You knew exactly how you ended up there, writhing in pleasure as his hips snapped against yours. The brutal pace is torturous on its own, your back arched and your voice lost in your throat. But you think— no, you know he likes the fact that you’re breathless beneath him. Unable to make a noise aside from a strangled string of moans.

You’d been taunting him for days, maybe weeks if he had an opinion on this. You’d been away, visiting friends, and god, he thinks back to the messages and the calls he’d gotten since you left your apartment, and his pace quickens. The pictures, the videos, the voice messages— all of it. And yet, when you returned home you pretended to be innocent, not knowing what he was talking about and why he’d been so hard the second you stepped into the door. 

Now look at you, crumbling under his touch and so blissed out you can’t say a single word. 

“Hey, hey—“ He snaps his fingers as he continues his thrusts, forcing your bleary eyes on him. “You said you could take it, baby.�� Aimlessly, you nod, trying to find a reprise on the bed frame as he chuckles above you. He slows a bit, rolling his hips into you in a way that makes you strangle out a louder moan. He huffs out a pant, closing his eyes for a second before grabbing your face with a tight grip. He forces your eyes on him, his dick twitching inside of you at the sight in front of him. 

“Can’t you take it?” He taunts, listening to your broken mess of a yes before he clicks his tongue. In one motion, he flips you over and presses a hand to the middle of your back, forcing an arch. You tuck your head down, allowing yourself to breathe. 

“Use your big boy words, baby. Okay, now say you’re my cumslut.” He goes back to his harsh pacing, his free hand fisting the headboard. 

“Go on,” He taunts before he leans down and coos in your ear when you can’t. “All that big talk for what?”

for me, there are characters who have suffered so much that they either become gentle and take care of their girlfriends as if they were made of porcelain, with vanilla sex, etc…

My reason for liking Gojohime (Gojo Satoru x Iori Utahime)

The main ship dynamic I’m obsessed with is “opposites attract” combined with banter. I love when two characters with completely different personalities, backgrounds, and worldviews come together, and the contrast sparks this kind of intense relationship dynamic. It’s not just about having differences; it’s about how those differences create tension, growth, and genuine connection.

In these kinds of ships, there’s always a push and pull—one character challenges the other, forces them to look at the world differently, and sometimes even changes how they approach their life. The tension makes for the best moments, but the growth makes these ships so rewarding.

Examples:

Bonnie Bennett x Damon Salvatore (The Vampire Diaries)

Bonnie is all heart, driven by love, family, and morality, while Damon is sarcastic, emotionally detached, and deeply cynical. Their constant bickering, where Bonnie calls out Damon’s worst qualities and Damon pushes Bonnie to see beyond her own principles, creates this tension-filled relationship. And somehow, they end up understanding each other in ways no one else can.

Klaus Mikaelson x Hayley Marshall (The Originals)

Klaus is a tortured soul, raised in violence and deception, while Hayley is a strong-willed, independent woman fighting for her family. Their relationship is full of conflict, yet they share this deep understanding and respect. Klaus's control contrasts sharply with Hayley’s more free-spirited attitude, but somehow, they balance each other in a way that strengthens them.

Hope Mikaelson x Lizzie Saltzman (Legacies)

Han Solo x Leia Organa (Star Wars)

Han and Leia have one of the most iconic opposites attract dynamics ever. Han is the cocky, roguish smuggler who does things his own way, while Leia is strong-willed, no-nonsense, and very focused on duty. Their chemistry is undeniable, and their constant bickering is just a front for their deep respect and affection for each other. It’s one of those ships where the banter makes the relationship.

Spider-Man (Peter Parker) x Deadpool (Wade Wilson)

Why it fits: Peter is awkward, idealistic, and a little bit of a nerd, while Deadpool is chaotic, crude, and doesn’t follow any rules. The contrast between Peter’s earnestness and Deadpool’s unpredictable humor creates the best kind of banter. They push each other’s limits, and Deadpool’s unfiltered attitude forces Peter to lighten up, while Peter helps Deadpool remember there’s more to life than chaos. Their constant back-and-forth is hilarious, but underneath, there’s a genuine bond.

Gojo Satoru x Iori Utahime (JJK)

One of the main reasons I love this ship is because it perfectly embodies the “opposites attract” dynamic. Gojo and Utahime couldn’t be more different in terms of their personalities and how they see the world. Gojo is brash, cocky, and full of confidence, while Utahime is calm, reserved, and more pragmatic. The way their contrasting energies clash creates this incredible tension that I can’t get enough of.

These ships, with all their banter, tension, and contrasting personalities, are what I love. They might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and I totally get that.

At the end of the day, these are just my thoughts and preferences, and they reflect the kind of stories and dynamics that speak to me.

When what should have been a straight forward mission in Hell's Kitchen goes pear shaped due to lack of communication, teaching his teammates sign language seems like a logical step to Clint. Communication when their comms are down - great plan! And including the local vigilante, who's been working closely with them on this, is a real no-brainer.

Until it turns out said vigilante is an asshole that thinks sign language is beneath him, judging by the way he's stubbornly refusing to learn it.

(Conversely - Matt's trying, he really is but damn it, those two signs are exactly the same... what do you mean they mean completely different things?!)

It's increasingly becoming a world where the unbelievable happens every day. The Avengers team includes a defrosted World War Two solider, a giant green rage monster and a man who might be a God; and they battle aliens and magic on a regular basis. It's not too far fetched to believe the Devil walks Hell's Kitchen.

Matt, on the other hand, hasn't realised exactly why his new battle buddies seem terrified of him. It's not like they've even heard the rumors about him being the Devil... right?

Matt wishes that the Avenger's assumptions about his seeming inability to read the written word did something as benign as making an ass of him and them. Being called illiterate shouldn't hurt, not when he knows he's not, and it's not like he can tell them the truth.

Not that the truth would make much difference. He's just going to have to grin and bear it.

Matt comes to, flat on his back, with Iron Man and Hawkeye hovering over him. “Oh fuck,” Stark says, less than comfortingly.

Hawkeye don't mind working with Daredevil, really. He's a good guy to know and clearly cares about Hell's Kitchen.

Clint Barton would like Daredevil better if the guy was a little less ableist about Clint's hearing loss.

Stark Tower, or the Avenger's Tower, whatever it's called, doesn't have braille on their elevator numbers. Also Daredevil can't read print reports, but the violation against the Americans With Disabilities Act is what really gets him. Matt's a lawyer first, sue him! Or, well, don't. He's not sure that Nelson, Murdock, & Page can afford to get sued when the light in their office keeps going out. So he's heard.

Or— Matt Murdock’s eyes are MIA, therefore, reading print or anything that isn't raised/sunk/in braille is a delusion that will never actually become realized.

Alternatively — The Avengers see (pun intended) Daredevil’s inability to read, ignore the inability to see colors, and raise illiteracy as the ruling decision—for no particular reason, really. Hilarity ensues.

It's not all bad, being friends with an Avenger. Thor has some great stories, Asgardian Mead, and is handy for resetting dislocated joints. Also, Thor's friends think Daredevil has the best eyesight in New York, and Matt certainly isn't going to tell them otherwise.

Matt stumbled on that question. The real answer, of course, was that Frank knew his identity and could cover for him if anything was going to give him away as blind. In a panic, he blurted the first thing that came to mind: “We’re dating.”
