I did the thing! One session of yoga done!
Man it was hard. And it was totally for beginners. I am so much further back than I used to be, but that means I know I can get it back.
It feels good. I only thought I was going to throw up a couple times. And only thought I was going to pass out once. I’ll consider that a success considering how out of shape I am.

My training plan for most of 2019. This will remain the same for 2020, the only changes might be a few new forms. This is only one of my rotating training plans to keep my skills fresh. Pro tip: time all of your sessions. I don't do this to try to perform faster, but to keep myself diligent and moving along. I don't care about my times. When you know a clock is running, you dont dilly-dally. Journal everything, sign off and time-stamp everything. If you leave a detailed record, you'll be able to see your progress curve over time.
