The higher you vibrate, the purer your aenergetic field becomes, ironically the harder it becomes for your body to tolerate common ‘normal’ modern-day products that are laden with toxic chemicals~🫐

In many ways, you could say it’s because now you know you deserve better. You want purer things for your body. You want the real things—not fake things that look like food. You want high-quality. You want true beauty~🍒

Did you know that modern Japanese workers are some of the least nourished people in East Asia because they eat so much instant and frozen shit? TIME IS MONEY, BABY!! What’s in efficiency when it only leads to nutrition-deficiency? Ironic? Or moronic?🍋

It’s time we all learnt to go back to nature🥬

The true Revolution of Humanity is Environmentalism🍊
But you’ve gotta be smart about real knowledge! Otherwise the evil powers are just gonna trick you with jargons, semantics and optics!🍄

Don’t wash your face with water in the morning—
it strips your skin of its natural oils & leaves it feeling dry & unbalanced. Instead use rose water. Cleansing with rose water helps refresh & hydrate your skin without disrupting its natural moisture barrier & gives you a radiant glow✨

• Hydrates & refreshes the skin

To anyone that thinks cancer is incurable I say, “Have you met my mother?”
If you haven’t heard her story by now, my mom healed from cancer naturally. She did not want to use conventional treatments (chemo or radiation) because of what she saw close friends go through on them, and none of their outcomes were favorable. Instead, nutrition was her primary medicine. Her healing protocol involved regular juicing, detoxing, fasting, a plant-based alkaline diet, individualized supplementation, ozone water (oxygenated water), infrared sauna time, stress management, surrounding herself with love and support….
My mom understood that the disease took years to manifest, so she was committed to this healing lifestyle for years. As a result, she restored balance and she healed.
Google your condition and cases where people have healed from it. If there’s even one result, let that give you hope that your condition is not incurable. But know that it will likely require you to think outside the box of medicine alone.
Book recommendations:
Radical Remission, by Dr. Kelly A. Turner
Spontaneous Healing, by Dr. Andrew Weil
The Gerson Therapy, by Charlotte Gerson

I’ve been yearning to share my studies
The intimacy of it, the unfiltered, the forgotten lore of us
In a world full of consumerism and branding it is hard to find that open place
I am a folk herbalist, crafter, and writer. Captivated by the ways of our ancestors, the long forgotten herbals and medicinal systems, the folklore and cosmologies breathed from the earth into our people, which if you look long enough you find all weave together to become one story of Us.
I’ll be sharing my current studies and makings for anyone who would also like to learn. I am not only wildly curious but believe if we equip ourselves and homes with the traditional ways, we make generational legacy and less need of the systems around us.

today went wonderfully, although i still haven't gotten the hang of fixing my sleeping schedule. i'm trying to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, but i end up falling asleep a bit late and wake up late as well, which doesn't give me enough time throughout the day to do everything i want to accomplish. but despite that, i managed to do most of the things!
- did my daily workout, it was cardio today :) i managed to get into the habit of exercising regularly which i'm really grateful for because it's been keeping me sane lol
- practiced javascript for a little over an hour, i'm aiming to enhance my skills this summer
- cleaned my room and organised my shelf. been meaning to rearrange my things and i've been putting it off for so long, but i decided to finally do it. i listened to this youtube video on self compassion and shame, and how shame is rooted in the need for love. it was really insightful, definitely recommend watching/listening if you have an hour to spare
- i'm trying to incorporate more protein and really just maximising my protein intake and omg this snack i discovered is so so good... its basically yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon, and i used that as a dip for apples! very delicious very filling
- i'm going to try meditating after i do my bedtime yoga so i can get back into the habit of meditating regularly, i miss it tbh
i hope all of you are doing well ♡ can't believe i managed to post twice in a row this week woah! gonna try to keep this up lol

My partner got me an early Christmas present recently.🎄🎁
I really wanted a light specifically for reading before going to bed for so long!
But I didn't want a normal light!
No!
I wanted a soft red light
(like 1000k) so it would have the least impact on my circadian rhythm.
So he did research and got me the reddest lightbulb he could find!
I think it's officially sold as those coloured outdoor string lights but you know what,it works great!
It's perfect! I can read without being blinded and messing up my circadian rhythm ☺️❤️🏮 10/10

I live life on my own terms because I am responsible for creating the life I desire. I set my own boundaries and standards because I believe in protecting my energy. I’m finally taking back my voice and I am taking back control over my life. I am reclaiming my confidence and my power, I am simply reclaiming what was once mine.
Pursuing my own ambitions have been an important step on this journey, and it comes natural for me to seek the truth. I fight for freedom and justice and I question everything. That leads me to new ways of thinking and I open my mind to new opportunities and adventures. I deleted my accounts on mainstream social and started to engage with energies that aligned with my own beliefs. Pouring out my own values and how I wish to live my life had me stumble over communities I never knew existed. The people around me fuel my desire to free myself of the social norms and just be me. Wonderful me.
People are always going to say whatever they want about you. When you pour your soul into something you open yourself up to people who will meet you with disbelief and mistrust. Critisism. Please remember to let that fuel you. Do not let it stop you. You have the right to prove them wrong. Again and again.

Phases of the Menstrual Cycle.
Depending on how you look at it, there are either two or four phases of the menstrual cycle. We often think of it as four phases, each one getting it's own week. When we look at our hormones though, there's really only two, the follicular phase and the luteal phase. Ovulation is the tipping point between the two.
The follicular phase refers to the Follicle Stimulating hormone, which prompts follicles to form in your ovaries. It starts on the first day of your period, not the week after, and ends the day of ovulation (roughly day 14). While it's true you have the possibility to get pregnant for about five days, that doesn't mean you're ovulating that whole time. Your hormones do shift to make your body habitable for a baby to grow, but an egg only releases once.
Tumblr media
Once ovulation occurs, the follicle closes off. It starts releasing the Luteinizing hormone and starts getting your body ready for pregnancy. The lining of your uterus starts thickening to keep the egg safe.
If you didn't get pregnant, the body reabsorbs the egg and the lining sheds. This is your period which restarts the whole cycle for the next month.
Every woman's cycle varies slightly, 28 days is just an approximate amount of time. Sometimes hormone disorders/imbalances can cause major variations. Sometimes it's as simple as waiting it out like during postpartum, and sometimes it requires more work to fix like PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) or Endometriosis.
This has been sitting in my drafts for at least two months. It's not perfectly how I want it, but I don't want to see it in my drafts anymore lol. I want to do a dedicated post for each phase just going into a tiny bit more info and some recommendations. So be on the lookout for those coming soon!

Depression is a sign of breakout on things you held on when you were on lack of life, it can be ashes that you smoke through to survive..
But why all mental problems long? Isn't because we never had enough of pain, either we fleet around the ache or drown into the wounds that breaks..
Saying which so, I would like to say that yes..I am depressed too
it does not feels good to facade under a concrete lie that my truth has no edges and flaws to crumble down anymore..
Feeling sad, is not wrong nor do feeling the strike of pain perceived as an force does,
but what stays.. starts to seed..
Your future won't fix your present situation, just like your present situation could never appease your past..
Is where I shed my tears down and let myself vent out to know that..i don't know..sometimes I don't even know what I had for my lunch or the color of dress I have wore..
Numb to my very own breath made me suffocated, where I was the one ceasing myself around a cage to find a hollow of escape..
I must stop, and have enough of the things that hurts..I must feel the hurt enough in the time being that it does not stays like a narrow creek of sorrow full of bleeds of memories..
I need to heal, to heal I need to indulge, I need to feel the pain well that I can let it go well.. - S
______________________________________________________________
Ps : I don't know who need this, but I wanted to write so badly that I was finding it hard to express..I am taking this moment to honor your pain..let it go with all grace an grain..
If you feel like talking about things you haven't and it needs a space you are always welcome in my comment section to speak about it !

A Healthy Breakfast
Health Series
Tumblr media
A healthy and balanced breakfast counteracts stress, reduces the risk of obesity and the accumulation of visceral fat, improves mood, protects the heart and brain. Breakfast, among all meals during the day, is unique since it is consumed after a long night fast. Not only that, what and if we eat for breakfast have a great influence, even greater than the impact that other meals can have, on the state of health of the body and on the lifestyle adopted during the day. But let’s understand better, depending the importance of breakfast and which foods to prefer.
Why Is It Important To Not Skip Breakfast?
It’s been observed that those who eat breakfast regularly have a greater supply of nutrients, such as vitamins C, A, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Not only that, having breakfast helps improve the functionality of all organs. For example, those who skip breakfast have been found to have a higher risk of developing obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Having breakfast improves attention, concentration and cognitive function.
But What To Eat?
A breakfast of cereals and dairy products has been shown to reduce stress and depression levels in children and teenagers. Not only that, cereals, which are a valuable source of micronutrients, proteins, sugars and carbohydrates, when consumed for breakfast are associated with better physical and mental health and higher serenity. In fact, after the long night fast, ingesting carbohydrates is particularly important for reducing cortisol levels, thus counteracting stress, and for the formation of tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin, which helps regulate depressive symptoms, irritable mood and cognitive function. Oats should be among the cereals to include in a healthy breakfast. In fact, a breakfast that includes oats has been shown to help reduce the risk of developing central adiposity and obesity, as well as ensuring high intake of fibre, calcium and magnesium. In addition to cereals, a healthy breakfast should not lack proteins, such as eggs, nuts, or dairy products, according to personal taste. In fact, protein at breakfast has been shown to recharge the body with greater amounts of energy, to feed muscles more efficiently thank protein taken at lunch or dinner and to reduce the risk of obesity.
Quality Matters
Beware, breakfast should be of high quality. In fact, ingesting large amounts of refined carbohydrates and added sugars can even worsen sadness and depression. Therefore, it’s always good to prefer whole grains, fruits, vegetables, diary products or vegetable alternatives, avoiding over-processed foods or snacks.
Drinks
Don’t forget the drinks, which can enrich breakfast and make it an even more pleasant and healthy moment. In fact, between coffee or tea, the choice is always healthy. Coffee provides antioxidants and anti-inflammatory substances, thanks to its caffeine content it can help improve mood, attention and cognitive function, in addition to giving a boost to the metabolism and reducing the risk of obesity. Green tea provides the precious polyphenols with an anti-tumour and neuroprotective action, it’s beneficial for the health of the heart and blood vessels. Black tea is anti-aging and anti-inflammatory and is also capable of improving the response to insulin and reducing blood glucose levels. Not to forget, those who love juices, that in a healthy and balanced breakfast it is also possible to insert a glass of juice, pure and without added sugar, such as pomegranate juice, which helps to counteract oxidative stress and cellular degeneration.
