Why Logan Sargeant should go to Haas (from a sports management major/lens of corporate sponsorship):

- Haas has an empty seat

- Both are American

- Logan being with an American team is a draw for American sponsors, especially with America being a budding F1 market

- American fans have a growing interest in F1, so an American driver and team is a draw for fans who don’t want to be the Cowboys/Duke Basketball/Yankees/Dodgers fans of F1

- Logan needs a seat next year and pookie deserves the best

- The American sponsors that brought money into Williams for Logan are more likely to connect with the Haas sellers more due to the American draw

- If I am Haas, sign Logan, then make overly American merch (at a good price for fans), you can bet your ass every American fan will be buying it

- honestly the property assets alone that can be made by going all in on “american greatness” would be worth it

ODDLY SPECIFIC ENGIE HEADCANON

As a wee egg-yet-to-crack child, Engie was hideously socially inept. This comes with autism being a Conagher Family Heirloom™ (someone said that in a reblog once and it has lived in my mind since).

Alas, being socially inept and a "girl" in early 1930s small-town Texas was Not It, and so every evening for a year Engie's mother sat down with him for a couple hours to go through Social Ettequite, even though he would really rather have spent the time tinkering in Fred's workshop.

This had the opposite effect as intended. To this day, Engie is the image of a Polite Southern Man to a genuinely creepy extent. Every polite smile of his is the smile of a barely restrained madman, and his eyes... you've probably seen the "meet the engineer without goggles" video. Every handshake and kind word comes across as carefully calculated (because they are) and almost uncanny valley.

And of course theres the fact that no amount of social conditioning can disguise the fact he's deranged, which is the other Conagher Family Heirloom™ .

Klance but they both major in arts and hate eachother. Lance majors in theater and Keith majors in visual arts.

Lance thinks, "God, this guy thinks he's so cool. It's not that hard to draw pictures. So much more goes into a single production than a portfolio. Not to mention the teamwork. I can't imagine being some loner silently drawing a model. Where's the fun? He can have fun being a starving artist."

They're fine with anyone else in the major, they just got off on the wrong foot and refuse to amend these misconceptions.

My city's schoolboard is desperately trying to hire teachers. They are now hiring non-legally qualified people to became teachers. One school hired their janitor as a teacher lmao. Should I go get that bag and fuck up 28 kids' future?

THE TAGS?? That literally sounds like a dream scenario for any sort of schooling dude... incredibly happy that you get to have that for real!!!!! (Especially since my own is driving me insane. But like whoa!! There is love in the world!!!!! Oh my god!!!)

RIGHT!!!!!! after literally my entire education experience so far I am so excited to finally get a chance to have fun learning something. I'm a little nervous because. I've had awful experiences in every single school I've been to but something tells me this time is going to be different!!!
