- San SebastiaÌn Cheesecake -
English Version
Difficulty: â

Ingredients:
300g sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract / or 3-4 packets of vanilla sugar
900g cream cheese
500ml cream
5 Eggs
50g flour
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees (Upper/lower Heat)
Step 1: Mix the cream cheese with the sugar ( and vanilla sugar if u donât have vanilla extract) and the pinch of salt until creamy. NOT FOAMY.
Step 2: gradually add the eggs. Then add the lemon juice and vanilla flavoring.
Step 3: Stir in the cream. Donât stir too much as you donât want to fold in any air, you just want to mix in the cream.
Step 5: then add the flour to create a liquid, lump-free mass.
Step 6: line your baking pan with Baking paper. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25 - 45 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets.
The cake should be (very) dark brown on the surface, but still nice and creamy on the inside and âwobblyâ.
Let the cake cool down in the baking pan at room temperature and then put it in the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight).
Serve the cake with a chocolate or caramel sauce and enjoy!

300g Zucker
1TL Vanillieextrakt / oder 3-4 PĂ€ckchen Vanillinzucker
900g FrischkÀse
500ml Sahne
5 Eier
50g Mehl
eine priese Salz
1TL Zitronensaft
Du brauchst: SchĂŒssel Schneebesen Backform
Heize deinem Backofen auf 250grad Ober-/und unter Hitze vor ( Je heiĂer desto besser )
Schritt 1: RĂŒhe den frischkĂ€se mit dem Zucker (eventuell vanillinzucker) und der priese Salz cremig. NICHT SCHAUMIG.
Schritt 2: rĂŒhre die Eier nach und nach Hinzu. Gib dann den Zitronensaft und das Vanillieextrakt hinzu.
Schritt 3: RĂŒhe die Sahne hinzu. Nicht zu viel rĂŒhren da du keine Luft unterheben möchtest, sondern die Sahne nur vermengen willst.
Schritt 5: gib dann das Mehl hinzu, sodass eine flĂŒssige klumpenfreie Masse entsteht.
Schritt 6: lege deine Backform mit Backpacker aus. FĂŒlle den Teig in die Backform ein und back den Kuchen im vorgeheizten Backofen fĂŒr 25 - 45 min Je nachdem wie HeiĂ dein Ofen wird.
Der Kuchen soll an der OberflĂ€che sehr dunkel werden, aber von innen noch noch schön cremig und âwabbeligâ sein.
Lass den Kuchen erst bei Zimmertemperatur in der Backform auskĂŒhlen und stelle ihn dann fĂŒr 4h (oder ĂŒber Nacht) im KĂŒhlschrank Kalt.
Servier den Kuchen mit einer schoko oder caramelsoĂe und lass es dir schmecken!! Viel SpaĂ beim ausprobieren.

 a baguette
4 tomatoes
400g of mozzarellaÂ
 a clove of garlicÂ
some olive oil
Spices (salt, pepper, oregano and fresh basil)
 preparation
 You need: Knife, cutting board, parchment paperÂ
 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (upper/lower heat).Â
 Step 1: Drain the mozzarella. Wash the tomatoes. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. put them aside for now.Â
 Step 2: Slice the baguette lengthwise. Drizzle the open side of the baguette with a little olive oil, then toast over medium-high heat in a pan until golden brown.
 Step 3: Place the toasted baguette halves on your baking sheet. Peel a clove of garlic. You now rub the garlic with a cut side over your toasted baguette halves. Now start covering the baguette halves with the chopped tomatoes and mozzarella slices.Â
(note: Before you put the mozzarella on top, season the tomato slices with a little salt and pepper.) when you are done season with oregano.
Baking time: 15 - 20min or until cheese is melted. Finally, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and enjoy your meal!

 400g mozzarella
eine Knoblauch Zehe
 etwas Oliven Ăl
GewĂŒrze ( Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano und frisches basilikum)
Zubereitung
Du benötigst: Messer, Schneidebrett, Backpapier
Ofen auf 200 grad (Ober-/unterhitze) vorheizen.
Schritt 1: Lasse den Mozzarella abtropfen. Die Tomaten waschen. Den Strunk von den Tomaten entfernen und die Tomaten und den Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden. stelle sie erstmal beiseite.
Schritt 2: Das Baguette der LÀnge nach aufschneiden. BetrÀufle die offene Seite des Baguettes mit etwas Olivenöl und Brate es dann bei mittlerer Hitze Gold-braun an.
Schritt 3: Lege die fertig getoasteten Baguette HĂ€lften auf dein Backblech.
SchĂ€le eine Knoblauchzehe. Diese reibst du nun mit einer angeschnittenen Seite ĂŒber deine getoasteten Baguette HĂ€lften.
Jetzt beginne die Baguette HĂ€lften mit den geschnittenen Tomaten und Mozzarella Scheiben zu belegen. (Tipp: bevor du den Mozzarella drauf legst WĂŒrze die Tomatenscheiben mit etwas Salz, Pfeffer). WĂŒrze zum Schluss nochmal mit Oregano. Â
Backzeit: 15 - 20min oder bis der KĂ€se geschmolzen ist.
Zum Schluss noch Mit frischen BasilikumblÀttern bestreuen und Guten Appetit!

This quick weeknight meal made fine use of three kinds of @dorotgardens cubes from my freezer (basil, garlic, and caramelized onion) thawed and combined with 3T of dehydrated tomato powder, a few glugs of EVOO, and a teeny bit of both balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, tossed with gluten free gnocchi. I also added crushed @oliviascroutons for texture, arugula for more flavor and color, and shredded Parmesan because cheese. There are some dishes I have made over the years that continue to be a firm favorite in our home. One such dish is my Bacon and Bolognese Spaghetti.
Quick, tasty and packed full of flavor this dish is a winner dinner any day.
The Bolognese Mince Tossed in aldente spaghetti, crispy bacon bits, origano, feta and assorted peppers make for a hearty home cooked meal.

You will find some delicious cooking, baking and dessert recipes here!
i've been thinking about sharing my joy in preparing food, baked goods and desserts for a long time and i've finally decided to do so. I hope that I can convince you to try some of these recipes and that I can give you some new food ideas. Â
About me: my Name is Janina,I am in my early 20s and from germany. I've been baking since I was 12 and it's one of my favorite hobbies. I am basically a Self-trained Hobby Baker. Because some of my family members are very talented when it comes to cooking and baking, I came in contact with it early on and discovered it for myself over the years. Especially since I've been living alone, I've become much more willing to experiment and like to try new things.
