This is just a warm up doodle but...

I really like the idea of Twilight just passing down her mommy issues from Celestia on to Opaline and it actually fucking up tremendously, because realistically speaking all of that responsibility that Celestia forced onto her really didn't help her be better at friendship it just made her a more “efficient” ruler.

And after all of her friends eventually died I have a feeling Twilight would regress back into who she used to be back in season 1 and just sort of shut down any and all help, instead giving herself all the work. Pretty much I think she would just become Celestia 2.0 because she was set up to end up like that. 

It would be a Celestia and Sunset Shimer “fuck you, your not my mom” all over agian. With Opaline not understanding why friendship is important and Twilight not being able to give her the same speech she gave Luster Dawn. 

She would come off as a hypocrite

Personally I don't think Twilight would ever be able to make such deep connections with anyone else after all of her friends are gone.

Through The Season's Twilight became JUST “Princess Twilight” due to bad writing but I think this could play into her becoming not an antagonist but more of a cataclyst for the villian to come.

I'll have a more detailed timeline of my Hc once it's all fully written down but just having the concept out of my brain will help me shape it into something more coherent.

When Steve meets the villagers he decides he ought to have a last name, and following the villager custom of a last name being based on what you do, he calls himself Steve Minecraft.

arthur, finally taking this opportunity to pretend as if he just found out merlin has magic after agonizing for the past month on how to bring it up: you have magic?

lancelot, merlin defender, already knew of merlin’s magic: no! i have magic

gwaine, merlin defender, already knew of merlin’s magic, lover of chaos, ride or die: no, i have magic!

mordred, desperate for his hero’s approval bc no matter what he’s done emrys just stares at him with distrust and the poor boy is tired and so close to tears: no…i have magic.

percival, raised by druids and bonded strongly with mordred over that and does Not agree with the persecution of magic in camelot, had an inkling that merlin had magic but no proof: no. i have magic.

*leon and elyan exchange a look, elyan, amused and leon, exhausted, elyan shrugs*

elyan, knows how much gwen adores merlin and completely understands her stance bc merlin…is merlin, down to clown and put on a show, really playing up the dramatics: no! i have magic.

leon, exhausted, has known of merlin’s magic since he stepped foot in camelot, knows of his feelings for arthur and arthur’s feelings for him, knows arthur knows of merlin’s magic and wouldn’t harm him, thinks everyone is being absolutely ridiculous:

*the knights stare hard at leon and even merlin looks slightly offended at leon not jumping to his defense with the rest of the knights, arthur hasn’t said anything and is staring at leon expectantly*

Who among you are old enough to remember the "It's 10pm, do you know where your children are?" reminders on TV?

That was probably necessary at the very beginning of the exchange program. Diavolo or Barbatos would have to send out text messages every day. "It's 10pm. Do you know where your human exchange student is?"

You could be doing homework in your room in the House of Lamentation when at ten o'clock on the dot you hear loud swearing and footsteps. Mammon barges in to check that you're there. The others coolly walk by and peek in just to double-check. Every single night.

I love when people depict Ghost as Just A Guy™

just a regular dude who has a handful of facial scars, decent communication skills, and semi-healthy coping mechanisms

everyone expects him to be a dramatic edgelord and sometimes he plays into that, but he’s also a little goofy. He does sudoku puzzles and takes bubble baths and loves fuzzy slippers but can’t wear them around base

he’s not an extrovert but he’s not an introvert either; he’s the life of the party if you get a couple of drinks in him but no one ever invites him to go drinking because they’re all scared of him

he had a couple of years of mandated therapy that actually managed to do something so now, twenty years later, he’s just a regular dude in the military who made wearing a skull mask his shtick that he still gets a kick out of but doesn’t really care for the dramatics of it all anymore
