It’s the way that Fadel was able to be unconscious and vulnerable like this -- with his waist half pinned by one of Style's thighs as his other leg is likely tangled with Fadel's under the blankets -- in an unfamiliar space and showed absolutely no evidence of being troubled or startled or fearful in the situation.

It’s the way that before he even blinks himself into semi-coherent consciousness, Fadel is already running his hand gently up and down Style's calf and knee, touching him in a way that shows such thoughtless familiarity and easy comfort with the warmth of Style's skin.

It’s the way that Fadel processes whose bed he's in, the fact that he stayed the night (and all the implications of that choice), and calls his name (for the first time!!!) with zero evidence of any internal conflict about the situation.

This is a man who we know locks his own bedroom door to keep everyone and anyone out, including his own baby brother. A man who appears to attend a support group with regimented regularity, but who we have yet to see actually say anything at said group. A trained assassin, a meticulous planner, and someone given to caution and suspicion before just about anything else. Someone who has spent years operating outside the law and successfully evaded detection because, in part, of his ability to see the warning signs and get himself out of dangerous situations before they escalate.

Only he missed the warning signs this time (because they weren't actually there) and when Style said "One day, I'll be your 100%," neither of them understood that those words were already true. Because the way Fadel woke up that morning -- half underneath the spread of Style's body and utterly content -- told us that Fadel's heart was already completely won.

Which is why Fadel is left with nothing but tears and an aching heart in this moment. Because Style is already behind his walls, already part of the very fabric of his soul, and to unleash his anger on Style now would be the same as plunging a knife into his very own chest.

So obsessed with this drama from the start

Waiting for next ep is so stressful as I also read the novel version for some spoiler ended up with wildest imaginative on upcoming episode.

Hopefully first kiss is next week as this drama have not many episode.🙏🏻

Actually this was a casual watching but end up being good drama

Oh..I was skeptical at first but this drama wins my heart

Marry My Husband: Review Ep 9 - Ep 16 (spoilers under the cut)

Sooo I might have binged the entire half of the series in one night lololol. In my defence, it was sooo good that i absolutely couldn't leave it in between.

After an intense previous eps, eps 9-12 were even more intense. I loved how Su-min began to show her crazy side gradually, and how Ji-won acted like a total queen in the face of that crazy. Also, Ji-won dumping Min-hwan both metaphorically and literally was such a satisfactory moment *chefs kiss*.

But ngl the pregnancy twist by Su-min was genius, and totally worked out in Ji-won's favor. My favourite part was when her ex friends stormed the wedding to take revenge on Ji-won's behalf lmao.

Altho initially I felt that introducing Ji-hyuk's ex-fiancée Oh Yu-ra was a unnecessary move but as the eps progressed, the vision became sooo much clearer. If anything, BoA's character spiced up the show even more.

However I do wish we could've seen more of the potential side couples, the ending made it all worth <3

Over all a 8.5/10 show

Okay okay okay, is it just me or was Yu Hui-yeon like super gay coded? Like miss “You’re beautiful when you smile. Have you always been like this?” and “Are you here to punish me? Have I been bad?” (I’m paraphrasing) to Kang Ji-won. Like legit the way she looked when Eun-Ho first started insinuating that he liked her I swear I thought she was going to say she doesn’t swing that way. Am I crazy?

Cherry Blossoms After Winter (2022)

*An old entry in my journal from earlier this year when I handled my 'what i watch' journal manually. Although the review is brief and somewhat lacking in hindsight, I want this to be a part of my record here.*

Absolutely love this series. It is my comfort series. The writing is really good and the direction is amazing. There's no unnecessary drama and the romance is not overdone as well. It's just perfect. I really love the bonds among the friends as well and how unwaveringly supportive they are. it is very heart-warming and just so comforting.

Overall, 10/10.

Can re-watch again and again without getting bored.

episode 5... everything is going smoothly at the moment. although they're like strangers, there's times when they act closer to each other. it hurts. I have to say that I really enjoy watching Jang Hyuk's amazing acting, especially in the scenes opposite Seon-ho. this episode was their first encounter and it started very interesting. so are Sung-rok and Seon-ho. from this ep onwards, Seon-ho and Yeon's relationship will be much deeper. "You can cry on my shoulder. You have nowhere else to cry." it still impresses me like first time. I may have said it before, but I want to say it again. when Yeon congratulates Seon-ho's birthday, the dialogue between them is incredibly subtle. I mean when he talks about a secret lover and clearly knows who that person is, Yeon doesn't deny it. it means that he's fully aware of Yeon’s interest in him. and she doesn't shy away from confessing her love to him like before. it doesn't really matter how bad of a father Namjeon is bc compared to him, Lee Seung-gi is an awful father. especially when he pressured Bang-won in front of everyone to choose the crown prince. I hate that scene when Seon-ho asked Hwi to finishing his relationship with Yeon, but Hwi couldn't. I love how Yeon defends Seon-ho but we can clearly see Seon-ho's agony at what he's doing. I understand Hwi's anger and sadness, but how can he act like this when he knows it's all just a plan? he doesn't know Namjeon as well as Seon-ho bc if he knew how cruel he could be, he'd have been more cautious. I say this bc of that terrible happen for Yeon in eps 9 & 10. and that shouting at Namjeon...OMG, Do-hwan's acting. I can see how broken he is from his mother's death, still. and that scene when Sung-rok told Seon-ho about he'll kill Hwi, is only 25 sec. but sooo powerful. Seon-ho's eyes...he really cares about Hwi. he did it from first and it wasn't even 1 day without thinking about how to keep Hwi alive in his life.
