I hate how hard it is for skinny people to understand that weight is genetic. Like of course you can be fat in a skinny family or skinny in a fat family but it takes a lot. Like my family, extended and all, tends to be overweight. My fiancés family on the other hand tend to be skinny. It all just depends on your ancestors and your metabolism

Nutrigenomics
Tumblr media
You are a unique person with unique needs to optimize your health and wellness. A diet that someone else swears by may not work for you (or vice versa). But yet, you see so many “blanket” recommendations on what to eat or which supplements to take and you wonder how much that really applies directly to you. Unlike others, you may be able to enjoy coffee in the evening without any major sleep issues, but have a terrible reaction to gluten (a protein in wheat). Or perhaps, you may need more folate (vitamin B9) than others, but sodium doesn’t affect your blood pressure as much.
Guess what? There are genes—and variations of these genes—that can explain why you are unique. And now with recent scientific and technological advances, there is a smarter way to know what nutrition and lifestyle strategies you need to thrive, rather than the old method of following recommendations for the “average person” and seeing how it goes for you as an individual. This opportunity for personalized (or “precision”) nutrition is based on the rapidly expanding field of research that specifically looks for some of your unique needs in your own DNA. Imagine what you could do with the insight to know which diet, food, or nutrients you should focus on and which won’t likely make any difference to you anyway.
We are talking about the science of nutrigenomics. It’s the combination of nutrition and genomics and helps you choose the foods and nutrients you need more of, based on your unique genetic blueprint.
What is nutrigenomics?
Nutrigenomics is a rapidly advancing science that looks at the links between nutrition (the foods and nutrients needed to be healthy) and genomics (how the DNA encoded in your genes acts in your body). It’s a form of personalized nutrition that looks at how your personal set of genes influence the nutrients you need. Nutrigenomics is a very high-tech way of tailoring nutrition recommendations to one single person, based on their unique set of genes.
Here’s how your genes work. You have a set of genes that you inherited from your parents (half from each parent). This is your unique “genetic code.” Siblings (except for identical twins) from the same parents have some similarities, but each are still genetically unique individuals. You may have different hair or eye colors, or be a different height from your siblings. All of these uniquenesses are due to your genes.
Each gene is a piece of DNA that codes for one single protein. That’s why you have thousands of genes—because your body needs thousands of proteins to do all of its cellular and molecular jobs to keep you alive and healthy. There are several variations for each gene. For example, you may be genetically predisposed to having high (or low) levels of cholesterol or a resistance (or easier ability) to losing weight. Perhaps you have a lower (or higher) ability to use folate (vitamin B9), but maybe you are (or aren’t) very sensitive to caffeine or high levels of sodium. And possibly, you are very unlikely (or likely) to develop celiac disease.
How would you know? By having an accurate genetic test done to look for variations in all of those (and more) genes.
But, it doesn’t stop there. Your genes code for so many areas of health, like metabolism, inflammation, hormones, stress response, moods, detoxification, weight, fitness, cognition, and your ability to use essential nutrients from foods and supplements.
Imagine how you could tailor your food and lifestyle choices if you knew the areas that you as a unique individual should focus on, and which areas you need not worry too much about.
How can nutrigenomics help improve my health?
Let’s go through these examples so you can see what you can do when you learn your unique gene profile and take advantage of precision nutrition.
Susceptible to high levels of cholesterol
High levels of cholesterol can increase your risk for heart disease and stroke. This is partly the result of how your genes allow your body to process fats. If you knew you had genetic variants that made you prone to high levels of cholesterol, you could focus your foods on choosing more plant-based meals, heart-healthy fats, and higher-fiber foods.
Resistance to losing weight
Imagine knowing if your genes are influencing your ability to lose weight. If this were the case, you can be more forgiving in your weight-loss goals, and incorporate some cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness to help you.
Lower ability to use folate (vitamin B9)
Folate is found in green leafy vegetables and beans. Supplementation is often recommended for people who are or can become pregnant. If your genes code for a lower ability to use folate, then you may need to eat more folate-rich foods or take a supplement to ensure you get enough folate to compensate for your lower ability to use it so that you could maintain good health.
Not very sensitive to caffeine
Some people are able to metabolize (process and eliminate) caffeine faster than others. If you know that you are a “fast caffeine metabolizer,” you may be able to enjoy caffeine without having to worry too much about some of the common side effects that happen more often in people who are “slow caffeine metabolizers.”
Not very sensitive to high levels of sodium
Salt contains sodium, and too much sodium can increase blood pressure. However, some people are more sensitive to sodium than others.
Very unlikely to develop celiac disease
If you don’t experience gut symptoms and you are not likely to develop celiac disease, then you may not need to avoid eating gluten (a protein commonly found in wheat, rye, and barley).
And remember, these are just a few examples of how the variations in your genetic blueprint can impact your health and wellness, and how you can proactively address them to reach your health goals.
Nutrigenomic testing is very accessible now. It’s never been easier to answer the question, “Based on my genes, what should I eat to optimize my health?”
Conclusion
Science is quickly unravelling the mysteries of the human genome and that is a great opportunity for you to reach your optimal health with a strategy developed based on your genes. There is a genetic test that looks at dozens of health-related genes to identify the areas you will be naturally healthier in, and which areas may need some extra attention. Unique to you.
If you’re interested in learning more about nutrigenomics and being smart about where to make targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes that will work for you, consult a registered dietitian who can help you get your test done, go through the results with you, and work with you to create a strategic plan so you can reach your personal health goals.
Wondering why some of your health efforts are so hard, while others seem easier? Want to know which foods, nutrients, or lifestyle choices will make the most difference in your life? NUTRITION JOURNALS: VITAMINS (PT 1/2)
HOW MANY VITAMINS ARE THERE?
- there are thirteen (13) essential vitamins; vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pathogenic acid (B5), biotin (B7), and folate (B9). these are the ones i'll focus on in this past, and it will be a longer post.
WHAT IS VITAMIN A?
- vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that supports your immune system, vision, reproductive health, and fetal growth. there are two forms of vitamin A; preformed vitamin A which are found in things like dairy, liver, and fish, and provitamin A carotenoids which can be found in fruits, vegetables, and oils. - The recommended daily amount of vitamin A is 900 micrograms (mcg) for adult men and 700 mcg for adult women.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B6?
- vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy. Food sources of vitamin B6 include poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas, bananas and fortified cereals. - vitamin B6 has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and helps your body to make DNA, hemoglobin, and neurotransmitters. - in addition to low iron, low vitamin B6 has been linked to anemia, which i dont imagine i need to tell yall is incredibly common in disordered people. - because B6 is connected to neurotransmitters, it can help regulate mood and even aid sleep. One study showed that higher vitamin B6 intake is associated with lower depression and anxiety risk in females, but not males. - vitamin B6 also helps your body maintain normal levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that helps to build proteins. - vitamin B6 supplementation specifically has been shown to improve body composition – your ratio of lean muscle to fat. it has also been linked with higher muscle mass and lower body fat levels. in particular, vitamin B6 supplementation has been linked to lower-body weight loss, with a reduced amount of fat across the hips and waist.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B12?
- vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA, the molecules inside cells that carry genetic information. - sources of vitamin B-12 include poultry, meat, fish and dairy products. Vitamin B-12 is also added to some foods, such as fortified breakfast cereals, and is available as an oral supplement. - some studies suggest that vitamin B12 could affect body fat and metabolism. one review concluded that vitamin B12 plays a key role in fat metabolism, noting that a deficiency could be linked to increased fat accumulation and obesity. take this with a grain of salt, though, because there is limited research on the topic. - vitamin B12 plays a role in serotonin production, so a deficiency may be connected with clinical depression. this may feel irrelevant, but your physical and mental health are really complexly connected. taking care of one can help improve the other.
WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. vitamin C is also vital to your body's healing process. additionally, it is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against the effects of free radicals- molecules produced when your body breaks down food or is exposed to tobacco smoke and radiation from the sun, x-rays or other sources. - vitamin C is found in citrus fruits, berries, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and spinach. - vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron in foods like beans and spinach, who's bio-availability is lower. - although vitamin C doesn't necessarily cause weight loss, it seems to be related to body weight. getting sufficient amounts of vitamin C increases body fat oxidation during moderate-intensity exercise. - another critical function of vitamin C is synthesizing carnitine, which transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria that produce energy.
WHAT IS VITAMIN D?
- there are different forms of vitamin D, including ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). vitamin D is found in fish, eggs, and fortified milk. It's also made in the skin when exposed to sunlight. during periods of sunlight, vitamin D is stored in fat and then released when sunlight is not available. - your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuro-protective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity. - vitamin D might play an important role in regulating mood and decreasing the risk of depression, and some studies suggest there may be a link between vitamin D and obesity, though more research is needed to verify this.
WHAT IS VITAMIN E?
- vitamin E is a nutrient that's important to vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin. vitamin E deficiency can cause nerve pain (neuropathy). - foods rich in vitamin E include canola oil, olive oil, margarine, almonds and peanuts. You can also get vitamin E from meats, dairy, leafy greens and fortified cereals. - getting enough vitamin E may help prevent oxidative stress and cellular damage. oxidative stress occurs when there’s an imbalance between your body’s antioxidant defenses and the production and accumulation of compounds called reactive oxygen species (ROS). this can lead to cellular damage and increased disease risk.
WHAT IS VITAMIN K?
- vitamin K is actually a group of compounds, with the most important ones being vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. vitamin K1 is obtained from leafy greens and some other vegetables. vitamin K2 is a group of compounds largely obtained from meats, cheeses, and eggs and synthesized by bacteria. - vitamin K's key role is to help heal injuries through blood clotting and strengthen bones by making four proteins among the 13 that are needed for blood clotting (coagulation) and osteocalcin.

All women should be fat
The peak female form should be bigger, soft, full of rolls and perfectly round. That's how all women should be, like the fertility goddesses of ancient times depicted in idols and statues.
Femininity goes hand in hand with fatness, female bodies are made to store fat more easily, their metabolisms are a lot slower because they are built to create life. When pregnant women become more beautiful, they grow in size and their bodies transform into the forms of those goddesses of old, their breasts, bellies and hips get bigger and a lot more desirable as that's the way nature demands it, so much so that even after giving birth their bodies are transformed forever and they can still carry some of those attributes of beauty for the rest of their lives.
We've all seen or heard from a woman close to us how much they struggle with body image after their pregnancies, as if the stretch marks, cellulite and extra weight wasn't a sign of them fulfilling their divine purpose as life bringers. In modern society they have made us think of fat as a bad thing, the world has forgotten that for most of our history the preferred female figure was rounder, heavier and thicker, it meant that a woman was well fed and healthy enough so she could bear children more easily.
Fat is a gift, both for the biological processes of life and the enjoyment of one's own body. When your're fat you stay warm and comfortable during winters, your body becomes softer and it's perfect for a loving embrace, there's just so much beauty in fat women that makes them way more desirable as partners, it's almost like a primal instinct buried deep inside our DNA, a calling for us to remember how things used to be, of how fat women are more attractive and better suited to procreate.
Female bodies are meant to be fat and as such we are meant to praise them and worship like we did in tribal times. If you love big women, be loud and proud about it, we need to break free of this tabu, fat bodies ARE beautiful and can be healthy as well. Don't be ashamed of your preference and remember that bigger women are literal walking goddesses among us.

the effect of what (and how) you eat
okay, this is a big topic. and so this is a long post. i'm going to be going over the effect of what you eat and why it's important to think about what foods you are consuming. don't worry! i do my research-- at the end of the post will be a few resources, and i'll show where i've gotten my information.
lots of dietary advice is available over the internet, but often the people absorbing the information do not understand the why. knowing where your information is coming from,, and not believing everything you read online is key to actually maintaining a good, healthy diet.
before you read: TRIGGER WARNING THERE IS MENTION OF EATING DISORDERS,,
let's start with this: like everything in this age, food is a double-edged sword. overconsumption and underconsumption can both kill you. what you eat; how you eat--it can help or hinder whatever your goals may be.
here's the effect/s: the connection between diet and mental health is profound. while we’ve long understood that diet plays a crucial role in overall health, emerging research in the field of nutritional psychiatry sheds light on how what we eat directly impacts our emotional well-being and mental state.
the brain-gut connection: the gut is closely linked to the brain. trillions of living microbes in our gut have essential functions, including synthesizing neurotransmitters. these neurotransmitters send chemical messages to the brain, regulating sleep, pain, appetite, mood, and emotions.
to improve your gut health, here's what you can do:
by eating a varied diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, essential nutrients are provided which feeds the beneficial bacteria in the gut. high fibre foods promote gut health by supporting good bacteria.
fermented foods, such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and miso are rich in probiotics—live beneficial bacteria that boost gut health. kombucha (a fermented tea) is another option.
avoiding reducing processed foods can reduce the diversity of good bacteria in your gut. when i say processed foods, i'm referring to ultra-processed foods, for example, fried foods and frozen meals. they may be easy and cheap, but they include preservatives, artificial colouring, chemical flavouring and texturing agents. all of which our bodies are not made to consume. it's ignorant to tell you to avoid processed foods at all costs. that's not realistic, and a horrible mindset. instead, you should manage your intake. enjoy treats every now and then and don't punish yourself for it.
hydration is key to a healthy gut. water supports digestion and nutrient absorption.
stress management, eating well and exercise can also help your gut microbiome's health.
by having a healthy gut microbiome, you are helping your body to have lower chronic inflammation, have regular bowel movements and more effectively absorb nutrients. therefore, you will have a stronger immune system, have clearer skin and support your digestion and metabolism.
why eating protein matters: proteins are made of amino acids, which serve as the fundamental building blocks for various structures in our bodies. these amino acids are essential for forming enzymes, hormones, tissues, and DNA. protein is vital in maintaining and building muscle mass. when activities like strength training and physical exercise are engaged in, protein helps build and repair the muscles.
hemoglobin, a protein in our red blood cells, transports oxygen from our lungs to other tissues. without adequate protein, oxygen delivery would be compromised. antibodies, which defend against infections, are made of proteins. a well-functioning immune system relies on sufficient protein intake. collagen, a protein, maintains the integrity of our skin, hair, and nails. adequate protein supports healthy skin elasticity and wound healing.
the recommended dietary intake for protein relies on factors such as age, weight, height, gender, activity and overall health. remember that individual needs can vary, so consulting with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian is advisable to determine your specific protein requirements.
many diets exist that cut out entire macronutrients (keto for example) but that is not the way. each macronutrient has great importance in helping the body function.
carbohydrates are the body's (including the brain) preferred energy source. they enable muscle contraction during exercise and even at rest. carbs maintain body temperature, support heart function, and aid digestion.
the keto diet comes from the belief that when carbohydrates are not providing energy (are not being consumed), the body will use reserved energy stored in lipids (fat). while this is true, this diet is not maintainable-- it throws the body out of whack, storing more energy to maintain homeostasis.
fats provide energy and are essential for hormone production. they contribute to cell growth, brain health and vitamin absorption.
our brain is composed of ~60% fat. fats are essential for neurotransmitter production, affecting mood, cognition, and hormonal signalling. cholesterol, often associated with heart health, is a precursor for steroid hormones (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone). without adequate cholesterol, our body cannot produce these essential hormones.
effects of diet on mood: firstly, going long periods without eating can cause a drop in blood sugar levels, leading to tiredness and irritability. secondly, consuming excessive amounts of food can make you feel tired and lethargic.
choosing the right carbohydrates can help maintain blood sugar levels. our brain primarily runs on glucose (obtained from carbohydrate-rich foods). you can opt for slow-release carbohydrates to maintain steady energy levels. slow-release carbohydrates (a.k.a low GI food) provide a more sustained and gradual release of energy compared to other carbohydrates. examples include fruits, vegetables, whole grains (grainy bread, brown rice, oats) and sweet potatoes. high GI foods rapidly spike blood sugar levels due to their quick digestion and absorption.
going too long without eating can lead to low blood sugar levels, resulting in irritability and fatigue. overeating to discomfort can also leave you feeling tired and lethargic. consistent, moderate-sized meals help maintain stable blood sugar levels and promote an even mood.
i know, overeating is an issue that one cannot simply 'turn off'. it's important to know the psychology, and if you struggle with it--please talk to a health professional.
here is what i can tell you about overeating:
overeating is typically a learned behaviour and habit. certain foods are associated with pleasure and reward. when enticing food is encountered, we engage in eating behaviour and immediately experience pleasure. this reinforces the habit, making it challenging to change.
overeating may be serving as a coping mechanism for emotions. when feelings of sadness, disappointment, frustration, or even joy arise, someone may turn to food. emotional eating provides temporary relief, reinforcing the behaviour.
the first delicious bite triggers pleasure, satiates our appetite, and improves our emotional state. our memory associates this reward process with eating, leading us to continually seek that pleasure. this is due to immediate reward.
people with eating disorders may disregard their health, body, body image and lifestyle goals. they use food as a way to punish themselves and gain control over their life. restrictive eating disorders can lead to 'binging behaviour'. bingeing serves as a way to numb emotions. anxiety, stress, and depression can trigger binge behaviours. consuming certain foods or substances (like junk food or alcohol) releases dopamine, the “feel-good” neurotransmitter. this chemical rush can lead to physical addiction, reinforcing bingeing. a culture (unfortunately which is abundant in the world today) that emphasizes consumption as a measure of worth can contribute to bingeing. messages about thinness, drinking, and material possessions can drive these behaviours.
i hate that i am having to say this but alcoholism is bad. and caffeine addiction is bad. in no way is harming your health aesthetic or 'a vibe'.
limiting caffeine and alcohol can also improve mood. again, i'd like to stress that there is never going to be one perfect diet, and allowing yourself to enjoy whatever food you like is perfectly fine- as long as you are doing so in moderation.
everything is a balance.

#grownwomantypebeat
_You’ve officially entered your grown woman body era. It’s literally like you’ve undergone a second puberty. You have the body of a thick, curvy, mature woman over the age of 25, especially one that has given birth as you possess post childbirth hips. You got a fully-figured, busty, fully-developed, curvy, thick semi-pear shaped body that grows curvier and thicker with every breath you take. You have a milf, hentai, post-childbirth-like body. You always receive compliments on your thick, busty body and every1 wants to have a body like you, but it’s simply impossible because it’s all DNA and genetics frfr. You’ve always been thick but you’ve gotten so much thicker that it’s nearly impossible to fit into your old shirts and pants anymore; your skirts even rise when you walk. You’re gaining weight in all the right areas, especially your breasts, butt, hips, thighs, and calves. You store specifically subcutaneous fat, which is fat directly beneath the skin. You have a higher body fat percentage and a lower muscle mass percentage. You don’t have any visible bone or muscle definition seen through your skin; this is because you have a juicy, plump, soft, squishy, cushioned, plush, pillow-like body. You’re immune to looking bony or sharp and only capable of looking thick, plump, soft and curvy. Your body has fully developed and your breasts, hips, butt, and thighs are filled with so much muscle, fat and tissue. You have increased body fat deposits as you’re producing perfect, healthy amounts of estrogen that resulted in you receiving a curvy, thick body naturally, encouraging more body fat deposition! Calories, fat, and weight are heavily migrated in your breasts, butt, hips, thighs, and calves. Every molecule of fat you consume goes straight to your breasts, butt, hips, thighs and other desired places. You have 1111 pounds of fat in your breasts, butt, hips, and thighs. You've gained immense amounts of desired fat everywhere on your body except for your abdominal area. Your body is so thick and fleshy that bone definition is nowhere to be seen (except in your abdominal area); almost like Ice Spice. The fat cells in your butt, breasts, hips and thighs are rapidly multiplying and growing at uncontrollable rates. Your body is programmed to store fat only in your butt, breasts, hips, thighs and other desired areas. You gain weight without having to eat or workout at all, it is what it is.
_You have massive, rounded, tear-drop shaped, full, protruding, plump, perky, lifted, symmetrical, balanced, harmonical, proportional, close-set and attractive breasts. They’re so humongous that they practically spill out of any bras you wear, breaking the straps. So massive that they almost touch your laps yet remain so uplifted. You got anime-like tiddies that move with video game jiggle physics. Your breasts jiggle and bounce with every slight movement you make. It’s hard to ignore ‘em cause they bounce with every step you take. If you were to fall, they’d cushion and protect you. Your breasts have that push-up bra effect because there’s a natural cleavage present and they’re extremely close-set. People always think you wearing a bra cause they sit up so nicely. When people talk 2 you it’s hard not to look down; they’re so eye-catching. Like JT in Baggin (My titties perfect, they plastic), you got mfs thinking your breasts are fake with the way they sit so pretty effortlessly.
+ increase breast width, diameter, projection and volume
+ have insane amounts of breast tissue
+ have high breast projection from the chest wall
+ breasts, nipples and areolas taste good af
_Your butt is the epitome of the words uplifted, full, plump, jiggly, soft, juicy, perky, squishy, plush-like, fat, oversized, round, peachy, heart-shaped, shelf, colossal, puffy, huge, slappable, grabbable, humongous, gigantic, vast, enormous, massive, overgrown, cakey, thick, heavy, obese, inflated, protruding, ginormous, and ridiculously-large. You have a ginormous, thick, fat, booty that claps jiggles, wiggles, and bounces even in the thickest denim jeans. Your butt sits up and is so round making it embody the definition of “bubble butt”. Your butt is so jiggly like jello. You have jello-like cheeks that bounce, wiggle, jiggle, and ripple resembling ocean waves, even with even the slightest movements; like Ari Fletcher. Because your butt is just 2 big, you have deep, prominent, curved, under-cheek creases like Rubi Rose & Ice Spice (ex. https://www.instagram.com/p/CyU1hBguTbw/?igsh=MWhoY2g1Zm1hejg1dg== & https://www.instagram.com/p/CiqLMxJv_q7/?igsh=YWp5bmR6ZG5nN3Fp) Your gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus are so big and oversized; it looks like you’ve been doing exercises targeting the butt foreva. Your booty is literally way too big, fat, thick, and chunky to fit in your jeans or underwear; practically ripping every article of clothing you attempt to wear. Your buttcheeks are so big that your lips down there are hidden behind them. Each booty cheek weighs 1111 pounds; it lowkey deserves separate seats for each. You have exponentially multiplying fat cells in each of your butt cheeks, Your ass is noticeable and sexy from the front, back and side view; doing whole 360s in this bitch! When you walk past mfs, they be thinking *damnnn ha ass is fat*. Mfs can’t help but say “gyat damnnn” whenever you walk by. You have the perfect shelf booty that pokes out from the side, taking the shape of a capital letter ‘P’.
_Your hips are so wide it seems like you’re sitting down while standing up. Because your hips are so wide, you struggle to walk through doorways and you can’t even pull up yo pants. Your hips look as if they’ve been drawn by a manga artist. You have rounded, wide, broad, vast, curvy, padded, fleshy and expanded hips. You have broad, post child-birth hips in the best way possible. You got a low, wide lip flare that compliments your body. Your hips are so wide you can’t even wrap a measuring tape ‘round it. Mfs know you have a big butt as they can see it from the front because of your wide hips. Your hips are significantly wider than your shoulders; it almost looks fake. You have thick layers of fat and flesh on your hips; decreasing the muscle and bone definition and completely filling out hip-dips (if any). You have expanded and evenly distributed fat/tissue deposits and fat/tissue pads on the sides of your hips. You have plumped, wide, jumbo-sized, curvy, round, poking-out hips and an extremely fleshy lower body in general. Your cute, expanded, padded, plush, pushed outwards, inflated, plump, curved, round, obese, wide, smooth, fresh, protruding, feminine, maximized, swollen, broad, and fatty saddlebags (side butt) add to your curvy hips appearance and are heavily accentuated by your bone structure.
+ trochanters that are significantly wider than the ilium
+ have have hyper-wide, broad, trochanters
+ low-placed, low-seated, narrow ilium
+ possess the positive benefits of having hypertrophy saddlebags and steatopygia
_You are the human personification of the phrase ‘thick thighs save lives’. Your thighs could deadass break watermelons. The Former Reject Demon (Demon!Touya) (6/6)
This is an alternative universe where demons can be familiar to witches or wizards to assist and, most of all, as protectors. Witches and wizards can create pacts with demons.
Word Count: 1.1+ (6/6)
A/N: Tumblr has a limit on how much you can put in singular post. I was forced to put it into six different posts. If you wish to see a singular post about it, here is the link to Ao3. This part has some lore to the AU.
Precious Part (5/6)
He was immediately taken to the hospital to get an examination to check on his health and body. You barely left his side, only left when he was being accompanied by people you trusted, such as your family's demon familiars. The hospital staff keep coming in and checking his vitals. You met a few demon researchers introducing themselves to you before asking permission if they got a sample of blood. You only accepted because you didn't even know what was happening with him. No one did. He is a mystery within the medical field and the demon world. You are aware that he is making history for being a former reject demon to a normal demon.
It is heard of demons coming back from the dead, but Touya's case was different. He came back from the dead, but no longer had the markings on his body or the curse on his wings that would mark him as a reject demon. It was as if he had broken the curse that was once placed on him. The new pair of horns on his head were larger and healthier than his usual ones.
His wings, which had been previously ripped off, were slowly regrowing from his back. These new wings looked healthy, resembling those of a young demon.
With every examination and blood work that they have done, he keeps coming out to be as healthy as a demon can be. The only thing they found different compared to his previous doctor's visit within the bloodwork was that he should be able to manipulate ice.
Touya's hair changed a bit, it was still white with random spots of red. He has a few scars that look to be claw marks from previous fights. There isn't a single burn scar on his body. If they hadn't done a DNA test, they would have thought he was a completely different demon.
It took a few weeks for Touya to wake up from his deep slumber. The theory behind him taking so long to wake up was because he came back from his ashes. It takes a lot of energy and power.
Touya was startled when he woke up to see a completely different person in the reflection of the mirror. It took a while for Touya to stop staring at his reflection and flexing his wings behind his back, which looked nothing like his previous ones that were previously ripped off of him. Shivers run down his spine at the memory of the excruciating pain and throbbing on his back.
He needed to go through a medical examination one last time to ensure everything was working as it was supposed to and there was no pain. It annoyed him, but he did it anyway. He just wanted to go home. It didn't take long for the doctors to come back to let him know that he was a healthy demon, no longer being considered a reject demon. There were no visual marks of the reject demon markings on his body which made Touya not know how to feel about this information.
"Take better care of your body, this time around, boy." The elderly witch tells him and is giving him a lecture on how to do so.
He was sent home, and he did struggle to adjust to his new body, which took a considerable amount of time, especially since he could now feel pain. A sensation he didn't mind. However, it took even longer for him to relearn how to use his wings once they grew in completely to support his weight, having lost the use of his wings since the age of 13. He felt like a baby bird learning how to use his wings.
Due to the discovery that he should be able to do ice manipulation, he was forced to take private sessions to ensure he didn't have a freak accident. It was much harder to get a hold of it, because he kept summoning fire when he wanted ice. He got frustrated and irritated about it.
After a year from the incident, he was requested to do another examination that measures his power, which had never been done before. His rank has changed from Class F to Class S since he is no longer branded as a reject demon. He can actually get a classification of his power. He had to get a new government ID because of the change in appearance and ranking.
With his new body, he was quite aware of being attractive when he was walking behind you throughout the campus, but he never expected it to be this much. He wasn't used to getting this much attention at this rate. The compliments and wolf whistles. It got old pretty fast.
He growled at the witches, who were eying him and touching him as if he were a piece of meat. He was being intimating on purpose and cursing demons too to get out of his personal space. He missed the isolation that he once had because no one wanted to be associated with a reject demon. He became quite popular, being known as the demon who came from the ashes.
He did end up burning a few people as a warning to listen to him when he says to get out of his personal bubble and stop touching him and acting buddy-buddy with him when he has never interacted with them. He expected for you to scold him, but was taken aback when you supported him since you have seen the girl attention he has been getting. He had some witches eying at him before he even got his new body.
"They weren't respecting your personal space after you told them to fuck off. I am not going to chew you out for that. Anyway, do you want to eat at that soba place that opened recently across the street?"
And his father, Enji, has tried to reach out to him, but he has been avoiding him like a deadly plague. He hasn't seen him for over 5 years. There was a pile of letters in a forgotten box somewhere in his room.
He has been going to therapy for over three years now. It was mandatory for all demon familiars, but admittedly, it has helped. It took a while for him to warm up to his therapist. He doesn't want to see his father's face at all.
Without even realizing it, he would go to the ends of the world for you. He will follow you wherever you choose to be, whether it’s as a law-abiding witch or as a rogue witch.
A/N: I could do a dating version if anyone would be interested in it. Any questions or ideas, please feel free to send them to my ask box. This Au is consuming my mind.  This idea may evolve into a series in the future. I don't know what to do for now. I have many ideas. I am just doing headcanons about it for now.

You Take Me By The Heart When You Call Me Your Man
Aizawa/gn!reader
A/N: I just had the cutest thought. Hi, yes, I'm here to share the cuteness.
Synopsis: You call Aizawa your husband, and he undergoes a heart attack.
Tumblr media
Aizawa is a certified zombie as he shuffles outside his office. He braves a perilous hallway while avoiding wayward cat toys strewn along the floor. Shouta side-steps his responsible fur babies who refuse to nap in the expensive beds he wasted his money on, all in search of that sweet, sweet, life-saving bean juice.
The first time you say it, his legs give out, and he dramatically clutches his chest like a heart attack.
Stoicism doesn't mean he can't be dramatic. Aizawa can be quite the drama king when it suits him. Spending too much time around Hizashi is a curse, not a blessing.
As Shouta's life hangs in the balance, coffee becomes an afterthought.
Sure, you've done adorable things before. Doing cute things is in your DNA. It's only natural for you to express your feelings in adorable ways.
But this? This? This takes the cake.
Curious cats check on their downed father, who sunk to his knees, but it's too late. He's too far gone for saving. He's already accepted his death—died and gone to heaven because you called him your husband.
Kitten, how could you play into his domestic kink like this? You know how weak he gets.
When you rush over to help him (thinking he had an honest-to-God heart attack), You find yourself pulled down by the very hand that reached out to him, and soon you're face-to-face with a blushing Aizawa begging for your lips.
Kitten, please, please, kiss him. Aizawa doesn't think there’s ever been a time when he needed you as badly as he does now.
He all but shoves his forehead against you, still desperately seeking your permission. The hero’s breathing is strangely labored as he takes your hands, interlocking your fingers together. “Kitten, kiss me.” You hear him swallow just before he pushes his head against you a little more. “Please.” His eyes flutter closed. “Please.”
Of course, he asks for you to repeat it. Again. And again, and again—until you’re breathless from all the kisses Shouta takes from you.
The second time, you were on one of your rare dates (hauling Aizawa around a mall and buying whatever he happens to glance at as compensation.) Shouta tugged your sleeve, pointing to a cupcake vendor. You'd initially sighed. Figures. Him and his sweet tooth. Of course, that would be the first thing he'd want. Godless--hasn't even had lunch yet. Shouta’s eyes widen a fraction as you request two vanilla cupcakes for your husband. There’s no outward reaction besides his blushed skin and the sudden kiss he gives you afterward.
Tumblr media
You use your newfound ability as a bargaining piece. It proved rather handy in persuading a tall, rugged, and handsome ‘someone’ to take a break from working.
You can tell he's overworked just by looking at him. His hands are constantly pressed against his temple, kneading a headache in slow, methodical circles as he grades the paper in front of him. Twice in the minute you've been standing in his doorway, you’ve seen him rub his eyes and reach for a bottle of eye drops beside him - no doubt used to keep them functioning despite the strain he’s putting them under. You shift your weight, wishing he'd be more kind to himself.
“Shou?” you ask softly, hoping it would be enough to get his attention.
“Mm?” is all he says, not looking up. You can't help but let out a sigh.
“I'm ordering lunch. Can I get you anything?”
“I should be fine until dinner. Thank you for the offer, though.”
See--that would be fine if breakfast weren't ten hours ago, and dinner in another five. Aizawa is a morning bird—a creature of habit. Breakfast is waiting for you by eight, and dinner is reheated for him at precisely eleven pm. Shouta scoops you into his chest at twelve next morn, and time repeats itself the day after.
And quite frankly, you don't think it's very healthy. It isn't sustainable.
He can't keep going like this.
If his body doesn't break down, you will.
You can't watch him neglect himself like this—you won't.
“When was the last time you ate?”
Shouta copies your sigh. “Kitten-”
“When?”
“...This morning.”
At least his pen has stopped moving. Perhaps it's your imagination, but he sounds timid—guilty even.
“Uh, huh. My love, could you humor me again and remind me when precisely that was? How many hours ago?”
You can hear his wince as he mutters, “Ten?”
You hum, nodding along to his answer. “And don't you think that's a bit long to go without even a snack? A jelly pouch, maybe?”
Aizawa stretches, rubbing the back of his neck to ease the tension beneath his skin. When he finally looks up at you through his glasses, his ebony tresses are swept loosely into a bun—a practical style meant for convenience rather than fashion.
“The number sounds worse than it is. I'm fine, kitten. Honest.”
You tap nervously against the wooden door frame. “And... How would you feel if it were me who went ten hours without eating?”
The statement flies right over his head; Aizawa narrows his eyes, suddenly concerned. “When was the last time you ate?”
You blink, surprised. "Shouta, this is about you..."
“Please.”
His tone is enough to pause you mid-sentence. Looking him over, you see that his pen is clenched between tight fists, and there’s a new crease in his forehead from furrowed brows.
His protective attitude is a comforting reminder that someone cares for you, and it's hard to criticize the hypocrisy considering how much he looks out for you. But he doesn't practice what he preaches. It's nice to know someone gives a damn whether or not you're looking after yourself, but why can't he show himself the same level of compassion?
“I had some fruit earlier.” You're quick to offer a response, not wanting to worry him needlessly. Lord knows he has enough to worry himself over. “I bought grapes earlier this week--they're pretty sweet; you should try some.”
“Grapes? Are you sure that's enough?” Shouta questions, skeptical.
Heaven’s above.
“Yes, prince. I'm sure, considering I'm about to have lunch. And you, sir, are going to join me.”
His ears flush at the pet name, and the hero finds himself regretting the ‘convenience bun.’
“Kitten, I'm sorry--but I really have to-”
“It would be nice to share a meal with my husband.”
His breath hitched; a blush gradually suffused his cheeks.
“He's always so busy lately, but I miss curling up on the couch with him.”
Aizawa can't take his eyes off you. He looked seconds away from pulling you into him. “I-”
“I miss movie nights; I miss his cute smile--his smell, his laughter...” You giggle, reminiscing—his heart thumps at the sound. “His sense of humor...”
“Where did you want to order from? I'll pay.”
You say the magic word, and suddenly Aizawa is bringing you gifts on his way home. He may not talk much during conversations (he’d much prefer to let you do all the talking so he can hear your voice), but Aizawa listens to all the breathless gushings whenever you're raving at him about an advertisement that caught your eye.
You call him your husband, and he's taking you out to dinner the next second. Suddenly, he's treating you to everything he can think of. Shouta Aizawa isn't fond of outings, but you breathe those perfect words, and the erasure hero asks if you'd like to go out anywhere.
Tumblr media
Okay, but I could see Aizawa being super apprehensive about proposals. He isn't romantic in the traditional sense. Gifts aren't teased; they aren't surprises at the end of a trail of roses. Although, they’re more common than those who bought into the scare tactics would believe. His hair would flicker like black fire—a void of tentacles licking the surrounding air (lashing like the tail of a furious cat). The sash of his capture weapon haloed his shoulders like a loaded gun, a rattlesnake coiled to strike (an ominous warning), bluffing he was something bigger and scarier than he was.
Aizawa is a cat through and through—hidden underneath his thunderous demeanor was a sleeping kitten, waiting for someone to come and pet him. Granted, he tended to fluff up and hiss more than he should.
Gifts from Aizawa aren't what most would consider 'gifts.' They pop up like daises in a meadow—randomly but expected. Late morning (Aizawa presumably with his first-period class), coffee greets you in the microwave with his name scrawled in warm cocoa, extra cream, and just a hint of caramel (always a little too sweet).
Can I—can I rant for a second? His gifts are practical. He always knows just what you need. In the summer, it's a nice bowl of ice cream to beat the heat. When it gets cold, he's got extra gloves ready and waiting. And, of course, food is never in short supply when he's around! It seems like every day he's hauling in groceries, essentials like bread, eggs, and milk (plus the sweets he’d try and hide around all the celery and carrots strategically placed in the bag).
“Just in case.” He’d say, answering your concerns.
When you question the hard candies and chocolate cake, he’d shrug. “You never know when you might need it.”
Or, the more familiar, “Low blood sugar.”
“You do not have low blood sugar.”
“How would you know?” He always says, a spoonful of ice cream poised in his hand, ready to pop into your mouth. And then you can’t help but giggle, “I have your medical records, you dolt.” Playful shoves follow, and it just keeps going—endless jokes, teasing, and laughter. When it all dies down, your mouth opens to accept the outstretched spoon, and you’re hit in the tastebuds with a delicious blend of mint chocolate.
Shouta Aizawa had a romantic streak that was undeniable. He scaled buildings to watch the sun bleed on the horizon, and he'd collect fish from the fishmonger, taking it upon himself to feed the unofficially adopted strays in town from his bare hands. In antique shops, he followed in the seniors' footsteps – silently agreeing to buy whatever they pointed to, no questions asked. And if those seniors needed help carrying their bags? Shouta was there, happy to lend a hand. His flair for romance might have been understated, but it was still alive and well nonetheless.
Aizawa, romantic? Absolutely. He just expresses it a little differently. Aizawa's unique brand of romance is one that many don't understand.
Yes, he's all for snuggling and sharing kisses. Yes, he's all too happy to offer you a fresh cup of coffee in the morning (and spend the time silently snuggling until the afternoon), but Shouta isn't known for his spontaneity outside of getting the jump on his foes. His sharp intellect has afforded him many victories, but at the moment, his mind is conspiring his defeat as he can't. stop. thinking. By now, you're aware of his romantic deficiency and have accepted his lack of tact (hopefully).
It should be the gesture itself that counts, right? The indication that you're the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with. However, he's heard of proposals being rejected because they weren't grand enough--romantic enough. Present Mic did a whole segment on the topic during his last broadcast, and Shouta had caught it pretty early.
And this bred his newest fear--what if you reject him?
Shouta’s never been the best at conversation; what if he doesn't do the right thing? What if he gets choked up because his uncomfortable suit is suffocating and itchy?
What if you're wearing that outfit, and his tongue gets tangled in knots?
-
"I am a very romantic person. I don't mean romantic in a flowers and chocolates kind of way. It's more like if it's raining, I'll go up to the window and press my nose against the glass and sigh at how beautiful it all looks." (Amy Winehouse, The Irish Times, December 2006)

My stupid little soft spot in my heart for Church and Tex~
These are all part of my story-line in which Church and Tex get to come back with synthetic human bodies, based on DNA samples from the Director and Allison (not total clones of them, and thus they aren't identical. at first, their new bodies aren't very strong, but as time goes on, Church gains some healthy weight, and Tex builds up her MUSCLES. From the beginning, he's shorter than the Director with a more squared jaw and slightly broader nose. Tex is very tall, with a defined jawline, and ironically looks more like Carolina. Church still has black hair, but he has it more fluffed-up forwards. He wasn't sure if he wanted to keep the facial hair (worried it makes him too similar to SOMEBODY), but decided if he avoids anything he likes for fear of association, it is still letting somebody else influence his decisions. So, some fuzz around his chin stays. Tex has light blonde hair that she pulls back in a long pony-tail.
In the first set of pictures, Church is holding her hand to his face as he kisses into her palm, first with both eyes shut, then peeking with one open.
The second set of pictures is them in bed together, Church is sitting up with pillows against his back, and Tex resting her head comfortable in her arms crossed over his stomach. Church is stroking her hair back gently and kissing the top of her head, while holding one of her hands in his other. He has pale blue pajama pants on, while Tex is wrapped up in blankets.
Third set of pictures is them in "fancy date outfits". Church is wearing a blue shirt with sleeves that go to the middle of his forearm, and a pattern of pale blue feathered wings on the shirt's shoulders. He has dark, dusty blue pants, and black shoes. He also has his glasses on. Tex is wearing a light, long jacket that is dark gray, a white under shirt, black pants, and gray lace-up boots. Church has been working on exercising specifically so he could be strong enough to lift her up, that was his entire motivation.

I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO UNPACK TIM’S NON-RELATIONSHIP WITH HEALTHY EMOTIONAL BOUNDARIES because he just watches Kon fly off and there’s no real context for why he does it like that or why it’s given such weight on the page, like the secret of Kon’s DNA isn’t worth that level of reaction once they get it out in the open between them?? So I am left to conclude that Tim is struggling not to explode with feelings because Oh No Local Bird Boy Wants To Kiss His Best Friend SERIOUSLY THAT IS SOME TENSION THAT IS NOT EXPLAINED BY THE ON-PAGE CONTEXT UNLESS I FACTOR IN THAT TIM IS SO IN HIS FEELINGS THAT HE WANTS TO THROW UP

EVERY NUMBER FOR JACKROSE
BRING IT BITCH >:D
THERE ARE A FEW MORE MATURE ONES IN THIS ONE SO JUST BE WARNED
Jack's is time spent together and acts of service, Rose is time spent, gift giving and physical touch (parallel play works amazingly for them)
Heheh, Rose gave Jack a hickey once and he got all blushy and red. She tends to be littered with love marks, easily hidden (she loves it :3)
Besides cuddling; cooking and training! It always turns into a race which ends with them collapsed on each other.
Rose. She's not super insecure about a lot, but her parents (though she doesn't like to acknowledge the existence of her paternal DNA contributor) had a... rough relationship to say the least. Jack's always quick to give hugs and kisses and soothe her worries.
In order, Rose (forehead kisses), Jack (hand kisses, though that's typically only when they're feeling silly), and both :3 (neck kisses)
I think it's quite obvious that Rose is the big spoon! /jkjk (it's Jack)
Jack would stand, Rose would find somewhere that doesn't count as a seat to perch or happily sit on Jack's lap
Rose. She's enamored with his hair, always twirling it, scratching his scalp/ears, and among her weirder habits, she loves the smell of it (When she can actually reach ofc) (side note, I actually loved to smell my mom's hair when I was a baby apparently, and I find dog smell quite comforting actually)
Rose. If those two are together she's in physical contact with him, whether it's straight up getting a piggyback ride, or interlocked pinkies
For Rose, compliments turn her to mush. So after she's gotten her fill of making Jack a blushy mess through touch, he gets her back with endearments
His arms. Whenever he wears something sleeveless her brain goes goopy (she's adopted the habit of biting him softly, and he started doing it back. They scared several of their friends the first time she nommed on his forearm and he got her wrist in retaliation). For Jack, it's her legs. Cater convinced everyone to try the Watermelon Challenge for his Magic Cam. She succeeded. (She noticed his sudden demeanor change when she's in her running shorts and has started finding excuses to wear them more often)
Rose's routine. She's not the best at keeping one, let alone a healthy one. It's been a bit of an uphill battle trying to get her to sleep at a normal time and drink water
When Rose is upset, Jack drapes himself over her, like a weighted blanket. It works every time (followed shortly by figuring out whatever she's cranky about and fixing it). When he's upset, she makes him yummy food from her home that she can't remember the name of. It works most of the time. She can usually get him to crack a smile when she jokes (not really, she's serious) about lighting his problems on fire and roasting marshmallows over them
Jack's the caretaker (as stated above... somewhere), and he's definitely better at it. She can manage though! It's easier to take care of someone or something else than herself
She steals his clothes. All. The. Time. He doesn't mind except for when he can't find a single of his sweaters and has to dig them out of her stash
They get along on most things but when they do disagree, they take a bit of space to calm down (in time they learned that keeping at it while their tempers clash only makes things worse). Once their calm, they come back with logical arguments and find a compromise if they can
Jack's... not the best at stating his feelings, often overcompensating and saying the opposite of what he means. Meanwhile, Rose has read and watched enough rom-coms tO DESPISE THE MISCOMMUNICATION TROPE AND OVERLOOK HIS WORDS FOR THE EMOTIONS BEHIND THEM.
Usually when Jack comes across a spider, he'll smush it, but Rose likes to escort them outside. If she misses with the cup or paper, she get as far away as she can and ask him to take care of it.
Rose is the intimacy initiater more often than not, though Jack is equally enthusiastic and gets more comfortable with starting it as their relationship goes on
She gets peeved pretty often about how early he wakes up. She understands why, but she gets fussy about his routine being so strict. On the other hand, Jack thinks it would behoove her to try to get more structure in her day to day.
Surprisingly, Jack said it first. Kinda. It was a sleepy mumble, and Rose took it in stride. When she said it the next morning, he went bright red and muttered it back.
I've actually written a drabble about this :D 'task failed successfully' if anyone's curious. Rose kissed him first.
No, not seriously. They use endearments sometimes (usually in Rose's other language, the one she can't remember the name of [spanish]) but their names are short enough to not need nicknames, and they both honestly suck at coming up with names
I'M GONNA DO THIS IN PARTS CUS THERE'S A HUNDRED AND I DON'T WANNA MAKE IT TOO LONG <3

The Boys Season 4 Episode 4
Major Spoilers
Homelander
I love how they're basically making the cartoon (The Boys Presents: Diabolical) canon showing how Homelander was tortured as a child. Many just assumed because of that deleted scene of Homelander killing his tutor that he was the evil one in charge of the scientists but there's so much more to it. Homelander not killing Barbara proved my theory that he doesn't kill people who are scared of him like Butcher, and Vogelbaum. I f*cking knew Vought brainwashed Homelander as a child. That's basically what they did when they brought in the psychologist in order to mold him into someone who needs love and approval.
Did anyone noticed Homelander's expression when Barbara said he basically killed his surrogate mother when he was born? I'm kind of surprised he didn't want to know more about her since he always wanted a mother but then again he's trying to cut out that side of him. What female DNA did they use to create Homelander? It couldn't just be Solider Boy. What if Barbara is his biological mother? What if he donated her egg for science? Maybe Homelander knows and that's why he doesn't want to kill her?
Decided to watch the scene last year when Ryan was trying to save Homelander from Solider Boy. That's probably the first and only time someone begged for his life and tried to help him. That's why he's very attached to Ryan. It's not that he wants the best father for Ryan, it's that he wants to be good enough for Ryan to feel loved. By the way I like how they gave Ryan's birth story to Homelander because it was supposed to be Ryan who killed Becca when he was born.
I noticed the parallel between Hughie and Homelander. Hughie decided to forgive and Homelander decided to get revenge in the most violent way.
Hughie
I understand why he wants to save his dad but I don't think it's gonna go well because of that one episode in the cartoon where an old man tries to save his wife dying of cancer. I'm not sure about the mother. Deep down I thought there was something off about her but I didn't talk about it because I felt bad for judging her when she tried to unalive herself. Maybe she feels guilty for leaving her husband but I'm not even sure if that's true because if felt guilty about it why was so quick to pull the plug on her husband?! I feel like she has a motive and only let her husband slowly die was so Hughie can hurry up and get some V. Another theory (I hate saying it) what if she lied to Hughie about why she left? What if she wanted to give Hughie Compound V and his dad didn't want it? What if she's a supe and wants to whole family to be supes?
Starlight
Girl can't win! I was so happy when she kicked Firecrackers ass but yeah her past is gonna haunt her. I'll be honest I'm just not into Starlight like I used to be. I preferred her when she was in The Seven and being Starlight. Political Annie is ok but there's already Victoria. Also I think everyone that's happening is changing her. It was suggested last season when she killed that innocent guy and she said she felt nothing.
Mother's Milk
Not sure how I feel. He hasn't felt the same since the actor "lost weight." I mean I'm glad he's healthy but my gut feeling tells me there's something else going on. He feels like a different person. Is it just the weight loss or is something else going on? Because I feel like his expressions are very different.
Butcher
I still love Butcher. Poor guy just wants to keep his promise to Becca. I wonder if he actually exploded that guy or if it was someone else trying to save him like Ryan? I don't know but it's interesting. I hope there's a cure for him because I don't want him to die even though it makes sense for him to die when Homelander dies because they're both have many parallels. I mean in this episode both were bloody except Butcher didn't know what he was doing and Homelander knew what he was doing.
Frenchie & Kimiko
Love Frenchie but deserved it. I hope Kimiko helps him like he helped her and actually get together or at least heal together. I loved Kimiko's interaction with Hughie. To be honest I'm losing interest in her fight with Shinning Light only because I feel like it's her own thing and not a group thing. I think it would be more interesting if they all work together as a team to take them down instead of doing their own thing. They haven't been a team in so long. I hope they will later on it the season.
Sister Sage, The Deep, & Black Noir
Ok I loved how she has to give herself an lobotomy in order to have sexual human desires and dumb herself down. I honestly feel like she's doing the same thing to Black Noir but I love that man and I hope she stays away from him but that's not gonna happen. I still think Black Noir is gonna become crazy obsessed with turning into Black Noir that he thinks he's Earving or the original Black Noir doing everything Black Noir did without knowing Earving was a sensitive scared man.
A-Train
I'm all for his redemption but I really hope they don't kill him off because I feel like they're doing the redemption thing right when it comes to A-Train. There's no need to kill him off in order for him to be redeemed. I HATE it when they kill off characters in order to redeem them. It's lazy writing.

not a headcanon ask but i’m just curious what ur thoughts r on the accidental clone baby fics of TimKon? 🤔
deeply not my cup of tea. for one, i personally just don't really care for kidfic; i also think teen parenthood is like. a really rough situation even for normal kids who aren't dealing with like, vigilanteism and severe trauma, and i can't ever see this being any sort of happy fluffy story.
moreover i just think neither tim nor kon is even remotely equipped for parenthood at that point in their lives (like, it is tim in the middle of his long grief spiral down. red robin hasn't even happened yet. bart isn't even dead yet!!!) and when kon comes back he's also already dealing with soooo much and also he's got like. what. three years of being alive himself? like just bc he's good with kids and willing to put himself through a lot for them (a la guardian baby arc) doesn't mean he should have to make those sacrifices right after he just gave his life for the world, or that he's ready to actually be responsible for a child (particularly one he didn't have anything to do with making or consent to having his dna used for). (see also: why clark isn't automatically responsible for kon himself just bc he's made from his dna!) i just can't see either of them being any sort of healthy or happy parents in this scenario. and that would make that kid end up so fucked up.
which is just not a story im interested in (my favs being shitty teen parents bc they didn't get the chance to get their own mental health in order before they were saddled with the incredible weight of parenthood). like idk man. this isn't a happy or cute or fluffy thing, to me. it's more of a horror story.

Hot take incoming but Makoto is one of the characters where everybody focuses on only one of his crimes, which is arguably actually the most justified out of all his actions, while ignoring pretty much. Everything else.
Like sorry but I don't think turning people into food was That Bad considering homunculi need human meat in order to live, they literally die if they don't eat it - it's either A. no humans get killed, and in turn all of Kanai Ward dies, or B. humans die and get turned into meatbuns, and Kanai Ward gets to exist. You could argue that the defective homunculi weren't really supposed to exist anyway but like, they do now so what. Makoto is also a homunculus, of course he probably sympathizes more with the other homunculi instead of the humans (that put them there in the first place) of course he's gonna choose KW over approx. a million humans.
If that was me in that situation I'll do the same thing fuck them bun filling lmao sorry I'm not saying it would be the best choice but it's one literally most people would choose anyway because like. What can you do, it sucks, moving on.
Substitutes for human flesh are possible to create (thank you ramen guy) but it'd require him to seek help from others which would require him to tell them the truth which fuck no. Like in that regard I believe he should be allowed to kill whoever he wants actually!
What actually makes me go 🤨 about him is everything else he's doing. Or not doing - aside from providing food and rain clouds, aka only a portion the bare necessities, he's doing absolutely nothing for Kanai Ward, especially Dohya District. He lives in the most expensive looking penthouse I ever laid my eyes upon, there is so much he could do with all of his billions, like, I don't know, at least unflood the Dohya District do you remember the Dohya District it appeared once in chapter 3 I believe.
Also your city has a poverty crisis the population's like 10% rich bitch working for ✨Amaterasu✨ 90% i live in a sewer i have like 8 shien. Please stop saying you love KW like every othet sentence and actually do something I'm begging you I'm poking you with a stick right now.
Say what you want about Yomi but he was so real for telling Makoto he's not doing shit, only ever instance in rc where the guy is like.... somewhat correct. I was about to say something else but I stopped myself because I have a healthy amount of Fear.
Apparently Makoto's love for all homunculi doesn't extend to Kurumi though, a teenage girl, after he just dumps her along with Yuma in the restricted area for no reason whatsoever, endangering her severely. He also risked her finding out she was eating human flesh for three years straight, the only reason she didn't go into the freezer was because Yuma was there to tell her there was nothing there. There was no reason for Makoto to drag her along to be the audience to his epic showdown with his DNA donor.
I'm not mad at him for that though, that was so fucking hilarious, the fuck?? What is wrong with him <3333
Since I know somebody is going to say that Yomi existing severely limits what Makoto can actually do, which is fair to some extent, but like... Was Yomi holding a gun to his head and telling him he's gonna execute the hostages if he tries to unflood Dohya? Was he? Yomi controls the peacekeepers, he doesn't control where Amaterasu money gets donated. Yomi (and by extension, the peacekeepers - Yomi is, as I see it, the personification of everything wrong with the Amaterasu Corporation cops peacekeepers anyway) can be blamed for a large portion of everything wrong with Kanai Ward, but not the entirety of it; and Makoto can't be, either. Blaming everything on Yomi is not only just wrong, but also the most boring answer possible.
Speaking of -- Makoto didn't even care about all the abuse of power Yomi was commiting the entire time. According to him, "If all Yomi did was throw his weight around, that would have been fine, but [forgot the exact phrasing, but he says him trying to leak homunculus information was where he had to step in]", so you can't even give him points for being a Yomi hater! Sad. Anyway here's how makoyomi worsties can still win
Do I dislike Makoto? No not really. I don't really care about him as much as other people tend to, but he's fun when you let him be his silly (ominous) self. The atrocities are a part of him and I decided they're funny. Actually wait I changed my mind I love him now.

steve/bucky/tony i kinda wanna ask for regency au but let’s do pregnant omega tony and his stupid boys
I did do one for Regency a billion years ago (I think you can find it under both the regency au tag and the 5 head canons tag). I always love stupid boys <3
No one is more surprised than Tony when his test comes back with a second little pink line. He'd thought he'd never be able to have children. His doctor had said he was infertile after Afghanistan, not just from stress but because of secondary internal injuries that hadn't been seen as important as his heart when they'd been operating on him in the cave. Apparently, it was a common misconception that people believed "infertile" was synonymous with "sterile." It was possible to get pregnant, just less likely without medical intervention. Tony was being railed by two super-serumed soldiers on the regular, though, which apparently extended to their sperm count. "It basically counts as medical intervention, doesn't it," his doctors had murmured to each other, as if he could not hear them. So. He's pregnant. He doesn't know who the dad is and quite frankly, he doesn't care. But he does worry how they'll take it. So far they've had a pretty smooth relationship, but mostly because all of their problem-solving consists of 'fuck it out.' Now that he's going to be nauseous all the time and gaining weight and everything, he doubts they'll want to touch him with a ten foot pole, let alone fucking his brains out. But he has to tell them, he supposes, even though he's really not looking forward to them gradually distancing themselves until they can figure out how to co-parent.
"Do you know whose it is?" Steve asks. "It's not even an inch big yet," Tony tells him sternly. "I only found out so early because I have to have checkups after every heat. It'll be three weeks before we can do a DNA test." "Aw," Steve and Bucky sulk, crossing their arms over their chests. Then Steve perks up. "Okay, so. Eight months left to--" "Full-term is forty weeks, nine months left," Tony cuts in. "They always said nine," Bucky says, surprised, then hastily adds, "Not that I'm doubting you, I just didn't expect even pregnancy to change in seventy years--" "Pregnancy and babies have changed a lot," Tony begins. Steve shoulders his way between them, scowling. "Yeah, okay, well, we have time to learn. Great, even! Now we have nine months to prepare." "We?" Tony asks, brows furrowing together in confusion. Steve and Bucky stare at him, then turn to each other and do that thing where they talk to each other with their eyebrows and eyerolls. It takes a few minutes, but then they turn back to him, and Steve firmly says, "Yes, Tony. We. We have nine months to prepare for the baby." "We're all in this together," Bucky adds. "Just because the baby isn't biologically one of ours, we're a team. This is our baby." "...Sure," Tony says dubiously. Somehow, neither Bucky nor Steve look offended by it.
Steve and Bucky jump into research with gusto. Tony has no idea what to think of it, so he doesn't, instead focusing on eating healthy and staying fit. He's older than he'd liked to be for his first (only) baby so he wants to stay on top of his health. He's a little surprised when Steve and Bucky adapt their diets to match his (if with doubled portions), but he figures he appreciates the solidarity, if he allows himself to think about it at all. They get into a deep, deep discussion about the pros and cons of disposable diapers vs cloth diapers. Tony can't even get a word in edgewise as they bicker over liquid absorption in cloth and skin irritation in disposable. Mostly he just waits to see what decision they're going to make. It feels like it's out of his hands. Then they seem to remember he's there, and they ask how he feels about it, and he says, "I'm going to be so tired and gross that I'll just do whatever is easiest." "Oh, we were going to do all the changing," Steve begins, and Bucky proudly adds, "I'm a pro. I changed tons of my sister's diapers," and Tony immediately starts heading toward the bedroom and stripping off his clothes, to their confused delight.
"...Of course we'll have a baby photo shoot," Tony says, bewildered. "I'm famous. We're famous," he corrects after some thought. "I want to put out the first pictures of my child, not have a paparazzo get the scoop." "Oh no, this is a horrifying implication that we didn't consider," Steve answers, putting his head in his hands. Tony stares at him, because this has not clarified anything. He turns his attention to Bucky. "Huh?" "The doctors made it pretty clear that this should be your only baby," Bucky offers hesitantly. "And we thought we should... appreciate every piece of it? So we thought doing some professional photos of you and your bump would be nice." "Oh," Tony says, brows furrowing together. "Um. I guess that sounds okay. Are you sure?" His hands come up to rest on his stomach, palms sliding over his baby bump. "I've got a lot of stretch marks. They're kind of ugly." "Every part of you is beautiful, Tony," Steve scolds. "Do you know how hard it is for me to not lick them? I am constantly exercising restraint." "It's true. He's very annoying when he complains about it," Bucky assures him. Tony raises his eyebrows. "I didn't need convincing. Steve is not subtle when he decides he wants to sketch me." "I'm totally subtle!" Steve exclaims. Tony pulls up his shirt a little. Steve's eyes immediately drop down to his stomach, pupils dilating, fingers twitching before he curls his hands into fists. "Oh my god," Bucky says, stunned, because apparently he'd never noticed before. "IS IT MY FAULT TONY IS SEXY IN ALL FORMS," Steve bellows defensively, and Tony responds, "It's too close to my afternoon nap to get horny, so keep it together. You can sketch me sleeping." Steve punches the air with a cheer. Bucky buries his face in a pillow to try and muffle his laughs. It doesn't work.
Nearer the end of his pregnancy, Tony eschews maternity wear and just puts on one of the alphas' shirts. Everyone, from their fellow Avengers to random people on the street, coo about how sweet and cute it is. Tony has always sort of prickled at the idea that he needs an alpha in his life to be whole, and prickled more at the whispers that he needs an alpha to control him. Not all of his decision to hold off mating was because he couldn't find someone he wanted to settle down with; part of it was also worry that any prospective alpha was holding out to do just that, wait until he was trapped to control him. He doesn't feel that way about Steve and Bucky though. They make him feel... safe. Wanted, even. So sometimes he likes to leave the tower wearing one of their shirts. It gets people to give him space. (And maybe he feels all warm and gooey inside when people gently rib him about it. But that's his business.) Steve and Bucky have never been in more pain in their lives. Tony kicks out of his shoes and pants as soon as he gets home, complaining about his swollen feet and ankles, so he's walking around in nothing but one of their shirts and maybe underwear, because he's complained about the waistband digging in uncomfortably the bigger he's gotten. How in the fuck are they supposed to cope? He's literally never been sexier. They're trying very hard not to be neanderthals about it, but it's difficult when he waddles around the penthouse, smelling of them and himself and baby, wearing nothing but a shirt and cradling his bump. It's a good thing this is his only baby because if they had to deal with this one more time they simply wouldn't let him off his back for ten months. Tony's smug about it when he notices, which makes it worse. He's so attractive when he's smug. It's not fair. (Except the suffering is worth it, when Tony coyly peers over his shoulder at them and lifts the back of his shirt up over the curve of his ass invitingly.)
Bonus: Tony has the baby and Steve cries a lot. He's too scared to hold her so Bucky lets him cradle his hands as he holds her. Tony supervises closely before finally saying, "Well, that was a lot," and promptly falling asleep sitting up. Steve and Bucky gape at him.
