of the desert sequence does it no favors.
Speaking further on Aretuza, the battle of mages and scoia'tal missed a lot of moments. If we were going to spend precious screen time dividing the familial core four (Yen/Jaskier/Geralt/Ciri) so that Yen can go back for Tissaia— knowing that very soon in the plot it will be divided again when Ciri is portalled and someone is captured by Vilgefortz — then the battle better be worth it. It wasn't entirely. The conflict opened with a very "for the stage" kind of choreography with the assembly of mages. The conflict ramped up with dimeritium arrows (kinda predictable) and elven guts, and then ended on a strange note with Alzur's Thunder, an interesting nod to game play with 50/50 execution on screen. Given that this season likes narrative voiceovers, there was a lot they could have done with Alzur's Thunder in terms of sound, flashbacks, interior cuts of Tor Lara, narration, or even spell work of Yennefer being able to enter Tissaia's mind, to nicely harken back to the themes of control and deepest fears, when Tissaia's spell casting and loss of control parallels Yennefer's early years (lightning in a bottle), and each character comes full circle in pulling chaos back from the edge. But those themes are overshadowed by flash and bang. The opportunity for a contrasting small / personal moment with Yennefer and Tissaia amidst the larger battle is lost.
I'm sorry, but when LSH says this season is very character driven, I don't know what final cut she's watching. It feels like we're racing through plot points A-Z while nearly none of the character relationships get time to breath and impart their emotional beats. Spoiler alert: I should feel devastated when Vilgefortz beats Geralt, literally breaks him, but I don't. I should feel bad when Tissaia dies, I don't. They're trying to rush feelings between Triss and Istredd, Fringilla and Francesa, that I really can't be bothered about because there are so many characters given side quests that no one really gets their due. Least among them in the supporting cast Phillipa, which has animosity with Tissaia that doesn't land, a relationship with Dijkstra that doesn't land, a sidepiece that doesn't land, and is (apart from some interesting wardrobe, hair and makeup choices) reduced to a presence that provides forewarning about Lydia and Vilgefortz. And least among the main cast Geralt, who spends a whole lot of screen time in passive action exuding quiet contempt for other characters. Which is a shame, because if this truly is the last time we see Henry as Geralt, they should have given this man free reign to burn the barn down.
One shining note: I truly appreciate that we bookend this season with narration from Yennefer and, to a lesser extent, Geralt. It is a nice, if slightly less eloquent, homage to the corresponding letters in the novels (pieced together from multiple books). I would have loved far more for each episode to make some use of narration, as a kind of through-thread for this season, in order to get equal turns from Ciri and Jaskier. Ciri has some great internal dialogue of things that she wishes she could say to Yennefer but doesn't before their family splits apart (unspoken moments of respect, adoration, and love that get quickly summarized by ice skating montages). Ans Jaskier is quite often the "unreliable" narrator in sections of the novels, which flashes backwards and forwards from his slightly mythologized autobiography as a world famous bard. Both of them really needed their turn in this season to be an overarching voice.
This season hurts. I'm glad if you are a Witcher / Sapkowski fan and you enjoyed yourself in season 3. But it really let me down, the creative direction and didn't seem to come together into a cohesive tone (it couldn't strike the balance between humor and gravitas), vision, or unfolding of the story.
I don't know if I can bring myself to rewatch this season a second time with fresh eyes and hope for the best. But I will miss Henry Cavill, and have much respect for cast and crew.

Toontown: Corporate Clash Recap: Minigame Area
One thing I neglected to mention, doing activities and fighing battles alongside Clubmates will also reward Club EXP, and Club Coin rewards from Club Tasks increase the more members you have.
There’s also a /friend command which, when typed in the chatbox and followed up with the target’s Toon ID, will send a friend request to that Toon.
But now for the topic.
The Minigame Area (also known as Acorn Acres Minigames, formerly known as Chip & Dale’s Minigolf back in the Disney’s Toontown Online days), is a special neighborhood consisting of two Playgrounds. ZERO Mainline or Side Tasks will require you to come here, but some Daily Tasks may send you to this area.
To teleport to the Minigame Area with a command, use /tp mg.
The Minigame Area’s default Playground, the one you’ll go to if you click the “Minigame Area” button on your Shtickerbook’s map, is an outdoors area surrounded by evergreen trees. Picnic tables dot the area, you’ll passively recover 3 Laff periodically every second you’re in this area, and the Golf Ball treasures scattered about will restore 6 Laff on pick-up.
The main attraction of the Minigame Area hub are its Minigolf courses. There are three courses, each with three golf karts up to 4 Toons can ride to reach them. Once a Kart passes through the tunnel to its corresponding Course, a new Golf Kart spontaneously materializes out of the aether to take its place. There is no animation for this. One second there’s no Golf Kart there, the next there is. It is by far the most jarring Instance Entrance in the game.
Regardless, the three Minigolf Courses you can access are as follows:
Walk in the Part: You are sent through 3 random holes out of a larger pool. Easy mode.
Hole-Some Fun: You are sent through 6 random holes out of pool. Normal Mode.
The Hole Kit and Kaboodle: You are sent through 9 random holes out of the pool. Hard mode.
In short, they are the Front 3, Middle 6, and Back 9 of Mini-Golf. Each Toon takes turns swinging in the order they boarded the golf kart, and is rewarded Golfing EXP at the end of the hole. The hole ends either when every player gets their balls in the hole, or when the player goes three swings over par and the game forcefully fails them to for the sake of the other players. You can also earn Golfing EXP from trophies awarded at the end of the game. So trophies can be earned alone, while others require playing with other Toons. You can raise your Golf Level up to 30, and earn a permanent Laff Boost every 10 Golfing Levels. Activi-Tuesday, Golfing EXP Boosters, and Activity EXP Boosters can increase your golfing EXP yield.
Back in the Minigame Area Playground, there are various picnic tables. Sitting at these tables grants you access to Picnic Games. You can, in fact, make groups for these Picnic Games, and the Groups do not disband once you start playing (to my knowledge) as the games are not instances.
First is Checkers. It’s the easiest game of the three. 2 Toons can play, and each side starts with 12 pieces. Click on a piece to highlight it, and click on a space to move it to that space. You can jump and chain jump your opponents pieces to capture them. Reach the other side of the board, and your piece is “crowned” and can now move in any direction.
You can win the game by capturing all of your opponents pieces (which will reward the Winner 300 Jellybeans and the Loser 200 Jellybeans) or by rendering it impossible for your opponent to move (which will reward the Winner 250 Jellybeans and the Loser 150).
Next up is Chess. The goal is to Checkmate the opponent’s King. You can also end up in a Stalemate if the board gets to the point where nobody can make valid moves and neither King is in Check. If Stalemate is reached, both players will be given the choice to “Offer Draw”, and if both agree, the game ends in a Stalemate. It works like real-world competitive chess as well, as each player has a timer that counts down during their turn and pauses during their opponents. You need to meet a minimum number of moves to win Jellybeans. Winner gets 300, Loser gets 200. A stalemate is treated as both Toons losing.
Picnic tables can seat up to 6 Toons, and the 3rd Picnic Game is the only one that allows for more than 2 players: Toono.
What’s Toono? Literally just Uno. Toontown Youtuber and Corporate Clash Partner Stuck the Duck even made a song about it called “We Just Want to Play Toono”. It is by far the most involved game of the three, and also the most popular. it was added to the game because of a joke some players made on the official Discord.
Before starting, a set of optional house rules can be configured, though they’re disabled by default:
Draw Until Play: You draw cards until a playable card is drawn.
Seven-O’s: Playing a zero requires all Toons to pass their hands down to the Toon who’d move after them in the current turn order.
Stacking Cards: When a Draw 2 or Wild Four is played, you’re given the option to play an identical card from your hand (if you have it) to skip the penalty and force the next Toon after you to take it instead.
Automatically Play: Automatically play cards as they are drawn, if possible.
Jump In: When a card is played, other players can play an identical card out of turn.
And you know how Uno’s played. You’ve got your numbered cards (0-9), you’ve got your Draw 2’s, your Wild Cards, your Wild Draw 4’s, your Toono Reverse Cards, and Skip cards.
When you have one card in your hand, you’re given the chance to shout “Toono!” by clicking the “Toono” button before the next player’s turn starts. Miss your chance, and you’ll be forced to draw 2 Cards if someone else shouts “Toono!” in the mean time. You can have up to 20 cards in your hand. First Toon to get an empty hand, wins. The base reward for winning the game is 75 Jellybeans, with a 50 Jellybean consolation prize for everyone else. However, the LONGER the game goes on for, the more Jellybeans will be added to BOTH totals when the game ends. Every 10 rounds, 75 Jellybeans are added to the Winning Prize, and 50 Jellybeans are added to the Consolation Prize. So you are actively rewarded for prolonging the game as long as possible.
Aside from that, the Minigame Area ALSO houses a tunnel made out of car tires. This leads to the Minigame Area’s Secondary Playground: Roadster Raceway (Goofy Speedway in the now defunct Disney’s Toontown Online).
Roadster Raceway has a Passive Laff Recovery Rate of 3 Laff per heal, and Wrench Toon-Up Treasures that restore 6 Laff per pick-up.
Roadster Raceway is home to 6 race tracks, divided up into 3 themes. However, you cannot access any of them until you purchase a Kart from the Auto Shop. Just talk to Graham Pree, Ivona Race, Phil Errup, or Anita Winn to access the shop interface. Once you’ve purchased a vehicle, you can customize it, and even display it at the various stands scattered around the Raceway’s Playground.
There’s also a Leaderboard in the middle of the Playground, which shows the current best times for that month (I believe?) and a statue of the Toon with the fastest time is displayed near the Leaderboard for all to see.
There are also 2 kinds of races: Practice and Toon Battle.
Practice Races have no entry fee, allow up to 4 Toons, and rewards Jellybeans so long as you complete it within the “Qualifying Time”.
Toon Battles require Toons to play their track’s Entry Fee, allow up to 8 Toons, and rewards Jellybeans based on who places in what position of that race. The more Toons who compete, the more Jellybeans you can win.
Each theme has 2 tracks:
Raceway: Corkscrew Coliseum and Screwball Stadium
Rural: Rustic Raceway and Airborne Acres
Urban: City Circuit and Blizzard Boulivard
(Blizzard Boulivard is also winter themed, a new addition to Corporate Clash, whereas before it was Toontown Central themed.)
There’s also Prize Boxes that reward Gags the player can use to win. many of these items function like the items in Mario Kart (the Chattering Teeth works like a Blue Shell, the Lightning Bolt works EXACTLY like in Mario Kart, the Pixie Dust works like a Power Star, the Kart Battery like a Mushroom, etc.) and there are boost pads that will rocket you forward if you drive over them.
Regardless, the Raceway Playground has 12 Racing Entry Tunnels: 2 Practice Entry Tunnels per theme, and 2 Toon Battle Entry Tunnels per theme. Simply place your Kart in one of the empty slots in front of the entry tunnel and wait out the timer to start the race with the other Toons. (Note that Toon Battle requires one other player and that you will not be allowed to place your kart if you do not have enough Jellybeans to pay the fee).
Where each entry tunnel leads periodically changes, although they’ll only ever lead to tracks of their corresponding theme, and sometimes they’ll lead to “reversed” variations of the tracks that flp the map around and force you to drive in a different direction.
Basically, it’s Toontown Mario Kart.
You earn Racing EXP by using Racing Gags from the prize boxes (with diminishing returns with every use) and by finishing the race in both a timely manner AND ahead of other players. The better you do, the more Racing EXP you earn. You may also be rewarded trophies at the end of the race, which ALSO reward Racing EXP. Racing EXP can be boosted by Activi-Tuseday, Racing Boosters, and the Activity Booster.
You can raise your Racing Level up to Level 30, and your Max Laff goes up by 1 every 10 Levels.
And that’s just about everything there is to know about the Minigames Area. Just remember what I said, make sure you have a way back to your current Neighborhood when your done here, because if you don’t have Teleport Access or a friend or Clubmate in the neighborhood, it’ll be a LONG walk back to Toontown Central.
What would you like to hear about next?
Trolley Games
Minigame Area
Estate
Fishing
Cogs and Buildings
Social Activity
G.U.M.B.A.L.L. Machine
Toon Levels
-
See now I just want to play minigolf.
Hm. Let’s swing back to trolley games.
(Also I’m gonna start editing these to be under the readmore again so I don’t kill everyone’s dash)

⊹˚. ♡ hi hi! i’m Dove and i was wondering if i could have a romantic matchup for BNHA please? (i’m 17 and an ISFP if that helps!)
i’m not entirely sure what my gender or sexuality is :,> (all i know is that i have a preference for men and i prefer to be referred to as masc titles)
i really like sleeping when i can, drawing and writing are things i also like to do! i also like ranting about random things-
i tend to stay by myself though i do like hanging out with my friends whenever i can! i’m very sensitive emotionally and i tend to be able to empathize with people easily, though it tends to take a toll on me. having anger issues doesn’t help either- though i rarely take my emotions out on people.
i’m very physically affectionate and i tend to show my love through actions rather than words. i tend to get overstimulated/overwhelmed whenever there’s too much noise or people around me. i’m also super loyal to my friends and tend to be a bit protective over them (and just the people i love in general)
i tend to stay up VERY late at night because it’s pretty calming and it’s when i have the most energy. i tend to stay at home a lot but i do like going on walks or randomly exploring my area. i’d also like to be a librarian or work at a bookstore!
i love moths and cats to death and could talk for hours about them tbh- though i love listening to people i like talk about the things they like too!
thank you lots for your time! i hope you enjoy your day!

Sero :
Sero honestly wasn't that close to you at first. Even though you're both in similar friend groups, he just never got to hang out with you that much. Not by choice, though, because you always seemed so lovely when he did interact with you. But recently, he's been seeing you a lot in the common area in the dorms at night, just chilling. He joins (with your permission) and keeps you company until both your eyes are closing. Sero's a pretty chill and calming person anyway, so you don't mind and appreciate the company. There's just something about sitting underneath a starlit sky that brings out a certain vulnerability and openness to you both. He seems to understand you in a way that no one else can, and there's no one else Sero has been more comfortable opening up to than you. The moonlight also seems to highlight your beauty and makes you look ethereal, so it was truly only a matter of time before he fell for you.
Kirishima :
Kirishima is one of your bestest friends, but there's just something so naturally charming and sweet about him. He's the best person to go on random walks with, and he's always pointing out birds and squirrels in the trees. It's actually really endearing and cute. He's not much of a book person but he's always down to go to bookshops with you and points out books he thinks have the prettiest cover. I can see you both having a crush on each other, and literally everyone else notices and picks up on it, too. But for some reason, you both remain in denial. For Kirishima, he doesn't realise he has a crush on you. It's mainly because he thinks his feelings are normal because everyone loves their friends! He's also absolutely certain there's no way you see him as more than a friend. Even though for some reason his heart beats faster when you hug him, and he fantasises about being in a relationship with you when you're holding hands... Yeahh he definitely doesn't have a crush on you.
a/n :: im so so sorry for answering your ask late !! exams have been a pain in the butt fr, and i haven't really been able to concentrate properly, but i hope ive done you justice and thank you so so much for sending a request in. i hope you like it and let me know what you think !! you're so sweet, thank you so much, and i hope you're having a wonderful day and are taking care of yourself too !!

Hi, this is very random but I LOVE your edits!! SO SO much!! And I wanted to ask (if you feel like elaborating but no pressure!) about your editing process (I am a complete newbie). I am in awe of the connections you draw in your edits - do you first choose a song and then try to match the content to it or the other way around? And if you don't mind me asking which program do you use? And how do you get clean audio without the background music? ((I would greatly appreciate your advice if it wouldn't be too much of a burden, wishing you the loveliest of days<3))
hi there!! first off this is so sweet, and I really appreciate hearing that you like my edits!it's always so exciting to get that kind of feedback, esp since video edits arent smth ive done a Lot of or my primary form of fanwork, i guess
For some elaboration - I assume you mean the black sails edits (?), so I'm going to be answering for those. On the whole, I don't have a super well-defined process, so it definitely varies edit to edit, but in general, I tend to work off themes or ideas rather than audio! Especially since I'm not usually working with lyrics, in which case it would be a totally different story.
A lot of my black sails edits specifically are about highlighting a specific theme and how its paralleled over the show, so finding parallels usually is just me trying to remember different scenes which demonstrate the same concept, kind of. I have a file of the whole shows subtitles pasted into one place, so I do a lot of Ctrl+f with keywords (the 'you and i' video was built off literally just that) - and then try to arrange it in a way that makes sense for the BS narrative as well as the point im trying to make in the video. i also really love finding completely different conversations that feel like call and response, and setting them up against each other. Parallels! Contrasts! Etc
I try to work with an audio already in mind, though, generally, just because the flow is kind of determined by that. I didn't for the partners video, and I think it's a bit weaker for it, though i did adjust the music to suit it later. Picking a song if I have a theme in mind is really just going thru my soundtracks playlist, which is like 30% of all music I listen to, and picking smth with a vibe that fits + a pace and length that I think the video will match. (Sometimes I will also just cut the song down a bit)
The program I use is kdenlive, which is an free and open source video editing tool! It's not got quite as many features as smth like davinci resolve, but I find it works for my purposes, which are really just cropping, pasting, and a tiny bit of sharpen/recolour. that said kdenlive has a bunch of other features and options that I simply don't use and also don't know how because I haven't experimented, so its not like snip and move clips around is All you can do with it.
re: the background audios... this one is actually a process lol. i have high qual versions of all the BS eps with 6 channel audio, and ive made versions of each episode where ive isolated the central channel which usually has dialogue. however this channel also will have some slight background music or ambient sounds, so it's not really just the dialogue - but it works for the purposes of the video, where lower sounds like that may get hidden by music anyway. ymmv, it depends scene to scene, but I don't need it to be perfectly clean so it works for me. Ive isolated these channels through ffmpeg, which is a command prompt based editing thing, and isn't difficult to learn but isn't exactly the most user-friendly thing, i guess? However I understand ( @dykementality confirm?) that davinci resolve lets you just isolate audio channels of any clip you're editing, so like, that's an option. i Can give more detailed instructions on ffmpeg, or at least on the code that I use to make files w isolated audio, though honestly I've forgotten how to install ffmpeg (though it can't have been too difficult or I wouldn't have bothered)
I hope that helped you a little, pal! If you have any further clarification I'd be happy to help w/ what I know! And I hope you have a wonderful day also!

Is season 5 the best season for Voyager? Are all season 5s the best seasons?
by Ames
There’s just something about those middle seasons of any Star Trek series. The characters have all received enough development to feel real. The writers have found their footing. There are enough existing story arcs to draw from to create a really cohesive world. And the show hasn’t been going on long enough for the stories to get stale and the writers to run out of ideas. We saw it in season five of The Next Generation, which tied with season 6 for number of episodes represented in our overall tops from the series. I’d argue that season four is the best season of Deep Space Nine, with some of the best episodes of the series and really very few of the worst. And now that A Star to Steer Her By has finished our watch-through of season five of Voyager, I’m sensing a pattern. Sorry, Enterprise.
What do y’all think? Season fours versus season fives? We’ll have to wait to see if the pattern holds with any of the currently running series, but so far, I think my theory holds. We’ve constructed our typical season wrap top 5 / bottom 5 listicles, and this past season of Voyager just had too many good episodes to choose from. Check them all out below and listen to our chatter on this week’s podcast episode (discussion starts at 1:27:17) where you can hear some bonus episodes from guest star Carl of the BattleSpace Nine podcast!

Top Three Episodes
There were a lot of contenders for top three this season, which speaks to the strength of the season overall, and our picks were way more spread out than usual. Interestingly (if you like random stats as much as I do), this is the first time we have seen no overlap in a list from Caitlin, a feat achieved before by Chris in both season 5s of TNG and DS9. Season 5s, amirite?
“Drone”: Ames Borg on board! We’re still at the stage in the show when every Borg episode is a highlight in some way or another. And this One’s no different (emphasis on the One!). It may be a retread of “I, Borg,” but is that such a bad thing? Credit to our new friend from the Collective, born when some nanoprobes and a mobile emitter got busy in the transporter, for giving us all the feels.
“Thirty Days”: Caitlin Tom is at his best when he’s a little bit rebellious. It was really good to see that streak of bad boy in him while also seeing how his character development over the seasons has made him a fighter for the little guy. We finally see what Torres finds so attractive in him. Mmm, so ethical. And any time we get to have a big old Prime Directive debate is going to be a good time.
“Bride of Chaotica”: Chris Similar to something like an “Our Man Bashir” or a “Trials and Tribble-ations,” this episode tears out all the stops and just goes for broke. When Star Trek embraces its campy roots but also does something original with tropes, it’s pretty much bound to end up on Chris’s tops list. It was just too delightful watching Kate Mulgrew ham it up. Invaders! Invaders!
“Timeless”: Jake This episode was this close to making our top time travel episodes list, but the phase variance was just slightly off. So I’m glad we get to sing its praises now because it’s another good use of the time travel motif: the premise is smart, Harry’s guilt is emotionally evocative, the crash on the ice planet somehow holds up, and this might be the most attractive we’ve found Garrett Wang yet!
“Counterpoint”: Caitlin What’s better than a good double crossing in an episode? Perhaps a triple crossing? A quadruple crossing? We lost count of just how many crossings there were in “Counterpoint,” but we loved watching Janeway outscheme Kashyk. Devious Janeway is definitely best Janeway, and helping people who are persecuted is definitely a good taste to have in the mouth.
“Latent Image”: Chris As you’ll see in a second with our tippy top pick of the season, we love a brutal ending, and seeing the Doctor have to deal with soul-crushing problems is spell-binding. We can empathize with how the more human emotions and flaws that he’s developed over the years can be considerably detrimental, but it’s that development that has made him such a remarkable character. Take that to the memory bank!
“Nothing Human”: Caitlin One last one just from Caitlin’s list and it’s a good’un. “Nothing Human” is a fine allegory for Nazi experimentation and Crell Moset makes for a very compelling and thought-provoking equivalent to a Nazi doctor whose work could be considered beneficial despite the horrific ways in which it was achieved. It’s also a plus anytime we see Cardassians strutting their stuff on Trek, so there’s that too. Yum.
“Relativity”: Ames, Jake I’m not shy about lauding this episode all over the place, such as in our time travel episodes discussion just last week! What more can I say about this mindfuck of a time travel episode that I haven’t already gushed? The paradoxes make your eyes cross just a little bit, but in a good way because the pacing is just spot on. And Jeri Ryan nails it, of course, and rocks a Starfleet sciences uniform like no one else.
“Course: Oblivion”: Ames, Chris, Jake Get ready to be emotionally manipulated by an episode for a full forty-five minutes, and it feels so good! Once you come to realize the twist of this episode and the ending is inevitable, it’s like slow torture, except that’s our kink. The character doubles are just so compelling to watch because they effectively are our usual characters, with their same traits and motivations, just without the plot armor.
—
Bottom Three Episodes
You’ll see a lot more overlap in our bottoms list, kinda like we had last season, mainly because there just weren’t that many bad’uns to go through. So here are just the couple that we mostly agreed should have been scrubbed from this season and from our eyes.
“Infinite Regress”: Ames As fun as it is to watch Jeri Ryan play a whole bunch of personalities from people she’s assimilated (see our character possessions post!), it’s also a fairly thin story that doesn’t hold up to scrutiny. The actions of all the other personalities aren’t grounded by anything. And the mindmeld scene is just some exhausting sensory overload of chaos.
“Someone to Watch Over Me”: Caitlin This episode may seem a lighter, fluffier story that you can generally enjoy on the whole (and I won’t be hearing anything bad about Scott Thompson!), but when you get down to it you’ve got to admit: it’s just Pygmalion. Almost beat for beat. It’s pretty lazy to just go all My Fair Lady on Seven, especially when she’s already such a good character that doesn’t need whatever fixing the doctor seems to think she needs.
“The Disease”: Ames, Chris, Jake This is an episode that had too many plotlines to focus on and it bet on the wrong horse. While we were clawing at the television to learn more about the rebels on the generational ship, the writers were force feeding us a fairly bland romance and trying to convince us that there was some kind of conflict when really Kim and Tal were just a normal couple. Who is Janeway to lecture him on banging an alien?
“11:59”: Caitlin, Chris, Jake Now an actually bad romance comes from Janeway’s ancestry in this episode that could have just been about how history isn’t always all it’s cracked up to be except for this meet cute that derailed the whole thing. Not only did Shannon and Henry have absolutely no chemistry, but also the character of Henry Janeway was just plain unlikeable in just about every way. Stop living in the past, episode!
“The Fight”: Ames, Caitlin, Chris, Jake But the episode that we all agreed on from this season is one of the most notoriously bad. “The Fight” is the lowest rated Voyager episode on IMDB, and there is good reason why. The structure of flashbacks and dream sequences and random meetings with Chakotay’s insane grandfather is so convoluted it somehow manages to contradict itself constantly. This one was knocked out before it got in the ring.
—
Is it all downhill from here? Seasons 6 and 7 have trended weaker in TNG and DS9, so keep listening along with our watch-through of Voyager to find out how the rest of the series fares! Make sure you’re subscribed over on SoundCloud or your favorite podcast app, hail us on Facebook and Twitter, and shine up that plot armor: you’re gonna need it!

Note to myself: Remember to log out
Fic by Anonymous for @slotumn A/N: Hello my dear friend, I wish you a happy new year and hope that all your wishes come true and that you can achieve all your goals.
“Note to myself: Remember to log out”
By: Anonymous
-Like … Retweet … Block… Hahahaha… Really?...Like… Follow… -Claude, a photographer student, was enjoying Twitter, looking and reacting to different posts while traveling in the subway.
-Are you serious @GoldenD3er?" some random person answered about a joke he would do to his worst enemy. -"Of course @Ashen_Demon, that's one of many of ideas in my head. Nice nickname by the way"
--Next stop: Riegan Av. --- announced a voice in the megaphone
-Oh, so soon? - he asked himself while keeping the phone. Once in the street, Claude stretches his legs, enjoying the view of a calm city in the evening, but the travel wasn't over, he opened again his phone and asked for an Uber, there were buses that could take him home, but there was something important to do and little time to do it.
Once in the car and in the privacy of the back seat, he pulled out again his phone, logged out of twitter and entered again, this time with another account: Username: @Fallen_Star.
It was a special account where he follow profiles a bit more… spicy. For example, artist drawing fictional characters with less clothes than the original designs, people posting links to mature fanfiction of famous books and movies, and his favorites, people showing their photos in daring postures and outfits.
There was something alluring, seeing people without embarrassment or doubts, showing them to the world just how they like without worries, in poses and clothes that made his imagination run wild, it always aroused him without fail, sometimes even more than her girlfriend.
Some months ago, somehow he won a Christmas raffle of a famous woman , the prize a “Sexy Christmas pack”, including the most basic stuff but the most funny for him was normal black underpants with just a little image of a deer, as a reference to Santa’s sleigh, but it didn’t had any christmas decoration or figure on it. “It was the only thing I could get in time” was the answer thought a direct message while thanking her for the gift. “And tell me, could we see you using that?” she asked “If you want I could share it in my account, you know I’m a big star here babe, one retweet from me and you’ll be really famous ;)”
The idea resounded in his head for the next days, could he really became as famous as one of the many account he follows? He considered himself handsome, and constant exercise in the university gym made his body well formed, but could he endure to show his face and exposed body to the wotrld? … “Well maybe not the face…”
“Hello babes! @Opera_Mittelfrank announcing a new guy in the comunity. He’s a little shy and avoid showing his face, but I’m sure his body would be enough to Follow him, now give all your love to the one and only @Fallen_Star!”
It was amazing how the internet works, one day you are a no one, then a bit of luck occurs with a raffle, you publish a photo of yourself with a simple deer mask and an underpants with a little deer, and the next day you have more than 1k followers asking for more.
At first the photos were only aimed to his torso, but with every new entry and upload his shyness began to fade, leading to more spicy photos highlighting more private zones.
Using his photograph knowledge thanks to his classes and having a wide apartment made easier to create unique scenarios and fresh material, keeping him busy and especially fun.
Once in the apartment, he immediately changed for that day session, the classic deer’s underpants combined this time with birthday’s accessories.
-Some photos later-
“Al right, let’s see – he said out loud checking the material in his laptop – We’ll use these ones, the birthday hat seems nice right in my… and the color it also alright, a bit blurry but it will work. Now, let’s write the special message…”
-----
*bzzzt*
Her cellphone sounded, showing the new notification, the bus was almost empty and there was no one close to see her screen, so no need to wait. She was hoping for that special announcement since weekend, “please be good, please be good” she thought before reading.
“Hello my dear followers, @Fallen_star here giving you my last work, thanking you all for your support in my first year in this awesome platform. As a token of my love, I’ll follow my teacher example and give you a raffle. The price, a pair of photos wearing whatever you want. See the rules below. See you later and good luck, Date limit…”
“Oh come on, I never won anything in this raffles” she grunted… while giving a like and a retweet to participate. “Oh, I’m almost there” she realized while recognizing the scenery. Lysithea stood up ready to descend in the next stop.
---
“Wow, only 5 minutes and the participants are almost at 200” Claude was surprised seeing so much people interested in his body, it also make him proud and a bit excited… fortunately that could be solved. Once changed to his normal clothes, putting everything in place in the dark room and double checking to don’t leave anything compromising outside, he closed the room and went to the kitchen.
“Some cheese, the wine is already there, she will bring the bread and …
Toc, toc, toc.
A sound at the door interrupted his work, a smile appearing in his face.
“It’s open! – he shouted – I’ll see you in the living room, also pick the movie”
“Claude?!, I swear someday something bad will really happen if you are so careless!” his girlfriend answered back a bit annoyed, “how do you know it was me an not some thief?”
“Well you see- he walked to living room with the food in some porcelain dishes – you are so small that your footsteps make no sound, so when suddenly someone knock the door without me hearing steps in the hall, I know it’s… ouch!”
Lysithea didn’t hold back and tossed him a pillow from the couch, that landed cleanly in his face.
“You’ll make me spill the food – Claude warned her while keeping the balance.
“You know I hate your jokes about my… my…. you already know!” she shouted back, visible angry and giving him the back.
Claude sighed, he still didn’t know how she falled in love with her considering his explosive nature, he left the food on a near table and slowly approached her.
“Oh come on sweet pie, you know I’m joking. Besides, you didn’t comply last night when, thanks to your stature, we could try that new position you saw in…”
-She turned back once again but with great embarrassment, her face was so red and her body trembling without control: “Shut up, I knew I shouldn’t have tell you about that”
“But it was really fun- he teased back – at least you seem to enjoy it more than…”
Another pillow flew but he avoided this time, making fun of her was a treasure but it was time to stop.
“Ok ok, I’ll shut up, besides I don’t want to ruin my turn tonigh, you remember today is…”
“Yeah yeah I know – she answered a bit more composed but still flustered – the clothes are already in my bag” she get embarrassed again, thinking what would be using later that night.
“Perfect – he said getting even closer, gently picking her chin to look her directly in those pink eyes- you know I love you right?”
“Yes, you dummy” she said while closing the gap among them to share the first kiss of the afternoon.
“Now stop being a bully and let’s watch the movie, my friend Cyrid recommend…”
-Are you still watching? – the text in the tv asked to no one since both of them left to the dorm room more than one hour ago.
--
-The next day-
“See you later honey, gotta go early today”
“Yeah, take care…” Claude answered still sleepy “don’t forget to…” he heard an specific sound.
“Sweet pie?”
“Yes?” she asked a bit nervous
“Are you trying to open the dark room”
“Maybe..”
Sigh “You know that…”
“Yes yes, important photos could be damaged if I open it harshly, come on!, at let me see the room at least once! I want to know how it looks” she argued back.
“Someday I promise, but not today, now go or you’ll miss the bus”
Some minutes later he heard the door closing, he left some minutes pass and stood up, heading to the dark room and getting everything ready to some quick shoots before going to school.
---
*bzzzt*
Her cellphone sounded, announcing than @Fallen_star uploaded just now another photo.
----------------------------
-2 weeks later-
“It sounded funny, but it was a real mess” Claude tought while taking the third shower in less that half hour, the winner of his raffle had a very specific request as her prize “I want your first photos, but being covered in oil”
--
“Wow! Just wow!, you went all in my dear @Spellcaster_luna! To ask for such a sexy thing” he said to the winner by private message
“You said the winner could ask for anything, are you retracting now?”
“Never, I’m sure it’s going to be a mess but also seem pretty funny, I’ll sent it once they are done, if you want to share them to everyone is up to you…”
--
He missed one day to school just to have enough time to take the photos and clean it all without Lysithea noticing, “I hope you like them ;)” he said trough the app while sending the material.
“Now, I have till noon to myself, maybe some videogames or reading…”
---
“Miss Gloucester, is everything ok?” The professor Hannenman asked to the young girl after hearing her yelping in her place.
“No, no, no – she said extremely embarrassed and flustered – I mean, yes, everything is… no, sorry professor but – he packed all her things and stood to get out the classroom – I must go, sorry for interrumpting you”
Everyone in the room get confused, she was well knowed for his good behavior and seriousness.
--Your Uber is almost there –
The phone showed, she was waiting outside the university trying to control herself, “Damn it damn it, he looks so hot! “ it was everything in her mind, seeing the photos that the Fallen Star sent her really affected her. She loved Claude above everything, and she felt a bit guilty asking for such things in twitter, but it was a price she never expected to get and technically it wasn´t cheating, she just like to see those profiles to get ideas and add more excitement to her relationship.
-Your Uber just arrived-
A red car parked near, she get inside and said to the driver.
“Thanks, I’m sorry but I don´t want to talk during the trip, please try to get as fast as possible to the destiny” – the driver, named Alois, get sad because he alwys liked to tell jokes to the passengers, but he respected her desires.
All that excitement had to get out somehow, she had an special underwear hidden in the apartment, for an special day, and today was that day. But she needed to set the mood in the bedroom for that, “with Claude outside I have enough time” she thought while seeing the photos again. Her excitement increased once again.
--
She stormed in the apartment using for the first time her spare key, all her plans halted after seeing Claude standing in the hallway just wearing a towel, “Lysithea! – he shouted with surprise – what are you…” he got interrumpted after being tackled and shutted down with a passionate kiss.
It felt really different, something wild was inside her girlfriend and really wanted to get out.
“Shut up, I want to make something more special but it will do – she kissed him again – come to bedroom, let’s try something new – she grabbed his hand and guided him – also… do you know how to use oil during…
--
They laid exhausted hugging each other in the bed
Claude was really surprised, he didn’t’ know she could be so passionate and wild, also it was weird to get covered in oil twice in a day.
Lysithea on the other side felt fulfilled and happy, she grabbed her phone when his companion stood up and, without thinking, texted back to Fallen_star to thanks him for the gift.
“Thanks a lot <3 “ a simple yet sincere message.
At the same time Claude ‘s phone ringed.
“Weird – she thought – my love, you cell just ringed – she said out loud since Claude had left for the bathroom
“I’m sure it’s a friend from the school , text him back please”
“Ok – she answered while picking it – oh wait, it’s a twitter message, it’s from someone named Spell…
Claude almost shoot down the door of the bath , the sudden arrival of her and the subsequent events make him forgot to log out, in that moment he felt the true terror.
“Honey, please… I can explain it… you see…”
She stood there without know what to do, a lot of things need to be processed, but she only grabbed her phone and show it to him.
“What is… are those my… YOU ARE?!...”

-The next weekend-
“Are you sure… what if they don´t like me?”
“Are you insane! You are gorgeous, the world must know you, only if you want of course”
In the ex dark room, now reconstructed as a mini photo studio, Lysithea stood there wearing a cat mask and black underwear that matched perfectly with the white piece Claude was wearing.
“Fine… I still don´t know how you convinced me” she hugged and kissed him in the cheek “but are you sure you don´t want to continue in your main account”
“No, I did it to get more excitement in my life… but having you is way more excitement than I could handle, and we can close this account whenever we want and just enjoy ourselves” he kissed her back and pet her head.
“Now, last chance, are you ready?”
She nodded and without warning she clicked in the computer.

“Hello my dear followers, today is the day that this account will be closed, Don’t be sad since we’ll be migrating to @Verdant_wind (special prize to the one that guess why we choose that name) and I say “we” because also today I’m presenting you to someone very special to me and that would be companying me in this new era. Say hi to @Swe3tCat and give her all your support <3 “
In the tweet, also appeared a photo of a couple, the well knowed Fallen_star next to a beautiful girl, with a skin as white as the snow in some gorgeous black attire, but the most important thing, they seemed extremely happy and in love.
