Arda pulls away, putting the towel he holds on his shoulder before placing both hands on your waist. “Told the journalists that I have more dreams to realise,” he muses with a beam, “do you think they’d find me annoying?”

“After a goal like that?” You smile, kissing his cheek. “There’s nowhere for you to go but up.”

The glint in his gaze, for some reason, lights up even more. “You think so?”

Anon it's a such a coincidence for me to get this because this was something I actively debated over while creating the ranking.

In fact, originally I had written "4. Jason/Tim (tie?) 5. Tim/Jason (tie)" before I got rid of the slashes and ties.

This is the one part of the ranking that I'm most confused on/don't have an exact answer for. The rest are solid and those I'll be explaining in a different post soon but these two gave me a lot of confusion.

I think what it comes down to is in which shitty way that Bruce treats either of them expresses more love. And to me they're roughly the same in equally but different bad ways.

Bruce obviously loves Jason but he's also not remotely proud of him. His relationship with Jason is always "I love you BUT-" kinda relationship.

There's always an opposing side to every good thing Bruce says about him. He views Jason as a failure but he still loves him and yet can't help putting him down. After Bruce dies, he leaves a message for Jason -

Like Bruce full on treats him like absolute shit. How could you as a parent tell your son straight to his face that he's a failure and then say that it's your fault?? Somehow this is adding more insult than injury than to just blame him directly.

Bruce and Jason had good and bad times when he was Robin. There many times when Bruce was like "Good job, lab!" and other times when he struggled to deal with Jason. There was one case in particular that soured their relationship irrevocably. Things became really bad between them after that such that Bruce actively fights with himself not to lose his temper at Jason more than he used to.

The secret Bruce talks about is that one irreversible case I mentioned - Gloria/Felipe - where Jason killed a man. Or atleast Bruce suspects he killed a man.

When Jason came back as Red Hood, Batman felt so guilty for the fact that he made Jason robin because then Jason wouldn't have died but also believed that Jason was beyond saving. When Jason was at the hands of the society because of Black Mask who wanted revenge on him for what he did, Bruce almost let Jason die a second time - this time intentionally - before he changed his mind last minute and joined the fight to help him out.

Maybe, but I guess how I would make out their relationship to be is: if Jason acts within Bruce's expectations, then Bruce loves him. If he doesn't then Bruce doesn't hold back hitting and punching. I don't think their relationship is tough love as much as it is conditional love. There are conditions to the way Jason must act in order for Bruce to love him and if he doesn't act that way then he stops caring about his son. He's happy if Jason comes to gatherings but doesn't particularly care if he doesn't. He leaves Jason alone if he follows his rules but actively goes after him if he doesn't. Both in his Robin days and now, Bruce doesn't tolerate Jason if he acts outside expectation but still loves him and although it's not the kind of love you would appreciate, it's also not the kind you can set aside and call it nothing. It's complicated. That's Jason and Bruce's relationship.

Tim on the other hand, he's very proud of. He thinks Tim is excellent, smart, dependable, and loves him very much.

The developing relationship between Bruce and Tim was based originally on need. Bruce needed someone who he could work with and Tim needed someone who could be there for him. As time evolved that need turned into liking which turned into love.

After Jason, Bruce needed someone who listened to him completely. Someone who never questioned him or doubted his orders and Tim was everything Bruce needed and he loved that.

This being said, I realize that there's no clear explanation as to why I feel this way so I'll change the ranking back to "tie" for the two of them like I originally had. Because while Bruce loves Jason, he doesn't tolerate him and while Bruce loves Tim, he kinda disregards him in a way. And between these situations, I can't decide what represents more love or favoritism. I guess a part of me just felt really, REALLY bad for the way Bruce treated Jason. That post kinda shredded my heart so I gave him brownie points on the favoritism ranking list but in hindsight, after all this and writing it all out, I think Bruce loves Tim and Jason equally. It's entirely possible Bruce may actually love Tim more because unlike with Jason, I can't provide evidence of Bruce distancing himself from Tim in loving - only left with more of a sense. So in this case I agree with you, anon. It's very possible.

One evening, as they lounged in the hotel room after a grueling training session, Misa broached the subject with gentle determination.

“Laia, there's something I need to talk to you about,” Misa began, her voice soft yet resolute.

Laia looked up from her phone, curiosity flickering in her eyes. “What is it, Misa? Is everything okay?”

Taking a deep breath, Misa forged ahead, her words laced with unwavering support. “I've noticed how you look at her.” Misa didn't pronounce your name, but Laia knew exactly who Misa was referring to. “Laia. It's obvious that you look at her differently than you do at me, or at Jenni, for example. And I think it's time you tell her.”

Laia's heart skipped a beat at Misa's words, her cheeks flushing with a mixture of embarrassment and longing. “But what if she doesn't feel the same way? What if I make her uncomfortable? I don't want that. She's been my friend since we were kids. I don't know what I'd do if—”

Misa reached out and took Laia's hand in hers, her gaze steady and reassuring. "Laia, love is worth the risk. And if she truly cares about you, she'll understand and appreciate your honesty. You owe it to yourself to speak from the heart and finally be your truest self when you're with her. I've noticed how you remain less physical with her to prevent making her uncomfortable, or how you look at our other teammates when they hug her. Or how you get tense when she gives you a playful tap on the back of your head. Either way, I'm going to be by your side, whether you end up crying from sadness or from happiness."

Moved by Misa's unwavering support, Laia nodded, a newfound sense of determination coursing through her veins. With Misa by her side, she knew she could face whatever lay ahead.

The following day, Laia finally worked up the courage to confess her love to you. With shaking hands and a heart full of hope, she finally poured out her feelings in a moment of vulnerability and truth.

You watched your boyfriend of two years hug his longest friend in the world and that’s when it hit you, he was leaving and not coming back.

You knew he was going to go back to his own timeline to be with Peggy when he was adamant to being the one who took the stones back. Even though it hurt, you understood. Even though you supported his decision to be with the love of his life, your heart couldn’t help crack.

You was madly in love with him after all.

Moving him to the side away from Bucky Sam and Bruce, he leant down to kiss your forehead “I’ll be right back okay doll?”

“No you won’t Steve and before you say anything I want you to know it’s okay. You deserve to be happy and live the life you was meant to have. Promise me you’ll treat her right and do good by her, please. Oh and tell her all the terrible jokes I’ve told you!” Before he could even speak you continued “I’m gonna go now but please know that I support your decision and I love you. And Stevie I wish you nothing but the best” and with that you gave his cheek a kiss and left. When you got back to the apartment you shared with Steve, you pack all your belongings and left.

Two weeks later you were walking at a snail’s pace in the park when you heard a familiar voice behind you.

“You didn’t even give me a chance to talk that day, and when I got back you was gone, why?”

“St-Steve what are you doing here?”

“I returned the stones then went back to my timeline and no not to be with Peggy! But to get something”

“But why would you not stay there with her? She’s the love of your life”

“No baby, I thought she was but I haven’t felt or thought that since I meet you five years ago! You’re all I think about night and day, the only person that gives my long life meaning! It’s been you Y/N for five years please understand that. I love you, you are the love of my life”.

Not spearing another second, you jumped in to his arms and kissed him, trying desperately hard to convey all your love with one kiss.

What you hadn’t known was that he went back to get his mothers wedding ring. He only wanted one other person besides his mama to wear that ring - you.

★ ok, I think Robin is very sweet and could very well be dating a fan.

★ something like, you had a VIP ticket and you could meet Robin after her performance. when you meet, you talk for a very long time, so her producer has to subtly hint to you that it’s time for you to leave.

★ but before you leave, you ask Robin out on a date and to your surprise, she agrees.

★ so, a couple more dates and you become a couple.

★ Robin is very sweet, she constantly supports you, compliments you, hugs, kisses, etc.

★ if you are insecure, she will do everything in her power to make you understand that you are the best, “you are the sun that lights up this world” (Robin’s words)

★ the paparazzi, all sorts of magazines and other people already know about your relationship (although Robin tried to hide it). There are those who are happy and call you cute, and there are those who are assholes.

★ if people write you terrible messages, she will definitely ask you to close the messages and record a video where she tells her fans not to do that and that it makes her and her partner very upset.

★ Robin is popular and has many fans, if you become paranoid that the fans' threats will become reality, Robin will ask for security and tell you about her experience of stalking:

★ Robin will definitely write you a song and definitely more than one.

★ in general, Robin is a very sensitive partner who will take care of you and love you even after shes last breath. she will show her love in every way in the world because you are her sun and her light at the end of the tunnel.
