He takes pictures of you. They were pretty innocent at first. He’d take pictures of you walking around the hospital and taking care of the patients. The staff even used his photographs to advertise the hospital.

Michael likes to cook and he’d fix you meals to cheer you up and listen to you if you need to. He’d be the perfect gentleman and even though he can’t talk, he’d make it obvious that he likes you through other means.

Unfortunately, because he can’t help bu want to kill you all the time, it’d be very difficult for the both of you to actually go on a date or go more than flirting basis. But, he’d still try to let you know that he likes you sometimes.

Freddy may look and sound like a scumbag most of the time, but he is capable of being romantic. He only lets special people see it.

Jason :

Jason is shy and will never be confrontational when it comes to flirting.

He maybe waves at you and hugs you sometimes, but not enough for you to understand what he means.

But, he is good with his hands and soon enough, goes to work.

Jason leaves you gifts. On your desk, on your nightstand, or any place he thinks you and only you would find them.

He carves little wooden figurines, mostly of frogs that he leaves around for you to find. And you always do. You then put then on a special shelf in the living room for everyone to see and admire.

It may not have been the initial goal, but he is happy to see you smile. And that is all he needs…

Norman Bates :

Norman was an anxious wreck. He had sweaty hands and an nervous smile on his face. He wanted you to say yes. He had been thinking about a way to approach the matter with you for weeks…

If Freddy needs to make a visit to the "real" world, he will most certainly stop by your place near the end

He used to always associate real life with anger and death, but having you has made him appreciate it as more than that

He'll always show up unannounced

Sometimes he even likes to give you a little scare as his way of saying "hi"

His arms bursting through the couch and wrapping around you

His severed head rolling out from under your bed

You get the picture

But once his laughs and your berating settle down, he goes soft

He'll hug you and let you know how the night went before settling into your bed

The nice thing about literally being a dream demon is that he can go from smelly and bloody to fresh and clean with a twist of his knifed glove

It's normally pretty late by the time he's with you, so you're always freshened up and in comfy clothes already

He pulls you into him and gently rubs up and down your arm

He doesn't really sleep so he just lays with you for however long he feels necessary

He sometimes takes you into his dream world once you're asleep

But if you need the rest, he makes sure to leave you a little gift in the morning

Usually a flower or candy of some kind

Occasionally it's an eyeball or a finger

This man hardly sleeps to be honest

He usually just naps a bit during the day and stays up all night doing serial killer stuff

The fact that he even functions normally is odd to you

He comes home late a lot of the time, but you try to stay up for him

He's scolded you several times about this, but it's the one thing you will never budge on

You greet him at the door with a tired smile as he walks over to you

He lets you hold his mask once he takes it off as he heads to the bathroom

His clothing sits in a messy pile on the bathroom floor as you wipe off his mask with a clean cloth

Once this is done, you head into the bathroom

He never used to care about the dried blood and sweat on him until he met you

Now, there's something about when getting clean with you that he enjoys

Not that he'd ever say this out loud

You hop into the shower with him and help wash his back, gently scratching and rubbing along his skin

You can always feel his tense posture relax at this

After the shower, you both step out and brush your teeth

You already have his pajama pants ready for him after this, allowing him to get comfortable

Everything up to this point is done is silence, both of you just enjoying each other's presence

But once you both are cuddled up in bed, you begin to talk about the things that happened today and what you did while he was gone

He isn't much of a talker himself, but he does like listening to your voice

It helps him relax as he eventually watches you fall asleep against him

Jason Voorhees

He loves seeing your bright smile whenever he walks through the door

It's what he looks forwards to the most while he's still out stalking the woods

You're always quick to help him shrug off his jacket and set his machete off to the side

Once the bloody outer layer of clothing is off, he engulfs you in a big hug as his way of saying he missed you

After a bit, you sit him down and begin taking a warm washcloth to his body, wiping away any small blood splatters still leftover

Baths and even showers still don't sit right with Jason, and although he could do it, the night is meant to be about comfort, so you don't push him into the bathroom for the sake of his relaxation

Once he's cleaned up, he follows you around while you brush your teeth and get changed, just enjoying being in your company

He is technically undead, so brushing his teeth and sleeping aren't really in his normal routine

But he will lay with you in bed and listen to you hum softly

He'll caress your cheek once he sees your eyes flutter close, a soft smile growing on your face

This is normally how you fall asleep, Jason by your side and watching over you

Thomas Hewitt

It's not easy working outside all day in the southern heat

Once inside, you hand him an old rag so that he can wipe off the sweat from around his face, him offering a smile behind his mask

After this, he takes a seat at the table with you and eats dinner

This is when you talk about your day and just share anything you want to tell him

He listens intently and even chimes in with a few nods and gentle squeezes on your hand

You then clear the dishes once you're both done eating, letting him get the shower ready

You follow in after him, relaxing under the warm water

Once he rinses off the grime, he pulls you close to him under the shower head

He honestly can't think of anything better than to be under the pouring of warm water with you in his arms

He'd repeat the tiring day 100 times if it would always end like this

Once you're both washed up, you brush your teeth at the sink

You both have to take turns with this, sometimes nudging up against him and poking him as a joke

He always has a wide smile

Once you both go to bed, you rest your head on his chest, rubbing circles into his tense muscles

You both eventually fall asleep intertwined with one another

Bubba Sawyer

At the end of a long day, Bubba is all but sprinting into the house to see you

He pulls you into him, not even considering all the sweat and dirt getting on you

Not that you really cared anyways

His enthusiasm makes up for it

He then makes his way to the bathroom, basically leaving a trail of his dirty clothes along the way

He's more of a bath person, relishing in the bubbles and the warm water

So once he has the bath started, he is eager to help you undress

Not even in an inappropriate way, he just likes to have you in the tub with him

Once the soap has been added and the water is the right temp, you both get in together

He has you facing him while you talk about your day

He likes to play with your hands and plop clumps of bubbles onto your head

Anything to make you laugh is a win in his books

After your bath, you both get into some cozy clothes and watch TV

This usually involves snacking on some baked treats or candy

Half the time, you both fall asleep curled up on the sofa together with the movie still playing in the background

If you don't, then you'll have to basically drag Bubba to the bedroom and under the covers, giving a small kiss before tucking yourself in after

Brahms Heelshire

Anything on his normal list of rules is easy to get him to follow

Tucking him into bed and giving him a kiss goodnight takes all but two seconds to complete

But everything leading up to that can be a pain in the butt

If you make him dinner, he'll swear up and down that the vegetables would make him sick if he ate them

He then would dread going to the shower to get cleaned up

Clean and Brahms never seem to go together in a sentence

The only way he'll get in is if you promise to go in with him

Very handsy if you let him

Wants to wash your back for you

Constantly pulls you against his soapy body even after you've already rinsed off

And after all this, getting him out of the shower and forcing him to brush his teeth is a whole other battle

You have to help him towel off and practically lock him in the bathroom so that he brushes his teeth

After countless moments of whining, he finally gives in when you threaten to not sleep beside him

Once he eventually finishes getting cleaned up, everything is a breeze

Maybe all that fighting beforehand tires him out?

Whatever the cause, you're happy to watch him plop into bed, waiting for you to pull the covers up over him

You crawl in beside him and give him his kiss before he cuddles his head into the crook of your neck

He's fast asleep within moments of his eyes closing

Norman Bates

He has a very simple routine he follows every night

Dinner, shower, reading, bed

Always in that order without fail

You've grown accustomed to this pattern and learned to love the familiarity of it each night

You both eat dinner together at the table, going back and forth sharing stories and talking about the day

It never ceases to amaze you how much more you learn about Norman every day

You both take your time eating but once you both have finished, he's quick to jump up and help you put all the dishes away

He used to be shy with showering with you after dinner, but he now finds it the best part of the night

Sharing each other's company and helping one another get clean is incredibly comforting to him

After getting all cleaned up, you both sit down on the couch together and read a book

Sometimes you both read separately and just bask in each other's silence for a while

But other times you switch off on reading out loud to one another, the other person resting their head on their lap

This is typically accompanied with a cup of tea, Norman's favorite treat at the end of a long day

Once you both become tired, you will head to the bedroom and slip under the covers next to each other

He likes to face you while you sleep, making sure you're comfortable before he finally closes his eyes for the night

Billy Loomis

Billy can be a bit unpredictable when he comes home at night

If the killing spree went well, then he comes home with a big smile on his face, arms open wide for your embrace

But if things didn't go as planned, he'll be very quiet coming home, heading straight to the shower

But no matter what mood he's in, he wants you there

You join him under the hot water, helping him clean off all the blood and dirt

Once he feels your touch, he relaxes and holds you close to him

If he feels like it, he'll tell you about the night and how things went

But if not, you're both just happy to be with each other in the comfortable silence

Once clean, you both get changed into warm clothes and watch some TV for a while

Horror movies are a must with Billy, so munching on some popcorn and candy with a scary film on is the perfect way for him to unwind

He loves when you scratch his scalp during the movie, practically melting under your touch

Once he becomes tired, he'll hoist you up and to the bedroom

He'll plop into bed and pull you into his arms

This is when you both share your stories of the day and the good things that happened if not already done in the shower

He'll kiss you deeply before dozing off, thankful to have you there beside him

He's always bursting with energy when he comes home to you

The door flies open and he has you spinning around in his arms

He's talking a mile a minute, describing every detail of his night

You're always just so happy to see him glowing and unharmed, so you listen intently with a smile on your face

Once he finally comes down from his high, he gets the munchies and raids the kitchen for a bit

After this, he just wants to cuddle and watch TV, but you always insist on him hopping in the shower

With some puppy eyes and a promise to join, he's finally convinced to get cleaned up

He always insists on having the water scorching hot for whatever reason, so you basically feel like your in a sauna

However, he makes up for it in scalp massages and soft kisses along your shoulders

Once you're both clean, you quickly brush your teeth and hop into matching pajamas (he insists)

You then cozy up in bed and turn on a movie

You almost always fall asleep with the TV still on, limbs intertwined with one another

Eric rarely comes home while you're still awake

He tries his best to stay quiet, but you somehow have an internal alarm at this point and always wake up after a while

He tries to shush you back to bed each time, but you insist on helping him get cleaned up

You take his dirty clothes and set them on a chair, leaving that mess for the morning

You then start the bath and light a few candles

Eric enjoys the light of a flame more than the artificial lighting in the bathroom

He holds you close to him in the tub, gently caressing your arms and back

You're also eager to return the favor, carefully running a wet washcloth over any grime and dried blood left on his skin

He simply tilts his head back and closes his eyes, finally relaxing for the first time that night

Stabs them repeatedly when youre not home until theyre nothing but a shredded mess like an untrained dog and when you confront him he denies it like you've accused him of murder.

Jason

Kisses each one on the forehead goodnight like he's going to be deployed in the morning. Comes home the next day with glass display cases for you to put your favorites/ most valuable in. Even buys them personalized stickers and trinkets to but in and on their box like he's assigned them their own personalities.

Freddy

Punches each and every one of them in the face as hard as he can like they all own him a grand each right in front of you, laughing until he violently shit himself while you scream at him to leave them alone.

Bubba

Gives each one their own day to help/follow him around the farm (carrying them around in one arm or aggressively stuffing them down his pants when he needs to use both hands) while actively getting them dirty with blood, dirt, and shit or tearing them in the process of being so unintentionally violent.

Thomas

Gives them dirty looks when they touch his stuff but actively grows very fond of them and shares all of the family drama and tea with them when they are alone. The dirty looks shift to you when you walk in on a heated tea spill session.

Brahms

Steals them from you.

Humps them.

Cries and denies taking them if you find them before he's able to "sneakily" put them back where he got them.

Billy

Refuses to acknowledge them and absolutely refuses to touch them, but buys you more and more whenever he's out by himself. When you leave the room he apologizes for ignoring them all day and adds the new friend to your collection. Has to turn them away when the two of you do the dirty.

Stu

Gives them all government first, middle, and last names and doesn't forget them either. Also constantly buy you new ones whenever he sees them and issues them names, social security numbers, and jobs before he even gives them to you. Makes them beef with each other.

Norman

Dresses up and has tea parties with them. When your not home. Writes and prints hand made name tags, name plates, bibs, and beautifully crafted invitations with their own messages for all of them. Spends hours making real treats for said parties.

Hannibal

Quietly passive aggressively threatens each of them that if hey even think about getting closer to you that he'll destuff them and use their skin as pillow covers, and will do so in front of the others. Insists that he loves them when you ask, shooting them dirty looks after you've turned around.

Bo

Crop-dusts them if you keep them waist level and will even grab them and purposely rip the fattest, wettest, most gut wrenching, stomach rumbling, room clearing, radioactive, leg lifting fart you've ever heard right in their face and throw it at you, flipping you off as he walks away.

Vincent

Makes them all their own little wax sculpture the same color as their fur and keeps them on a shelf above where you keep yours. Still doesn't have the heart to tell you that he stole one from you once to sculpt and accidentally dropped it in a vat of wax and had to dump the whole basin because it was ruined. Claims you must have just misplaced it.

Lester

Makes you homemade, roadkill fur stuffed abominations that smell like the wettest of shit and will set them right next to yours on your bed/shelf. Can never remember the names of your stuffed ones and called them something not even close to what they are, thinking he's 100% right. Pets them unconsciously if he's standing next to them and just mindlessly talking.

Someone mature yet naive. Michael only kills people who pose as threats, or that could potentially get in his way.

I think he’d likely go for someone who’s mature enough to be a natural adult but naive enough to believe that they could change him.

Christian nature lover, it just seems to be in his character. Especially with his background, a soft person who has a soft spot for natures creatures.

A farmer or a gardener. Or just someone sweet in general. Someone who manages to befriend his family and doesn’t seem to pose a threat or want to harm him.

Someone completely deranged, mentally unstable and psychotic. Gothic, satanic or atheist. Someone who helps him in his crime, or kills.

A soft mother figure almost, an insect enthusiast.

Chucky

A psychopath or sociopath, he’d date crazy but not someone who’s totally batshit insane. Someone with attachment issues based on how he deals with people who want to leave him.

Vincent Sinclair

Artist, or an art enthusiast. Someone with a traumatic past or a slight psychical deformity. More of a trauma bonding relationship.

Bo Sinclair

City girl, someone who tends to wear revealing clothes with a snarky attitude. A fighter, or just a rough handed/strong woman.

A hunter or a foodie. He’d likely just go line up at a food truck and fall in love with the person working there.

A tough snarky woman, someone who has a short attitude and doesn’t know how to lucid dream. Someone shorter than him.

Someone feminine, someone who’s empathetic and helps others often. Likely someone who volunteers at shelters of just a genuine kind person who has made mistakes.

Someone who’s very hyper sexual and can deal with his sex depravity.

Someone bold or not shy to speak their mind, someone who’s outgoing and very friendly. Typically someone with a flirtatious demeanor.

michael: if he even remembered (which is obviously highly unlikely), his gift would be coming home early and hovering over you for the rest of the evening. in his mind, this is romantic intimacy.

jason: a handful of dandelions from the forest and a big hug.

pinhead (1987): they would just ask you what you wanted and get you exactly that. very straightforward! not really the surprise type.

pinhead (2022): would give you the lament configuration and tell you to choose lauderant/love (it’s a pickup line).

norman bates: roses :>

patrick bateman: money for breast implants.

billy lenz: a live rat he found in the attic.

freddy krueger: permission to borrow his hat for the night. what do you mean you don’t want it? of course you do.

Cipher from fogposting here, I have been thinking about the reader living in the slasher / dbd killer house idea!

And what I would be interested in is how chores would be distributed 😂 who does what? Do they let Bubba cook?

(not sure if this counts as request, but feel free to ignore it if you don't want to write anything about this!)

Horror House

Since there is a big group of them that live together, the slashers have a humongous house so it’s right that everyone has to pitch in (at Norman’s demand).

Jason handles the house’s exterior maintenance, ensuring the walls and gates are secure, and also takes care of the yard work. He’s actually really good at gardening if you mean by growing a never-ending supply of deadly traps and pitfalls.

Michael is in charge of plumbing, but his fixes often lead to eerie, dripping sounds, and he also handles the house’s lighting, but only installs dim, flickering bulbs that cast ominous shadows (he purposely does that to scare the shit out of Danny, Billy, and Stu). His cooking skills are limited to boiling water, but he insists on making everyone eat his infamous Michael’s Mac ‘n Cheese of Doom. 

Freddy manages the house’s electrical system, but loves to play tricks with the lighting to try and scare the others (it doesn’t work). He also helps with running the house’s music and entertainment with his razor-sharp glove-uitar (Freddy named it that). It’s just him running his glove blades over the strings of an actual guitar and it doesn’t sound that great.

Bubba cooks meals for everyone alongside Hannibal and it’s some of the most fine homemade cooking you will ever taste. He also helps Norman with the house’s cleaning. He is actually very good at doing laundry. He makes sure each piece of clothing is neatly folded and put in the right person’s pile.

Nubbins assists Bubba in the kitchen, but mostly makes ruckus and gets in the way. He does actual gardening, but is not very good at it. The plants usually die within 3-4 days and maybe a week if he’s lucky.  

ChopTop does a lot of carpentry and woodworking, but his creations end up looking sinister and unuseful. He ends up antagonizing Bubba With his creations by chasing him and waving them around in his face. He also helps Drayton with finances, but only embezzles funds to make more of those twisted projects of his.

Drayton oversees the house’s finances and handles the house’s decorating using human skulls and bones (Norman and Hannibal had to take them down because it was making some of the other residents sick to their stomachs and relieved Drayton from decorating duty). He tries to help out with gardening, but it always ends with him chasing Nubbins around with a broom, leaving the garden unattended for hours (maybe that’s why the plants die so fast). 

Thomas takes care of the house’s leatherwork and upholstery, but uses human skin, and also handles the house’s security, but only installs traps and alarms that have led to endangering some of the residents. He’s actually a pretty good cook, but prefers to let Bubba and Hannibal do the cooking so he can keep his eye out for danger. 

Bo manages any machine or car maintenance. Since the slashers have to use reusable stuff, Bo is there to make sure that everything is intact and working. He tends to be out in the huge garage-like barn in the back of the house for hours, with Amanda, always fixing something.

Vincent oversees the house’s art and decor with the help of Brahms. He’ll spend hours down in the basement (his art studio) creating pieces to hang up around the house. He also handles the music being played around the house with his radio. He finds Freddy’s attempt at making music annoying. He’ll help out with the laundry sometimes too. He treats laundry like he treats his artwork.

Lester doesn’t stick around the house; he’s out of the house early to attend his roadkill pile. However, whenever he is home, Lester will assist Norman with taxidermy and chores. He’s only tried helping cook dinner once and almost burnt the whole house down. Let’s just say he was never let back into the kitchen again.

Norman takes care of a lot of the house’s cleaning and keeps the house pretty tidy for an extremely worn down house. In his free time, he does a lot of taxidermy to put up for display around the house to give it more personality. He can cook, but no one likes house cleaning so that takes up a lot of his time. 

Hannibal is the main chief of the house. He prepares exquisite, gourmet meals. He’ll prepare separate meals for anyone who is no in favor for his special ingredient, *cough* human *cough*. He also runs therapy sessions for anyone who needs it. He’s a great listener and gives great advice. He also helps with gardening every once and awhile if he’s not busy with other things. Nubbins is trying to find Hannibal’s secret to growing a successful garden because his plants last for years. 

Amanda spends her time designing and building traps for pests and rodents that are crawling around in the house. She’ll help Bo out with his projects if he gets stuck on something because she gets tired of hearing him groan and complain. Listen, the girl needs her concentration okay? 

Billy Loomis refuses to do almost anything that requires him to be responsible: Norman was lucky enough to even get him to clean his room. However, he does like to pull pranks on the other slashers and make mischief. He may or may not have gotten his throat slit open by Michael once for it though…

Stu works with the technology and gadgets of the house. However, he only uses them to play pranks on the other residents of the house and nothing really useful. Hannibal and Norman had to provoke his technology privileges quite a few times because the others were complaining. 

Chucky only exists to insult and annoy the hell out of everyone. What is he gonna do? He’s literally a doll. Actually, he does help with organizing stuff. If he sees something misplaced or moved, he’ll put it back into its original spot. He also helps his wife Tiffany out with her fashion work. 

Tiffany handles a lot of the house’s fashion and style. She designs and creates outfits for everyone so no one has to go clothes shopping. She is also another one who is a really good cook and helps out sometimes. Her specialty is baked goods and always makes the best desserts for after dinner.

Brahms helps with decorating. He’s very picky with how the house is decorated and wants the house to be decorated with only the finest things. Most of the stuff he hangs up is Vincent’s art pieces that range from canvas art to sculptures.

Billy Lenz looks after the ‘household’ cat (it’s actually his cat) Claude. He feeds,waters, grooms, and plays with the cat. He makes sure that no one has to think twice about taking care of Claude. He likes to keep Claude with him at all times because Michael tried to kill and eat him a few times.

Pyramid Head is the guard dog of the house. He makes sure the younger slashers aren’t getting too out of hand and staying out of trouble. The slashers are really trying not to draw too much attention to themselves.

Carrie helps out with chores and does most of the laundry. She uses her powers to make the clothes spontaneously combust and move things around to dust the spaces underneath objects. 

Jennifer takes care of the house’s beauty and makeup. She critiques the other slashers on their work ethic and tightness around the house (It’s much appreciated by Norman). She’ll make sure that everything is put in its proper place and looks presentable. She does Bubba and Carrie’s makeup a lot and is your go to girl for when prom rolls around. 

Danny surprisingly is a very efficient cleaner and will get random bursts of energy that has him deep cleaning the entire house. He will disinfect the entire house in an hour and a half, insisting that Norman takes a break for the day since that’s literally all he does everyday 24/7 3/65. He also cares for the firearms and weaponry.

I found a perler bead pattern by cosmic_view on Kandipatterns ( click here for pattern! ) which inspired me to make a version that will work better on my knitting machine for the style of scarves I make then I ended up modding the pattern into other horror movie characters. Michael Myers

Michael stares at the baby in your arms, his expression hidden behind his mask, but you can sense his surprise. He wasn’t expecting to be called dad, and the word feels foreign to him. For a moment, he freezes, his usual menacing air disappearing as he just stares. Slowly, he reaches out, his hand gently touching the baby's tiny fist. Though he doesn't say anything, there's a subtle shift in his body language, a quiet acceptance of the title.

Yeah. That baby is gonna have a great dad.

Jason Voorhees

Jason, who is often seen as a protector in his own way, might feel a wave of unexpected emotion. He has affection for them and the appellation dad did make him still for a second, reminding him of what he once longed for—a family and love. He crouches down slowly, tilting his head in that childlike way he sometimes does, unsure of how to react but clearly moved. Gently, he pats the baby’s head, trying to be as soft as possible, his usually violent hands becoming tender. Jason lost his father at a young age, and he would make sure that doesn’t happen with your baby.

Freddy Krueger

Freddy's reaction would be more layered. He'd laugh, finding the idea of being called dad by your child both amusing and strange. "Well, look who’s got great taste," he’d tease, his grin wide and mischievous. "Calling me daddy, huh ? Heck. I might start to like you, ya lil’ goblin !"

But deep down, there might be a flicker of something else—perhaps a sense of pride, though he’d never admit it. He’d probably try to play it off, cracking jokes, but you’d catch a glimmer in his eyes that says it means more than he lets on. Freddy wanted to be a father, before he died. But he never got the chance. So, he’d be secretly happy to keep an eye on your baby.

Chucky

Chucky would be taken aback, but his pride would swell almost instantly. "That's right, kid ! Dad's here !" he’d say with a wicked grin, clearly enjoying the title. He’d probably pick up the baby—carefully, for once—and start telling them how lucky they are to have him as their father. Chucky would take this as an ego boost and start acting like he's the best "dad" in the room, making jokes and pretending to give fatherly advice.

He would be the type of father to fight tooth and nail for his kid though—even though he pretends not to care.

Norman Bates

Norman would be stunned, unsure how to process being called dad. His face would soften as a mix of emotions flicker across his expression—uncertainty, fear, and a strange sense of warmth. He’s never really had anyone look to him in such a way before, and it would catch him off guard. "Dad…" he’d repeat softly, almost as if testing the word himself. There’s a brief moment where you see a tender, vulnerable side of him emerge. He’d be happy. But…He would also be conflicted because he’s never really had a father figure before and he would be afraid to not be up to the task…

Brahms Heelshire

Brahms would be overjoyed, his eyes lighting up with excitement as the baby calls him dad. He loves the idea of family and devotion, so this would feel like an affirmation of the bond he craves. "Did you hear that ? They called me dad !" Brahms would say, almost giddy with happiness. He’d immediately want to hold the baby, showing an unusually gentle side, savoring the moment as if it cements his place in your life even more deeply. He’d also wonder what it would be like to be YOUR partner…to be the real father of the child. Let me say, Brahms would actually buy you a wedding ring if that meant you would let him be yours and the baby’s family.

Bo Sinclair

Bo would smirk at first, his Southern drawl slipping out, "Well, ain’t that somethin’ ?" He’d be caught off guard, unsure if he should embrace it or brush it off. But deep down, the idea of being called dad would actually make him proud and happy. He’d probably roll with it, giving you a cocky smile, but you’d know from the way he looks at the baby that it’s gotten to him more than he’ll admit. He would wait until you are out of the room before kissing the baby’s forehead and whispering to it.

"Yeah…I’m yer Pa now, baby. And me and ya are gonna make yer mama so happy. You’ll see."

Vincent Sinclair

Vincent wouldn’t show much outward reaction at first, his face hidden beneath his mask, but he’d pause. The idea of being called dad by your child would stir something deep inside, something warm and unfamiliar. He’d probably kneel down, gently offering his hand to the baby, who’d grab onto his fingers. In that small, quiet moment, Vincent would silently accept the title, his body language soft and careful.

He would also take a picture—to remember that moment forever.

Pennywise

Pennywise would be utterly caught off guard. He’d be playing his usual mischievous role, trying to get the baby to laugh with goofy faces or strange noises when the word dad slips out. He’d freeze, his sharp teeth momentarily retreating, eyes widening in shock. "Dad, huh? Well, that’s new," he’d chuckle, though the sound would be a bit strained, a mix of amusement and uncertainty. Deep down, Pennywise would be torn between his natural chaos-loving self and an unfamiliar, almost protective instinct. After all, the word dad is reserved for those who care, and that’s not something he’s entirely familiar with. He doesn’t care. About anything or anyone. Still, he might lean into it, thinking of it as a twisted joke between the two of you, but somewhere in the back of his mind, the idea of being important to someone would linger.

Pennywise *hesitates before taking the baby in his arms* : "…You’re one ugly baby. But…I guess that’s okay. That just means am gonna have to take care of you."

Penny

Penny, on the other hand, would be thrilled. The second the baby says dad, he’d light up with genuine excitement, clapping his hands and letting out a loud, gleeful laugh. "Oh, did you hear that ? I’m dad !" he’d exclaim, picking up the baby and twirling them around carefully. Unlike his brother, Penny wouldn’t be conflicted—he’d embrace the title with his usual boundless joy, seeing it as the highest honor. He’d probably carry the baby around for the rest of the day, boasting to the others with pride.

Jack Torrance

Jack's reaction to being called dad by your baby would be complex. At first, he might freeze, his mind racing between his past as a father and the present moment. A flash of old memories might cross his face—memories of his son, Danny, and how things went terribly wrong. He might force a smile, but it wouldn’t reach his eyes.
