Help - A pirate has stolen my heart

I finally finished watching all of Haven (Syfy) and I am not a happy camper.  I’ve seen all the posts about the fans being upset about how Duke was treated in the end and now I finally understand their pain.  Duke deserved a better ending.  I will miss my sexy rogue pirate.  If anyone wants to talk to me about this I’d be happy to talk, even though I know I’m about a year late.

Head Canon: The story is really written by the Duke so actually the story is wrong. He just made it to where Satine died and Christian lived forever alone because he was bitter towards them when in actuality they lived happily ever after and the Duke is just jealous.
