Went from being totally lost as a teenager to finding solace in aesthetics and fitting urself into a template in my late teens and now I think I struck a healthy intermediate where I know who I am as a person generally but I’m also completely subscribed to the idea of evolving and would never deny trying something just bc it doesn’t fit the image of myself I crafted in my head
#I rly want to spend a considerable amount of time just testing things and seeing how I like them instead of figuring out how they fit into#The jigsaw of my selfhood#Bc that’s the kind of self containment that keeps ppl from exploring who they truly r beyond what they associate w certain aesthetics that#Have already been done to death#Also part of this is accepting that I as a human have shifting opinions and may change my mind and so change the way I carry myself#I get sad when I see ppl label flexibility w how u conduct urself an identity crisis#This is literally why the well is so dry and nothing is new anymore#In reality ppl who invented the wheel just looked at things they liked and incorporated that into who they are and that’s how they became#Trends#like if you can envision a way it fits into ur head that’s all that matters#And if you allow urself the ability to change ur mind on things that’s so much the better#And an important skill to have in life actually

actually sometimes being neurodivergent is great bc you have a particular kind of Silly Mode that just . manifests glory. harmless fun is my precious side quest & i have a high score in whimsy. like okay if i gotta be the first dork in the dance pit it's gonna be me and this random toddler and we're gonna avril-style rock ouuuuttt

#sorrrry pity party part 1323 incoming#i am finally feeling slightly better - still no appetite and not like myself but i want to get up and showered and dressed and stuff#and can actually walk around#and mr sportsthoughts has just come upstairs and looks like death and it sounds like he is now coming down with what i've had#we thought he already had it but it never progressed past a cold so i think it was something different & now he's caught the plague from me#i just want to cry. and go to sleep until 2025 so this year can be over#we have cancelled SO MUCH this week and are going to literally miss every single friends and family christmas occasion at this point#and hahahaahaa at least we'll be fine by jan when we have to go and fly and see his parents which is the one thing we both don't want to do#and its fine we are ok we're together we're fortunate to be in a dry warm house etc#i'm just really letting my feelings get the better of me because i have put so much emphasis on christmas this year - even more than usual#because it's been such a rotten year and christmas was just this wonderful few weeks where he'd be home and we had all these special plans#and it was the one thing keeping me going and now it's here and well. we aren't exactly on tip top festive form#womp womp. nothing can be done! at least i'm alive and on the mend

In class we have mini creative writing assignments and i wrote my first one about a vampire who hated life when he was human and then became a vampire and was still sad but life was better
And i said it was just a fun thing in my brain to explain that mentall illnesses dont go away, just get more manageable.
But actually its actually an allegory for living my life way happier as a degenerate transgender revelling in the simplicities of enjoying myself as a man than mearly surviving as a woman

So I have a thought.
I'm sure you all have seen at least one idea/AU where Luigi marries Bowser and becomes king or king consort of Bowser's Kingdom.
But what about vice versa? Do you think that Bowser would ever consider the thought of handing the crown over to Kamek, Kammy, or Bowser Jr. (assuming that he's old enough to rule over the kingdom) so that he could have a normal-ish life with Luigi?

i feel like you could do something so fun & compelling by juxtaposing specifically the image of valjean using a knife to cut javert's rope bonds with the imagery of a pruning knife cutting away dead wood + then the growth after that (re: tree pruning -> "a heart of wood cannot be softened" -> "a terrible situation! to be touched ... suddenly to become aware of the fact that one cherishes beneath one’s breast of bronze something absurd and disobedient which almost resembles a heart!" + all the growing/blooming energy around hearts/souls in the book). not just for the knife factor (although visually that's really good) but also. something something the body horror of having something (even something as good as a heart) growing inside you against your will (& even more so when it's like. metaphorically a fucked up plant. imagine having a plant in/as your circulatory system. metaphorically) contrasted with the emotional/moral horror of having him save your life against your will & the resultant change of heart. like some sort of way cooler & more thematically interesting cousin to hanahaki disease. anyways someday maybe this will escape the purgatory of my one million drawing wips but until then.
