Sunny Day Jack the NSFW Platformer
Imagine if Sunny Day Jack was a NSFW platformer game instead of a NSFW visual novel.
Content Warning: This post is full of smut with a sprinkle of yandere horror on top for a bit of spice. I know it goes without saying with a title and opening line like that, but I like to cover my bases.
You know about NSFW platformers, right? The MC runs around doing the usual platforming gameplay stuff, but whenever they get hit, the enemies have sex with them. I've never been a big fan of the implied dubious/non-consent aspect of those kind of games, plus there's some mixed signals here. I mean, getting hit is what you try to avoid in those games, yet the fail state becomes the reason why we play NSFW platformers in the first place. Even without the discomfort of dubious consent, that seems kind of backwards to me.
I know that we're here to watch the MC have sex in kinky creative ways when playing a NSFW platformer, but I think the concept can be improved. Enthusiastic consent makes everything a hell of a lot sexier you know. Why not have the game be centered around a scenario where MC is just as eager as the player to go down to pound town?
Instead of enemies being the source of the lewdness like usual NSFW platformer games and inserting dubious/non-consent, the player can instead choose to summon Jack at any time for some enthusiastically consenting spicy fun. Consent is baked into his character, and we all know that he's always ready to show his sunshine lots of love anywhere at any time. It can even be the game's healing mechanic.
Yes, I know it might lessen the challenge of a platformer game when you can heal yourself at any time at the press of a button, but the point of NSFW platformer games is just having an excuse to watch the MC get railed. I prefer my thinly veiled excuse for sexy times to be consenting, thank you very much.
Jack could even use the various level settings and backgrounds as props for different animations. He could also have different initial commentary depending on how injured the player is.
Jack: Oh my gosh, Sunshine! Don't worry, I'll help you feel better right away. Just relax and let me take care of you.
Jack: Oh dear, that looks like it really hurts. Leave it to me, Sunshine, I'll make sure you forget all about it in no time at all.
Jack: My poor, Sunshine. Here, let me kiss that booboo all better for you. And I think this spot could use a kiss too. And here too. Can't forget here either...
Heck, the player can summon Jack even when their life bar is full.
Jack: Sunshine, you don't seem to be injured. Why did you call...? Oh... I see, you're not hurt, you're just aching for my love right now, aren't you?*amused, throaty chuckle* That's okay, you know I'm always ready to make you feel absolutely amazing. Come here.
Jack: Oh? Not ready to say goodbye yet, Sunshine? *chuckle* That's okay. You know I'll never get tired of showing you just how much I love you. We can make love as many times as you like.
And other such commentary, plus smutty comments during the act itself as Jack heals MC thoroughly with his love~!
The cutscenes don't necessarily have smut, but a lot of flirting and banter between Jack and MC. Mostly just bonding as a couple and enjoying each other's company for some fun character interaction. Also he gives tips on beating the upcoming boss.
The yandere part comes in when MC loses all their health bar. Instead of a game over, while MC is unconscious on the ground, the screen starts to glitch and Jack's sprite appears, now distorted and terrifying. The background itself starts to warp in unsettling ways, growing darker and the colors more muted.
Jack: *glitchy and angry* I know you wanted to deal with things yourself, Sunshine... but I just can't stand back and watch these monsters hurt you anymore.
Cue creepypasta-esque distortions and the horrors.
Then boop, everything pops back to normal in a snap, the screen cleared of enemies, and MC slowly wakes up, confused. Jack, now back to normal, kneels beside them, helping them up as he cuddles them close. He's a bit shaken up and clingy.
Jack: Easy now, Sunshine. I know you want to get back up and try again as soon as possible, but you need to rest and let me heal you first. That's it... just let me take care of you. I'll make you feel so, so good.
Jack: You've worked so hard for so long and you've been hurting so much. I might not be able to fight in your place, but I'll do everything in my power to keep you safe. I love you so much, Sunshine.
There's probably no lives system, not unless dying too many times makes Jack totally snap to yandere mode, resulting in a bad end. Though, really the "bad" end is him convincing MC to abandon their quest to keep making love to him endlessly. It's just an excuse for more sexy times with some yandere spice on top.
In that case, each time Jack goes yandere mode, he's a bit scarier and kills off more enemies in the level. Like the first time it's just the screen they're on, then each time spreads the effect beyond the surrounding screen. It'd leave for some creepy moments of MC running through an empty world until they find enemies again.
Of course, Jack is clingier each time he heals MC back to full health, with more possessive, needy, and downright desperate dialogue until finally he can't take it anymore.
Jack might be able to heal MC at any time. He might be able to rescue them when they're in trouble, but he just can't watch them hurt themselves anymore.
Jack: I'm sorry, but this is for your own good, Sunshine.
At this point Jack takes them into a pocket zone that they can't escape from. Maybe Cloudy Town themed with some faintly warped colorful scenery. The bad end is just him convincing MC to forget about continuing the quest. After all the pain they've been through, they just decide to give in. Endless sex with their lover, even when he's in scary yandere mode is soooo much better than the pain of dying repeatedly after all.
Jack: There now... isn't this better? You don't have to hurt anymore. You don't have to fight anymore. All you need to do is feel. Feel the way my hands caress you. It feels so good, doesn't it? You don't have to hurt or ache anymore. You can just focus on my hands, my lips... my cock...
Jack: Oh, Sunshine. My precious, perfect, beautiful Sunshine. You don't have to worry about fighting anymore. Just forget about all about that silly quest. Forget about anything else. None of it matters anymore. All you need to do is focus on me and how I make you feel.
Jack: That's it, Sunshine. Take my cock, just like that. Oh God... It feels so good. It... it's better this way, isn't it? We don't have to leave if you don't want to. It can just be you and me. It can just be me pounding my cock into your pretty holes... kissing every inch of your aching body... making you scream my name. I can make you feel like this forever.
Hmm... really, Jack's dialogue might be a lot more unhinged, yandere, and demanding than that by this point in a bad end, but eh, you get the gist. Regardless, MC makes it clear to the player that at this point they're done fighting and only want to feel good with Jack now.
Naturally the good end also involves sexy times with Jack. Victory sexy times. I mean, this is a NSFW game. Sexy time scenes are the entire point. And you know Jack will want to celebrate his sunshine's victory the best way he knows how - a gratuitous full screen CG sex scene.
Contrasting with the bad end, the good end is softer, more loving.
Jack: You did it, Sunshine! Oh, I knew you could.
Jack: Now that you've saved the day, it's time for some well earned rest. You can relax and let me take care of you from now on. *seductively* After all, a hero like you deserves your reward, don't you think?
Jack: That's it. Oh, Sunshine... my brave, mighty hero. You're so beautiful, so courageous. You're so wonderful.
Of course there'd be more exchanges between MC and Jack in the dialogue. Banter makes the intimacy more fun after all. This post is mostly just ideas from off the top of my head as they come to me.
Speaking of endings, I can think of at least one secret one in this kind of game. It's mostly for the hardcore gamer crowd who likes a challenge. In this case, if the player never gets hit and never summons Jack for sexual healing, the ending scene is a just a bit different. Jack still appears during cutscenes to banter with MC and encourage them like usual, but he gets just a little pent up by the end of each level. Maybe even dropping hints how they shouldn't be afraid to rest sometimes, and he's always ready to show them just how much he loves them.
By the time the player beats the game, Jack is just ready to burst. He's just so messy and needy and overwhelming MC with praise as he gives them their reward.
Jack: Oh fuck, Sunshine. I need you so, so badly. I can't wait anymore. Please... please...!
Oh, also, any enemies on the screen probably stop what they're doing to watch while Jack is healing MC, so we get bonus exhibition kink. It might even result in some different positions/animations as Jack intentionally puts on a show when there's other characters around to see. And maybe some leaning on the 4th wall since he's showing off sexy times to the player.
Knowing Alice, she wouldn't be summoning Jack for sexy fun healing times unless there were no enemies on screen. She'd summon him even when fully healed sometimes too, since his love heals more than just her body~
If an enemy projectile would hit the MC while they're in "healing" mode, the attacks are deflected. Like it gets interrupted by Jack's supernatural powers with some yandere hints or something. Or all enemies freeze completely, attacks disappear, and everything becomes a show of Jack healing MC. I dunno. This is just a bunch of silly ideas I'm giving off the cuff. I'd have to put more thought into the details if I was to make this game a reality.
If I had the spoons to program and animate a 2D platformer, I'd be tempted to take a crack at this kind of super self-indulgent smutty game, or at least make some mock screenshots. Of course, I'd have to use Alice as the MC, since there's no way I could create every permutation of MC if they have a sprite visible on screen for sexy times.
Hmm... maybe a character select screen to choose between Alice, Arthur, or Ace... Though that'd still be a ridiculous amount of different sprites to animate in various positions of sexy times with Jack.
Sadly, since I simply lack the spoons for such an undertaking, the world will just have to settle for this ramble. Maybe I'll inspire someone to take a crack at it. Maybe I'll just write a short story full of game tropes and shameless smutty OPT indulgence someday. Who knows?
In any case, I hope you enjoyed this spicy game concept of Jack repeatedly seducing MC while they try to save the world or something in a video game platformer.

Thoughts on the IGN DA:TV 22 min gameplay - Lighthouse portion
this post is under a cut due to what some peeps may consider spoilers, and length.
This prev post was just some text-based info that I wrote down, mostly based on what was said in the commentary. this post is more of a looking at the visuals with a fine-toothed comb and a bit of theory/speculation stuff mixed in kinda deal. :)
The Lighthouse' Meditation Chamber. It has a comfortable-looking sofa on which to sit or lay down while you ponder and gaze at this fish tank. Back in the day, this would have been Solas' meditation chamber, right? maybe we can go here to commune with Solas via the Solas-Rook connection (whatever it is)? the fish tank gives me fond memories of the Normandy. :') can we collect different fish? do we have to feed them? are they real fish? Fade fish? wisps that are in the form/shape of fish? are they edible? can we eat them? can I swim in there? what would they taste like? I feel like Kargesh, the krogan from Mass Effect who wants to taste the fish from the Presidium lakes 💀 in this room, the light and shadow of the water moving on the ceiling is beautiful. I wonder where Rook's room is?
Top left: quest title referencing the phrase "After the storm". since this gameplay video is set after the siege of Weisshaupt and shows Grey Wardens lamenting what happened there, could the 'storm' here be what happened at Weisshaupt? Bottom left: collectable Codex entry, a tool-tip of some kind or does Rook have new mail? Center: pattern of ancient elven triangles on the wall, arranged like a sun. Right: this looks like a wardrobe. Maybe this is where Rook can change their casual wear? the Inquisitor had a Wardrobe in their quarters. maybe the Meditation Room is also Rook's quarters?
The Lighthouse Library. The seating area on the ground floor is the place we saw the companions gathered together in this group shot. the Lighthouse needs to manifest 4 more seats round the central table for the others hh (Lucanis, Bellara, Rook, Varric). The table has an icon on the mini-map, so it probably has some kind of interactable function. gather the companions? look at the world map?
What have we here, floating in the Library? 👁️ this looks ancient elven, magic, triangle-y and very important. It's not dissimilar to the one floating in Bellara's room, or to this place. The Lighthouse's power source? A strange map? Something that protects the Lighthouse from outside incursion or prying eyes? A model of the Veil and the different worlds? Could this become less broken-looking in terms of the outside 'rock' layer over time, or could more of the triangles light up blue over time as the story and look of the Lighthouse progresses? Does it have something to do with the Lyrium dagger? (the blue and gold color scheme reminds me of the dagger.) Is it connected to the rotating glowing roof of the tower of this part of the Lighthouse, which you can see later on when Rook goes outside into the Courtyard and looks up? I get the impression that the roof spins if this spins.
Left: something which resembles Elgar'nan's headpiece shape in the Lighthouse Library Center left: in the Library, there are books floating suspended in the air and floating upside down bookcases, arrayed around the magical artifact in the center Center right: there is one of these on either side of the Library entrance. they look like places where there were once frescoes or paintings, like what's left is very faded paint. I wonder if these restore overtime or can be restored over time? it reminds me a bit of the Skyhold mosaics. if these walls did hold paintings, I feel like it would have been Solas who painted them. Right: A floating book above a sidetable, from back in the Meditation Chamber
Next we progress into the Lighthouse Courtyard. Could the fragmented Courtyard become less fragmented and a bit more contiguous as the Lighthouse becomes less disrupted? Game Informer's cover story noted that since the Lighthouse is in the Fade, a realm of dreams that responds to your worldstate and emotion, the Lighthouse reflects the chaos and disrepair of Thedas. since the things in it can change, maybe as Rook completes more of the story and helps more of the world it will look less chaotic over time, including the fragmented Courtyard?
Some of the floating chunks have tree roots protruding from the bottoms
What happens to someone if they fall off the edge of a floating courtyard fragment in the Fade hh?
Left: big dog 👍 Veilfire glows in the scone on his chest Top center: this symbol was on the minimap, in front of the Fen'Harel statue. I think it's this one (left), which we saw in the high-level warrior combat gameplay video. it's some sort of collectable in the sort of way that gold/coin is. I guess this is where we go to use or spend this thing perhaps, whatever they are? maybe it's for Lighthouse upgrades? maybe it's what we spend at or trade to the mysterious "enchanter" who helps us with crafting at the Lighthouse? Bottom center: This is the head-shape of Mythal on the exterior of the Lighthouse Library building, like this statue in DA:I Right: the orangey-leaf trees, an ancient elven spaces classic :)
When Rook approaches Davrin's room, the minimap location title changes to "Guesthouse". That's cute 🥺 Is every companion space called a Guesthouse or is that just the name of Davrin's? Or just the name of the area Davrin's is in?
Left: What the glowing 'come talk to me pls 🥺' lamps look like. Some of the room-buildings, like Harding's, have two lamps outside of them though not just one like Davrin 🤔 Center: Rook carries the Lyrium dagger in their casualwear pocket when in the Lighthouse Right x2: Two lil chimneys puffing away, how cute!! Maybe one is the one for the kitchen where the cooking takes place, and one is connected to Taash's room? Taash's room has fires in it that could be forges.
Left: The dev narration tells us that this companion home is Harding's, and it makes sense - there's roots/vines growing up to or down from the ceiling, and the roof has the appearance of glass, like a greenhouse. Perfect for growing things and letting in the sun. There might not be any literal sunlight in the Lighthouse, but as the rooms shape themselves according to the companions, it's just all about Harding and what suits her. Right: I think this is Neve's room. Compare the windows on the front to the windows on the sides in the screenshot of Neve's interior. (same pattern & placement, in a row of 3)
As we can see from when Rook enters there, opposite Neve lives Davrin.
Left: Who lives here? this is next-door to Davrin. Right: And who lives here? this is opposite Harding.
^ the dev commentary at this point mentions Bellara's home at the same time as pointing out Neve's, but I'm not sure which of these two is hers. and this makes 5 homes, I wonder where the other two rooms are? perhaps attached to the main building which holds the Library? btw, how cute is it that the found family basically have their own cozy lil family neighborhood in a pocket dimension? 🥺
At the top of this tower it looks like a lil balcony no? potentially with a door leading out to it? maybe this is the balcony from Rook's room?
This Rook's casual wear has bare feet and triangles on it. Maybe this Rook was a Veil Jumper? I know the Veil Jumpers wear boots or shoes in the field, but this is casual wear. Veil Jumpers also seem quite orange in their color palette.
💜💜
💜💜 I LOVE
Rook standing next to Davrin here gives an idea of how tall it's possible for qunari Rook to be.
There was some debate over whether this room was Davrin's or Taash's. this vid confirms it as Davrin's. (some thoughts on how it reflects Davrin here). in that post I wondered what the green things were - here we can see that they're hanging corked jugs filled with.. sand? :D also interesting to note is that at this point in the storyline, Davrin's room lacks the big monster skull hung over the fireplace in the screenshot. however, it still has the other monster stuff - the skull on the other wall, the spine hanging from the ceiling, the 'horn chandelier' thing. hear me out. what if.. the skull that eventually goes above the fireplace is the skull of the Gloom Howler..? 👁️ if it was your nemesis, and you finaaally felled it, you'd put it in pride of place as your prize, above your fireplace.
Left: in the post about Davrin's room I wondered if the things on the floor in front of the fire next to the armchair were a rug and chew or bone for Assan, and here we can see that is the case. ^^ Right: I think this here in this side alcove is Davrin's bedroll. makes sense that it's tucked out of sight there - it's not visible in the perspective that the screenshot of his room was taken from, so I was wondering where it was.
On the left as Rook exit's Davrin's, we can see what looks like more wooden carvings that he's been working on, like this ogre.
In the Davrin and Assan portion, Davrin and Assan both look so good. I was really happy to see a Davrin focus in this video and Assan is so cute, with adorable animations, sounds and rigging. Assan stretches like a cat before getting up when Rook comes in.. the tail swishes, the ear crooking, the ear twitching.. 🥺 when Rook comes in, it looks like Davrin is warming his hands up by the fire - how do you think the physics of things like temperature work somewhere magical like the Lighthouse? 🤔
I love the purple sparkle effect around gaining approval. :D when hovering over a dialogue line, the wheel sparkles, and when you choose one, it spins. and Rook's name is in purple in the subtitles. its cute!
The Quest Acquired pop-up.
Another quest, this one called "The Price of the Past". A Davrin-associated quest? Davrin's past, or something the Grey Wardens did historically, like what happened to the griffons..?
The purple mist in the dialogue wheel moves and billows, I think that's a cool touch. :)
🥺🥺..
Rook then heads back into the Library.
Top left: two more highlighted interactable scrolls Bottom left: this mini-map icon looks like Varric. :) the dev narration mentions that this video takes place well into the game, and that Hossberg is a later game area. if it's Varric, this means that at this point in time, Varric is still alive and based in the Lighthouse with the rest of the crew, that he doesn't die in the prologue. I feel like this isn't really a surprise as the 'death' flags (at that specific point) in the prologue were a lil.. I dunno how to phrase it, it would have been too telegraphed if that was when? and also if his death is to happen at some point in the game, it will have more of an impact if Rook and new players actually have had a chance to spend time with Varric beforehand. yet, it's somehow still a big relief. :D it's like destroying Bianca was retiring him from active field duty. however, I do feel that he's still at risk and might die later in the game. 😭 just that the moment wasn't the prologue.. 😭 that he's not death-flag free, just that the prologue wasn't the time. btw, if Varric is living in the Lighthouse too I hope he has his own lil area too, at least somewhere to sleep etc. Right: this circle is on one side of the Library walls. it could just be a design on the wall, as it's solid and doesn't go anywhere, and it doesn't look like it goes anywhere at that point on the mini-map either, but idk, the circle has the appearance to me of an entryway and on the outside it has gold with blue triangles like the floating artifact in the Library air. maybe this is a dead end for now, but becomes an opened up/unlocked part of the Lighthouse later?
I wonder what's up the corridor past Varric? there are a few other corridors/places we could see on the Lighthouse minimap but didn't explore in this video, I'm so curious to explore it all :)
Lastly we have the Eluvian Room. this eluvian takes you to the Crossroads, and it's the eluvian we see at timestamp 1:00 in the release date reveal trailer. it sounds like the dev narration calls it the "Vir Revas", which could translate as "Way/Path of Freedom". it's fitting - one lens of Solas' rebellion is Solas as a noble freedom fighter. and it makes sense, an eluvian is a portal that takes you somewhere. on the right is a pretty floating elfy thing.
Eluvian pop-up info, including percentage of the map discovered, how many of the (I assume) treasures you have discovered, and how many (I assume) of the bosses you have killed. Is the symbol at the very top the symbol of the Crossroads? I also love the language of "A path has emerged from the mists of the Fade that leads to a gathering point where all eluvians meet - the Crossroads." it's pretty.
Close-up of one of the magic-gizmos that makes the Lighthouse eluvian work. it's a purple pentagon and inside it it has a pointy shaped thing floating and rotating. these look like the magic-gizmo Bellara is seen interfacing with in the release date reveal trailer, pictured below for reference. (also a purple hexagon with the pointy thing floating in it).
General thoughts/speculation on commentary & such:
I think it's hard to know what qunari Rooks can look like til we see CC itself. ^^
"Willingly or unwillingly" - it sounds like you can agree to take charge of the Lighthouse from Solas after the ritual interference goes awry, and if you don't you end up getting it anyways.
Being able to inhabit, explore and shape the space Solas lived in millennia ago when he first fomented his rebellion against the gods is a dream come true, like I wanna yell. it's so crazy (in a good way) and cool/surreal to think this is the case. I'm soo curious to get in there and rifle around. Rook is the one who leads the band of people living in the Lighthouse now, Rook is the one who wields the Lyrium dagger, Solas sees himself in Rook. Rook is potentially on a path towards inheriting the Dread Wolf mantle as well (that could also be willingly or unwillingly..)
'It shapes itself around your personality' - I wonder if some of the changes in the Lighthouse reflect Rook's world choices and their personality (like dominant dialogue tone) or something?
The glowing companion 'talk to me' lamps is a nice quality of life feature.
Considering that the spaces shape themselves around the companions, I wonder about Lucanis' room. 🥺 maybe he feels safer in a dark open space with nowhere to hide in it so nobody could sneak up on him in there? maybe it's an ingrained tendency owing to the harsh upbringing he had growing up, often going without necessities? maybe he's simply extremely practical and pragmatic, or it's to do with his relationship/history with food and cooking that makes him want to be in the storehouse? maybe this sort of space is familiar, or his room screenshot was taken earlier on in the game before his arc progressed much?
A secret Warden base where people have no idea what goes on there.. this never ends well hh, the Wardens in these sorts of places are always up to something untoward or extreme in the pursuit of their goals of stopping / defending from the Blights. nervous sweating. I wonder what revelations await us there!!
I wonder what could the Gloom Howler be? its name reminds me of the Sandy Howler from DA:I, which was a dragon. if the skull that gets put above Davrin's fireplace is of the Gloom Howler, what clues can we get about the type of entity it is from the shape of the skull? Stalking Wardens and kidnapping griffons implies that whatever it is, this entity has a level of sentience and has plans of a sort, it isn't a mindless beast. what could it possibly want with the griffons? And I wonder when this creature became Davrin's nemesis? Is he a monster hunter because of it? Or was he a monster hunter before it? Also, how does one get mail in the Lighthouse :D
"What's left of the Wardens" implies that the Wardens faced great losses at the siege of Weisshaupt. I wonder, did the First Warden make it? where are they?
Davrin preferring Direct dialogues and approaches makes me curious to find out ingame what the preferences of the other companions are.
Davrin's voice is amazing.
"Turlum", the name for the bond between Wardens and griffons (presumably the one they ride, when the griffon is an adult) moving in unity as one is new lore I think. I wonder what language/culture the word originates from? how does one forge this bond? I can't help but think of Tsaheylu from Blue Avatar dhdjfej
On the gods assaulting the Crossroads.. to take control of the network to assist in their plans for the world? (Briala saw the network's potential of the Crossroads' functional back in the day, for totally different plans tho ofc) you could spread your darkspawn armies all over the world more easily by sending them through the Crossroads. like the Deep Roads, but cubed. or simply to wrest control of it from Rook and the team because they know they are the only ones that can stop them and that that's where they're holed up? and what stops the assaulting enemies from entering the Lighthouse eluvian from the Crossroads? Is it something to do with the dagger, or Solas' own power?

I want to get into legend of Zelda so bad but I'm not sure where to start😭😭 I bought the first part of the Ocarina of time manga since there's two but other than that I'm so lost,,, do you have any tips :')? should I watch some gameplay or 😭
oh man
ok, sooo Ocarina is a good start ! Thats like, the most known besides BOTW I think. HOWEVER !! The mangas are typically different and/or have different endings, but they’re still fun to read, tho I don’t think I have read the Ocarina one. (The Four Swords and Minish Cap mangas are good !!) (all of them are available online, but quality varies)
I do recommend watching gameplay too—whether with commentary or not, up to you. Each Zelda game is pretty different from one another, so if you don’t vibe with one, you can try another ! If you want something cute, something dark, funny, etc, there’s one for each tbh
My favourite Zelda game is Twilight Princess, it was my introduction to the series as a little kid, but I like most of the games.
So…. I’d start with Ocarina, to get the true vibes of the series, and if you enjoy that, you can watch/read the sequel: Majoras Mask. if you like the strange gothic themes like that, then you might also like Twilight Princess, which is next in the timeline/connected..
Other games I recommend—whether reading or watching preferably both—Wind Waker (sequel: Phantom Hourglass, but I haven’t played), Breath of the Wild, its sequel Tears of the Kingdom, Skyward Sword, Minish Cap, and Echoes of Wisdom !!
#Ask#I don’t recommend game grumps for loz playthroughs#I think PointCrow is better bc he’s more passionate abt the content#BUT he can get stuck. If you want JUST game then like.. any 100% HD walkthroughs …. I have watched 12 hour videos ….#note: PointCrow doesn’t like ocarina but he did play majora I think 😭 he’s mainly botw/totk#all of this off the top of my head

Muted Desperation — Smii7y x Reader
gn!reader, sneaky blowjob, under the desk, male overstimulation, request🦋

The sound of Jaren’s voice filled the room, crisp and steady as it carried over the hum of his microphone. He’d been recording for the better part of an hour, cracking jokes and narrating his gameplay like it was just another normal day. Well, it would have been normal—if you weren’t under his desk. He had started out strong, managing to keep his voice level as you settled between his legs, but his composure began to crumble as soon as your hands skimmed up his thighs. “Alright, so we’re pushing this—” Jaren’s voice faltered slightly, a shaky inhale slipping through his teeth. He masked it with a cough, but the tension in his voice was undeniable. You smirked against him, your hands wrapping around his length as your mouth teased the sensitive tip. His thighs tensed beneath your touch, his fingers gripping the edge of his desk so hard his knuckles turned white. “Y-you’re gonna kill me,” he muttered under his breath, his mic muted for a brief moment. You didn’t let up, your tongue swirling in slow, deliberate motions as your hands stroked him steadily. His breath hitched audibly, and you could hear the subtle tremble in his voice when he unmuted again to speak. “Uh—yeah, guys, just a sec,” he stammered, clearing his throat as if that would hide the growing strain in his tone. “Something came up.” You bit back a laugh, knowing full well that if he really wanted you to stop, he’d tell you.
Instead, he stayed rooted in place, his hips jerking involuntarily as you took him deeper. “Fuck,” he whispered, barely audible as his head tilted back against his chair. His hands moved from the desk to his lap, one brushing lightly against your head as if he was torn between pushing you away and pulling you closer. His muted cursing only spurred you on, your hands working in tandem with your mouth to push him closer to the edge. You could feel his body trembling, his breathing growing more ragged with each passing second. “Y-you’re relentless,” he hissed, though his voice lacked any real bite. If anything, the breathless quality of his words betrayed just how much he liked this—how much he wanted this. You glanced up at him, catching the way his hazel eyes fluttered shut, his lips parted as soft groans spilled out despite his best efforts to stay quiet. His hand tightened briefly in your hair before falling away, as though he was surrendering entirely. “You’re evil,” he managed to choke out, his voice cracking as you pushed him into overstimulation, ignoring the way his hips bucked slightly as if trying to escape. But even as he cursed you under his breath, you could feel his body responding, his muscles tensing and his breaths coming in short, shaky bursts. He was on the brink, and you knew it. “You love it,” you murmured softly against him, your voice vibrating against his sensitive skin.
And when his head fell back against the chair, a broken, stifled moan escaping his lips, you knew he couldn’t deny it. Jaren’s hand fumbled with the mouse, trying to maintain the illusion of control as his other hand gripped the edge of the desk for dear life. His usual smooth commentary had devolved into fragmented sentences, punctuated by soft huffs of breath that he couldn’t quite keep in check. “Yeah, uh—no, no, I’m fine,” he stammered into the mic, his tone strained as he forced out a laugh. “Just…distracted. You know how it is.” You almost laughed yourself, hearing how transparent he was. But instead, you doubled down, hollowing your cheeks as you slid your mouth down his length, taking him as deep as you could before pulling back just enough to let your tongue tease the sensitive underside. “Jesus Christ,” Jaren hissed, his hand flying to the mute button again as his head dropped forward. His hair fell messily into his face, hiding the desperate flush that had crept down his neck. “Do you have any idea what you’re doing to me?” he muttered, voice low and laced with desperation. You pulled back slightly, your hand stroking him in place of your mouth as you looked up at him, your smirk practically devilish. “Oh, I know exactly what I’m doing, Jaren,” you teased, your voice soft but dripping with intent. “You’re the one who hasn’t told me to stop.” His head shot up at that, his hazel eyes locking with yours.
They were glassy, filled with a mix of frustration and something far more vulnerable. “I hate you,” he whispered, but the tremble in his voice made it clear he meant the exact opposite. “Sure you do,” you murmured before taking him into your mouth again, this time moving faster, more deliberate, your hands working in tandem with your tongue to push him further into overstimulation. He tried to stifle a moan, biting down on his knuckles as his free hand gripped your hair, his touch shaky and hesitant. “You’re—fuck, you’re actually evil,” he groaned, his hips jerking slightly despite his efforts to stay still. The trembling in his legs and the way his breath came in ragged gasps told you he was close again, his body betraying him even as he muttered half-hearted protests. “P-please,” he choked out, though even he didn’t seem sure whether he was asking you to stop or keep going. You slowed just enough to make him squirm, looking up at him through your lashes as your hand continued stroking him with steady precision. “Please what, Jaren?” you asked, your voice a low, teasing purr. He groaned, his head falling back against the chair as he dragged his hand down his face in frustration. “I—I can’t—fuck, I can’t take it anymore,” he admitted, his voice breaking as his body trembled under your relentless touch. You smiled, your lips brushing against him as you murmured, “Oh, but you’re doing so well. Just a little more for me, yeah?”
His broken whimper was all the confirmation you needed, and you didn’t let up, taking him apart piece by piece until he was shaking uncontrollably, his body arching as he came undone with a muffled groan. Even then, you didn’t stop, your movements slower but no less intentional, dragging him through the high and into the throes of overstimulation. His hand tugged weakly at your hair, his breath coming in shallow gasps as he muttered incoherent curses under his breath. “Y-you’re insane,” he whispered, his voice shaky and breathless as his grip in your hair tightened, not to pull you away, but as if to anchor himself to something solid. His body twitched with every swipe of your tongue, each deliberate stroke of your hand sending another jolt of sensation through him. His thighs trembled, and his head lolled back against the chair, a soft whimper spilling from his lips despite his attempts to keep quiet. He pressed the mute button again on his mic, his hazel eyes fluttering open just enough to glare down at you—though it lacked any real bite. “You’re actually trying to kill me,” Jaren groaned, his voice barely above a whisper. He let out a sharp hiss as your tongue traced along his sensitive tip, the overstimulation making his whole body jerk. “Kill you?” you teased, pulling back just enough to catch your breath, your hand continuing its steady rhythm. “I think you’re being a little dramatic.”
His chest heaved as he tried to glare at you again, but the way his lips parted and his brows furrowed betrayed just how wrecked he was. “I’m not—fuck—being dramatic,” he stammered, his voice breaking as your lips wrapped around him again. You hummed softly in response, the vibrations sending another wave of pleasure coursing through him. His hand flew to his mouth to stifle a desperate moan, but it was too late—you’d heard it, and the sound sent a rush of satisfaction through you. “Goddamn it,” he muttered, dragging a hand down his flushed face. “You’re…relentless.” You pulled back just slightly, your hand still working him as you smirked up at him. “And you love it,” you said, your voice low and teasing. He let out a strangled laugh, his head tilting back against the chair as he struggled to catch his breath. “You’re impossible,” he muttered, though the way his hips twitched up into your touch betrayed him. “You’re still hard,” you pointed out, tilting your head as your hand slowed, your thumb brushing over his sensitive head. “So…what’s the problem?” His laugh was breathless, almost incredulous, as he looked down at you through heavy-lidded eyes. “The problem,” he said, his voice rasping, “is that I’m dying down here, and you—fuck—won’t stop.” “Exactly,” you murmured, leaning in to press a soft kiss to his tip, savoring the way his whole body tensed beneath you.
“You’re not tapping out yet, are you?” He let out a soft groan, his hand flying to cover his face as he shook his head. “You’re insane,” he whispered again, but there was no denying the way his hips rolled up into your touch, his breath coming in short, uneven gasps. “Good,” you whispered before taking him back into your mouth, your pace slow but merciless as you pushed him further into the haze of overstimulation. Jaren’s muttered curses melted into broken whimpers, his body trembling as he surrendered completely. His free hand fell limply to his side, and he gave up trying to control himself, letting the overwhelming sensations wash over him as you continued, relentless and unyielding. When he finally came again, it was with a strangled moan, his body going rigid before collapsing back into the chair. His hand slipped weakly from your hair as his head lolled to the side, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. You pulled back gently, your lips brushing against his thigh before you rested your chin on it, looking up at him with a satisfied smile. “See? You survived.” Jaren groaned, his hand covering his face as a soft laugh escaped him. “Barely,” he muttered, his voice hoarse. You chuckled, sitting up and pressing a soft kiss to his stomach. “You’re welcome,” you teased, earning a weak laugh from him as he finally let his hand fall away from his face. “You’re ridiculous,” he said, but there was a soft smile tugging at his lips, his hazel eyes shining with a mixture of exhaustion and something far more tender.
“And you’re still here,” you countered, brushing a stray strand of hair from his face. He shook his head with a quiet laugh, leaning back in his chair as his eyes fluttered shut. “Yeah,” he murmured, his voice soft and full of affection. “I guess I am.”

The Marvelization of dialogue is a blight on all forms of media and writers need to learn when to let a character shut the fuck up.
Wizard of Legend 2's demo just came out with the steam next fest and the game is constant fucking noise with NPCs making the most surface level quips about every little thing you do in the game.
Grab a pick up? Better make a quip about it!
Smash a breakable object? Quip!
Do literally fucking nothing for a bit? Oh you know that deserves a quip!
Annoyance is magnified because the first game was fucking stellar and managed to weave a compelling world with very little dialogue at all. There's juuuust enough sprinkled around to give you a picture of a wider world without being heavy handed or in your face. Case in point: The opening of the game/tutorial is a modern day setting in a museum with an exhibit on the titular wizard of legend. Your character gets sucked into the past by a weird artifact, and when you eventually beat the game (which will probably take a while because the game is hard as balls) you get sent back to your own time. All the museum displays on the wizard of legend's favorite spells/robes/relics/etc. turn out to be the build you had on your winning run.
It's a cute framing device, but it also feels like the tip of a much bigger iceberg for worldbuilding. Part of the tutorial is museum docents handing out demo arcana to let visitors experience what it's like to be a wizard. NPC parents with their kids say they love to come to the museum to get a chance to shoot fireballs. Some of the visitors are in wizard robes, but they explicitly refer to them as "costumes." All of the exhibits imply that the events of the game happened in the distant past. Are there still wizards around today? Did my character come to the museum because he's an actual student of magic, or was he just the equivalent of a wizard fanboy? There are electric lights and camera phones, are those magic or just regular technology? So many questions, so much potential room to explore in a sequel! I was excited to learn more about the world, and instead I get some dickhead doing let's play commentary over my runs.
Also doesn't help that the first game had beautiful pixel art and the new one looks like it's trying to ape Hades' aesthetic as hard as possible. It's infuriating because the core gameplay is still in there! It's still just as fun, and putting together a sick arcana combo is just as satisfying. But it's all drowned under ten layers of bullshit made to dress it up like something else. Even the fucking wizard selection at the start of a run seems like it was ripped out of Rogue Legacy. Really feels like they had an incredible first attempt and then immediately lost all confidence and just started shoving whatever they saw someone else do into their game. Granted it's a demo and early access, but so far it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.
Anyways Wizard of Legend 1 is one of the best roguelites ever and you should go play it.

When would you accept beta's/people who give ideas and just commentary for stuff they'd like to see more of from the game and where would people be able to apply--that is if this is something you're willing to do at all /gen. I'm SUPER invested in the development /gen and I'd love to apply as a beta and give pointers on things I'd like to see improved on in the full release :)
I know you meant beta testers but I smiled for a second reading just the "beta" as a term from omegaverse xD For now I don't look for beta testers (I wouldn't even say the game is in the beta phase), but I do welcome any ideas, tips, critique at any time. I may not use every single advice, but I value different opinions. You can comment something under this post for example, and I might make a separate post asking about stuff in the future too. Story-wise I welcome ideas for Wade's path more, because the plot is more random and flexible, whereas for Kaleb I already have a story set from start to finish. But yeah, anything about game in general, UI, gameplay, audio, art, plot etc. I'm happy to hear.

In the modern au I think it would be funny if both zote and hornet were gaming live streamers, where zote was absolutely terrible but people watched him because it's very unintentionally funny how confident he is compared to his skill level.
Whereas hornet is amazing at the games she plays but she has so much gamer rage that she keeps getting banned for toxicity in increasingly funny ways.
100% canon. I fully believe they would both be gamers, and whether they would be streamers depends on how modern exactly is the modern AU. I personally put it somewhere in the earlier 2000s, but since it's a side AU I suppose that doesn't matter that much.
Zote would do gaming streams, but I also think he would react to videos sent by his viewers. And his reactions would be the funniest thing ever, he'd be completely dumbfounded by the most obvious things and make himself look like a fool. It would be incredibly entertaining.
Hornet would most certainly be the sweaty tryhard gamer who rages easily. She is very good at the games, so watching her would be entertaining on its own, but the rage is what makes it especially amusing. So exactly like what you described, you got it perfectly. I imagine she would play a lot of competitive online games, and would maybe offer some tips for her audience. But the rage moments is what would make her especially memorable.
Honestly, I might as well talk about the rest of the cast in this kind of setting while I'm at it.
Grimm would be incredibly good at games so that would be a big draw for his streams, but due to his type of humor I think his audience would be quite cursed to any outsider. Lots of suggestive running jokes (just earlier today I watched a random gameplay video and saw someone with a running joke where they comment "edging until [channel name] plays FNAF4" under each upload, and this is exactly the type of audience I imagine Grimm would have) and constant banter between his and his audience. Probably quite a few viewers simping for him too. Just pure chaos. One he very much enjoys.
FPK probably wouldn't play video games, he would instead stream about his latest inventions. Something like PC building streams as well, and if he's joined by Grimm or Hornet it would be extra entertaining. Though his audience would probably be the most genuine out of all of them, aside from maybe Holly. You'd have to be a nerd with very particular interests and a lot of patience to enjoy his slow paced streams about his work. And he would enjoy interacting with an audience like that, I like to think he would often stop what he's doing to respond to messages in the chat, and probably ramble quite a lot if it's something he's passionate about.
Speaking of Holly, they would be the chill vibes streamer, they'd play games like Stardew Valley. Obviously without commentary, but I think they'd find themselves a comfortable place in the "chill comfy stream" niche. Very wholesome stuff, and an incredibly chill audience.
The kids are of course too young to have their own streaming channels, but they'd often show up in the others' streams. Well, aside from Zote and Hornet. They wouldn't want any kids interrupting their streams.
