I do yeah! It’s mostly running and biking. I’ve run a couple of half-marathons. And some 30+ mile bike rides when I can.

And also biking is my main way of getting around the city, like I bike to and from work every day. So I get that for free. This also comes with the for-free upper body work out of “gotta carry the bike up and down 3 flights of stairs” whenever I take it out. This includes whatever is in the bike saddle bags, which may or may not contain such things as “my week’s worth of groceries from grocery shopping”
